They replaced the drain line out in the yard 7 feet deep. They are connected with a finance company called Wisetack and Wisetack paid for the repair and then I make easy low interest payments to Wisetack. I recommend Plumbing One to all my Landlord collegues. Jess, is awesome!

Very thankful for Jess and her team. She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter. During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had. She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items. She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included. She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space. Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it. A small, local company that does great work with reasonable prices! Donn walked me through the entire process of replacing the main water pipe in the front yard as well as stayed in communications with me throughout the day. I was thrilled that not only did he fix the pipe properly but he also did it without disturbing my flowerbeds! I highly recommend Donn and his team!
They came to install a water line to my ice maker, had problems with it sealing. But they did everything until it worked
I need to retract this critical review as Plumbing One did this job correctly. It was my own lack of knowledge that was the issue. They sent out on of their techs who reviewed everything with me today.
I was wrong and apologize for this misguided review.
So, with that would recommend this company to do any work requested.
We recently had a water heater installed by Plumbing one as a contractor through Home Depot. After the installation was completed and they had left I noticed that the line leading from our home humidifier no longer had a water control valve on it. I’ve contacted Home Depot’s service about this with no resolution. I should have known better than to go through HD for this. It is such a hassle when there is an issue with the work that was contracted.However, It is ultimately up to Plumbing One to resolve this as they did not complete the job correctly. Be careful using them.
The pressure valve started leaking on my hot water tank. I called Plumbing One and they were quick to assist! They were able to replace the valve in like 10 minutes! Did not over charge me or try to over sell me! Thank you so much!!

Had the owner come out and assess the issue with my downspout and sump pump at the end of the week. The following Monday, members of his crew came out and quickly resolved all my and my wife's concerns. They are very reasonable priced, go out of their way to be helpful and informative, and were extremely professional and respectful to our home. Will definitely call again for plumbing needs.

We couldn't be happier with Plumbing One's service today in fixing our hot water heater which the gas company had flagged due to a backdraft issue. Plumbers Tom and J.D. came right out and solved the problem knowledgeably and efficiently, and at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with this company. Called Tues. & had an appointment on Wed. They replaced the leaking kitchen faucet along with a leaking water valve in the basement. Their pricing is excellent for the time it took to do the repairs. They are professional and do a great job. I will continue to use them in the future.

We have used them on two occasions. Both times the communication was better than I have ever experienced with a contractor. Both times they were prompt, quick and did quality work. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling them for certain.
Found out the hard way (water all over my floor) that I had a drain issue while doing some laundry. Happened this past Sun. Mon morning I did a Google search for 'best plumbers in Reynoldsburg, Plumbing One had the best rating and great customer comments. Also looked them up on BBB website. They have an A+ rating! I called Mon morn and was set up with a Tues morn appointment. Tom came on time, introduced himself and then listened to me describe the issue I had. He got right to work and found the problem was from my washing machine drain line not draining properly. Turns out I had a very stubborn clog in the drain and a crazy 'older home' drain line set up so Tom had to use a few different methods to get the drain clear. He din't give up and really went the extra mile to be sure it was done right. Thank you soooo much Tom, I couldn't be more pleased with the service! Use Plumbing One (ask for Tom) you'll get the best!

Tom and D.J. from Plumbing One LLC installed 2 new toilets and removed the old ones. Their work was done very efficiently and professionally. I did not have to worry about a thing! They picked up the new toilets at the hardware store for me as well. The new toilets were installed perfectly and I am pleased with the result.
I have used Plumbing One in the past, and have always found their plumbers to be knowledgeable and experts in their trade, as were Tom and D.J. They work really hard to please the customer. Alicia and Donna at the office are very helpful in scheduling and coordinating the work. I definitely plan to use Plumbing One LLC for future plumbing needs in my Canal Winchester home.

We had our garbage disposal replaced and aftewards we heard a grinding noise. We talked to Tom at Plumbing One on the phone and he said it sounded like something was stuck in it. He suggested that we run ice cubes down it which we did and it cleared it up. Very professional and courteous!

Called this company to replace a garbage disposal after a plumber from another plumbing company with the initials RR gave me an estimate of $500.00 to replace the garbage disposal although I provided the replacement unit. Tommy and JD came to the house and after a few minutes Tommy got the garbage disposal working again. Returned the unit that I had already purchased. A week later Tommy and JD returned to the house to replace the kitchen faucet and fix a leaking shower head. They were professional, worked quickly and Tommy even cleaned up the mess under the sink from a badly corroded faucet. I highly recommend Plumbing One and will use them again whenever a need arises. Tommy has an awesome sense of humor and genuinely cares about his customers, as a result he gets my Best Plumber Award.

