Woke up to a major gas leak had to shut off gas. After 2 days of calling warranties and plumbers out my landlord was able to get apex out here. Chris Welch was the technician that responded. I informed him i had been without gas for 3 days and had a newborn in the house. He was honest saving my landlord $600 and got started as soon as he got the green light. He was very professional and and informative on the issues and what needed to be fixed. Highly recommend apex for any plumbing needs.

UPDATE!!!!!!!! 3/13/2023 Apex reached out to me through their customer service line they said they would. They apologized for the experience I had did everything they could to help me, and for a company to keep their word, it goes a long way with customer base. To that I give them five stars. Unfortunately to repair flange I had to pay $553 with the country having high inflation I understand their prices.I work for an apartment complex located on the west side Columbus. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Apex Pros. Customer Service was excellent. Called in got an appointment right away. The technician that was assigned to my job was named Jason Martinez. First he gave me 3 different quotes of $553, $989, $4216. To repair the toilet flange $553, replace $989 and remove and replace the concrete floor $4216. He cut the plastic flange in two pieces and put a $12 metal repair kit on top. He did not have any supply with him. He bought the supply from the local Home Depot on broad street. He was very unprofessional, while on the job her answered his phone and made plans and cursed in front of the resident repeatedly use foul language. Did not finish the job and had to come back next morning said he would be back at 8am. Returned in the morning an hour late at 9 am and proceed to tell me he’s a licensed professional, and he knows what he’s doing and I have no idea what it takes to be a plumber. Being a maintenance man for the property I did not one time question his expertise level. Overall my tech was not good at all. I changed the flange myself and fixed the problem myself. Waste of time and money. Our apartment complex and other buildings we own will be going with eco plumbers next time.

Absolutely outstanding customer service by Apex Plumbing. The Licking County Humane Society was working a Humane Agent case where two kittens were trapped. Thanks to the efforts of Chris Welch, Josh Salmons and everyone at Apex, the kittens were saved. Chris and Josh were absolutely wonderful to work with, very professional, friendly and cared deeply about animals! Would recommend Apex to anyone looking for assistance with their plumbing.

Justin and Abdul did a great job installing our new toilet. They were on time and the install was quick and seamless! Both were very nice and professional. Justin also explained some maintenance that would be helpful down the road. Thank you for fitting us in your schedule so quickly!

My experience has been a nightmare that’s lasted over 3 months and keeps getting worse. April 16th I had them out to replace my upstairs bathroom faucet under the home warranty. Job was completed and then 3 days later I come downstairs to water coming out of my ceiling. I called Apex and they got someone there pretty quickly and I learned that the guy that replaced the faucet didn’t tighten a water line. To their credit they did get All Phase restoration out the same day to start the drying process. 8 days later after everything was dry, they told me that the construction crew would be in contact to set up a time to repair the damage to the drywall and ceiling . Fast forward to July 21st after the lame duck construction crew gave me the run around for 3 months- they finally come to install the vanity in the bathroom-they got it in but again left everything else unfinished. I come downstairs this morning and surprise surprise there’s water coming out of my ceiling under the vanity they just put in yesterday. The nightmare basically starts all over again. During this process I’ve had to reach out to Apex after never getting a follow up unless I call first. No owner or manager has ever reached out on their own, until this morning when the situation became unbearable and I had to call again. If the situation somehow gets rectified I will update my review to let people know. Until then please beware of what you’re getting into with this company. 2nd picture is from April, first and last are from today, the nightmare is getting worse.

Jason Martinez was our Service Pro and our experience with Apex was great! We were able to easily schedule our appointment and get someone to our home to fix our issue in less than 24 hours. Jason was on time, friendly and answered all of our questions before we agreed to the service. He did a great job, fixed the problem properly and made sure we were satisfied before he left. Jason was truly a pleasure to work with and very personable compared to some of the service folks we’ve dealt with in the past. Highly recommend!!

Blake was fantastic! My water heater broke last night and he came out today and was able to replace it, along with a faulty water main valve! I expected this would've been a couple day process, but he was able to take care of all of my issues in one day and pointed out some things around the house to keep an eye on. 10/10 this guy is a rockstar!

The service I received was excellent! Drew was professional, knowledgeable and ensured trust. I think his recommendations were right on target and I went with them. He was very focused and got the jobs done. He left everything much better than he found it and it was greatly appreciated. He was kind and patient with a little old lady. I would definitely use him and Apex plumbing again!

We moved into our house yesterday and discovered we had some plumbing issues that needed immediate attention. Blake took the time to inspect and investigate all issues and then explained everything to me before he started the job. He was thorough, quick, and professional. I have a water heater job that needs to be taken care of soon and I will definitely call and request that he’s the one who handles my the job. These guys are great and I’m glad I called them first.

They were the greatest bunch of guys to work with!! Also, very reasonable and knowledgeable. Big kudos to Josh, who was straight up with us and giving us different options and a great big kudos to Tim and his guys Joseph and James!! Tim was so good about trying to do the least amount of damage while digging up my yard when we had to have our entire sewer line replaced. I highly recommend Apex Plumbing!!

Excellent installation, service and follow-up. I worked with Dusty Crosby to quote and schedule the job. He was very accommodating and diligent through the entire process. I got the price I wanted and the tankless unit I wanted. Andi Taraj and the install team worked tirelessly to complete this job in one afternoon. As with most projects of this size you run into issues either expected or unexpected. Dusty was always quick to make it right by me and as fast as he could. I really appreciated the focus on doing it right opposed to just getting it done and moving on. The Apex team did a great job and I would recommend them for your tankless water heater install.

The plumber was the best that’s ever come to my house. I believe his name was Ryan. He worked with an Ohio Gas rep to isolate and repair leaks in my house. He was the most kind and professional person I’ve worked with and knew his trade extremely well. Due to his responsiveness, we were able to keep our heat on for the weekend, which is amazing since I have kids. He even came out on a Friday night after knowing we weren’t scheduled to have a plumber visit us until Saturday morning. Thanks you to Ryan and Apex for the quick response.

My 29 year old water heater failed at the end of the day. I called Apex Plumbing and Heating and they were at my house in less than 30 minutes. Josh assessed the situation, gave me a very reasonable price for a gas 40-gallon hot water heater and went right to work. Josh was kind and professional, and answered any questions I had about what he was doing. Blake also came to my house and both men worked until the project was complete. Todd was very direct with the work that needed completed; sewer reconstruction and exterior clean out installation to prevent further issues since I had a clearly ruptured sewer pipe. There were a couple surprises during the work but the crew handled them well and completed the work in a timely manner. Troubleshooting was done and further work was required but again it was handled. The crew leads Tim and Chase were professional and cared about what would work best to fix my issues. Overall good experience, would call again but hope I won’t have to.

Brandyn Wallace at Apex Plumbing was the most professional, competent and best technician we could have asked for to take care of our newly purchased home. After our inspection company had failed us, Brandyn fixed multiple gas leaks in our home and replaced our sump pump that was not functioning properly. Brandyn worked with my husbands work schedule to be able to do repairs in our home at times that worked best for us. Brandyn was informative about every step of the process and made sure to communicate thoroughly with my husband and I regarding the problems we were having with our home. Brandyn completed our repairs in a timely manner and was able to put my husband and I at ease, knowing we would be moving into a safe home without gas leaks. I initially scheduled them for an appointment that no one showed up for or let me know what was going on. Later that evening, someone called and let me know the technician was at an emergency and couldn’t make it to our appointment. I totally understood, just wish there could have been a little more prompt communication.They rescheduled the appointment and were very prompt and professional on the day of the appointment. The technician explained everything well to me and wasn’t pushy with services. Very satisfied with their work.

Johnathan was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, & skillful in the repair of the leak behind our shower. He communicated throughout the process & transparent of the costs associated. He did a thorough inspection of the entirety of our plumbing & gave recommendations where necessary. We felt comfortable the entire time he was there & appreciated his great work. I requested APEX inspect my Water Heater following a holiday and some extreme cold weather that flooded my basement. They were able to schedule a service call quickly. Their tech called me 30 minutes before he arrived and was on time. He immediately diagnosed the issue with the water heater and recommended replacement. While the tech was there, I asked him to replace the kitchen faucet (it was old and broken) and inspect a bathroom faucet that was having hot water issues.The estimate for installation of the kitchen faucet and water heater was a little overpriced in my opinion, but I wanted the work done and plumbers in the area were swamped with work.The technician told me the issue with the bathroom faucet wasmost likely a slider and the faucet would probably need replaced. All this before inspecting it. The estimate for replacing the faucet was close to $1,000. I declined the faucet replacement and went to YouTube. 5 minutes of video research and 5 minutes of labor. I completed the repair using only a wrench and a bucket.Overall: 2 StarsI applaud their availability during the extremely busy week. Apex restored hot water to my home during a very cold week. I have to ding them for trying to sale me something (the bathroom faucet), when all I needed was a simple repair. It concerns me that someone with less time (like a busy parent) or less internet savvy (like an elderly person) could possibly be taken advantage of.

Highly disappointed with my experience with Apex, I can't speak to their service as they canceled and would not reschedule in a timely manner. I was eager for their service based on the reviews and scheduled an AC repair 7 days ago. 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive, I was informed they were unable to make it and had to reschedule. That happens, I understand, but then I was told the earliest they could reschedule was for 12 days from now. This is not an annual maintenance, but a broken AC, so I will have to use someone else.

Blake was amazing! Very nice and professional. He gave me options that allowed me to save money, which was very appreciated! He was able to find the source of the leak that caused damage to my ceiling and get the valves replaced and my water back on in my house. Highly recommend!

