Vinton, Dasine and Ryan were timely, took the time to answer all my questions before, during and after zthe job. They got a big job done in a day and a half. Their management team rescheduled another job to move ours up a day per my urgent request. When the job proved to be larger than originally thought they close to price matched the first quote I got. I will use Queen City Plumbing again!

Fernando and Nas were very professional and respectful. They did everything as neatly as possible and cleaned up nicely. Fernando took the time to explain how our system works and set up everything for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Donald and Comer were wonderful in troubleshooting the leak in my pipes that had a cut in it on the cold water valve. They were professional and honest, they gave me a quote before doing anything to give me an idea of what I'll be looking at and were explaining every step for me to understand. They were quick about the repair and gave me referrals for the post-opt of fixing my ceiling.Queen City Plumbing quickly called back once I left a voicemail within the hour and were able to schedule me very fast in their schedule. Queen City replaced our whole house with plumbing due to a leak under our slab. Instead of Jack hammering through our slab, we elected to replace all of our plumbing. Our quote was very reasonable especially compared with other well known plumbing companies in the Charlotte area. Donald, Fernando, Hayden, and Dakota were great and reasonable and They took 2 days with just four guys. They kept the cutting of walls to a minimal and even were able to not cut holes in main living area. They tried to keep as little of cutting as possible. They cleaned up every night and walked through what they did every day. During the replacement, I asked for a new shower valve and they replaced that for very reasonable cost since they realized what I was already in for. They went above and beyond to make sure all fittings were in code for existing ones and even switched one shower fitting out due to it not being in code. They came through after and ensured screw protectors were in place and cleaned up after. Would highly recommend to anyone for plumbing in the future.

Donald did an amazing job! He was prompt getting here, looked thoroughly to diagnose the issue and went above and beyond to help us get it fixed! He set us up with a contractor for the part they couldn’t get to, but made 100% sure a contractor was needed before moving forward with it, and even brought him up to speed and stayed to make sure all went well. We had a diagnosis and a fix all within two days! Very happy with the service and will absolutely use them again should anything happen in the future!

Paul was amazing to work with! He was very personable, friendly, and professional. Bill was the plumber who came to my house and called prior to arriving. He has many years experience and was so helpful- he listened carefully as I explained our problem and then quickly solved it. Queen City Plumbing installed 4 new commercial toilets at my business. Both Bill and Fernando did a great job from the quoting stage all the way to installation. Our plumbing backed up into a tub so we called Queen City Plumbing to come take a look. Of course everything was working fine (flushing and draining right) when Fernando got here. Fernando did still take a look and recommended a few power flush toilets that would work much better than our builder grade toilets. He also gave us an estimate for a Commercial roto should a clog happen again. Fernando was very professional and friendly. We will definitely give them a call for any future plumbing issues.

Great service! I dropped an earring down my drain, and Queen City had someone out next day. Donald was awesome, gave me an assessment, retrieved my earring at a very fair price. Thank you Donald and team! Would highly recommend.

The team from Queen City were responsive, professional and did excellent work. The job, installing a thankless hot water heater, was EXPENSIVE though. The total cost, after tax to install the $1700 unit was just shy of $8000. It took 3 men 6 hours to complete the job. $1000/hr, or $333/hr per man. Quality work, but worth it? I don't know, but shoddy work would be disastrous, so one pays what the market demands.Despite the cost, the resulting system is a tremendous improvement over our old tank system, and the pros (a special call out to Vinton Moore, a real pro and a gentleman too) at Queen City did top notch work. After the job was done, I got down in the crawlspace to inspect all aspects: the electrical wiring was clean and tidy; the newly installed gas line was likewise well routed and cleanly terminated; the venting of the unit was just about as tight and clean as one could imagine; the condensation drain line was neatly routed through the brick exterior of our house. The only nit about the work was a drywall penetration into the crawlspace that really should have been sealed by the team. I sealed it myself with $0.25 of foam sealant in about 30 seconds, so no great foul there.All in all a good experience, but an expensive one.

Donald came out to fix my broken hot water tank this week. He was very courteous and informative about what may be wrong and replaced a part. It worked that night but would not automatically re-light so I called Queen City and Donald called me back to let me know he would be at my house first thing the next day. Another part was ordered and he replaced it and the Bradford White water heater is working great.

After consulting a friend in the construction business, we knew this was going to be an extensive and costly repair, so we focused on plumbers by reading reviews and decided to go with Queen City plumbing.After getting our quote, the process was easy to schedule the day for repairs. They were professional, communicated expectations clearly, and restored the property as best as possible. Donald and Comorey did a great job repiping my house. Once they got into it, turned out to be a bigger job than they expected and ended up staying late to complete the job. They also offered to come back another day if I wanted, but I preferred to just get it done since they were good with that. They called in for some help and the job was done in one day as I was told.After they were gone, I noticed the water pressure in the bathroom was low, so I called again and Paul was sent to check things out. He cleaned out the lines and changed out another old pipe that had buildup, not letting the water through.Everyone seemed very knowledgeable about what was going on and just went in and got the job done. They were also professional and personable. They explained everything to me and showed pictures of the existing piping to show me what they were talking about. Appreciate the good work.

I had contacted many plumbing companies in the past several months. Most blew me off or never returned my calls. I was greatly surprised when Queen City Plumbing actually listened and sent someone immediately. That was Bill. He explained what had happened and what needed to be done. He showed actual concern about my situation. It made an impression. When I was able to have the work completed, Nas came to install the pump. He was VERY quiet, focused and organized. Both men treated me as a person - NOT a job. They were respectful, considerate and well trained to do the task at hand. I would definitely call them again and refer to others. Called and they were able to come first thing the next morning. Fernando was able to quickly identify the problem. He was able to make the repair quickly. He cleaned up the restroom before he left. He was very friendly and eager to please.

tech indicated he could not repair faucet, said i would have to break tile and replace entire valve. Found another plumber to repair faucet. Side note, toilet was flushing slowly (not why I called), tech recommended to replace toilet!!! foolish. Problem was resolved with a few more plunges and flushes. This guy did not know or did not want to work. I've had good luck with QC before and will call again, but not this guy.

We had an issue with our tankless water heater, and Marvin was really helpful. Not only did he fix the issue, but also helped solve for the ongoing issue of Rinnai's recirculation controller. He helped me identify the right part and also advised me on the warranty requirements for Rinnai. He went above and beyond what was requested, and I really appreciated his advice and assistance. Second time I've used Queen City and would recommend them.

I used Queen City today for the first time. Caiden, Comorey and Fernando we're very polite, professional and informative as they installed a new tankless hot water system at my house. Initial results are good. The company cleaned up well and finished everything within one day.Kudos to Bill Ferguson for his very professional presentation here prior to my decision. Free estimate provided, although the price did come in at several hundred above their nearest competitor.On the other hand, 14 months same as cash, electrician and Roofing skills were all included in the price. And unlike the competition, they were available within just a few days. Considering everything including what I paid, 4.8 stars. ?

I had Queen City come by to assess a leak that had come through my closet wall. The technicians were kind and respectful but simply did not seem to know the job well. They told me the leak was not likely to be coming from a pipe and advised me to contact a roofing company. They did no further investigation. When the roofer came, he checked out everything and located the exact pipe that was indeed causing the leak, making this indeed a plumbing issue. I now have a different plumbing company coming back to fix the leaking pipe. I will say the manager was kind and did refund me the service call fee since the technicians clearly did not complete the service call to satisfactory standards.

