We chose Queen City after another company quoted us double for the repairs. Vinton made a major repair on a main line in our condo. He was prompt, very courteous and communicative. He and his crew fixed the issue, documented everything, and cleaned up everything. Would 100% recommend this company!

Travis was amazing, one - if not the most - professional plumber I've come across. He wasted no time, helped diagnose and fix our issue. He also was proactive but not at all salesy on some things we could to for preventive maintenance.

Mike was great! He left the bathroom just like it was before he started working. He was polite, very professional and down to earth.

Technician Josh arrived on time and made an assessment. After a trip to Lowe's to get the part for my older faucet he was still able to complete the job within the alloted time. He explained the job in detail. Very satisfied with the work and professionalism.

Mr. Rooter went above and beyond in our time of need. Super quick response time and kept us informed of each step along the way. Everything was explained and prices discussed well in advance before any work was done.

Matthew S. is awesome! Very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He texted and called with updates each day and was quick to to answer my calls and texts as well. He even took pictures of everything he did and texted/emailed them for our records.

David made sure the process ran smoothly and that we had no problems. He also called an emailed every step of the way.

Our well died and we needed to connect to city water. Other plumbing companies gave us an estimate of 1-2 weeks to get the work done. Even the water company told us 1-2 weeks. Within 2 days Mr. Rooter had pipes laid and connected to the house, our well sealed, had the water company out to connect us to the main line, and we had water! I can't give them enough praise!

AAA CITY PLUMBING has been very responsive. Had a problem over Thanksgiving and they came right away. Last week they were here to finish a job that another plumber walked away from, again they were very responsive and did a great job. Highly recommend them!

The plumber from Rapid-Rooter (TJ) was great. He quickly assessed the severity of cloggs in several bathtubs and sinks and fixed them. TJ was very professional and charged a fair price for his services.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TJ and Rapid-Rooter for your plumbing needs.

Brett and his team are great. Very knowledgeable and very responsive, they work quickly and efficiently. Brett always finds the time to explain what they're doing and how things work. All Hours installed a tankless water heater at our house, which required some additional piping, and we're very happy with the quality of work.

Is there less than 1 star. I will never ever, never ever, never ever call Roto Rooter again! 5 hours and $200+ dollars later, I have nothing. Have you ever had a friend volunteer to fix something and an hour into it, you realize they are clueless? That's what happened tonight.

This whole company is awesome. I called Sunday evening about a leak and was told someone could come out 8 am Monday. Matthew showed up at 8 am on the dot. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a hairline crack in the pipe leading to my outdoor spicket) and quoted me a price BEFORE doing any work. They offer 5 packages for that service, from Band Aid all the way up to Platinum-- I was most impressed that he didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed. He had to cut a small piece of my drywall due to the location of the pipe but let me know beforehand that he had to do this so I had the option of saying no. He explained everything he was doing and had me watch some of the process so I could see exactly from where the leak sprung and how he was fixing it. This is my first time using a plumber in Charlotte & I will never use anyone else. There was no service fee and my total was less than two hundred. I couldn't be more impressed or pleased with this service.

Quick and did what they said they would to replace 10 feet of sewer pipe in my yard. It took two guys about 3 hours. I was charged $7,100. I had my back up against the wall with a sewer problem and feel like the company took advantage of me.
