Bozeman was up front with potential cost. Removed old faucet and installed new one for $165. Very prompt and efficient.

Excellent job by Bozman at our house in Columbus. They sent a friendly, professional, team member who was fast, detailed, and even did all the finish caulking for us. We braced for a large bill, but was pleasantly surprised that they came in under our budgeted amount. I will call Bozman first for all of our future plumbing needs. Thank you!

Terry, one of Bozman’s plumbers , was early and very responsive. He clearly knew what he was doing, got straight to work and fixed my problem. He was a kind and responsive representative of the company. I had occasion to speak to the owner both in setting my appointment and later discussing my problem. He, too, reflected a hands-on customer centered approach. He was responsive and professional. I am very impressed with the service I just received from this company. I have been trying to get my outside faucet replaced for over a month. No one has shown up when scheduled. I called Bozman Plumbing at 1pm and they showed up and fixed the problem before 2pm. And they were unbelievably reasonable for the job. I will definitely use these guys again.

Live in an older mobile home so nothing is ever easy so called Bozman about what I thought was a simple clogged bathtub clogged drain. 2 service men came in and ran a line down the drain but it did not work so they ran another line from underneath my kitchen sink and that worked. I would recommend Bozman for any plumbing issue

DO NOT USE!!! I called Bozman to come out and fix a leak at the curb box caused by a valve. He did not make a service call, yet charged me for one. He also overcharged me for labor, the most laughable charge being that it took two grown men to fill in a hole that was the size of a coffin an hour and a half, with a track hoe. He then hit my line while digging up the curb box, which he did fix. However, he made a huge deal about my ENTIRE service line needing replaced soon as the material was old and I should just take care of it now before I had a big issue. Surprise, Surprise...not five months later in the exact same spot that he had dug up, the line breaks. When I say breaks, it didn't burst like a typical water line would, but it was very cleanly snapped in two. I obviously had a different plumber come out this time and he even noted that water lines DO NOT break like that and he suspected that the line had been tampered with previously. This man is a crook who not only pads his invoices and overcharges but he also creates work so he need to come back out. FRAUD.

Horrible service, don't use them. They removed my battery back-up sump pump and installed a water powered back-up system which was supposed to run indefinitely if the main pump failed. It didn't work. I called them out to check it within a few months and the guy came out and messed with the float for about 15 minutes and got it to work. We tested it several times and it did not work every time. The worker insisted it would work if flooding were imminent due to the extra pressure. Later in the year my sump pump burned out and the basement flooded. I contacted Bozman Plumbing and spoke to the owner. He stated they had similar issues in the past with the float not working. Really?? That might be something you want to mention before install? He said he would contact the property manager to check the system even though he wouldn't be able to do anything about it. Two weeks later and I haven't heard anything.

I have had Bozman plumbing work on two repairs on two seperate occassions and they were friendly and knowledgable both times. The prices were reasonable and they knew what they were doing so they were very efficient, keeping the cost down. One job was for a clogged sink and leaky toilet and the other was a replacement of a sump pump. Excellent work Bozman!

I contacted this company for a repair estimate and they came out on 9/24/19, they charged me for for looking over the problems and said someone would get back to me in a few days with a quote. I never heard back from them. I do not recommend anyone use this company they are not reliable. I am trying to get my money back and they are not cooperating. Awful service!!!!!