Michael was the lead plumber. His goal was to make sure the job was done right and I was happy. Very professional and courteous. Comorey was his assistant, he also did a great job. An overall good experience.

What a company! There are not enough words or stars for these guys (Vinton, Dakota, Paul, Carol, Matthew, Justin, and Caiden)!5 stars each and it still would not do them justice. We just moved into our home and it’s older, so we asked for a quote on a whole new HVAC and Tankless water heater.From day one these people were courteous and kind, we never felt pressured to move forward at all, I felt like we owed them money before we had even decided to go with them. After calling around a few places and seeing the price difference being pretty normal we decided to pull the trigger with Queen City, and we could kick our selves for not doing it sooner. They were in and out in no time considering the project at hand, explained everything they had planned, what they were doing at the moment and what still needed to be done. We got thorough walk throughs on all of the post project areas and were asked multiple times if we had any questions. I was honestly so shocked at the speedy and amazing service and quality of work I was speechless, no questions came to mind except one. Why is every company not treating their clientele this way.

We had a leaking toilet abs needed repair. They came out very quickly. We had to leave for out of town but we’re contacted by QC that they wanted to double check the service. They scheduled a service manager (Paul) and a drywall expert to come and make sure everything was like it never happened. Outstanding.

They scheduled me within an hour and half. They sent two incredible techs to resolve the problem. They maintain communication regarding their arrival and arrival promptly. They accessed the problem within seconds and fixed the sink within 20 mins. Donald and Justin were very professional and pleasant!Upon preparing the sink they showed me the details of their work including pics, and then demonstrated that the repairs we successfully completed! Paul and Rhett did an amazing job with a tough repair. Our sewer pipes were overtaken by roots and the Queen City team dug up the roots and pipes with ease. They had to access the pipes from a tough spot and horribly difficult hilly yard. We were so lucky to have them replace the pipes and clean up the yard. Rip-off artists. Refused to repair the fan, only cared about trying to charge $20K for a new heater. Everything they tried to justify was wrong and morally questionable. Had another plumber come in and they not only repaired it in 15 minutes, but got a backup replacement part shipped for no cost, under warranty.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

After calling 3 other companies Queen City was able to get our leak fixed and gas tuned back on in under an hour. Vinton was very knowledgeable and kind 10/10 would recommend!

I had a leaking faucet! I called & they came out & said it would require sending for a part-so instead of turning off the water to that faucet, they left it running for almost a week! Unknown to me as I’m elderly & didn’t see it or hear it! It ruined my hardwood floors around my island and underneath my sink! Then they suggested some friends of theirs to come out and do water damage work (drying with big fans etc) & a friend who did hardwood flooring repair! These people are the biggest crooks around - they saw an old lady they could take advantage of & they did! These people should be featured on 60 Minutes!

Donald came out for the washing machine leaking and a sink in the bathroom was stopped up. He was very professional and kept us informed about everything. He solved the problem with the washing machine but we are going to have the sink reputed. Very pleasant

Your service rep. tricked an old blind lady who is in Hospice care and dying and her old husband with a bad heart in thinking that the job would be difficult and very time consuming. He gave us an estimate based on spending several hours in correcting our problem. It took him under 45 minutes to complete his work. When we questioned his estimate he still insisted that we still owed him for his exaggerated rate. Reluctantly, we paid him the ridiculous high rate for work that was completed in less than 45 minutes. We intend to contact the owner of your business and express our complaint.

Vinton and Hayden worked to replace two shower handles. I was thrilled that they avoided cutting the tiles! They were courteous, explained everything, and left the site clean. I could not be happier or more satisfied with these two professionals!

They could have rushed through their work and damaged my irrigation, landscaping, etc. instead, they navigated around them and minimized the damage. It took the technician coming back 3 times to fix the leaks properly. The first 2 times did not pass inspection by Piedmont Natural Gas. For the amount of money paid (I found out later that Piedmont Natural Gad could have fixed it for 1/3 the price) it should have passed the first time.

tankless water heater valve froze and blew during the cold snap we had a few nights ago. Knocked out all our hot water as of the night before Christmas Eve. Queen City originally had my appointment for Tuesday, but wrote me back and had a cancellation spot available for Monday instead. Technician Donald and his assistant Comorey were extremely friendly, took care of the issue (which was more difficult than originally thought), and took every necessary step to communicate and check that that issue was resolved. Great customer service!

I had 2 companies turn down the job, and 1 come out to say that they could not turn off the water to the unit or building in order to replace the ancient Sloan Flushometer from wall to toilet. I then called Queen City Plumbing; Fernando came out on time, gave a reasonable estimate and found the correct water shutoff in the crawl space despite what the other company had said, and successfully replaced a mid-century flushometer completely with a new one with no issues. Very professional and reasonable. Would recommend.

Vinton and the Queen City team have done a ton of work at my house. From replacing my entire sewer line to installing a gas line for a new stove, they saw the job through from start to finish and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. 10/10 will hire again.

Called afterhours on a Friday night. They offered to come out within the hour. I had already shut the water main off at the house and left so requested that they come on Saturday morning. We were the first stop and Vinton was able to diagnosis and repair immediately. Service, professionalism and quality was A+. Thank you!

We wanted to upgrade our kitchen stove from electric to gas and this involved installing a new gas line from our existing gas meter. We called around to a handful of places to have someone come out and give us an estimate. Most places wanted to charge a fee for coming out or could not come out right away. This is where Queen City stepped in. Not only did they not charge us for the quote, they were the first company to have a someone come out and look at what we needed. Bill Ferguson was at our house within 24hrs of calling them. He was on time, straightforward and quoted a reasonable price up front. He explained everything about the job and what they planned to do. I was initially impressed. We tried getting quotes from several other companies. A few were outrageously priced compared to Queen City and others we did not feel comfortable giving them our business, so we ended up going with Queen City for our installation. Just two days after we opted to go with them, they scheduled a technician (Fernando) to come out and do the install. I cant say enough good things about the turn around times, it exceeded my expectations. Fernando was an awesome tech! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about the quality of his work. He did an outstanding job installing the gas line and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The next part was scheduling to have the line inspected. Queen City scheduled everything for us and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. After the inspection was done, another Technician (Paul) came out the very same day and completed the final hook up of the line to our stove. Paul was also a great technician. He finished up the job without a hitch. He was very friendly and you could tell he truly cared about his customer service and quality of his work. All and all, we are very satisfied customers. Queen City Plumbing exceeded our expectations of customer service. I would not hesitate to call them again for any other services we might need in the future. If your on the fence about working with them, don't hesitate, they are an all around great company and you wont be disappointed that you gave them a call.

Scheduled a plumber to unclog existing toilets in a leased space. Plumber arrives at 9 AM, reviews the situation, and offers to replace two toilets for $1,860.77. We refused the offer because we do not own the property. We gave Queen City Plumbing two stars because the plumber failed to do the one job requested, which was to unclog the toilets, but he did arrive between 8 and 10 AM as scheduled.

Justin and his team were great to work with! After 14 years in our house we finally decided to upgrade our water heater to a tankless. It’s been about a year now and the difference is incredible! We got a new shower with 2 heads and we can have that one, our kids shower, laundry and dishwasher all going at the same time and never run out of hot water! This is great for when family or friends come to visit and everyone needs to get ready at the same time. Another unexpected bonus is that the tankless unit can be mounted outside right next to the gas main, which frees up a good bit of garage storage space. Justin’s team was quick, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend Queen City Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!

