Julian’s Plumbling is hands down the best Plumbling company in town. I had 2 emergencies within 5 days and they had my back. They were at my house, fixed the issue quickly and saved the day! They know their trade and care about their customers. Thanks J&J! Five Stars!

I had a really bad leak under my kitchen sink, so I called Queen City to come out and fix it. In walked Fernando and Ryan. I was impressed from the start. They entered the house with their mask on and took their shoes off. The sink was repaired in a timely manner and looked like new. But, the best part of my experience was the extras that was provided. They checked the water pressure and temperature. Fernando adjusted both and explained what he was doing. He even answered a question I had before I had a chance to ask. Completely professional and personable. If I need plumbing services in the future, Queen City, along with Fernando and Ryan will be my choice.

The tech Shea Green did an awesome job. He stayed until the job was completed and I didn’t have to clean anything up after he left ( which always happens with contractors) and he answered all of my questions. Excellent job! I will give them more business in the future.

We just moved to Charlotte a year ago and had to call a plumber for issues with our toilet. After calling 3 different plumbers we got a 2 week turnaround. Charlotte Plumbing called back immediately and texted and had us on the calendar that day. Chad showed up at our house on time, professional and courteous. Finally! A plumbing company in Charlotte that actually cares about their customers. Mr. Rooter has been here three times fixing contractor level work from the builder in a house that's only 7 years old. We upgraded all three toilets and a garbage disposal. Each visit, William has taken the time to educate us on preventative maintenance to avoid any potential problems in the future, all while training his helpers to do it the right way the first time. Clean, affordable, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Way to go Mr. Rooter!

All Hours Plumbing will be my go to company from now on! Fast service, quick diagnosis, and fast, efficient, reasonably priced work. My garbage disposal was leaking and Johnny was in and out in about 30 minutes. Weeks later my hot water heater wasn't working. I received the same great service.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

Excellent! We had a brand new 80 gallon electric water heater put in. Not only did they do this big job on a Saturday morning, Laszlo and Hristo did an excellent job throughout the whole process . They were punctual, professional and they went above and beyond to do all the work required to bring the system up to code.They also explained things to us along the way. The customer service rep Amela made the whole process easy. When we called in with our problem of a leaky water heater, she sent someone out right away, and gave us the time we needed to take a decision without being pushy. She was friendly and walked us through the whole process over the phone. Really a great company. Excellent work! Would never hesitate to use them again!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. Ritchie plumbing is definitely a 5 star business. Jon has done several plumbing projects for us over the past year and installed a gas line for a cooktop range. He responds quickly, has fair pricing, and does excellent work. Give them a call!

McCoy was a great experience for a bad situation. We had a clogged sewer liner from root growth but they responded immediately and resolved the situation. Quote was spot on and they left the site cleaner than it was when the got here! Highly recommend