Nothing fun about frozen and broken pipes in the middle of the night—- on Christmas Eve no less. I called first thing Monday morning to a pleasant voice and scheduled a plumber for the next day. Drew was professional and explained every step, kept me informed of what he cost, cleaned up and was so kind and respectful.This is the second time I used this company and I am so pleased. I highly recommend!!!!

Everyone was great! Dave Robinson came to look at our old water heater, then went through our options with us. He was very professional, patient, and nice! Dwayne Hodge and his crew came the next day for the install. They were both amazing. I highly recommend them!!

Our heat went out Monday night. It was nice to be able to call Apex and have a technician come out on that same day. Brooke was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to get our heat on that same day and to help us figure out options for the replacement furnace that we were in need of.

Service was warm, professional and fast. Justin went above expectations in connecting my new chef grade range. He could have completed gas line connection and left. He offered to assist me in peeling off protective covering, added the grates that were still boxed, pushed the range in place...and even took time to introduce himself to my pet. Justin became an instant friend to William Shakespeare. His customer service rapport was Incredible!!

Jason was knowledgeable, presented multiple options and pricing for each. Once the specific option was selected he set to work and had the leak repaired within 20 minutes. He was friendly and courteous. He represented Apex very well!!! This was the first time I had used Apex, and I would certainly go with them the next time I have any plumbing issues.

Jonathan Mickley did a great job for us. He came prepared with a new faucet but before he installed it he ran it by me. The one he had was nice but could not be hooked up to our dishwasher so Jonathan immediately went and got a different faucet that would work. He noticed both the trap and incoming water pipes were also leaking so he offered to fix everything and we agreed to go ahead with all repairs. Very nice and personable young man. Very neat and clean work. Demonstrated how everything worked. Provided faucet paperwork. Told me there is a one year guarantee and just call if any problems. Overall great experience. Price seemed sort of high but this was the first repair in 30 years so it was worth it.

Dan and his assistant (whose name I have forgotten) were very personable and very professional. The work was done quickly. They even looked at a jammed garbage disposal for me at no extra charge. Extremely satisfied. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Drew had an answer to fix the waterlines so they would be set up perfectly to meet my needs. He reviewed the options with me and his work was efficient, clean and professional and was completed in an extremely reasonable amount of time. I was very happy with the service!

Very satisfied with service provided by Marcus. He was thoroughand rendered top-notch installation on two toilets. He was kind, courteous and very professional. Explained things in laymen’s terms and worked til the job was done correctly. He was training another technician and took his time with him, also. We will request Marcus again. ?

The repairman arrived shortly after I called. Nate was courteous and helpful. He listened to my concerns and explained how the heater functions and why the problem I was having might have occurred. He worked quickly. My water heater is quite old and will need to be replaced. He gave me several options for replacement with the estimated costs. I was very pleased with the service and will use Apex again.

Ryan was amazing!! He made sure we didn’t go without hot water for another day!! I called at 8 am and it was replaced and running before 6 pm! Super friendly and very professional. I highly recommend him!

Called at 2:00pm and they were at my home around 4:30pm Same day!!! I was so thankful that they were able to come out then. My hot water heater needed replaced. Daniel explained everything and answered all questions. Installation was completed same day! Also, they sent me a really thoughtful Thank you gift. I’ve never had that happen before.

Anthony was great! He came out on time and provided a comprehensive service. I felt like he was taking care of a family members house- taking his time, making sure everything was covered and dealt with care. He was not pressuring for service and gently walked us through all concerns and options. I would highly recommend and will be back again!

Intake customer service staff who took my call also did a great job and scheduled the appointment with my tenant and all notifications kept me well informed. We had a 2nd floor bathtub when draining pouring through the ceiling in our downstairs 1/2 bath. Apex Plumbing was recommended to me through a family member who had used their service and I am so glad they did. Jason came out, evaluated the problem and gave a very fair estimate. Jason was polite and courteous when working in our home and not only that he fixed the problem!!! We waited quite a while before we called someone out to see what was leaking. I wish we called sooner. Great company and great plumber. Thank you Apex Plumbing.

Our hot water tank started to leak. We called Apex and within the same day, they had a plumber out to look at it. Dave was professional, friendly, and didn’t mind our hyper dogs. The next day he was back and within just a couple of hours, our new water heater was installed and new gas lines were put in for it because ours were old and no longer in code. Dave was also patient while he also worked with our home warranty center. 10/10 would recommend Apex and Dave again!

I had my frozen pipes repaired by Logan. He did a great job and he was personable and professional. I also had an HVAC inspection (free) which was thorough and was done by Andrew and Jerome. Jerome returned another day with Amber and completed the HVAC work. They wanted to make sure I was happy, which I am. All service personnel took all the trash with them and left my home as clean as they found it. Truly a well run and professional company.

Josh was very friendly. And he greeted our dogs when he arrived. He went right to work and told my husband everything he was going to do. Clean everything up when he was done and made sure everything was working properly. Very happy with his work.

The serviceman was very nice, but I will never use this company again. Their pricing is criminal! $900 to fix a leak and change the faucet is unconscionable, and it wasn't even fixed. I had to call them back a second time because it was still leaking. Why did I accept the contract? Desperation. Water was filling a bucket rapidly, it was 6pm and too late to shop around. I feel like I have been scammed.

Shawn did a great job! Explained what was happening. He was professional and courteous!! He didn’t rush me in making a decision. He took his time answering all my questions so I could understand. Chris is very friendly! I will ask for him the next time I need work done.

Air con service. Topped up refrigerant and restarted our system after an extended winter outage on a few hours notice on a very hot Friday afternoon just before the weekend. Stayed well past 6pm to make sure it was all working before they left. Did a great job. Friendly staff and professional work. Highly recommend.

Can't say enough good things about this team. They were prompt and had fantastic attitudes and great craftsmanship. The longer story - we were in a bind during a basement renovation when our last contractors began work without an approved plan from the city, so they weren't able to pull permits. I found Apex Plumbing on HomeAdvisor and they were quick to come help us out after we had a new plan approved. They consistently made sure I was happy every step of the process. Here's some photos of the plumbing rough-in and the concrete cover-up (they even added a new floor drain to get it out of the way of the hallway we're building in the finished basement). Passed inspection on the first try. Nice job!

Brandyn first gave me an estimate for replacing the gas hot water heater and I chose to have him install it. Actually it was a very quick process as Apex delivered a new tank for Brandyn to install. Brandyn explained the process as he shared the estimate with me. He's very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Apex and Brandyn if you're in need of a new hot water heater.

I could not be happier with the service Tim and his crew provided. They were prompt, explained what they were doing and showed me the work when they were finished. They were very professional, worked efficiently, solved the problem, and cleaned up! They were respectful of my property and me. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to everyone!

Definitely wanted to recommend these guys because they are so professional. I called them on Saturday and then the project manager showed me up on Sunday.Since it was emergency, so these guys came on very next day with all the equipment needed fixed my heat.I’m really pleased and definitely want to do recommendations.

Ryan was the tech that helped us today. He was the best. My dogs loved him too! We had an issue with a pipe leaking when the toilet was being flushed from upstairs. Ryan quickly agreed with me and didn't try and upsell me on a different problem. He was knowledgeable about what was causing the leak and had a solution available in minutes. Called and got same day service. Anthony came out assessed the situation and was able to install a water line for my new refrigerator the same day! He did an awesome job and cleaned up after! Will definitely use them in the future for.some other needs.

The Apex team replaced our outside downspout drainage system. Tim, the sight manager, was professional and knowledgeable. He made some last minute adjustments that were for the better. The team assured me that this was done right with the best materials. It should last a life time.

The guys that showed up were extremely professional, personable, and knowledgable. Water has been off for over 24 hours due to a leak and the timing was expected to be another 24. Due to the emergency nature of the request, these two came and got the job done all while easing the worry of further potential damage and being personable. I recommend APEX to everyone I talk to. He replaced the outdoor spigot and put a new shut off valve, explained how to use and it looks great! Very professional and got his work done with quality and quickly! Will use them again! Jason was great!

I was amazed that Bob, Shannon and the crew got the job done so quickly and efficiently, especially given the enormous excavation that Badger hydrodiggers had to make. The entire crew was pleasant and friendly, and it was remarkable how they functioned as a team, each member seeming to know what the other members needed next. They all showed good problem-solving skills. These guys are top drawer and I could not be any happier with the work they did.

I called in the evening after coming home to a broken sump pump and a basement full of water. Apex called early the next morning and had a plumber at my house within a few hours. Blake was very personable and he thoughtfully went over my replacement options. He sourced the parts quickly and was finished with the job in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend.

Anthony was very thorough explaining what was needed for replacing constantly leaking kitchen faucet (installed in the 1990's). A variety of options were discussed in detail. Once the decision was made, the faucet and under the sink piping were installed. Anthony tested for leaks multiple times. Once he was satisfied there were none, finished the job. Throughout the process he kept his working area clean of debris. Shout out to Anthony for clearing the disinegrating wet particle board under the sink and leaving the area spotless. OMG! This was my first and definitely not my last time using Apex Pros! I had the most awesome technician JASON MARTINEZ who did an amazing job installing my new toilet! Super professional and very nice! Thanks Apex for making this a pleasant experience!