I reached out to multiple plumbers for a sewer line issue in my yard. Bill came exactly when he said he would and was thorough, professional, personal, and friendly. The quote he provided was comparable to the other quotes I received, but I chose Queen City Plumbing because they seemed more trustworthy. The work was scheduled and completed within a week by Paul and Donald. They were patient with my questions, took pictures to show what was done, and took care to cover the disturbed areas of my lawn once the work was completed. Bill even came back out when I had remaining questions to inspect the work and show an area that the city needs to fix. I recommend QCP!

We have been using Queen City Plumbing for many years now and I’ve always been very pleased. This past Sunday we had an emergency situation where my husband drove off with a garden hose accidentally attached to the his tire of his car and it ripped the spigot right out of the exterior wall to our house. Water was gushing out and pooling around the foundation of our house. We tried, but out could not find the main shut off to our water. Queen City Plumbing was very quick to send someone out to assist us. Fernando from Queen City Plumbing immediately located the main shut off to our water at the street and resolved our broken spigot problem promptly. Fernando was extremely patient and professional. He carefully explained the details of the repair he was going to do and he took tons of pictures of the plumbing under our house. He explained that we have access to view the photos anytime when we log into the Queen City Plumbing website customer portal. Not once did we feel Fernando was pressuring us into spending additional money or doing unnecessary plumbing repairs. He took the time to carefully explain the ins and outs of the plumbing of our 1951 ranch style house. He made helpful suggestions about improving the plumbing situation at our house such as replacing the now defunct main shut off valve inside our house and how we could resolve the slow to reaping hot water on the renovated “newer” part of the house. At our request he prepared estimates for those repairs/upgrades. We would recommend, and have already done so on multiple occasions, referred friends and neighbors to Queen City Plumbing. I feel their honesty, professionalism and skills set themabove other plumbing companies.

Paul was wonderful!! He helped reconfigure the plumbing under my sink from a double basin to single basin, installed my new faucet and a new drain. He went above and beyond to streamline my plumbing even updating my dishwasher connection and gave me a lot more storage space under my kitchen sink. He called to see if he could come early which was fantastic and worked efficiently to get my new sink ready for use!! I love working with Queen City Plumbing and highly recommend them!!

Fernando came a couple months ago to install a tankless water heater. He was incredibly professional and kept me informed about the work while I was out of town with pictures and regular phone calls. This month he came again to look at a potential leak and install a pressure regulator valve and whole house main valve. He was professional again and took the time to explain what he was seeing in my crawlspace. I will continue to use him in the future if I have any plumbing work that needs to be done.

Queen City Heating, Air & Plumbing did an incredible job on a very complicated hot water heater install back in April, 2022. I contacted them yesterday to come out to take a look at the expansion tank. They sent someone the very next day ! Vinton and his assistant were very professional, clean and efficient. I had a really bad leak under my kitchen sink, so I called Queen City to come out and fix it. In walked Fernando and Ryan. I was impressed from the start. Paul Glover and the entire team at Queen City helped prevent a catastrophic gas explosion due to a major gas leak at our restaurant, which was built back in the 60s. Very thankful for their work, responsiveness, and professionalism. I must’ve called 15 different companies before I found someone who could actually do the job in a timely manner. They kept me up to date on the progress of the work and did a very thorough job detecting other areas that were leaking. They even came out to help us with the inspection and it’s something not many companies will do. We really appreciated that level of service esp since the owners don’t speak much English. Technician was great. However nearly $500 to replace internal toilet parts or as they call it a complete rebuild should not cost just under $500! The tech wasLiterally here 23 minutes. That’s almost $1500 an hour. They’re plumbers not neurosurgeons. I already said my piece with them, and they didn’t care. But if I were you I’d stay far away fro this company.

Queen City Plumbing goes well beyond plumbing and offers a very high quality service that included excavation of an old indoor HVAC system which was upgraded to a 18 seer 2 stage, demo/reno of 2 utility closets, complete overhaul of main line drain to city sewer and plan on upgrading our bathrooms with QC in a couple years (yes they do that too).The best part is that at all stages there was a strategic vision and plan. I do need to note that we have a Mid-Century Modern home built in the 1950s and if anyone has anyone previous experience with this style of home it requires skill, perseverance, heart. 1/2 slab, 1/2 crawl space, multi-level.Yes, there we delays but that was due to the challenge of 1950s building idea and the team was well up to the task. At no point did I feel concern or worried that costs were not warranted and my wife and I are extremely pleased with the results.I cannot in any way offer that kind of assessment with previous contractors in Charlotte. Even if you decide not to go with QC, i strongly recommend at least giving them a try.Justin - the GC and owner was knowledgeable, creative, empathic, and available for all questions big and small. Our hot water tank started leaking and needed to be replaced. We were without hot water and contacted several different companies. Queen City Plumbing was outstanding at every touch point during the process. Diane worked with us to have someone (Jeff) come out and see what needed to be done. Jeff was thorough, and took the time to answer all of our questions regarding different options. Diane was able to add us to their schedule the following day which we greatly appreciated. Service included removing our old tank and installing a tankless system. Paul, our service manager, did the install with Raistlin and both were phenomenal. Our house is over 25 years old and the install needed additional time and parts. They were totally on point, completing all the work by the end of the day. Paul also took additional time to address some other issues that we needed done. As promised he communicated this with his scheduling team and they called us back to schedule that work first thing the next morning. We highly recommend Queen City. Cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Queen City Plumbing, and specifically the technician who serviced our Rinnai tankless water heater, Fernando. We had been without consistent hot water for 2 days when I called several companies seeking a service call. Many companies' lead times were 4-7 days. Queen City got a technician out the very next day. When Fernando arrived, he was attentive in assessing the problem, listening to what we had already troubleshot, and explaining what he was going to do to diagnose the issue. He was patient and thorough with his explanations, showed the utmost care when coming in and out of our home, fixed the problem, and then continued to re-create and re-fix the problem so I could better understand the issue. He took his time, was thorough in his explanations and guidance, was patient with my questions, and comprehensive in communicating costs and expectations. 10/10. Hands down would call Queen City again and request Fernando.

Outstanding service today by technician, Paul Glover. I needed by Rinnai water heater flushed and cleaned and while he was here he took the extra time to get the wireless module working again. I’ve been trying to get the wireless module to work for a long time now and with some persistence, Paul got it back online. I had the best experience with Queen City Plumbing. They were quick to get someone out and Paul Glover was great. You can tell he is very knowledgeable in his profession. He found the issue quickly and went over in detail what needed to be done and why. He and Jeff Heavner worked really hard and took care in the job they did. We called for appointment to have them check to see if the water value was turned on for sink and toilet installation. Was advised that it would be a charge of $75. just to come into the home for services , but would be an additional charge for the plumber if he had to use his tools. We specifically told representative on two occasions what we needed and ask for (which is above) specific pricing for this and representative said she could not give us that without seeing the job first. We said okay fine. Set appointment. Plumber gets here and tells us that in order to check the water flow, it would be $325.00 per installation of the silver water value times two. That’s a absurd. Then for the plumber to compare the service to having car and putting insurance on it. WHAT!!!!! Truly we are disappointed with this company for the mere reason of not getting precise information. Need to do a better job , when it comes to this. Budgets are tight and times are tough. This company needs to consider that and act accordingly.

