Needed some plumbing done on our rental (leaking shower into dining room). Chris was there in almost no time and fixed the problem immediately. Job well done.
Had another drain issue and shot him a text, was here in about an hour. Immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Initial work seems to be ok - although not to code. Code as of 2012 requires hot water supply and return pipes be insulated to at least R3 - my pipes are bare.
I called Mr. Nunn to see about insulating the pipes - at my expense. He gave me a quote - we shook on the deal - and nothing further has occurred.

He refuses to answer any of my calls or requests sent via voice mail, sent via his workers on a job site I visited, or from the contractor originally hired him to install the system - over the last 2 months. Pretty obviously he is more interested in obtaining new work and seems quite happy to ignore any requests for followup work - paid even.

Be wary - APN is NOT recommended.

They charge a $55 fee just to come look. There are other companies that will come out and look for free.

Sent to me through my home warranty provider to assess slow drains throughout my home. Technician spent the entire appointment addressing one slow drain in the bathroom. When he finished, I asked him lots of questions and he assured me that all my drains would be working... BUT he failed to test them all himself. I should have checked myself, because once he left, I realized that the kitchen and shower were not fixed at all, still draining just as slowly as before. I contacted the company and was told there are no warranties on their services, and that with my old plumbing, the technician could only make a temporary fix. I understand that temporary doesn't mean forever, but he literally did not fix all of the drains... So that's not temporary. That's incomplete! I tried contacting customer service multiple times, and eventually ended up on a 30 minute conference call with the supervisor / owner, my technician and others who did not identify themselves, as they tried to work out the problem. I found it unprofessional to include a client on a call like that. They were also patronizing in their explanation of my old home's system, and dismissive of my questions. In the end, the supervisor hung up on me without addressing my primary concern - why did the technician assure me he did a temporary fix on all my slow drains, when that was not true? I would not recommend this company because I found their work and statements to be deceptive, and overall my experience was a waste of $$ and time

After we called, Harry came out quickly to check out our problem, which is primarily a septic tank issue, so we'll need to follow up with someone else about that, but Harry clearly explained the situation to us and what we needed to next. I appreciated his clear advice.

I have had Randy take care of several issues from installing a dishwasher to replacing our water pump the very next day when it failed. He has always been very responsive, explained what he was doing or wanted to do and why, and has alerted me to other issues that needed to be addressed before they become a problem. I have found his pricing fair and he is just a supremely nice guy also. I would recommend him to anyone and will always call him when I have plumbing needs.

Justin, the tech Progressive sent to diagnose a problem and who replaced my hot water heater, was terrific. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and communicative and alerted me to another issue he discovered. I will request him every time.
