We had scheduled with the Handyman twice. We initially scheduled on a Friday to have him come and mount our TV in our brand new home, and we called several times between the times he was supposed to come, and then had to what's app him in order to get a response. He said he had us scheduled for another day (that neither my fiancé or I would be available). He then proceeded to say what about on Sunday and we gave him a time and he put it in his calendar. However, after waiting around again for >1 hour again we had to call Jeremy and ask if he was coming. He said his truck was broken, and I know that things happen, however a notice before the appointment should be expected. I know there are a lot of great reviews which is why we went with the Handyman, however we are now going to mount our TV ourselves, and 0/5 stars would not recommend. Absolutely not reliable, and poor communication skills.

Wonderful experience with Radico. Our kitchen pipe was clogged and after trying my own snake and baking soda and vinegar, I had a friend refer us to them. My wife was the one who called and they were prompt and sent out their technician, Danah. He was professional, polite, and got the job done! He cleaned up after himself and the drain was cleared!

Highly recommend them for your tough residential plumbing jobs that you can't handle on your own and will call them again if we ever need additional work.

Just called this place to get a septic pumped. I wanted to get the sludge depth before they pumped (you should ALL do this) but I was told that the process of sticking a tube in the tank was a special service that only two employees were qualified to do, which was separate from the full system inspection that all the tanker drivers could do. They wanted to tack on an extra $75 for using a dipstick. Move on to another company, this one's crooked. That hostile practice means they're pumping when there's no need, and bilking you out of money you don't need to spend.

Edit after the response from the owner:

1) The person answering the phone got the owner, on the phone with her. This wasn't secondhand. The owner quoted the price, after hearing the words sludge judge as a $75 additional charge.

2) I do not have a single voicemail or email from any representative of your company. I have not received any letters. The reply here is the first contact since I went with service from a different company.

3) I wonder what other methods to assess the depth of solids *under a layer of heavily colored liquid* you would use that would be as effective as actually measuring it. Professional judgement in this case is profoundly skewed towards providing services that aren't necessary.

The responses from the owner go far to confirm my first experience with this company. This company wants you to feel very good about paying them for services you may not need.

I live in a college apartment and wanted my tv mounted, I thought this meant into the studs of the wall. The handyman came punched two huge holes in the wall that I will have to pay for when I leave. He was working so fast I had to tell him the mount was upside down the first time. I called Sean, the owner, who was so inconsiderate and quite frankly rude. Someone one on the other side of the line told me to leave the mount on the wall when I move out. This interaction was extremely unprofessional. They also tried to charge me $225 for the 15 minutes they were here. I wouldn’t think of using them ever again.

They did an excellent job! They answered all my questions, were very informative of what they were doing and what was going on. They were very nice and did great work. I will definitely be referring them to friends and family in need of help with water issues.

I had 2 leaks, 2 Bidets and one refrigerator water line to be hooked up. Vic and team did all the work quickly, wearing booties on their shoes and masks on their face the entire time. They are clean, professional, and thorough in their work. Will use again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!

I had a toilet that begin to rock back-and-forth, was not level. Cary said he needed to change the Flange. The work held for two hours and I had to pay them $537. Their work does not come with a warranty. I hired a second plumber from a different company who corrected the work. Pictures were taken and documentation was made. The seal was incorrect, the bolts in the floor needed to be fixed, and a copper pipe that had been flattened had been stuffed under my toilet to Stop the rocking. It is my fault that I took a chance with work that was not under warranty because i was desperate but to receive shoddy and incorrect work is unacceptable. I felt taken advantage of.