We had a main water line leak and garage sink leak. Justin C and Hayden were very helpful and professional. Once they were done with the main water line I then remembered our sink leak. Justin C looked at it, gave me a quote, and was able to fix it the same day when he wasn’t scheduled to do it. We were so happy to get all our plumbing issues addressed and fixed same day! Imani was very pleasant and professional when assisting setting up the appointment. I came to my new home at 6 pm only to find a hang tag saying the water had been turned off. The next morning, after calling 10 local plumbers, Queen City said they could come. They came early and their Rep. Bill was quick in determining the problem. My water to the house had been turned off as there was a leak in the pipe inside the vault. He explained that his company would not just repair the leak, but needed to replace the pipe all the way to the house, which requires trenching. They ran a temporary line to the house so the 6 painters that are now painting the house and I could have water. However, I believe they overcharged for the service as they charged almost eight thousand dollars to trench and replace 125 ft of piping. But I felt I had no choice as we need water to the house and finding a plumber for emergencies is not easy.Paul came when expected and they worked very hard, trenching, running new pipe, adding new shut-off valves and repairing some sprinkler pipe that got in the way. All was done well, they reseeded the grass and put hay over it. All-in-all a good job was done.New news, when they trenched for my new piping, they tore out my AT&T line, so AT&T will have to come out and replace the line. Here’s hoping the new pipes don’t get damaged. And the beat goes on.

Overall I have had a great experience. The technicians Jeff H. and Rodney were excellent. They were efficient and got the entire system hooked up in a timely manner and were very professional.Unfortunately I had a delay in my project getting city inspection and eventual clearance for the job. I would say that the company could have done better about communicating delays and could have been more organized in that regard. But ultimately they did a good job and will likely use them again for future services.

Had a tricky issue in shower and other companies tried to make me spend more than what was necessary. The interaction I had with the plumbers was amazing. They are very knowledgeable and got the job done at a great price.

I worked with Justin from Queen City today who came to diagnose a leaking in the crawl space of my house. He was very professional and honest with me about the condition of the piping abd crawl space. . The other technician Nasire who also came out to inspect it was very helpful and found that the old galvanized pipes needed to be replaced in the bathroom. Call Queen City for your repairs! This is the second time I have had to use their services and as expected, they did another great job. We had a pipe in our garage that leaked every time we turned the water on in our bathrooms. The leaky pipe was causing water damage to the drywall/wood installed in the garage wall. Our tech removed the drywall/wood around the pipe to inspect and had to replace with new piping. He did great job and even cleaned the area once completed. We no longer have anymore leaks and couldn’t be happier! Thank you QCP

We had an emergency situation where a pipe burst outside our home and water had been pouring down our yard for 48 hours unnoticed. Once it was brought to our attention, we quickly called Queen City Plumbing. They scheduled me right away and Fernando came to run diagnostics. Unfortunately it turned out to be an irrigation issue, but Fernando advised me on what needed to be done and even connected me to someone who could help asap. The next day I received a call from Fernando asking if he could be of further assistance. He also offered to contact the irrigation specialist to explain what he found in his diagnostics. Fernando has definitely gone above and beyond to rectify our problem. I definitely will call Queen City Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thanks Fernando!

They had replaced the well pump. This is a follow up on work That had been done before. They were out here almost immediately. Paul Glover came right on time and called before he was coming. He listened to my issues that I was having and explained the possible reasons for my hot water and water pressure issues. He had parts with him so it was a quick and easy fix. I have had other plumbers come in the past only to try and up sell me / get me to spend more money. I really felt Paul just wanted to fix it right and not do anything unnecessary. HIGHLY recommend calling them! I am a realtor so when I find a good contractor I will hang on to them and refer them out to my clients.

Called Queen City and requested to have someone check the water pressure in my kitchen sink. They had a professional plumber Jason Charles came out the next day. Jason tried many problem solving issues but unfortunately I had to replace the whole faucet. Jason was professional and took very good care of my needs. Having just moved into a new home, I was worried not having hot water with good pressure. I would recommend them for any plumbing need.

We had an issue with work performed and the office manager (no longer there) was not responsive at all, creating frustration and lingering issues. Once Lacey got involved things took a turn for the better and Fernando came out to meet with me to discuss our issues. As a General Manager, I rely on Queen City when I have a plumbing issue. Lord knows, I don't know anything about pipes and plumbing. Fernando has been to the property a couple of times, but today he really showed me what Queen City Plumbing can do! Fernando came and provided excellent service. After hiring another company to come fix our sink, they botched the job, and left our sink in worse condition than it was when we started. Fernando came out, diagnosed the problem, re-did the plumbing under the sink and installed a new garbage disposal. The company itself is very professional, I love how they email you the quotes and all your invoices, so it's easy to keep track of what's going on and there are no surprises. Fernando Barraza of Queen City HVAC and Plumbing came to look into a problem we were having with our plumbing system. He was very professional, friendly, informative, honest and he wasn't pushes. He took and showed us pictures of the damage and told us how he would/could repair it. He gave us several options we could use that would help us making the decision of getting the job done. Service not listed was installing a water pressure valve due to water pressure to high.

This was my first emergency fix I have had to do since moving to Charlotte 2 years ago. You do not realize how important your resources are to you, until you don’t have them. I had a instant hot water heater go out in my house, called three plumbers and got the best bang for my buck from Queen City, plumbing. All we can say is WOW so this is how a professional does it! We just purchased a new home. Found pipes leaking in the wall. Called the American Home Shield Warranty and made a claim. They sent a contractor called Rapps Heating & A/C. Total waste of our time! Their technician didn't even file the report to say what the issues were. Then, they wanted $1400.00 to repair it, from us. So much for a warranty.Here's the good news.We called Queen City Plumbing and made a same day appointment for an estimate. We received a call telling us when our technician would be there. Jeff arrived and was extremely professional. Diagnosed the issue, explained the entire scenario to us for repair and gave us an estimate. After hearing his plan of action, we agreed immediately. Well, Jeff goes to his well organized truck, grabs the tools and materials to fix the issue. I was stunned to learn as I asked him if he was going to complete the repair now. Install of a tankless water heater in our attic. They removed the old tank and didn’t cause a single blemish taking it out and down the attic stairs and then the house staircase. I called Queen City Plumbing on 7/15/21 to schedule an appointment for a leak coming from the upstairs shower. Imani in the office was very professional. She got me an appointment for Monday 7/19/21 with Jeff Heavner. He was very professional and on time. It didn't take him long to diagnose the problem and give me a quote. He was able to fix everything the same day. Just wanted to say I am very pleased with the Queen City Plumbing team and I will definitely be referring them.

Via phone contact, I informed Parker that that the bathtub drain stopper is not working as it is no longer attached. Therefore, you cannot push it down to stop or release to let the water out. He stated that he would have Paul Glover to come out the next day (8/10/21) between 11:00-2:00 pm. On the job order emailed to me the time was 10:30-1:30 and under Services, I am not sure why it had “Warranty call” instead of the concern given.Mr. Glover told me it wasn’t working anymore because a part was missing as it apparently came off and went down the drain. He further insinuated that because it was working, the problem was due to me being unsure about how it works and there was no warranty on it. Therefore, he told me I will need to purchase another drain stopper as he didn’t think he had one on the truck. And I needed to install it myself as it is real simple and he could not come back to do it.Needless to say, I was very troubled by his response. After checking my records, the following information is offered. This was a different drain stopper as the one installed on 3/9 by a different technician did not work properly. The word, “Push” is written on top of it; so, when Fernando installed it (approx.. 3/15), he told me to push down to stop and then push again to release it. I was not given any written instructions. Also, on 3/22, I called and expressed my concerns about the overflow cover and bathtub drain stopper; so, Parker had Mr. Glover come out on 3/26. I noted in my customer review posted about this visit that Paul Glover “told me that the drain stopper needed to be put back in place and tightened”. Now, four months later, it’s not working at all because a part is missing! I believe the following idiom is very appropriate: “Go Figure”.