Joe and Dylan were nice and professional We were canceled on and rescheduled 3 times and not happy but when the techs came out they were very apologetic and accomodating. They provided very good customer service. I needed a line set repair and I thought $650 was veryyyy steep to cut the pipe and braze a couple couplings on but I guess it is what it is. I’d give less stars based on scheduling and pricing but at least the techs were good.

Anthony arrived on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable. I will hire company again for future plumbing issues & I'll request Anthony specifically.

Jason did an outstanding job replacing my 27 year old water heater. He was able to do it the same day and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him, and would I use Apex again.

Anthony was very helpful and did a great job. He talked us through multiple projects and created quotes for us in addition to fixing the toilets. He took his time in answering our questions and was very thorough. The kids also loved the little bears he gave them!

I felt the customer service was perfect. The technician's knowledge was very good he gave very good suggestions for future services. He seemed to enjoy what he was doing and he seemed happy to be on the service call. Ultimately I believe the service call couldn't have went any better.

Very professional, knowledgeable, personable crew. Came out on time and scheduled the job very efficiently. This was a major job involving tearing up the whole floor of our basement. Their estimate came in $2000 less than Eco plumbers. The work was done very quickly and cleanly. The guys really seemed to know their stuff and we’re also very attentive to the impact of their work on our lives, and took special care to ensure no damage to the house and minimal mess. Here’s hoping that the fix works in the long-term but so far we are very happy.

Dan and his partner were fantastic. Came in and fixed my shower that I tried to do myself, which I completely screwed up. No hassle, quick to respond to the call. Will definitely be using Apex for all future plumbing, leaks, etc issues.

I called Apex at around 1PM after finding out that our furnace died overnight. We woke up to a 45 degree house! We got a same day appointment scheduled, and a tech was at our house by 3PM. Andrew did a quick diagnosis, found the problem, and was happy to answer ALL of my Wife and I's many, many questions. He quickly tracked down the part, got it replaced, and got our heat running. While he was working, he gave us all kinds of suggestions for things we can do to improve our heating and cooling system, and tons of other things around our house. I would HIGHLY recommend Apex for any of your plumbing, heating, or cooling needs.

Brian did an amazing job fixing a leaking pipe. He educated me in the plumbing of our house and communicated perfectly to me. He even showed me some future possibilities for remodeling questions I had. Brian went above and beyond and I can't wait to have him back.

Thomas Case was nice, very knowledgeable and thorough about what needed to be done to repair my A/C and got most of the job done today to get it working again. Unfortunately, more work needs to be done for the A/C to operate at 100% at a later date. Overall, Thomas did a fabulous job with what I could afford to be repaired at this time.

This is the second time I have used Apex Plumbing. They are always great to work with. They know their craft and are very sweet to talk to. I will use them for future needs as well and highly recommend them.

Tommy and Carter both were A+. Called Apex this morning and they came right out. Not only were they personable and polite, they were knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed go be done. It was kinda a tricky situation and they completely solved the problem. They left the work area spotless and I am thrilled. I highly recommend APEX - their service was excellent and the cost was very reasonable . I would use them again and again.

The technician did a terrible job of clearing the clogged main line. As soon as he found small roots he quit. Then a salesman showed up working a scam on their part. He claimed that pipes needed replacing. The estimate was over $6,000 without doing any investigation. He simply took a picture from the corner of the house and said it was to blame. So poor quality service and a salesman that tried to majorly upsell a minor issue. They also left the area inside the house dirty and nasty.We called a second plumber I'm and he had the issue solved within an hour. Amazingly no pipes needed replacing.I would not recommend Apex plumbing to anyone.

APEX came to my house. One guy said he had allergies and had to leave. The other guy refused to inspect my house because my kitchen was dirty. I said we didn't have time to clean the kitchen because we didn't plan on a pipe to burst. They ghosted me after I called again and they said they would get back to me. Would not return calls. ECO Plumbers came out today and found a leak in 5 minutes and fixed it. I even bought a service membership from them.

Dave, plumber from Apex Pros , was awesome! He replaced my macerator in my upflush toilet in my basement. Very respectful, helpful, wore covers on his shoes. I felt like he was honestly concerned about getting the job done correctly. He spoke very highly about the company. He has worked there 5 years. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone. I called APEX at 3pm with an urgent sump pump problem and they had a professional technician at my house 45 minutes later. The problem itself was fixed in an hour later, right before a thunderstorm was about to roll through and drop a lot of water. Apex was able to schedule me an appointment for the next morning for a clogged drain and other plumbing concerns. Holden and Tim were both on time and very courteous, such as putting on shoe covers. They listened to all of the issues and took the time to explain what the causes likely were and what the options were to repair. They were very knowledgeable and confident which made me feel like I was in good hands. We decided to proceed with snaking the sink drain and hold on some other more expensive less urgent repairs. But I really appreciated them and explaining what sort of costs I would be looking at for the future repairs and not pressuring me to fix it now. An appt was set to replace tub fixtures and Ryan came across a pipe that wasn’t properly capped off and was leaking sewage gas into our home and a leaky shut off valve to our washing machine. I’m very thankful for him and all that he had done to make our home safe for my family. He really went above and beyond! He was professional, personable, knew his craft well and was thorough in his findings. Cleaned up afterwards also. Absolutely not. This was the worst attempt at a cash grab I have witnessed using a contractor of any kind in my entire life. A slow leaking water shutoff valve needed to be replaced in our home, so we called Apex for an estimate. To be fair their answering service and scheduling people were really nice and easy to deal with but the plumber who arrived on site was an absolute joke. He provided us with an estimate of $880.00 to install a premium 3/4 main water shutoff valve. That's $880.00 to replace a single valve, similar to a standard shut off valve (think garden hose), on a pipe that was easily accessible with no obstructions. A local plumber at $50 p/hr estimated 2-2.5 hours (max) with a premium stainless valve for under $300 total for the same job. Side note: since we're in Columbus, we (home owners) have to call to have the city turn-off and then turn-on the water to the house before and after service, not Apex. Plumber seemed confused when I politely showed him the door after he asked if I had any questions and if I wanted to move forward... Never again!

Technician was very educated in the field..We had a major drain issue with the kitchen sink ( house original drain pipes were installed in the 1940s ) he was able to fix the issue in a very timely manner and very professional...Thank you John M.Definitely will use this company again..It was 5 mini crab forks stuck in the drain pipe behind the wall ...2 yrs later and I'm still paying for that dinner out...???

After calling another local company, twice, with no return call, Apex answered and we’re able to come out same day for a quote. If it wasn’t for one part they would’ve been able to install same day too. We only had to wait until the next week based on my schedule. They were in and out quick and very professional. Mr. Case was, er ... um, on the case as it were. He was thorough, responsive and utterly professional. My second floor laundry exhaust was blocked (Spring - bird nest) and he cleaned the duct behind the dryer in the laundry room, went up into the attic to ensure everything was still correctly connected and finally cleared debris from the exterior of the vent. He also helped me by installing a protective 'cage' to keep future birds from using the vent as a home. After he packed up, he specifically asked me to confirm everything was done to my expectation. He didn't want to leave, unless he knew I was completely satisfied.

Had my water heater die yesterday. Contacted APEX Plumbing and they said they could have someone out later last night or first thing in the morning. Chose this morning. Rob arrived at around 0900 and ready to work. Removed the current water heater after draining it and unloaded the new one. He had to make a few changes from the old one to hook up the new one. He also did a check of the complete water system as it flushes debris out from the old water tank. Had a small rock in it. Did a final check before filling out the invoice. Rob did a great job and kept me aware of all work.

Chris and his coworker were great! Really easy going, very knowledgeable and just great attitudes all around. We had quite the job and they worked well into the evening. My thanks to them both for an awesome job!

Make sure you get a second estimate. Unprofessional and unethical. My daughter called them to get an estimate on finding out why the AC and the furnace were not working. The technician said they needed a new AC unit and a new Furnace and the ducts cleaned. Over $21000! Turned out to be just the thermostat and had someone else fix it for $300. Customer service lacks when trying to address the complaint.

Called after another company canceled on me multiple days in a row and explained everything to Sarah I was assured a service manager would be out with the tech so they could handle my situation. A few hours before my appointment I was texted a cancelation that said they couldn't help me. So I called the dispatcher was unhelpful and just told me they be happy to send someone out since I have an appointment but I'd be disappointed because they can't help.

I called Apex for an estimate and they quoted me $9,592, more than double what I paid ($3472.10) to have my basement floor dug up and the piping system rebuilt. By getting a second estimate, I saved $6,119.00. The supervisor came by and used what I felt were scare tactics to seal the deal. However, his tactics and over pricing lost the deal. I will never use this company and would never recommend them! They lost two deals because of their over pricing and scare tactics. I received a warranty from the company I choose. I recommend that anyone that has plumbing and HVAC needs to shop around, research the average national price to save money. I DO NOT recommend Apex for any services!

Roberto came out to my house to fix my furnace he was a nice guy. After a little bit, he told me the gas value was bad. Roberto then told me I would have to pay $1100.00 for him to replace it. Plus almost another $380.00 to replace a part that was not even broken. This is very shady Company and I would not recommend it to anyone.The next day I had another Heating and Air company come out to check my furnace. They told me the problem was with my control board. As soon as the control board was replaced the furnace fired right up with no problem. If you are thinking of using this company to fix your furnace 'Don't and save your money'.

