I have been working with American Air and more specifically, Tom K, for many years. Tom is extremely friendly and feels like part of the family. He not only knows his HVAC stuff, but has gone out of the way to help us on several occasions when our heating or AC went out. I highly recommend both Tom and American Air.

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

Had dealings with Tim Fannon by phone recently and he was completely rude. He refused to be understanding about why he couldn't have what he wanted in the moment that he wanted it - and decided to use language of expressing himself in the style of someone who was only taught curse words in school and not how to speak like a civilized and responsible adult. Seeing the one star reviews make complete sense to me now. Reputation and his choice of words alone make it clear to me that I will never use Riteway Plumbing for ANYTHING whatsoever.