Fernando was super helpful, promptly fixed the issue with our grinder pump and also taught me how it worked and what was the issue. Highly recommend and will use again!

Fernando and Caleb came to the house today to repair a leaking pipe. They identified the problem quickly and efficiently and performed a complementary water pressure check on the entire house to make sure everything was working properly. I was happy with the technician, Justin C. He diagnosed the issue, fixed it and did not get annoyed even though he had to go out for the second time to get the right fixture when I did not like the faucet he brought with him. I cannot comment on value as I needed the job done fast and did not get a 2nd quote.

Jeff Heavner was able to clearly explain the different options for me to replace two external faucets. I have an older tub faucet that was leaking and he provided good advice on the different options to fix the issue. He was efficient and did quality work on the external faucets that I had him replace.

Fernando worked on our Rinnai tankless water heater and did a great job diagnosing and repairing the issue. He also took the time to explain the system and repair to us. We appreciate his competence and consideration and we will definitely call him again if the need arises.

We had a situation where we had inspections and found that a few of our faucets were leaking. I called Queen City to see if they would be able to come out and assist us with this simple repair. Queen City Plumbing went above & beyond. The quotes were quick and they came when they said they would. I had 2 new tankless gas water heaters installed. Both Justin and Parker were able to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable about re-doing the plumbing to consolidate from 2 electric tank heaters and 1 gas tank heater down to 2 gas tankless heaters. Paul and fellow employee came to do that installation and removal, as well as fix/install our gas fire place shut off valve with a creative solution to minimize damage and cost of our stone fire place. Queen City Plumbing needs to check their ethics and standard practices based on my experience with them. I had a friendly technician come out, but upon his arrival, he informed me that there was a minimum of $550 charge to work with a natural gas line, when all I was asking for was a connection of a gas grill to gas line line that was already installed and ready for connection. The fact that they did not communicate this minimum charge when I scheduled the appointment is poor practice…. I immediately called the company and spoke to a manager, who tried to tell me the cost of the job was in fact $550, however, he had no idea of what the job entailed. I sent pictures and after seeing the photos he said he would investigate why the “quote” was so high because he then realized something was wrong, but he assured me there was no minimum charge and that the technician had communicated incorrectly. I followed back up with the technician who told me that he in fact had been instructed not to do the job for any less than $550, even though he thinks the charge should be much much less… the manager finally came back to me with a shady explanation as to why the connection would in fact cost $550, which was simply a CYA explanation… bottom line, this company doesn’t appear to operate with much ethics and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Our old tankless water heaters needed to be replaced. We were referred to Queen City Plumbing and I am so happy we called them. They were able to come out just a few hours after we called and had both of our units changed out for Rinnai systems the next day. Our old units would take forever to get hot water to the other side of our house. These systems are almost immediate. The technicians and installers were professional and courteous from start to finish. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs and you should too.

This is the second time I’ve called Queen City to come out and look at my HVAC system. Each time they have been nothing but friendly and helpful finding the issue and fixing it the same day, highly recommended!

We were in desperate need of a new water heater. I emailed Queen City around 10pm and at 8am I received an email and a call from Diane to schedule someone to come out and quote us on two options we were looking at. They came out, talked us through a couple options. We went with the tankless they came out the next morning to install. Paul Glover was so nice and very knowledgeable talked us through everything he was doing and discussed some future reno plans we have coming up and options with plumbing which was very helpful. We had a small hiccup and our old pipes had clogged the system and we weren’t receiving hot water so I sent an email about the issues we were having again this was around 8/9pm and again DIANE ARNETTTTTE!!!! She responded to my late night email that SAME night. Said she will work on organizing the electrician and Paul to come out first thing in the morning. She called me at 8am to insure they will both be out and gave me a time. Paul came out again and was so friendly, apologized for the inconvenience and took care of the issue. We now have endless flowing hot water! So excited! Thanks again Queen City Plumbing!

I was referred to Queen City Plumbing for a tankless water heater and water softener. Jeff came out on time wearing a mask and booties. While evaluating in our equipment room we both noticed leaks in the plumbing fittings of our 13 year old home. Upon further inspection he advised we had dura-pex piping that had the bad fittings. This pipe and fittings were through our entire home in the walls, etc. I verified this information online and there is a class action law suit against the manufacturer of these pipes. So our project became replacing all of the cold and hot water piping and fittings in our entire home. So I spoke with Parker in the office who set us up 0% financing for 18 months. He was extremely kind and helpful. Jeff, Fernando, Corey and Alec showed up on the first day to evaluate where the walls needed to be cut and to begin the replacement. They were very clean, respectful and all wore masks and booties the entire time. These guys worked hard and late for 4 days. Fernando and Alec were the primary guys doing the work but Jeff and Parker were there working late also. At the end of the day they re-piped our entire home, removed 3 water heaters, installed a new tankless water heater and water softener for the whole home. The sheet rockers are at my home today repairing the 25-30 sections/holes cut in our walls from the re-pipe. Their opinion is the plumbers did a clean job with minimum holes which makes the work easier and less expensive on the sheetrock repair side.At the end of the day Queen City Plumbing exceeded every expectation we had. Their workers (both in the office and in the field) were very good representatives of the company and in my experience quality starts at the top and works it's way down. An extra thank you to Fernando and Alec for the long days and working into the night to get us completed as soon as possible. It is without hesitation I rate this company 5 stars.

I had ceiling leaks in a first floor powder room, and in the garage. I found Queen City Plumbing online under Best Plumbers in Charlotte. I got an appointment right away. My plumber TORE, was prompt and professional. TORE was methodical and persistent in his diagnosis of the problem. He knew exactly what to do. I feel secure knowing that I can call on Queen City Plumbing . I had a leak in the shower and a clogged drain in the powder room. I called Queen City Plumbing and they gave me an appointment right away. My plumber was named JUSTIN CHARLES and he notified me when he was on the way. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He explained the problem and everything he was going to do. I was very satisfied with the job he did.

Had issues with a shower dripping, tech arrived at scheduled time. We needed to replace the old shower cartridge in the wall. the tech carefully removed the sheet rock replaced the new cartridge, shut of and shower head. He also installed a access door in case we ever need to access it again. We were very pleased with the service and the knowledge of the tech. i would recommend they for any plumbing issues.

We've had work done by Queen City Plumbing twice and had a great experience both times. A year and a half ago they replaced all the plumbing under our (very old) house and out to the street, and just this week they replaced our hot water heater. They work hard to keep things as affordable as possible, and all the employees they've sent to our house have been very professional. They explain what they are doing and why it costs what it does (plumbing is never cheap). We did have a few issues with scheduling this time, but they came out and did a temporary fix on our hot water heater until they could schedule a time to actually replace it. They were very willing to work around my work schedule and come to my house when it was most convenient for me. Overall, we've been very impressed and will definitely use them again if we have any other plumbing issues.

