WOW! Is this for real?! I have never experienced this level of quality in a plumbing situation as I did with Apex plumbing! Late in the night, our sump pump quit and water was everywhere in our basement. I was frantic to find help. I searched online and found Apex and booked an appointment for today, which was impressive enough as we had just experienced horrible service from another plumbing company for a separate company Monday and it took them days to get to us. But, within minutes and after 9pm, I received a call from Apex saying they could send someone within the hour and they sent an Angel named Angel! How appropriate! He lived up to his name! The weather was sleeting rain and Angel had to Lea to retrieve our new sump pump and come back and install it in horrible weather WELL AFTER business hours for the other sub par plumbing companies that can not even make it on time days after the appointment is made and within a 4 hour window. So, I ask again, “Is this for real, or are you some kind of Earth Angels out to save us poor mistreated customers in desperate need? I sincerely feel like I was led to this company by divine light. It was an unexpected, but oh so fortunate accident to blindly find this amazing company. I am going to suggest them to my warranty company to replace the bad one they sent earlier this week! We don’t want anyone else! Thank you, Angel and Apex plumbing!

Scheduled service today between 10-2. No show, no call so i called at 2. Agent said she would have dispatcher call me. At 3 no call so called again. Agent put me on hold briefly and then told me tech had one more customer ahead of me and he was finishing at that customer. At 5 no call. At 5:15 tech called. He said he was overbooked and still had another client ahead of me. He said it would be 8-8:30 before he got here. I said that was too late and would be dark outside where he needed to flush a drain. He said he could get me placed at top of am list. 9 am. I am doutbful they will show. What a waste of my day and time.Update. Called this am and was told i am on the list today for between 10-2! No way will i waste another day waiting on these people

Maybe not the cheapest but They were in time, clean and professional. Even showed me things I could just do myself way cheaper down the road.

Brad N. demonstrated outstanding technical knowledge and delivered exceptional customer service during a residential water heater replacement in May 2018. My old water started to have serious problems. Based on numerous positive customer reviews of the company, I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Columbus, and Brad arrived within hours of my call. He identified and explained the specific failure points in my existing system; explained the features and benefits of the various replacement options (including a discussion of tankless, on-demand systems); answered all my questions; explained his recommended solution; identified a suitable replacement unit; fully explained the cost of the replacement tank and the labor to install it; confirmed my consent to the equipment and its cost; and scheduled installation of the new tank for the next day. The following morning Brad arrived exactly at the scheduled time, and was at work removing the old heater within a matter of minutes. He installed the replacement tank; made double sure that all the gas and plumbing connections were cleanly installed and tightly fitted; then completely cleaned up the work space, wiped down the tank and all fittings, and hauled the old tank off to the scrap yard. He was in and out in three hours. Brad was unfailingly polite and personable during the entire time he was in my home, and his demeanor and professionalism were exemplary. I highly recommend Brad for his professionalism and technical knowledge, and I recommend Mr. Rooter as a company - the level of customer responsiveness this franchise demonstrated throughout the transaction is evidence that they really wanted to EARN my business.

My water heater was at the end of its life and I needed help QUICK. We were about 1.5 weeks without hot water, during some chilly days this winter and I went through my home warranty and got The Service People.
I was antsy to get my water heater fixed/replaced and worked with them to do it asap. I mostly worked with Matt and he did the best he could with the tools he was given by my warranty and thank goodness, he was able to fit me into his busy schedule and tried to minimize our wait time.
Matt helped explain things to me the best he could and came by to fix the heater temporary. Though the temporary fix didn't last, he worked to help me get the permanent solution fairly quickly.
He was able to install our new water heater and walked me through the steps of this new water heater if it were to malfunction and what I should look for. Very helpful, very efficient.
My warranty pretty much covered all my services, but their pricing seemed competitive. Except for a couple things, I was ae to afford the entire service and that was so helpful, to save thousands for service.

Chris was a nice guy and arrived on schedule, but the services he performed a few weeks ago were a disaster and ended up costing us quite a bit of money. He installed two new faucets in our upstairs bathroom and two new drains in our upstairs tubs. Everything went smoothly, or so we thought. About 2 days after the work was done, we noticed the ceiling in our laundry room (right below the master bath with one of the new drain Chris had installed) had wet spots. There was also water dripping from the ceiling.

I called Chris multiple times and left messages, at least four. He did not return my calls and we were forced to bring in another plumber, Drain Master, to assess the situation. They advised the drain had been installed incorrectly and that one of the pipes had been cracked during the installation.

Drain Master did a nice job of fixing our problem. However, we ended up having to have a large piece of our ceiling removed in order to complete the repair on the drain. After their work was completed, we needed to then pay for someone to come in and repair the ceiling. That was followed by hiring a painter to come in and repaint everything. All of this ended up costing significantly more than a simple drain installation.

In spite of all of this, I made the decision not to leave a negative review. But then two days ago, we used one of the new faucets Chris had installed (for the first time) and ended up with another mess. The faucet leaked and there was water everywhere. All of the storage containers under the sink were filled with water and all of our stuff was soaked. Now we need to bring in Drain Master for a second time to clean up one of Chris's messes.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I would truly not want anyone to go through something like this.

Fixed a leak in the pipe coming from my hot water heater quickly and efficiently!

We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Came late and left a mess on the bathroom floor

I found this business through recommendations of neighbors on Nextdoor. Scheduling is easy and quick. Their price is also quite fair. The first technician that came out did not install the faucet properly so I had to call them back. Next day, a more experienced technician Mike came to fix the issue and it worked. I think overall it is a fine experience but just depends on who they sent to your place to work.

Plumbing One was able to come out rapidly to diagnose the source of my leak. When I realized that the problem was something that I could fix myself, they only charged me a nominal amount for the service call. Their expertise and clear explanation saved me hundreds of dollars (not to mention equipping me with the knowledge I needed to fix the problem). I would highly recommend them.