Cody arrived to replace the outdoor spigot valve and offered to upgrade my sump pump to a battery back up version. I quickly took him up on it. Had our entire house repiped by Apex and I personally would not recommend this company.We experienced a lot of communication issues throughout the process. It seemed like you could never rely on any of the office employees/technicians to pass on any information with one another. Even when scheduling appointments. We would be waiting and waiting after a technician told us we were on the schedule only to call in to find out that the office had no idea. My wife and I both work full time and it was a major headache trying to work with this company.Finally when everything was done, I went to run the dishwasher and saw the valve was in the off position. I turned it on and water starts running down my kitchen cabinet to the basement because the pex line wasn't crimped well enough. Couldn't believe it. When they came back out there wasn't even an apology it was just crazy.I can't help but to shake my head a little every time I hear one of the millions of ads Apex puts out on the radio. The word professional doesn't exactly come to mind.

Robert Whitney and his crew came out yesterday to service our water main as it had had a slow leak when we just acquired the house. As a first time home buyer, I was at first worrisome over how long the project would take or if anything may extend it/make it worse, but Robert and his crew alleviated any fears I had by explaining the process, keeping us apprised as needed and being very diligent. They even showed us how important is was to take care of our leak when they found a hole further down the line. This crew deserves a raise and Apex deserves yours consideration if you are looking for any water line work. They were awesome! Would work with again!! Just a shame I can only give 5/5 when they deserve 6/5!!!

Chase (and others who came on to help) handled my worries capably and professionally. There was a mixup in the original order, but APEX corrected the issues and completed the requested work. At this point, one day later, I’m very satisfied with how the issues were handled and with the installation.

They were more expensive than the other places I called, but they were available same-day, unlike the other places. The tech arrived within the window they gave me when I called and got right to work after giving me an estimate. The water heater is up and running with no issues so far. The tech left the work area clean like he'd never even been there.

First I wasn’t charged for giving a quote and I was given service the same day pricing was reasonable and Daniel Bohman my technician was so nice and knowledgeable and helpful 10 STARS!! I’m saving this contact for future use for sure I’m so grateful to have found them!!

They can't even specify what the problem is. I asked the guy what was wrong with my water heater, he said 3 different parts and didn't guarantee my water heater working after replacing any of them. Not able to fix anything at all only replace the whole thing. Do not call them for repairs, you will end up buying a whole new unit for no reason at all.

A simple shower faucet change ended up taking 4 hours, multiple trips to get needed supplies, my faucet area not cleaned before new one placed and my hot and cold water backwards. Apex did a good job communicating from the initial contact and troubleshooting through to resolution. They were very flexible and timely in getting their resources out to the site when the drain tech needed to come back unexpectedly.

Called to get a shower diverter fixed, wanted about $1200 to fix which would have included tear down and repair and going from 3 to 1 setup. I told them I'm good with staying at 3 valve setup but that only lowered price to around $900. It was far more then what I as willing to pay. I called around found a local plumber that came and looked at my system and asked to look behind for the pipes. Noticed that the pipe for the diverter was loose and tightened and fixed the issue the. Recommend going and getting some loc tight the keep everything in place. Shower works great. Apex didn't want to look for a fix wanted to sell me more than what was needed.

I wish I could remember names!! I would ask for these 2 men for future plumbing issues. They were personable, professional, and timely. They replaced an outside hose bib that wouldn’t turn off

Not as the plumber said #1 growing 5 star company.If I had wanted that I would have searched that.And less than 15 MINS to fix a valve $212. That is outrageous and they should be embarrassed to charge that price. That equates to $448 AN HOUR.THEY MISLEAD YOU WITH THEIR CRAIGSLIST AD AND EVEN THE PLUMBER SAID THAT HE HATES THAT THEY MISREPRESENT THEMSELVES.My next plumber WILL NOT BE THEM due tov$448 AN HOUR AND MISREPRESENTATION.I had no choice since my water due to the broken valve had been off for 24 hours.

Called Apex and their system is very helpful, they send a pic of the technician, when they would be here etc. We had Chris as our technician he was very professional, respectful, thoroughly inspected all areas where there may be problems, he found our issue and had it resolved within a couple of hours. Is it sacrilegious to call Apex Pros technician Ryan Koogler “plumbing Jesus”? Because that’s what he is!!!We’d been smelling sewage gas from around the laundry room in the home we’d just recently bought and Ryan was able to identify where previous owners had made somediy-er/not code friendly alterations to the plumbing during the advertised “extensive bathroom renovations and upgrades”.He came up with an easy to understand gameplan for attacking the list of needed repairs and upgrades, provided transparent and honest pricing, and knocked out all the work in less than a day.No more sewage gas vented directly into “atmosphere” aka our bedrooms (eww I know right??? Who thought that was ok to just fo and then try hiding it behind a wall?). No more kids having unexplained coughs every 4-6weeks. No more leaks from ghetto rigged slapped together “renovations”. Called because toilet leaking and wobbly and made appointment. Angel showed up on time and ready to work. Floor under toilet was rotted and toilet sagging. While looking to remedy this noticed the main drain stack was in poor condition and gave estimate to replace that and toilet issues (not the floor). I thought it was a bit pricey but I guess it needed done. Took 2 (stinky) days from start to finish. Angel fixed it up and cleaned up pretty well behind him, very nice, personable guy and even braced beneath the toilet with 2x4 so it would be more stable till the floor repair. The only downside was my 12” rough in toilet became a 14” after having the floor repaired…I guess he didn’t take into consideration that it would be higher when the floor got done and the toilet now is 2” further into my very small bathroom with a 2.5 gap behind it but it is now sturdy and no longer leaking just not in exactly the right place. Though this was a stressful endeavor (for me) it went fairly well and had a successful outcome and would use Apex again only if I was in a bind because it was priced extremely (rediculous) high! Check the website for coupons, I didn’t see them till after!!

I couldn’t be happier with the quality and professionalism of this company! Scheduling my estimate for a new water tank was quick and easy, and our technician Guss was beyond amazing. He helped us to understand our options for different sizes/ types of water tanks, and once we decided our installation was able to be completed that same morning! After getting two other estimates, Guss and his co-worker came to the house and talked with me about my options for a hot water tank replacement. Both were very knowledgeable which put me at ease. Then I got a very competitive estimate. Guss said they could do the job right now. Got a great deal on financing and they got the work done super fast and it looks very professional. Great job! I scheduled an appt to have my water pipe fixed. They tell me 0800-1300 appt time and force me to stay awake while working night shift, then message me 1201 confirming my appointment and then canceling 15 minute's later! Not only am I losing money calling off work to be present for a technician but now I have to start over calling other company's with no running water in my house. Thanks for being a waste of time Apex.

Mr Dusty was an honest and reliable plumber that impressed me so much I called him back a second time. Mr Dusty and Ryan came back out and did some more plumbing with great care and no leaving mess. Don't use! No follow up on property damage.The main line in my backyard needed replaced due to root damage which you can image was not a inexpensive project. I mentioned to the representative giving me the quote that I had been procrastinating on the project because my husband had recently passed away. I was given assurances that I would have no problems with this company and they would do a great job. They did fix the plumbing but they also ripping the gate going to my backyard completely off the hinges. I was asked if my gate was broken before they arrived. By that he meant was my gate laying on the driveway when they arrived. I assured him that the gate was standing and functional that morning. I was told my gate would be fixed. It almost two weeks later and I've heard nothing from the company. I've left two messages with the excavation manager that have been unreturned. I was told today the message would be directly given to him. Still no call. If this is the great treatment I was promised as a recent widow I would hate to see how the average customer is treated.

Had a gas leak inside the house they had to fix a pipe that is between 2 floors. It took Rob & Daniel about 12hrs. & Rob’s ingenuity but they came up with a plan that didn’t include cutting into a finished ceiling. Professional, mannered & cared about the people not just the job. ATTENTION SENIORS AND SINGLE WOMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Apex quoted my elderly mother $914 to replace a gas control valve that had failed on a 2YR old warrantied water heater. The manufacturer (Rheem) provided the part under warranty and stated that it takes their professional installers about 1 hour to install including draining the tank. Apex also deemed EVERY valve up to the water heater (gas and water) failing and needing replacement. This 1 hour job was now up to $4000. We truly believe the Apex associate was trying to gouge my elderly mother who was desperate and out of hot water. The ORIGINAL INSTALL including water heater was only $863. Yet Apex wanted $914 to repair the gas control valve. This honestly borders on criminal and I'm going to report it to the AG's office and the Department of Aging. Apex is notorious for never estimating a price until they get there when you are most desperate. They also do not break down their cost per hour.We ended up having another plumbing company come out the same day and install the gas control valve for $165. Again, Apex wanted $914. We used Apex a few times but never again. I wonder how many other desperate Elderly customers they steal from? Avoid these guys like the Plague or COVID!

Had a huge emergency with my hot water heater and they came faster then all other companies offered. They are quick to get you taken care of, and make you feel like they care. I will use them again.

The tech was friendly courteous and knowledgeable. My only complaint there is that the apprentice only did a broom clean up of the drywall dust. I had to vacuum and mop my floor. Got an estimate up front that I knew was outrageous but had already missed a day of work to meet them and we needed this work done before going out of town. Even if they marked up the material 100% I still paid a labor rate of $200 an hour for 1 tech, a young apprentice and 1 service van to do a 1 man residential job. I've been an electrician for over 33 years and spent 18 years in a service van, so I have an idea of about how much things should cost. That price was highway robbery.