My fiance and I just purchased a house in January and our sink in our master was extremely clogged. We were able to get by for awhile with some Draino (and even tried a baking soda home remedy), but ultimately, we knew we would have to hire a professional to come out and fix it.We hired Queen City Plumbing based on the great Google reviews and reputation. Beware! Horrific customer service! I had them scheduled to install a new sink/faucet. They arrived and left/said they would be back and never returned. Called them twice and the OWNER said he was not coming back out to finish the job. Meanwhile, we’ve been without water for 2 days now and have to find another plumber to come over ASAP. Do yourself a favor, save your money and give it someone professional. They deserve to be reported to the BBB

I contacted Queen City Plumbing to have the exterior Rinnai Tankless Water Heater flushed. Paul Glover performed a thorough flushing of the unit, including running the pump for 45 minutes so the descaling solution could remove the buildup. He went above and beyond by also doing the following:1) Cleaning the inside of the exterior tankless unit2) Moving the system module from the crawlspace to the interior of the house. It is my understanding with this being away from the crawlspace draft and moisture that it will be beneficial in the life span of the module.3) He notice the installation of the by-pass had been done incorrectly and was impacting the flow of hot water. It had been taking several minutes for the hot water to be felt, thus wasting a lot of water. With his correcting the by-pass, the hot water is now flowing quickly throughout the house.I appreciate Paul's knowledge, work ethic and explanation to me of what he was doing.Thank you Paul! I give you 10+ stars!!!

My water heater started having problems - after taking a few cold showers - I called Queen City Plumbing to come out and take a look. I couldn't have asked for a better repair service. They scheduled an appointment as soon as possible, and showed up on time as promised. After diagnosing the problem, the technician clearly explained what was going on and presented me with all my possible solutions, leaving the decision solely up to me with a recommendation as to what he would do - no pressure. After we decided on what to do the technician had it fixed in no time. They were very knowledgeable, quick, very clean and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. We smelled natural gas near our water heater. The plumber arrived within 2hrs of our call and found that the original installation used the wrong gas fitting.

I had to have a major plumbing job done to my house on Feb. 11th. The day of the job, they were late and did not have all of their equipment needed to complete the job or even get started. They had to wait, because they rent the equipment needed for the job from another company. I made my appointment almost 2 weeks in advance and they still came not prepared. During the job they took two very long breaks, not lunch breaks. The reason for both breaks, was their equipment broke or they did not have what they needed. The person over the two guys left and did not come back for almost two hours. The two guys were not competent at all. I was told that all of my furniture in the rooms they were working in would be covered, that was a lie. In my office, nothing was covered. There was dust everywhere, all on my desk, shelves, printer, and office chair. Then I go into my dinning room, and dust is all over my table, chairs, and other furniture I moved out of the office. They also pulled up the padding in the living room and my office from under the carpet and it was not replaced. They informed me, they were going to clean up after they were finished, that did not happen. They left the door to my office hanging off the hinges and was not put back on correctly. They left the window open in the office making my house alarm go off. I was also told that after they cut into the concrete slab they were going to fill it back with concrete and smooth it out, that did not happen. When walking through the living room I fell and twisted my ankle because I walked into a deep dip that was not filled in. I texted the person in charge of the job everything I listed above. He tried to fix some of the problems but I should not have to contact the company to inform that I was not happy with the job before anyone came out. This company was highly recommended to me. My experience was not good at all with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

It's not what Queen City Plumbing did, it's what they didn't do that makes them the best in town. We had Morris Jenkins come out and quote us $9,000 for a total pipe replacement so we called Queen City Plumbing for a second opinion. Turns out it wasn't a plumbing issue at all, we just had a dead opossum in our crawl space. Morris Jenkins was going to rip us off. Justin with Queen City Plumbing was very kind and professional, and they didn't charge us a penny.

I have had the pleasure of having Queen City Plumbing come to my home on a number of occasions from fixing a clogged kitchen sink, to leaking water in the basement, and most recently water from my bathroom was leaking in my kitchenette/basement area. Each time I called on them they were professional, detail oriented, and courteous. In addition, they are always on time with their appointments, strive to save us money, and always do a through job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Queen City Plumbing proved to be an excellent choice for helping us with our plumbing emergency. We experienced a blockage in our main sewer line, which caused a backup in all our indoor plumbing. We were unable to use the toilets or showers. After failed attempts to find a plumber through our home warranty company, we decided to go with Queen City Plumbing. Reading through their reviews and knowing they were a local company, we figured it was our best bet. They were able to come within hours of our call for help, provided excellent service throughout the whole ordeal. They explained the problem, told us what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. I used Queen City Plumbing for the first time earlier this week. Needless to say, I will not use any other plumbing company for any of my family's plumbing needs. I live about 1 and 1/2 hours from the Charlotte area and was having major issues with our water heater. I called several local plumbing companies and they either did not return my call, were very unprofessional over the phone or wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money. A mutual friend recommended Queen City Plumbing and I thought, it may be too far of a drive for them, but at that point I was in dire need and still gave it a try. That may have been one of the best decisions I have ever made! Late 2018 we had an major issue with our Rinnai tankless which was installed about a year earlier in 2017. It was winter and we had no hot water because the tankless kept throwing error code 11 and 12s. It would not stay on to provide hot water for any usable length of time. We called Queen City Plumbing and they sent Cory. Cory was extremely knowledgeable about the Rinnais and worked with Rinnai to get it working again. It took several visits but he was able to work with Rinnai support and methodically worked through the problem. After the replacement of several parts, it turned out that the the problem was due to a faulty manifold. It got replaced and the problem went away. We were very happy with Cory's friendly attitude and his persistence to resolve the issue. Queen City Plumbing was very good at trying to schedule us in to try to fix the problem as soon as possible and coordinating with Rinnai for replacement parts. They also followed up with us to make sure that the issue had been resolved. Cory also personally followed up as well. Nowadays, not many vendors will do that . So far, things are back to normal. As far as pricing goes, they are not the most expensive but also not the cheapest, but they are competent and have good customer service. Hopefully we won't need to call Queen City Plumbing again for the tankless for a while, but if we do we will be requesting Cory.

Was having drain issues with are two tubs. I called these guys cause I saw they had so many good reviews on Google.They came out to the house the next day and gave me free advice that could possibly help with drain issues. I used there advice and still had some issues with one of the tubs. I called them back and had them come out with professional tools and take care of it.The price was very reasonable and the work was great! These guys were willing to give me free advice in hopes I could fix issue myself! Then came out to did a outstanding job on the one drain I couldn't fix myself.Do yourself a favor and call these guys with any plumbing issues you may have! They're awesome!

Not reliable at all. I had an appointment booked several days ahead for window of 3:30-5. At 4:00 I reached out as I had not heard from anyone. Was told it was still on schedule but plumber was on another job and would call me. As it approached 6:00 I called again, spoke to wife of owner said they work late and was still going to happen that she would call plumber then call me back. 7:30 received call from plumber stating not gonna happen and for me to call and reschedule. Called this morning and was told they were all booked. This sets the timing on my project completely off due to their inability to effectively run a schedule. I get things happen but several times told it was still happening and I would be called back and wasn’t and then to make no effort to get it handled today really shows what kind of company they are. I advised that I guess they don’t want my business and now I have lost a weeks of time and have to start over with the other guys that I should have used in the first place. Unless you can wait and wait I do not recommend!

I used queen city plumbing to replace water lines and install a tank-less water heater. I was referred to them by my realtor. I recently purchased a foreclosure and to say it needed plumbing work was an understatement. When Justin came to my house and introduced himself to me as the owner of the company I was taken aback by how young he was. But he did everything he promised and more. He had 3 trucks and some digging machine there first thing in the morning and they replaced all waterlines from the street and put in a tank-less water heater all completed by the end of the day. They were professional, honest, upfront, affordable, neat and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone and am using them again myself. They are currently remodeling my bathroom and I will post again when its done. So far I am extremely pleased with all of their work.

