Horrible; these guys are in for a quick cash, I had them to come over to look at a low-pressure problem, he told us we need to install buster pump. We decided to call another company and get a second opinion, second plumbing company came in (Documented everything with pictures) and noticed water valve was halfway closed. Didn’t need anything at all.

These guys were great! Fair and reasonably priced, did a quality job, super friendly staff! They took care of my problem instead of trying to sell me on things I didnt need!

A few years ago the basement backed up and roto rooter tore up the back yard to address the problem and make it easier to deal with if it happened again, which it recently did and the tech said the outside access really didn't help and had to resolve it from the basement. So while the tech was polite and helpful this time, I am left wondering if the previous advice was reasonable.

We have been so impressed by this company. They are timely and very knowledgeable. Adam has been a blessing with all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend them!

We had two toilets installed, very professional, good value and will definitely would use them again for service.

I wanted to give an update a year later. One of our toilet seats had 2 cracks in it, I called the company, sent an email with pictures of the seat, the owner called to confirm receiving the email and pictures. The owner placed an order for the toilet seat and the toilet seat came in earlier than expected, the company came out replaced the seat and we are back in business. This company is still holding its standard of being professional and backing up their warranty of their products, we will still use them in the future.

I’m very pleased with both Apex and the technicians that worked on the repair and service of my air conditioning units. Thomas, with an assist from Bill, did an excellent job of diagnosing the issues, recommending cost-saving solutions & value-add products, and completing the work in a professional and timely manner. Thomas even stayed very late on the final day of work to ensure that the work was completed. Thank you Apex team!

I would give them no stars if that was an options This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company. A previous plumber had thought there may be a slab leak and this company was assigned to find if there was a leak where it was located. They showed up 5 minuted before the end of my appointment window without the camera needed. I don't know which plumber came but he said that he didn't know they needed the camera. I explained that wasn't true as I had been clear when I scheduled the appointment. He was rude and did not look at one thing in my home. He was going to just leave but I insisted that he reschedule before leaving as I had already paid my service fee and it was Friday. He went to his van and came back and scheduled for 8-10 AM the next morning. The next morning they did not come back to my home, I called the emergency number at 10 AM and no call back. I called AHS and they said that the company had submitted paperwork the night before saying it was a slab leak and that I would need to pay 11,000 to the company to fix the leak as it was not covered. I am unclear how they could come up with a cost as they have no idea where the leak is or if there even is a leak as they never even looked at anything. Shady Shady company! Run !!! don't walk away from them.

Chris was a nice guy and arrived on schedule, but the services he performed a few weeks ago were a disaster and ended up costing us quite a bit of money. He installed two new faucets in our upstairs bathroom and two new drains in our upstairs tubs. Everything went smoothly, or so we thought. About 2 days after the work was done, we noticed the ceiling in our laundry room (right below the master bath with one of the new drain Chris had installed) had wet spots. There was also water dripping from the ceiling.

I called Chris multiple times and left messages, at least four. He did not return my calls and we were forced to bring in another plumber, Drain Master, to assess the situation. They advised the drain had been installed incorrectly and that one of the pipes had been cracked during the installation.

Drain Master did a nice job of fixing our problem. However, we ended up having to have a large piece of our ceiling removed in order to complete the repair on the drain. After their work was completed, we needed to then pay for someone to come in and repair the ceiling. That was followed by hiring a painter to come in and repaint everything. All of this ended up costing significantly more than a simple drain installation.

In spite of all of this, I made the decision not to leave a negative review. But then two days ago, we used one of the new faucets Chris had installed (for the first time) and ended up with another mess. The faucet leaked and there was water everywhere. All of the storage containers under the sink were filled with water and all of our stuff was soaked. Now we need to bring in Drain Master for a second time to clean up one of Chris's messes.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I would truly not want anyone to go through something like this.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. These guys are awesome! They did such a good job with my shower that when they left I couldn't even tell they had been there. Great team!

Used BF plumbing to have a new water heater installed in my home. The scheduled time was a helpfully small window (2-4), they showed up early, were friendly, and worked pretty quickly. Cleaned up everything before they left and the quote that I got when I initially called was the exact price I was charged.

The only thing I will note is that when I called for the initial quote and when I called to schedule, I confirmed both times that the brand I would receive would be Rheem. They installed a Bradford White instead without notifying me of any changes. Not really a big deal but something to keep in mind for those who might have a strong preference for brand.

Excellent service! Ollie and his partner Micheal made sure my drain was cleared and also made sure that my carpet in the basement was kept clean. Never seen wheel bootie covers before. Would highly recommend them!