I called Apex Plumbing Pros on 11/18/2022 as I had a leaking pipe under my bathroom sink that was progressively getting worse. They advised they would have someone come out the next day between 8 am - 1 pm.The next day, I received a text message from the company advising they would be unable to come out because they had numerous “emergency situations” but could come out on Monday. At this point, the leak was so bad, I was emptying a one gallon container of water that leaked from the pipe every hour. I had no choice but to use another company, who came out that day and resolved the issue.I then get a text message from Apex on Monday morning advising they will be sending out a plumber between 8 am - 2 pm, this is after I had called Apex on Saturday to cancel their appointment on Monday as well as a “free courtesy” HVAC inspection on 11/29. This company has horrible customer service as well as horrible communication skills.I had only called this company because of their 4.9 star Google rating. I had to leave a 1 star review based on my experience with them and that’s only because zero stars was not an available option.

They arrived promptly, and gave me several options for replacing old water heaters, as well as replacing the requested shutoff valves.
Work was completed, excellent workmanship, Gus explained everything clearly.

They literally put a new roll of toilet paper on my holder. The work i had done included a new stack in the basement. Which isnt an easy task. I didnt ask them to change the drain in the tub and its so nice that they did. I recieved a new toilet as well. Seriously round of applause for apex and for Andi and Logan. I will most definetly be using them again exclisively!

Rodney was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem quickly. We had a plumbing emergency and Apex was not only able to come out same day unlike the other companies we called but within the hour. Would highly recommend.

Gus was extremely friendly and thorough. He gave the quote and performed the install (fridge water line) in about an hour and a half. Also took the time to explain about flushing the water filter for the new fridge.

Very disappointed with this company. Very overpriced. Had a simple kitchen faucet replacement. They provided the faucet at $200 (price told to us by the plumber). Overall our final bill was $763. Assuming 10% for tax, that leaves $487 to install the faucet. Our ring shows that our plumber was only here for 1 hour. When asked for an itemized bill to see exactly what the $487 dollars pertained to, I was told they do not provide itemized bills. Thus they are charging almost $500 per hour for labor. There are far too many other options available for less money that offer just as good of work. I will not ever use this company again and would recommend everyone to do the same.

Was quoted $2500 to replace a holding tank that was replaced two days before for $200. They don't listen and clearly uneducated on the profession. Problem fixed by an actual plumbing company for just a couple hundred bucks. Get more quotes before committing to any company.

This is the second time I've had Apex at my house and I usually don't write reviews, but I was just so blown away with this appointment. Dan was so helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how things worked - which is actually going to save me money. Finding a good plumbing company has been difficult, but I'll definitely be sticking with Apex for any future plumbing issues.

$200 to put a new float valve in a toilet (just to see if that solves problem or if we really need a new toilet), and $200 to unscrew a faucet in water pipe to washing machine and screw in a new faucet. We chose to not due repairs but to have visit be free estimate only.

Robert and woody was great they worked hard three days in a row to get my Hvac system in and working they even came back todo the service because they were having so trouble with the air conditioning unit after they had talked to there serve tech they finished it today and they were fantastic about doing there job and keeping m up to date on every step of what they were doing then they showed m all the conponts on the fuurance and explain how and when to change them and done a great job cleaning up after there self but we both forgot to get the extra filters that they were supposed of gave m .

Rob and his assistant did an amazing job with our project! We got them to move some plumbing around for a sink and fridge that we moved. They were out within a week for the quote and again to do the actual work even with having to reschedule several times. I can assure you that this was not a fun job since it involved a dirty/muddy military crawlspace and a hose to wash off and clean up, but they got the job done, and it looks good! We were a little concerned to hire a plumber based off Google reviews alone rather than a recommendation from a friend, but we were not disappointed. We will keep them in mind for future plumbing needs!

Spent over 30 grand with this company. They double charged and withdrew over 6,000 dollars the business day before Christmas. We already financed the work that was charged. I have called multiple times and the last time I called, they said there was no history of me speaking with a representative. Poor customer service and horrendously unproffesional. This is the largest clerical issue I have heard of without any signed agreement or auto draft consent. Update 12/29/2022: They called and tried to give me a 250 dollar gift card to take down this comment regarding them taking out money without any contract, consent, or just reason. There reasoning was a clerical error. This is wrong on so many levels. Happy New Year and I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Update 01/19/2023: We have not yet recieved a 250 dollar gift card as a courtesy. The money was not immediatley sent back to us as we responded 2 days before the issue was even addressed. We were told there was no history of us talking with a representative. It took a full week to recieve the funds back due to miscommunication and priorities with all the busted pipes in this region.

Andrew provided an HVAC maintenance checkup for us. He was very thorough and took the time to explain any issues with our heating unit. We had one minor issue and Andrew fixed it very quickly. I will definitely reach out again with any future HVAC or plumbing needs.

Very professionally from the initial phone call to schedule, we were in a pickle as we couldn’t turn our water back on with this leak. He was here within a 1/2 hour, problem diagnosed and a estimate for repairs within 10 mins. We agreed and all done with 1.5 hours and that included him running to round up the new faucet. Could not be any happier with their service and professionalism. HIGHLY recommended!!

We noticed our water heater was done for the day 40 family members were descending on our house for a multi-day reunion. Called APEX at noon and they sent Chris over a few hours later. He had a new heater installed by 6 pm. Chris did an excellent job. Have not had to replace a water heater for a while, so it felt expensive, but the service and professionalism was top notch. Was very happy with the experience. You do get what you pay for.

We have used Apex twice now, today being the second time. The first was installation of ADA toilets a pipe repair and water heater install. This time it was a leak repair. Each were same day call/service. They’re always so knowledgeable, friendly and fast. They usually are not the least expensive, however, you get what you pay for. I’m extremely happy with their services and they will remain my go to for all plumbing services now and in the future.

VERY SERVICE ORIENTED. Fantastic company. After calling 4 others who did not pick up the phone, this was the 1st company that did. Only one of the others bothered to call back with a Yeah, what do ya want? The lady I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I expected to get hit with a same-day emergency fee but it seemed like they always respond same day and they did. She took my information and the company communicated with me through the entire process via text. I was told within 4 hours and I doubt I waited 90 minutes. I got a text saying the tech would be there within 45 minutes and a picture of him so I would know it was authentic. The tech was super polite and respectful. We just had new cabinets installed and he took note of that and was super clean. (I believe he would have been anyway). The tech arrived and the booties went on. He was knowledgeable of what needed to be done and asked some good questions before starting the repair. He gave me the estimate. He completed the work, I paid the bill electronically and he was on his way. The kitchen looked as if he had never been there and the drain is working perfectly. I recommend this company and I would use them again gladly.

We had an exterior gas line added for two Natural Gas Grills. The Team did an excellent job from start to finish. They cleaned up before they left and made sure we were satisfied with their workmanship. We will definitely call Apex first for any plumbing projects!

Our service started on the wrong foot because the office failed to call and let us know there was a delay. James turned it around. He did a great job! My suggestion for the office is to be more responsive. The techs have to deal with clients and it is not their fault when you do not return calls. Angel from Apex Plumbing was friendly and knowledgeable. Communication prior to appointment arrival time was great. Replaced shower cartridge and handle to stop shower-head from leaking. Happy with service. My only complaint is pricing I thought was a little high but they are completely upfront with pricing prior to starting job. They give you a written estimate prior to starting job. I haven’t needed a plumber in a number of years so this could be standard pricing. I’m just out of touch. They did offer a veterans discount.

I called Thursday morning at 9am not thinking I could get a same day appointment but Taylor was able to schedule a technician visit for the same day between 1 & 6pm! I then received a text message confirming my appointment and a second text with the name and picture of my technician, James. I loved that because it made me feel safe that I knew exactly who was coming to my home!! So great!!James arrived and from beginning to end, he was focused on delivering a wonderful experience! Thank you to all the people I spoke with at Apex. From the person I spoke with when I called to set up an appointment, to Both of the technicians that came out. The all were very courteous and professional. They explained everything during the process in a manner that was understandable. The first Technician called prior to coming out to gather more information on my situation so that he could show up prepared with everything that he would need to make sure he could remedy it. Then after that, the Second technician arrived and he also explained everything that we were seeing on the camera and what the next steps would be.

Dusty was awesome! We needed the water line replaced (upgraded) for our fridge. Also, we knew the water heater and sump pump were original to our house, and we were lucky they were both still working, but not well. He was able to quote us for sump pump with battery backup and App monitoring, a 50 gal water heater for the price of a 40 gal, and the water line fix. Everything was good to go, they did all of the work same day while we were working and it was a very smooth process. Now we have more peace of mind for these mechanicals and hopefully fended off an emergency down the road. Thank you!

Tried to schedule online, was given a 6 hr window. Took 2 texts, 2 calls & all day to get it changed. Got a call saying plumber was 40 mins out, 1 1/2 hrs later he arrived. Very pleasant but quoted $400 to snake kitchen drain. Advertised price to clear main drain $83. Decided to go elsewhere for better price. I asked for estimated cost but was told I had to schedule appt. If I would have known it would be so much I could have saved 2 days time.

Apex plumbing was very professional and polite throughout our whole experience. Logan was the plumber that showed up to my house. He arrived quick and was very polite and professional. Logan fixed the water shut off valve in one of my bathrooms. He was in and out of the house with in an hour. I recommend Apex plumbing for your unfortunate plumbing needs.

We had a lot of work done: a drain fix, gas line installation, outside spigots fixed. It was all done in one day and their prices were very reasonable. Impressed is an understatement! I called Apex when my mom's water heater went out and the company her home warranty sent couldn't repair the shut off valve. They came within 1.5 hours of me calling and were amazing. They repaired the shut off valve and took the time to explain everything. We were so impressed we had them install the new hot water tank instead of using the home warranty company. Charles was able to do everything the same day and worked around the water mitigation company. He was so professional and did a great job. We will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs!