I am a widow and I first called Roto Rooter. The guy tried to take advantage of me financially. Extremely bad. I later called Queen City Plumbing and they sent a very nice plumber by the name of Cory McCree. This gentleman was punctual and very honest. I really appreciate that not all people are dishonest. He fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate and was very courteous. Company’s need to appreciate employees like Cory because that is what generates repeat customers. Thank you very much.

Queen City served us well. Our company had a large, commercial job of entirely replacing the sewer line. Justin made sure it was done quickly, properly and that everything was cleaned up right. His crew worked over the weekend to make sure the job was completed on time. We'll call them again with any plumbing needs.

Queen City plumbing put in three toilets for us at a very decent price. A few months later the toilet started to leak around the base so I called them. They came out and quoted us $150 to pull the toilet to see what was wrong. The guy was pulled the toilet and came downstairs and said you don’t owe us anything. The toilet didn’t connect to the seal completely so when we plunged it that is why the water came out but worked fine up until that point. Long story short the guy was 100% honest even though we had agreed to pay the $150 in advance. Great prices, honest people, speedy work.... will use them again if needed. You guys are great!!

Had a leak underneath the kitchen sink...Was aware we needed a new garbage disposal...so naturally a great time to replace which we did....The tech was very nice...and seemed knowledgeable so when he replaced the disposal and said that was the source of the leak....it seemed plausible...however the leak persisted and I had a friendInspect the leak and quickly found it was coming from the faucet which he quickly repaired....I called Queen City and was told it was probably a second leak Really? Our new disposal was in the $600. range......But the most troubling aspect of the entire process was my name and # was given to a disaster cleanup company who aggressively tried to book me for an inspection....for a simple faucet leak....This is the world we live in....

Recently our home flooded from our upstairs washing machine. There was a huge amount of damage and we called Justin at Queen City Plumbing to help with the repairs. After he repaired the pipes upstairs he connected us with a restoration company to replace the dry wall and carpeting. There was a ton of work to be done and after it was completed we discovered we needed a new hot water heater. I called Justin again and he came out that day to take a look at our unit to determine if we did in fact need to replace our (10 year old) unit. The next week the water heater was replaced. I was very impressed with the quick turn around and professional service from Queen City Plumbing. I always recommend these guys to my closest friends and family every time.

We had a water heater go out in our attic, it caused a lot of damage to our sheetrock and floors. We called several plumbers in the area but the team at Queen City Plumbing was very accommodating and helpful. They came out right away and gave us price upfront before they ever started the work, we had a budget in mind that we were expecting to pay going off of what some other people had paid for a similar job, they came in under price and gave us a 9 year warranty on the heater.The technican worked very fast and had us back up and running within a couple hours

I 'm not one to do reviews often unless I'm getting a discount, the service was amazing or the experience wasn't exactly pleasant. So nine months ago I called Queen City plumbing and they sent out a technician, the technician told me that I needed my hot water heater replaced. The faucet in my guest bathroom in the tub was also leaking he told me I needed a part for it. While there the technician broke my hot water heater so badly that he had to leave to go to Lowes to get parts to fix it and make it work. I decided to get the hot water heater replaced because it was old, also because he broke it some more and it needed to be replaced so I figured I'd go ahead and get fix the faucet also.Come to find out they fired that guy. Another technician came to my house to put in the hot water heater but then another person came to assist with getting the hot water heater into the attic and to be paid. He offered to give me a $30 discount if I did a good Google review so I did but guess what the part that I needed cost $30....okay! While the first technician was there he told me that a water stain that was in the kitchen was from the AC unit so I never thought to have the tech that came after him look at it. Before the tech that replaced my hot water heater left he told me that I did not even need the part and I needed a nozzle so I still had to go spend more money to buy the nozzle all because the first guy told me wrong.Justin did come out again to check the water stains around my water heater when I called expressing concern about it. He said it was dry up there in the attic and that everything was good. I recently had an AC guy out and he went up in the attic and he told me that the water stain in the kitchen is from pipes or something like that and that I should call a plumber so I called and asked Justin about it and he said after X number of years in plumbing he's never seen any kind of you leaks in the kitchen and maybe It's the roof. So long story short the plumber tells me call the air conditioning/heating guy, the air conditioning heating guy, tells me to call the plumber, the plumber tells me to call the roofer! Please call somebody for a second opinion before you use Queen City Plumbing. These reviews are paid for with discounts that may or may not benefit the consumer.$1100 I still have leaks.

Cory with Queen City Plumbing showed up on schedule and dressed professionally. He was able to confirm the issue we were having and make the repair in a timely manner. What pushed the visit over the top for me was Cory's desire to make sure we were happy before he left., even making sure the dog got some pets before he left.

We had a mess of a situation with the pipes in an old house, which required a full re-piping. I was very apprehensive about such a project being necessary, but I had an extremely pleasant experience with Queen City Plumbing. Both Chris and Jeff were invaluable in making such a project as smooth and pain free as possible given the situation. Both Chris and Jeff kept me up-to-date at all times, were very personable to work with (many people avoid talking to you except for when it is absolutely necessary) and they made us feel like we were the only plumbing job they had on their docket. I cannot praise Chris and Jeff enough and the same goes for QCP. If we need future plumbing work, I will not hesitate to contact QCP. Highly recommended!

Great company. Replaced water heater, reset commode, and installed new water pressure regulator. Tore arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and then he and two others did the work. Tore was very nice to work with and was very efficient. Water heater was under warranty and they handled getting the new one. I highly recommend Tore and this company.

Three months ago i have the service tech come and give me a quote for the commercial job of renovation. He really wanted to do the job so bad i gave it to them. As part of the process I entered company info with county showing Queen City Plumbing will be doing work at this location & to pull permit. Later after 1 month i called to get there license & insurance info to keep on the file as required by most insurance companies. That time Justin refused to do the work bcoz he had other big job he was focused and left me & my work stranded after I explained my situation but didn’t cared. Now when finally county approved everything i gave company second chance to do the work otherwise I will have to fill the application again costing me, which they rejected rudely leaving my work & project hanging. Company acted very unprofessionally & rudely to me. I am biting the bullet and taking the hit of redoing the application. When I told that I will write the review I got a rude call & threaten by text message. I think people need to know what has happened to me it’s a review & I will never ever do business with them or recommend to anybody. As life keeps moving I have moved on with it to. Thanks

Corey was knowledgeable in helping us assess our tank and tankless options after our prior heater ruptured and flooded the basement. He then worked with the county inspectors, electric company and gas company to implement and install a turn-key solution in a fast turnaround. He made himself available on cell after hours as well. I would highly recommended Corey and Queen City Plumbing.

The best experience that I have ever had with a plumbing company. They were very straight forward with pricing and installation dates. They weren't like some of the other guys I have dealt with, where the price steadily went up as they got further into the project. As a multi property owner and an expert in bad plumbing experiences, I can tell you that these guys know what they are doing and are super professional. So far I have had a tankless heater installed, a clogged drain snaked, and a new vanity with sink put in. Just like I tell my friends, if you are looking for a plumber that you can trust, call these guys.

This is the second time we have used Queen City Plumbing, and we are very pleased with their service. The first time was in January and we had a burst pipe. Corey came very late at night, and capped the offending pipe. The second time was today and Corey came to put in a rough in for a laundry sink. We will be putting in the faucet and sink ourselves. Corey put in the drain and the hot and cold water pipes. Showed us how to finish it off using a studer vent. Very nice to work with and VERY helpful.