Plumbing One was able to come out rapidly to diagnose the source of my leak. When I realized that the problem was something that I could fix myself, they only charged me a nominal amount for the service call. Their expertise and clear explanation saved me hundreds of dollars (not to mention equipping me with the knowledge I needed to fix the problem). I would highly recommend them.
We had a Slow bathtub drain and Plumbing One sent Jesse to our house today. He was Great, he tried his best to unblock our VERY OLD drain and did improve the flow very well. Jesse also explained the Problem with old drains and made An Excellent suggestion for us to consider. We will be calling Plumbing One back next week to follow through on his suggestion. We were very, very satisfied with Jesse and how well he explained our problem. Excellent service and Jessie cleaned up after himself which was Very Nice.

I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Jesse of Plumbing One. I had a leaky custom faucet, which I didn't realize was custom, and had a frustrating time trying to buy a replacement. Jesse told me EXACTLY what I needed and was patient with me during this process--and wasted service call. Not only do I have a nice, new faucet, he told me what to buy when I thought I needed to replace 3 bathroom faucets due to the mineral build-up from the water where I live (Blacklick, Oh). All I needed to stop the water from spraying all over were faucet aerator inserts. He could have easily had me buy faucets I didn't need. He also identified a knocking sound in my water pipes, which I have had tested by my Township, at Jesse's suggestion. I need a water pressure reducing valve which I have learned, due to change in the water system prior to our moving here, is covered by the Township. I would have NEVER known where to begin with a situation such as this; let alone determine what it was causing it. I'll be calling Plumbing One and requesting for Jesse AGAIN. Great customer service and they don't try to rip you off! It's nice to know there are still businesses like this!

Very thankful for Jess and her team. She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter. During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had. She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items. She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included. She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space. Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it. Thank you Plumbing One, thank you Jess, and thank the rest of the crew who installed it.
A small, local company that does great work with reasonable prices! Donn walked me through the entire process of replacing the main water pipe in the front yard as well as stayed in communications with me throughout the day. I was thrilled that not only did he fix the pipe properly but he also did it without disturbing my flowerbeds! I highly recommend Donn and his team!
They came to install a water line to my ice maker, had problems with it sealing. But they did everything until it worked
I need to retract this critical review as Plumbing One did this job correctly. It was my own lack of knowledge that was the issue. They sent out on of their techs who reviewed everything with me today.
I was wrong and apologize for this misguided review.
So, with that would recommend this company to do any work requested.
We recently had a water heater installed by Plumbing one as a contractor through Home Depot. After the installation was completed and they had left I noticed that the line leading from our home humidifier no longer had a water control valve on it. I’ve contacted Home Depot’s service about this with no resolution. I should have known better than to go through HD for this. It is such a hassle when there is an issue with the work that was contracted.However, It is ultimately up to Plumbing One to resolve this as they did not complete the job correctly. Be careful using them.
The pressure valve started leaking on my hot water tank. I called Plumbing One and they were quick to assist! They were able to replace the valve in like 10 minutes! Did not over charge me or try to over sell me! Thank you so much!!

Plumbing One was beyond helpful. From Ben taking the first call and easing my stress to Jess and the other plumber (I did not catch the gentleman's name) who came in and performed excellent install. Professional from top to bottom and I highly recommend their work! 5/5, will call again for future plumbing needs.
Had the owner come out and assess the issue with my downspout and sump pump at the end of the week. The following Monday, members of his crew came out and quickly resolved all my and my wife's concerns. They are very reasonable priced, go out of their way to be helpful and informative, and were extremely professional and respectful to our home. Will definitely call again for plumbing needs.

Plumbing One is the only place that we call for plumbing assistance! Prior to finding them, we had other plumbers tell us that they could not do the type of work that we were requesting. Thankfully, we found Plumbing One, and they have been more than helpful every time we have needed them. They have great plumbers who do excellent work at reasonable prices. We highly recommend this business.