I would NOT use Apex, save yourself the headache. The work they did was ok. The follow-up to fix anything has been terrible as mentioned in previous reviews. This is especially frustrating considering they are not cheap. What I have found is that when we wanted our water heater serviced, we had a response and a technician out in hours telling us we needed a new one. After the job cost us over $3400, a general contractor working on other things pointed out that: 1.) our new water heater was larger and 2.) It was placed even more center of our basement than the previous heater making giving us even less space free basement space if we close it in. We did not realize the few inches of misplacement was such a huge problem, but even more important, that the company could have moved the heater about 1-2 feet over and got it out the middle of the floor since they were doing a brand new install. We called to inquire about moving it over (12-24 inches) towards a corner, had a tech out in 3 hours give us a quote of $850. We inquired about moving it a few inches back to at least where it was, also $850. While he did confirm they try to place it where it was, it is not. Also, I discussed with the tech, do us a service for the money we paid and tell us before you cut pipes short that we can actually move the heater a little for more space. We may not know things as a consumer so we depend on the company we pay... Fast forward, a manger calls and says the best he can do is $400. We advised we need to think about the price. We get a text asking if we want to proceed and advised the manager we did not get the new quote. He resent the $850 quote within 3 minutes. We advised that was not promised. The manager never responded to the text and when called, did not answer. OVERALL, I prefer a private smaller company that can personalize service and return messages as they depend heavily on their customer base. I WOULD NOT USE APEX as their price does not match their customer service and follow-up.

Adam was not only on time, he was 15 minutes early, and that was much appreciated!After explaining what my challenges were (leaky tub and toilet), Adam gave me a few quotes, explaining that it may not go the way he thought and would therefore need to do a few more things, which would possibly cost more.Once I initialed the estimate(s), he got right to work. I think it took him six minutes to put in top-off-the-line parts in the toilet to fix the leak, and another twenty to attack the tub leak. Once finished, he realized that the fix didn’t work in the shower/tub and he would need to shut off the water so that he could replace the cartridge in the tub element.Since this is not possible but one day a month in my building, he readily agreed to come back out on the only day the water would be shut off. I didn’t even have to call the office, wait on hold, and/or do any of that myself…Adam said he’d take care of that, and he did!I wanted to pay cash for the work done, but we somehow forgot to take care of it once the work was completed, so he is literally driving to my other house first thing in the morning to collect. He likely won’t get paid for having to do this but was still highly amenable to doing it this way, just so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced.Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, hard-working, and honest.I’ll never go to another plumbing company, so long as they keep sending me guys like Adam and Chase!

I could not have been happier with Apex's same-day repair of a leaky pipe in my basement. Their communications were excellent, and the technician was very professional. He listened to me carefully, explained the needed repair as he went along. And the cost for the job was quite reasonable. I will certainly call Apex for any future plumbing problems.

I had a Waterline replaced and while the actual crew that replaced the line was amazing, The financing portion of this was a huge letdown, Did not explain options well and now I'm left with an eye sore in my front yard because I didn't select that coverage. Had no clue that was not included. The only reason I called them back to ask was because the crew told me about it. When talking to financing it was as if you were bothering them or something.

We had an emergency situation in Newark and made numerous calls for service and Apex was the only service willing to come out the same day, all others said it would be 2 weeks before they could even evaluate the issue. I appreciated the texting system snd responsiveness. The technician, Josh was professional and friendly, thorough and extremely neat and respectful of the fact I work from home and was on multiple conference calls during the time he was working. Josh completed the work and explained everything throughout the day. I would recommend Apex to anyone and would use them again.

We have a 100+ year old house that needed a thorough plumbing overhaul. Josh came out and walked me through the extensive project and told me it would take at least 3 days, so we were ready for a multi-day headache and aggravation. Instead we had 4 of the most wonderful, professional, and courteous guys show up to do the mammoth task. Brett, Logan, Mike, and Andi came in and made sure to communicate w us what the plan was and what they would be doing in each part of the house. Even when they encountered various amateur 70's plumbing hacks that had everyone scratching their heads, they came up w solutions and kept us informed. Each of them was simply amazing! They made what could have been a nightmare into an inconvenience that we just had to put up with for the three days. And to top it all off, they were the neatest workers we have ever had in the house. They were very conscientious and made sure to clean everything up as they went.

Wasn't able to remove old faucet myself since it was over 20 years old. I was hesitant to even have a plumber come here because we had one come years ago for the same pipe and it obviously wasn’t fixed right but Justin came here and knew right away what the problem was, in less than a minute. Apex performed a complete house main drain replacement both inside my basement and the outside pipe. Chase handled the indoor work. This was a large job which took a full week to pull water heater and furnace, dig up extensive amounts concrete basement floor to be able to replace the pipe going outside, as well as drain pipe from kitchen. Chase and team were prompt, polite and most importantly made sure I was able to at least use the water in my bathroom sink, toilet, shower before they left each day. Job was completed on schedule and the job site was cleaned up when work was finished. I highly recommend both Chase and Apex Plumbing. I should never have need for a plumber again after this work, but I would definitely use them again.

Called for my elderly parents to have gas work done for a gas leak. They were there 45 minutes in charge $750 and one of their techs tested the line and said it was 100%, however they tested the line to the gas company and not the line in the house the pressure was zero. When the gas company came back out and test the lines they of course not turn on the gas and told us to call back the company. When they were contacted the first time they said since it was a holiday weekend of July 4 and we would not be able to have anyone out to the house that Friday. I called on behalf of my parents and they were able to send out another plumber who spent three hours there. They charged another thousand dollars. They tested the line and said it was good again . Columbia Gas came out again and they said that there were still leaks in the line. Because of it being Fourth of July weekend we had to wait until Tuesday, they sent back another person who at that point put pink dye in the line which got on a brand new floor.They said all the gas lines were so bad that they needed to be replaced and they were sending out a another person to give an estimate on replacing the lines. We were told $4000. We called another company in which charge 400 less. I would not recommend this company to anyone, after complaining about the issue they only returned $850

I was so thrilled Apex was able to arrive by 8:45 a.m. on a Monday, after receiving our call for service at 11:00 p.m. on Sunday night. Dan was quick to diagnose and repair, checked other showers for possible issues too, and checked the water source in basement for potential issues. Dan also recommended other hardware / services / improvements to ensure plumbing was all in good order. So glad that I called Apex and would definitely use their services again!

I am torn writing this review. Had a tub leak and another plumbing item I needed worked on in my new / old house. Was getting quotes and Apex was able to send someone out within an hour of calling, that sealed the deal. Tub leak was fixed quickly. Was probably a little more expensive than the competition but hey it was done the same day and fast.The other item was a main shut off valve replacement. That I got a quote of around $960 for the replacement. Had someone from the city replace a water meter and he told me I could do it myself if I wanted and it wasnt too hard but I am not going to mess around with that stuff. So got 5 other quotes. All 5 were right around 200 bucks for labor and materials. Almost 800 bucks is quite the difference.I would say that for smaller stuff that you may need done fast, Apex may be worth it but definitely get more than 1 quote.

James came out just a few hours after I called Apex. I expected a good few days or more before we’d be able to get anyone out here. Additionally, we never expected service the same day. We thought we’d be scheduling service after a consultation. James was great to work with! Very polite, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing and why. We had an idea of what we needed, and it would have been a much more expensive service. James explained why we didn’t need it, when he could very easily have just gone with it and taken out money! He even helped carry our packages in as soon as we got here! Plus, his work is under a 90 day warranty now, so if we have any further issues he’ll come back out! We’ll definitely use Apex again!

I had A Mann/Apex plumbing come out and give me an estimate on our plumbing project. They came out the next day and exactly when they stated they would be coming. Adam was very professional. Great service from start to finish. The person who answered the phone was very friendly. I needed to have the water lines in my bathroom shifted in order to install a new vanity. This was by no means an emergency so I wasn't expecting any service that day. They showed up 30 minutes later (they called first of course). I was amazed.I met with Trevor to go over the issue. He knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a few options. He never tries to pressure me to go with the most expensive option and was very patient in explaining all of them. I started out to get an estimate on the rocking toilet, but because of the structural issue with the house it turned into replacing the pipe that connects to the toilet because the floor dropped about 2in below toilet. This needed to be done but I think being a repeat customer I would expect discounts. The cost to do this work I think was overpriced. But Chris, the plumber did a fantastic job, he was professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I would choose Apex again, but they need to take a look on what they are charging people who are already having financial issues, due to the economy.

Brandyn was professional and communicative about the diagnosis and plan. Unrelated to the leak, he offered to use his air pump from his truck to help fill our van tire that had a puncture while he was here. Scheduling was easy, with quick response time. I called at 7am, and he was here by 10am.

Technician was able to come earlier than expected. Was called and verified if an earlier time was okay before dispatch send the tech out instead of them just showing up unannounced. Communication was great, and the service was better! I like that there was a 90 day guarantee with the drain cleaning service and if it needed done again within 90 days it will be covered.

I've never had a major home repair go so smoothly. I needed to replace aging twin water heaters that had outlived their useful lives. I only intended to have Apex out for an estimate, but instead, I decided to have the work done right then and there, because their pricing was about $1000 under what I expected to pay to have this done. Rob and his assistant (sorry, couldn't remember his name) were back within an hour with two brand new water heaters ready to install. The install maybe took 2-2.5 hours. Really couldn't believe how fast and professional they were. I work from home and their work didn't bother me at all. Early reviews on the water heaters is that they are a big upgrade over what I had before. Thanks for the great service!

