Had a frozen hose that was leaking into the basement the day after Christmas. These guys picked up right away and were able to come out with in a few hours. No mess or sale pitch just got the job done for me.

Our disposal was very clogged. Chris was very responsive and arrived on time. He worked hard and was very neat. He fixed the disposal and related drainage issues. His charge was reasonable. Chris also made some helpful suggestions. He was professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.

Would like to leave a better review for Chris, as he was very prompt and communicated well at first. He arrived at the agreed time and let me know what issues needed addressed and let me know a part was needed to fix the shower leak. He asked to come back the next day and this is when the problem starts. I called him two times the next day with VMs and I got no response. I then texted him which he didn’t reply to. Another week has passed and I called one last time to just ask if he was going to complete the work or not so I can just move on to another plumber, and that went to VM too. So, all in all, I’m pretty disappointed at the lack of response, follow up, and professionalism.

Chris was a nice guy and arrived on schedule, but the services he performed a few weeks ago were a disaster and ended up costing us quite a bit of money. He installed two new faucets in our upstairs bathroom and two new drains in our upstairs tubs. Everything went smoothly, or so we thought. About 2 days after the work was done, we noticed the ceiling in our laundry room (right below the master bath with one of the new drain Chris had installed) had wet spots. There was also water dripping from the ceiling.

I called Chris multiple times and left messages, at least four. He did not return my calls and we were forced to bring in another plumber, Drain Master, to assess the situation. They advised the drain had been installed incorrectly and that one of the pipes had been cracked during the installation.

Drain Master did a nice job of fixing our problem. However, we ended up having to have a large piece of our ceiling removed in order to complete the repair on the drain. After their work was completed, we needed to then pay for someone to come in and repair the ceiling. That was followed by hiring a painter to come in and repaint everything. All of this ended up costing significantly more than a simple drain installation.

In spite of all of this, I made the decision not to leave a negative review. But then two days ago, we used one of the new faucets Chris had installed (for the first time) and ended up with another mess. The faucet leaked and there was water everywhere. All of the storage containers under the sink were filled with water and all of our stuff was soaked. Now we need to bring in Drain Master for a second time to clean up one of Chris's messes.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I would truly not want anyone to go through something like this.

Quick response, showed up on time and seemed to do good work. The only reason I had to take a couple of stars off the review was lack of response after the service call. I paid in full at the time of service and was promised a receipt via email. After 3 weeks and no response, I made four requests (via email and voice mail) for the receipt before I gave up. That doesn't leave me very optimistic about any response in case there are issues with the work. Fortunately it was a relatively small job but I'm pretty hesitant about hiring him for larger work.

Chris was easy to communicate with, arrived when he said he would and was honest in his assessment of our situation. He provided multiple suggestions for repair and was able to solve the problem in one visit. I would highly recommend and will use his services in the future.

Chris was able to come by on short notice and efficiently diagnose and address the problem. We were so happy with his service and affability. There would be no hesitation to use him again in the future. Highly recommend him to others. Really, really pleased.

Chris was prompt, professional and very kind. He is extremely knowledgable and takes the time to explain things. Would would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and have already called him back for more services.

At first CLB was good. Chris was responsive and called back, scheduled the job, and showed up close to the time he quoted me. He performed the work well, and gave me suggestions on what to do with future plumbing jobs. After he left is where I began to have issue with this company. We still have not received a receipt for the work performed. Chris also stated he would quote a few options for a toilet installation. He has not done so. When he turned on the water back on at my main line into the house, the pipe there began to leak. I tried to call, left a message, and he has not returned my phone call. I hate to leave poor reviews, but I also don't think CLB's communication is up to snuff.

Chris was timely, reliable, trustworthy, and fairly priced. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Would definitely hire again and recommend to a friend. Thanks Chris!

CLB did not show up to the appointment they scheduled. I called the office and left a VM which they never returned. I called another company who was able to disagnose the issue over the phone saving me $75.

Returned my call same day and got water heater back working within 24 hours of my call. Covid precautions were taken and guy was friendly and polite. Will definitely reuse them!

Called Chris at 8AM and he was able to come out the same afternoon. The reason for the call was somewhat urgent - backed up kitchen sink drain. He fixed that and then was able to fix several other problems around the house, including a snaking a slow shower drain, repairing a busted faucet handle, and replacing a faucet assembly. He'll be back again to fix some outdoor hose faucets, a wobbly toilet, and a drain assembly. I've also asked him to do a plumbing inspection to see what else might need done. He set his price up front and it was more than reasonable. He was extremely neat, very professional and very courteous. He explained everything he was doing and was happy to answer questions. As long as I'm in Columbus and he's working - he's my plumber of choice!

Nice guy came out to fix our clogged tub. Hair was removed and plumber went over ways to prevent issue in future.

Enjoyed meeting Chris Yesterday and he was able to fix my water heater quickly and get my family hot water in under 45 minutes! Found my new plumber!