We couldn't be happier with Plumbing One's service today in fixing our hot water heater which the gas company had flagged due to a backdraft issue. Plumbers Tom and J.D. came right out and solved the problem knowledgeably and efficiently, and at a reasonable price. It's a nice feeling knowing that now we have a plumbing company we can call should an emergency arise. Thank you so much.
Tom and JD came out to take care of the clog that has been haunting us for years in our tub. They were super cool and down to earth and offered great advise. Very professional, friendly. I am very pleased with this company. Called Tues. & had an appointment on Wed. They replaced the leaking kitchen faucet along with a leaking water valve in the basement. Their pricing is excellent for the time it took to do the repairs. They are professional and do a great job. I will continue to use them in the future.
Tom and JD were very professional and thorough. 3rd. time using Plumbing One and very pleased every time with the service people and the work the others provided in the past. Very reasonable pricing. Office staff very polite and knowledgeable.
We have used them on two occasions. Both times the communication was better than I have ever experienced with a contractor. Both times they were prompt, quick and did quality work. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling them for certain.
Found out the hard way (water all over my floor) that I had a drain issue while doing some laundry. Happened this past Sun. Mon morning I did a Google search for 'best plumbers in Reynoldsburg, Plumbing One had the best rating and great customer comments. Also looked them up on BBB website. They have an A+ rating! I called Mon morn and was set up with a Tues morn appointment. Tom came on time, introduced himself and then listened to me describe the issue I had. He got right to work and found the problem was from my washing machine drain line not draining properly. Turns out I had a very stubborn clog in the drain and a crazy 'older home' drain line set up so Tom had to use a few different methods to get the drain clear. He din't give up and really went the extra mile to be sure it was done right. Thank you soooo much Tom, I couldn't be more pleased with the service! Use Plumbing One (ask for Tom) you'll get the best!

Tom and D.J. from Plumbing One LLC installed 2 new toilets and removed the old ones. Their work was done very efficiently and professionally. I did not have to worry about a thing! They picked up the new toilets at the hardware store for me as well. The new toilets were installed perfectly and I am pleased with the result.
I have used Plumbing One in the past, and have always found their plumbers to be knowledgeable and experts in their trade, as were Tom and D.J. They work really hard to please the customer. Alicia and Donna at the office are very helpful in scheduling and coordinating the work. I definitely plan to use Plumbing One LLC for future plumbing needs in my Canal Winchester home.

We had our garbage disposal replaced and aftewards we heard a grinding noise. We talked to Tom at Plumbing One on the phone and he said it sounded like something was stuck in it. He suggested that we run ice cubes down it which we did and it cleared it up. Very professional and courteous!

Called this company to replace a garbage disposal after a plumber from another plumbing company with the initials RR gave me an estimate of $500.00 to replace the garbage disposal although I provided the replacement unit. Tommy and JD came to the house and after a few minutes Tommy got the garbage disposal working again. Returned the unit that I had already purchased. A week later Tommy and JD returned to the house to replace the kitchen faucet and fix a leaking shower head. They were professional, worked quickly and Tommy even cleaned up the mess under the sink from a badly corroded faucet. I highly recommend Plumbing One and will use them again whenever a need arises. Tommy has an awesome sense of humor and genuinely cares about his customers, as a result he gets my Best Plumber Award.
Beyond satisfied with my experience, service and cost. Paul was the plumber I worked with. He called 10 minutes ahead of time and he came within the 2 hour time period I was told. Plumbing One was able to come out rapidly to diagnose the source of my leak. When I realized that the problem was something that I could fix myself, they only charged me a nominal amount for the service call. Their expertise and clear explanation saved me hundreds of dollars (not to mention equipping me with the knowledge I needed to fix the problem). I would highly recommend them.
We had a Slow bathtub drain and Plumbing One sent Jesse to our house today. He was Great, he tried his best to unblock our VERY OLD drain and did improve the flow very well. Jesse also explained the Problem with old drains and made An Excellent suggestion for us to consider. We will be calling Plumbing One back next week to follow through on his suggestion. We were very, very satisfied with Jesse and how well he explained our problem. Excellent service and Jessie cleaned up after himself which was Very Nice.

I called Plumbing One to fix a leak in my kitchen ceiling. First off, the lady I spoke with on the phone to make my appointment was nice. I discovered water leaking from an upstairs toilet supply line at 0-dark-30. Having used Plumbing One in the past....I knew just who to call. A person actually answered the phone at 7:45...? I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Jesse of Plumbing One. I had a leaky custom faucet, which I didn't realize was custom, and had a frustrating time trying to buy a replacement. Jesse told me EXACTLY what I needed and was patient with me during this process--and wasted service call. Not only do I have a nice, new faucet, he told me what to buy when I thought I needed to replace 3 bathroom faucets due to the mineral build-up from the water where I live (Blacklick, Oh). All I needed to stop the water from spraying all over were faucet aerator inserts. He could have easily had me buy faucets I didn't need. He also identified a knocking sound in my water pipes, which I have had tested by my Township, at Jesse's suggestion. I need a water pressure reducing valve which I have learned, due to change in the water system prior to our moving here, is covered by the Township. I would have NEVER known where to begin with a situation such as this; let alone determine what it was causing it. I'll be calling Plumbing One and requesting for Jesse AGAIN. Great customer service and they don't try to rip you off! It's nice to know there are still businesses like this!

Office personal and plumber that showed up were professionaland friendly. I called in the morning and they were out here that day. Because I knew what was wrong(hopefully) I had the right part, it was installed and finished in just over an hour. Great job people!