When Charles and Chris arrived for the consult they were very professional. Charles gave me all options available before we landed on purchasing a tankless water heater. I appreciated that he asked if the work could be done on the next day since it was raining so hard. They arrived on wed Feb 23rd. They did a fantastic job. They were courteous, the install went very well. They didn’t leave a mess. They were very particular about their work. They made sure we knew how the water heater worked and how we could connect our phones to it and set a time in the morning for the water can be hot when we started our day. I would definitely use them again for infrastructure issues in our home. I believe you left your crow bar here.

Chis did a great job explaining my options, then completing the repair work. But the cost was twice what I expected. He was here about two hours and used $100 worth of materials at most. My bill was $986 after a $25 coupon.

I had a top notch experience working with Apex! I called and someone answered the phone right away. They scheduled me for an appointment the next morning. Justin came to our home and he was friendly, knowledge and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue with our sump pump quickly and explained everything in detail. The resolution to our issue is a bit more complex than expected so he was able to schedule his colleague to come out later today for an accurate quote. Justin also helped us cap off some plumbing for our kitchen renovation. Overall fantastic experience and looking forward to working with Apex again.

Nat & Josh did an excellent job installing our new sump pump. Also advised we badly needed a new discharge pipe. We also had that installed the following week. Service was excellent and the price was very fair. We now have a brand new fully functioning sump pump and discharge system for the first time in years!

We called Apex and in the same day Nathan and his assistant Ali came out and replaced our toilet. They were both very courteous and very conscientious of keeping our front door shut since we have a kitty and did not want him to get out. Great job and thanks for all you do.

Toby was the technician and he had an apprentice (Jason). Both gentlemen were well mannered, polite, down to earth and friendly. Plumbing is expensive, but they were transparent at every step. They came same day (insanely great customer interaction) with the phone representative all the way to technician. Gen X friendly with google reviews, texts with photos of technicians and call ahead to make sure it’s convenient. This is a Friday and we got same day service. I can’t stress how great this was. Please give these people a raise!!!!

We spoke to someone at Apex after midnight and they had someone call us back around 7:15 am. Justin and his coworker arrive a little after 8 am. We were so surprised with the quick response. Justin and his coworker were great. They explained the issue and what they did to resolve it. We were quite pleased with the service.

Nick and his partner did a great job at fixing our plumbing in the bathroom. A new main stack needed to be installed and the old one removed, new pipes ran from the stack out to toilet, shower and sink. They put the toilet back in place and installed the new vanity cabinet and faucet. The leaks and blockage in our pipes that occurred due to the handyman we had do our shower was corrected, too. They did a great job!

Scheduling was quick and easy. They got me in as fast as they could because I had a leak. They.gabe a window from 0800-1300 but they arrived at 1000! Keenan was professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue, gave me some good advice, and left . Will use Apex again especially when I get another hose connection put in to my backyard.

I appreciate the great work from start to finish. Apex/ Marcus reviewed issue, discussed options, answered questions, gave pricing on multiple options, no pressure, looked at pricing for options. Then, I decided to get the gas water heater replaced including expansion chamber and plumbing. Marcus got to work on the readying the old unit. then, left to pick up the replacement heater and parts. He came back approximately 2pm. Removed old. Installed new. Tested and verified everything. Cleaned up and done by 5:30pm. Even though spending the money is not fun. It was nice to have the work done right. Great work! Would recommend Apex.

I needed to replace a toilet in my home so gave Apex Plumbing a call after seeing their excellent reviews online. I was shocked when they said they could fit me in the same day then further impressed by their communication and updates regarding the tech arrival. My tech Keenan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He quickly reviewed my options, purchased my new toilet and installed it all basically in less than an hour. I would recommend Apex to anyone!

Daniel was on time and very professional. Explained the problem and the options I needed to consider to fix the water heater. After this discussion, I decided it was best to replace it. He left to pick up the new heater and returned promptly. With traveling to get the new fixture and installing it the whole process was completed in less than 3 hours. Let me start with the good things first: They are polite, and responsive. They are quick to provide estimates. Their service calls are free.Now let me address the overarching negative: Their prices ARE ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I'm wiling to wager that brain surgeons are paid less on an hourly basis than what they're trying to charge.I am a landlord and needed a new gas control valve on a tenant's water heater. (This is roughly a $180 part, and it takes about 45 minutes to install.) I called these guys. As I said, the dispatcher was awesome. She said they'd get somebody out to look at the problem later that day. And indeed they did - right in the middle of the four-hour window that they quoted. I have no complaints up until this part.So then the tech called to discuss the repair and give me a quote. He wanted $914 to replace the gas valve. I didn't really know how to respond at first. But then I was like, You realize an entirely new water heater costs about $550, right? Why would I pay you $914 to replace a small part? Then he explained that they charge $2,200 to replace a water heater. (They must be out of their minds. I really hope nobody pays them this much, as at that rate, they're charging about $1,600 in labor for a pretty simple job that takes less than two hours to complete.)I told him that I really couldn't justify paying them $914 to replace a $175 part. He then countered by offering to let me obtain the part myself, and have them install it for $550. (Again, this is a very simple, 45-minute job. It entails draining the water tank, unplugging two wires, unthreading three gas lines, unscrewing the valve, and reversing the process. The longest part of the job is sitting and waiting on the tank to drain. You can watch a Youtube video on it if you don't believe me.) So that's roughly $730 an hour. Sounds like a GREAT deal, right?Anyway, I thanked the repair person for his time, and said I'd think about it. Ultimately, I thought they were crazy. I ordered the part on Amazon and did it myself this morning. As I said, it took 45 minutes, and I am NOT a skilled plumber. I'm just a regular guy who can't afford this company's predatory pricing.Edit: I uploaded pictures of the quotes, in case anybody thought the numbers I cited were a bit far-fetched. I know I would have.

I tried to call and see how much was a 50 gallon water heater and they couldn’t even give me a price on how much a regular water heater installation would be and they have on the hold recording saying they’ve been in business for 20 years and there lying they haven’t been.

I needed an old plastic main valve replaced and a replacement water heater installed. Chris did an excellent job pre, during, and post work. He was kind, considerate, and explained his work. Yesterday my Wife told me the water heater was leaking. Scheduled an appointment online yesterday afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised to get a spot for this morning. Nate arrived on time and replaced my ancient (1999!) leaking water heater with a brand new one. I decided to also go with the optional expansion valve and drain setup. The whole process was quick and painless, and he also gave me quotes on replacing my equally ancient sump pump and aging valve at the main line before he left. Of course I hate spending so much money on such short notice, but I realize it had to be done and that it was a job best left to a pro. Peace of mind and money well spent. Thanks Nate!

Terribly expensive for an hour of work (350) and I supplied the replacement disposal. However, they showed up, did the work, and stand by their work. If they were a little less expensive I would use them for all of my rentals but it's just not worth it. I will use them EVERY SINGLE TIME i need short or emergency notice work done.

Had a very good experience with Apex. Plumber, C. Welch, came within 2hrs (on his Saturday off even) and troubleshooted my water heater within 5m. He got me a quote for a new heater and installed it within 4hrs. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and even cleaned up the dirt tracks his boots left on the hardwood floor because it was a rainy day. Would definitely recommend Apex and I will personally use them again based off my initial experience with them.

Trevor did an awesome job. He repaired the fixtures in our shower and in our bathroom sink. Our replacement fixtures were difficult to install because they have not been changed since our home was built 50 years ago. Trevor is very nice. He arrived on schedule and explained everything in detail. He is very personable. We only want Apex Plumming and Trevor for future repairs. Also reasonably priced. We are very satisfied .

Responded quickly to a request for service. I needed to determine a source of water in my attic (not roofing). Arrived within an hour of my 911-ish call. Our dog had no issue with Shawn. He put on booties to avoid tracking in dirt. Honestly, he didn't need them in our mess of a basement. He told me he could take care of snaking the entire main line in the house & push it out if need be.He was careful, and let me know when he was done, that I needed another cap on the 4 access pipe as ours was corroded. Got one at Lowes an hour later.The cost was higher than I imagined. An ad on the site said $89 for a main line. I understand the service, knowledge & tools involved are included, but $500 was very steep & unexpected. (Also got a power snake at Lowes) Everything was fantastic, except the price. Shawn was patient, kind & took care of the issue professionally. The dispatcher was a pro as well.Definitely recommend service, if you can afford it. Thanks Shawn!! :)

They were at my house within the hour this morning when my sump pump failed, and everything was fixed by lunch time. WOW! Is this for real?! I have never experienced this level of quality in a plumbing situation as I did with Apex plumbing! Late in the night, our sump pump quit and water was everywhere in our basement. I was frantic to find help. I searched online and found Apex and booked an appointment for today, which was impressive enough as we had just experienced horrible service from another plumbing company for a separate company Monday and it took them days to get to us. But, within minutes and after 9pm, I received a call from Apex saying they could send someone within the hour and they sent an Angel named Angel! How appropriate! He lived up to his name! The weather was sleeting rain and Angel had to Lea to retrieve our new sump pump and come back and install it in horrible weather WELL AFTER business hours for the other sub par plumbing companies that can not even make it on time days after the appointment is made and within a 4 hour window. So, I ask again, “Is this for real, or are you some kind of Earth Angels out to save us poor mistreated customers in desperate need? I sincerely feel like I was led to this company by divine light. It was an unexpected, but oh so fortunate accident to blindly find this amazing company. I am going to suggest them to my warranty company to replace the bad one they sent earlier this week! We don’t want anyone else! Thank you, Angel and Apex plumbing!

