I had to shut water off to my entire house due to hot water heater hose leak. There was a freeze warning that night so I called. The lady made an appointment for the next day between 10a-2p. I'm glad my pipes didn't freeze. At almost 2p a lady calls and says the repair worker will be there in about an hour. She was very rude when I told her about the appointment. The guy comes about 245p. I had already repaired what I thought the problem was. He agrees that was the problem & didn't know why it was still leaking. He left for almost an hour to get another hose I already replaced. Puts it on. Still leaks. All the time he's making me run around and turn my water main off/on. Says he'll charge me $1500 if he has to do it. Finally figures out the hose under the one I replaced is leaking. Puts my hose repair back on and leaves for 30 minutes to get part to repair other hose. Repairs the hose. I turn the water back on. He charges me $485 for both repairs and parts. Then took the hose he charged me for. At this point I have missed work. I go to take a shower. NO HOT WATER!!! I check everything and he didn't turn the power on at the breaker box! I'm more than furious about the whole thing!! If I have a tsunami in my house I will NEVER call roto rooter again!!!

Our technician Celio was awesome I needed a main drain clean out, but I also had another problem that I thought would be impossible to fix. He handled it like a Pro and got the job done! I had Mr. Rooter come to my home after my basement flooded. Fixing the problem requires replacement of a sump pump, as well as installation of all new underground drainage pipes from my sump pump and all of my downspouts. The technician was at my house within 60 minutes. Once he saw the condition of my underground pipes with his camera, a field supervisor was out within minutes. Both gentlemen were very professional and made recommendations for remedying my complicated drainage situation. I had a new sump pump installed within 3 hours of my initial call, and had all new underground pipes installed 4 days later. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anybody and will continue to use them in the future!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

The washing machine installation guys from Lowes had left us with a leaky mess. Accurate Plumbing put in new hoses and replaced the 4 shut-off valves for the washer & sink next to it, and they did a stellar job. Everything's perfectly aligned and works beautifully!

Set up a time for them to come out to a house I am working on to install all new plumbing, waited all day for them to arrive, the guy looked the job over and said he would get me a quote. That was 2 months ago and never got a quote, thanks for wasting a day of my time !!
