Weekend emergency flooding due to clog in the sewage line. Came quickly and resolved it despite issues with how the install was done to cause said issue. He also reset the toilets to be done properly since he was already there. We're having them back during normal business hours to try to find real problem, but know they will do everything to fix it properly.

We were in a bind with needing a new AC unit. Cbus Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing came to the rescue. The staff was polite and installed the new AC quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

We woke up to a leaking sump pump pipe that was ready to burst. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, they said it would be between 8-9 am, but the plumber called us and was here at 6:45. He replaced the sump pump and was in and out in 30 minutes. Saved our basement!

Highly recommend! Came right over and fixed leak at washer dryer faucet. Fair and honest.

Our toilet kept backing up and we couldn't figure out why. So we gave these guys a call. They sent someone out right away and figured out we had issues with our pipes. They were able to get it fixed in a timely manor and we professional the whole time. Was hoping for an easy fix, but they sure made the process an easy one.

Absolute joke and a thief- he pulled permits and never completed the project and completely didn’t do anything with the gas lines that were on his contract. He didn’t do the work that was started to code and never completed anything— the owner is a liar. Everyday was a new excuse as to why they couldn’t do their work - (that had been paid for btw) All this company can do is install hot water tanks and snake drains... children playing plumber And business owner

I had to urgently fix a leak coming from my shower floor and possibly from toilet too. Since my reliable plumber as out of town and scheduled to return only after 2 weeks, I got reference from a neighbor who had used this person named Abraham. He came with a partner quickly as he lived closeby. As first said two of my toilets needed new flange and will charge me only $275 each (total $550). Talked very sweet as if it was best deal for such huge job to remove toilet, cut open rusty flange, etc. After I agreed, he simply removed toilet and said flange was perfect, but it needs greasy cushion to stop leak. He only deducted $75 for not needing to replace flange. Same thing for other toilet. All done within an hour and he took the money, promised me to send repair bill same day via SMS. Also, kept saying he gives 10 years warranty whereas other plumbers will not even give 1 yr. He has NOT sent me any repair bill that I need for tax and home warranty purpose. Our home warranty company can reimburse it ONLY if I get repair bill. But this fellow will no longer take my call or respond to my SMS. Feels like I got scammed by him.