Toby and John from Apex Plumbing promptly arrived within the hours quoted, found and fixed the leak quickly and were on their way. I received a comparable quote with another plumbing company but was happy that there were no additions for the price quoted. There was some drywall cutting that occurred and Toby and John cut holes that can easily be repaired and left no mess behind. They were very competent and I would highly recommend Apex.

Lance and Daniel arrived on time and were very courteous. Efficiently presented the options available, once the decision was made they gathered all needed materials and returned when they said they would. Installed our new water heater, cleaned up everything, asked if there was anything more they could do, and thanked me. The entire experience was less than four hours. I tried five other local plumbers, the two that called back said they were too busy. I will definitely call Apex in the future.

We came home late Sunday night to water damage in our basement. After leaving messages for many places, Apex was the first to show up and we are glad they did. Justin did a great job - replaced a sump pump which allowed the water to drain and replaced our hot water tank. He explained the process to me and was very professional and respectful. He worked long hours that day to make sure we were where we needed to be for work to continue the next day. The next day we were visited by Toby and John who replaced a pressure switch and gauge on our well pump. They ensured that we had proper running water, that all breakers were turned back on and everything was functioning as it should before leaving. Both of them were excellent and I would recommend Apex to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Rob was able to fix my shower with minimal damage to the tile after a different plumbing company told me my shower would have to be rebuilt in order to fix it. I am pleased with the job he did. He was honest with me and was good about explaining things. I would definitely use Apex Plumbing again.

Justin was our hero today. Apex was incredibly kind and responsive. My entire experience was positive starting with their dispatcher who was incredibly knowledgeable to the technician they sent. Apex was able to clear our yard pipe from ice and debris allowing our sump pump to work properly.

Angel was on time, and very friendly and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and offered several options for repair, and explained the costs and parts needed. Apex is a trustworthy business, and employs dedicated and professional plumbers.

Our hot water tank had the burner go out for no disclosed reason. My wife and I couldn't figure out what was going on, so we called Apex since they were one of the only companies offering 24/7 assistance*. Josh came out, diagnosed the problem quickly and walked us through what was happening with little to no hassle. Only hiccup was that our part wasn't available for same day service, but with a weekend issue, that's to be expected. Thank you for the easy and hassle-free experience!

The work done was excellent and done quickly. The price was very expensive. Had them come out on a Saturday to get an estimate on replacing to old water heaters. The starting price was about $2000.00. They would be installing one 40 Gal. He said he had one on the truck and could do it now. He said the price would be another 250 more. Then again another $225 By the time he was finished it was a whopping $3300!

Attempted to get an estimate from Apex Plumbing Pros. First appointment: no show, office called hours later to tell me the plumber couldn't get to you.Next time slot was *four days* later, but they promised that I was a priority for the 8am-1pm slot. Surprise, another no show and a call at 4pm saying, are you available for our appointment now? Nah, bro.If I can't trust them to make an appointment, I can't trust them to do work on my home. Don't waste your time!

Main water service line busted due to cold weather a few weeks ago. I’ve used APEX in November for a clogged kitchen drain so I knew they did great work and had upfront competitive pricing. Josh came out to check the situation and immediately knew what was going on. He was able to break down his vision and approach which helped me understand what type of work they will need to do. Technician was friendly and professional- overall experience was good but I think the price was too high - he was here for roughly an hour and the price was $406.00 - they wanted an extra $200.00 to pull and reset the toilet so I did that myself - 30 -45 min total to remove and replace plus $7.00 for the wax ring. That should have been included in the $406.

My sister had you guys come out and do work for her and you left the ENTIRE yard dug up with a HUGE mound of dirt now taking up the entire middle of the yard. When she asked what she was supposed to do with the dirt you told her it will level itself out it will most definitely NOT level itself out. It's almost 4 foot tall and about 60 foot long and 6-7ft wide. It's about to be winter. Exactly how do you guys expect this to level itself out!? As much money as she paid and you guys couldn't do something with it!? Very unprofessional . I'm posting on her behalf because somehow her comment isn't showing up on here.

Chris, my technician was amazing. He helped save me money by repairing my garbage disposal when I thought I was going to need to replace it.My only complaint is the cost of garbage disposal installation. For an existing mount you're looking at around $300. For a new fixture you're looking at $600. (The garbage disposal itself is $95-$120 new if you buy it on your own). I confirmed with the tech that it's only a 20-40 min process to put one on an existing mount. So that means they're charging $300 for less than an hour of work. That's absolutely insane.

My 16 year old hot water heater went out. Completely. I called Apex Plumbing on Saturday morning at 10:45am to see how quickly I was able to get a new instillation (wife and daughter in house and had not showered yet that day… they weren’t happy). Todd and Logan were professional, informative and always available with any questions we had along the way. They fixed leaks for two of our bath tubs, removed a bathroom vanity, installed a new water line for the refrigerator and moved our washer hookup to the basement. They even came back to install it for us after it was delivered. Excellent service!

Our water heater had a small leak at the bottom that we noticed in the afternoon. Apex sent Rob out the same day to assess the issue. He was able to have a new water heater installed and running by the next morning. Due to the quick service, our flooring did not sustain any water damage. Michael was very courteous and worked quickly. He took pictures of the piping under our kitchen sink and showed me how it had been incorrectly installed by a previous owner of our house. He replaced all of it and it looks great. He also replaced our disposal and pointed out where it was corroding and leaking. Then he cleaned up which I really appreciated.

Our situation was the incoming main line to our meter was weeping inside. Todd scheduled a time through out water department to have it shut off while he was here and replaced the fitting. Once finished he took care of having the water department come out while he was here to make sure no leaks were were happening. Todd also was here when he said he would be here and took time to explain the steps that would be taken to fix our problem. I will have no problem using Apex plumbing again for any future projects. Justin and Michael were excellent in repairing and replacing our sump pump and grinder in our lower level of our home. They both went way beyond doing a regular job and stayed well past the usual time for this type of repair. They kept us informed all the way through the process, cleaned up well and left us with a complete summary of what they did to remedy our problem. I would use Apex again and would request both of these men to do another job or repair.

We contacted Apex Plumbing on a Sunday after noticing our outdoor faucet was leaking. They were able to schedule us for the next morning for the first appointment between 8a-12p. We just moved in to a new house and wanted a gas line run to the kitchen to convert the stove to gas. The day before our appointment the valves supplying our washing machine blew up. I was able to get the additional service added with no issues. Seth did a fantastic job and went above and beyond with correcting the piping for our washer. Rob did a fantastic job. He fixed the leak and it looks brand new. He installed my new whole house filter and had to do some wood work to make it fit in the old mount.. During the repair my main well connection came apart.. He fixed that and also adjusted my pressure cut in/out - just great.. He also gave me quotes for a new halo filter system which I plan to do and will probably do the tankless hot water system upgrade.. Great guy.. Great work.. Great company. I can attest to the honesty of the two plumbers who came to our home to repair our garbage disposal. Once they inspected it they found that the disposal just needed to be reset by a push of a button. They didn’t charge me a dime, and they could have! I’d recommend Apex Plumbers to anyone who places a value on honesty!

Seasoned knowledgeable professionals were sent to my home to address a myriad of plumbing issues that seemed to be small issues for the past week or two or longer and then became a larger issue that needed attention. You know when your sink drain slows down to a trickle, and you're afraid to run your dishwasher it is time to call in help. My issues were several and it took them one day to give me an estimate and then parts of two days to address all of our issues. Apex Plumbers knew immediately what was wrong with the disposal hook-up and the incorrect dishwasher hook-up along with our clogged drain issue. They could have completed the jobs sooner but were kind enough not to work late into the evening as I'll admit I am old and tired. After some light touch up cleaning things are back to normal at our house. I would highly recommend Apex Plumbing Pros.

I called and was able to have someone come out and provide an estimate the same day. Within the week repairs were completed. Repairs were made to a shower and a downspout/sump pump drain pipe to the road was replaced. Robert repaired the shower and a heavy equipment team was sent for the drain pipe. Was kept informed throughout the whole process from appointment times, repairs and cost. Would recommend Apex and would definitely use them again.

We found a leak at 12:30 in the afternoon, called Apex, and was told to expect a technician between 1 and 6 the same day. Marcus showed up about 3:30 and diagnosed the problem right away. He showed me a quote for what needed done and then completed the work in a timely manner. He was veey professional and answered any questions we had. I would use Apex again and would also ask for Marcus as his work seems top notch!

I went downstairs to find our water heating leaking all over. I called Apex Plumbing & spoke with Lindsay. She was so nice & worked speedily to find someone who could help us. BUYER BEWARE!!! I contacted this company to come and quote me to replace 30' of underground clay waste pipe. They quoted me $15,000. Being in a pinch I had little options but to go with them. My mistake was that I contacted several other plumbers and no one got back to me, and I told the estimator this. He saw that I was in a bind and took advantage of me. I understand emergency services come with some extra cost but not double. They showed up late each day and left early. Their contractors left cigarettes all down my driveway. My lesson learned is please please please get at least 3 quotes! Finally had several plumbers get back to me and quoted me half, some even less then half, to perform the same work. I fired them on the spot and had the honest plumber finish the work. To fall for the fancy truck logo like I did!

The installer was able to put in the shut off valve because I called after 4pm they were able to come out the next morning because I told them it was not an emergency because they were coming out the next morning.