I'm annoyed. I had an appt from 8am-11am today. Took time off work to be home. Was called and kindly asked if I could move my appt due to an emergency. I decided that was fine and took the rest of the day off work. I was assured they would take care of me. The gentleman arrived (after the end of my new appt timeframe) and was very friendly, however, after no more than a minute he informed me that he couldn't fix what we needed. He said he was going to step outside and see if they needed to charge me a fee for coming out. I assumed after being so accommodating with my day that I would not be charged for the 1 minute appt. WRONG. They charged me $41.83 to simply walk in the door of my home and walk out. Not only did you not get a repeat customer, I will never recommend this company to anyone. I am beyond annoyed at this experience.UPDATE: while I appreciate your reply, my check was still cashed, and I literally got nothing from you. I’d like to know what information you received from the plumber that ran the call that makes you think it warranted a $41.83 fee from me.

At midnight on a Thursday night, our water completely shut off. We live way out in the country and knew that no company would come out to repair our well at this time of night without charging us crazy amounts of money. My first thought was to call Queen City Plumbing because my mom has used them several times and they are always top of the line. Justin came out within an hour of receiving my call. Paul Glover from Queen City Plumbing did an excellent job repairing my leaky toilet, stopped up bathroom sink, and tightening my kitchen faucet. I have had two plumbers work on the kitchen faucet. Paul found the mistake the plumber made when installing the faucet. I will be using them again to do any future repairs to my home’s plumbing.

Justin replaced my water heater, garbage disposal and a few pipes that were missing under one of my sinks. I just bought this condo and that's the work that it needed and he handled it very professionally. The price was right on point and everything. Cleaned up behind himself, took his shoes off when he came in so that he didn't track any mud. This was a great transaction.

Vinton was very professional and knowledgeable with his diagnosis. Unfortunately I felt the repair costs were not a good value, so he did not complete the repairs.

I worked with Cory and Harry with a install of a Rinnai tankless water heater. Their punctuality and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I really researched the tankless water heater technology and it comes down to two very important factors, I high quality unit and for it to be properly installed. I have owned my home for 15 years and after installation of the tankless heater, it was by far the best shower experience. Unlimited hot water and better pressure.

We use them for everything. These guys are amazing!! Getting ready to build a new home and they WILL be the ONLY plumber on my premises!! We also have several rental homes and had some major issues with a house yesterday. The tenants have a small child with disabilities and needed the plumbing fixed asap!!! Called them and they were right there first thing. Never any problems and everyone is dependable and that means a lot.

Earlier this year we had all of our toilets replaced by a subcontractor of our GC. While two of the bathrooms worked well, we continued to have a clogged toiles and backed up tub drain in the 3rd bathroom. We ended up spending $1300 in repairs to that 3rd bathroom toilet including having ceiling dry wall removed and replaced due to leaking water. When that same toilet clogged today I called a different plumber to explain the issue and he recommended Justin at Queen City Plumbing. (It's a good sign when another plumber recommends someone!). Justin came right out that same day and he even called me when he was on his way to let me know when to expect him. Not only was he extremely pleasant, but he really knew his stuff and very quickly was able to discern the issue. He snaked the drain (without removing our toilet) and even checked in our crawl space to make sure there were no issues. While down there he discovered a very heavy leak which he also repaired during the same visit. Justin was truly a pleasure a work with and I will definitely be using him again for any future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend calling Queen City Plumbing for any plumbing issues.

I had a job that Justin the owner took on in 7/15. They did a reasonable job. He had used a lockbox to access the house which stored the key.He finished the job I paid in full immediately with out inspecting. Went to the house and discovered the key was missing from the lockbox. Called him several times with no reply. Finally talked with him which he confirmed he still had the house key. Over a month later I still have not received the key. He will not return my call.Update on 9/16/15 I did receive the house key via US mail. Over two months later after the job was completed. His explanation: He had been very busy.

Queen City Plumbing just installed a hot water recirculating pump at our residence and we are Very Happy people. No longer waiting minutes and wasting gallons of water for hot water. Justin Mcfall gave us the best price quote and the quickest install time. Queen City Plumbing was on time, very neat with installation, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. We highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs and certainly recommend them for a hot water recirculating pump installation.

I needed to replace a gate valve for my water shut off and my HOA insisted I hire licensed plumber for insurance reasons. I went ahead and opened the wall to gain access to the valve, bought the parts, and coordinated with the city to shut the water off. All I needed QCP to do was drain the system and replace the valve which used pex pipe (Very easy). The first day they said they could do the work between 2:00 and 5:00. At 2:45 I called them and they said they wouldn't be there till 5:00. This is after I had already scheduled the city to turn off the water and told all 93 home owners the water was going to be off between 2:00 and 5:00. I looked stupid to my HOA, neighbors, property managers, and the city water utility. The next day they argued with me for 15-20 minutes about how to drain the system and ended up refusing to do it. I had to get the guys from the city to help me out. Then QCP didn't have the fittings they needed to install a simple valve and left to get one from the store. In my opinion, a good plumbing company would stock these parts on their truck to save time. Then they insisted on using a push-to-connect fitting for a permanent valve installation that would be behind drywall. But push-to-connect style fittings are only for temporary emergency use. They stating this would be quicker. I asked multiple times for them to just use a crimp fitting and they said I just used one of these the other day. A skilled plumber could install a crimped fitting which is much more secure just as fast. They ended up cutting the pipe too much for the fitting they bought so the pipes were in a lot of tension after installed. I begged them to used the longer valve assembly I had to avoid the pipe pulling on the fitting, they did. Finally after taking 2 half days off work they spent over 35 minutes typing up my billed which they Did Not quote before doing the work. I feel it was high for the amount of work that was actually required which was only 5 minutes worth. You can see in the pictures below the original valve and the one the tried to put on with the pipe too short. In all I looked bad to a lot of people, I wasted a lot of time, I am nervous about the work done, I could have saved hundreds of dollars doing the work myself and done a better job. I see no value in hiring Queen City Plumbing.

I called Queen City Plumbing when I realized I had a busted pipe in my house. I called in a panic and spoke to Mike on the phone, he calmed me down quickly because he said he was sending a plumber out to my house right away, they arrived quickly, fixed my leak at a reasonable price and even referred me to a restoration company that came out as well to dry up the water. These guys are life savers!

Donald was on time , extremely helpful and professional!

Shower was making a knocking noise. Had tech come out and quote $220 to fix. Did not go with that because it sounded way to expensive. Resolved the problem with a $2 washer from Home Depot. Tech claimed he does not carry all the washers in his truck and had to charge me to go across town and get one yet we went to Home Depot down the street and found it with no problem. Tech should at least carry basic washers for shower knob. Wasted service call fee

The technician, Paul, was well trained with all the various tools need to do the job. He was smart with his analysis and spot on with his execution of solving the problem. This was not an easy job by any means as with a clogged sink led to a gurgling toilet and backed up shower drain. Vent Pipe to the rescue for this work solution. Attic work on the vent pipe was the final piece of the puzzle, plunging and scraping was needed to eliminate the clogs. The scraping tool really did the trick in cleaning the pipes that allowed the water to flow.

They came within 5 hours of my call. Paui was knowledgeable, firendly and thorough.

Queen City Plumbing was highly recommended by my neighbor, they showed up when they said they would, got straight to the problem and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for an honest and reliable plumber.

Plumbing technician Vinton Moore is the man! It could have done an expensive repair that involved new equipment but he gave us a much cheaper alternative that suited our budget.

Update as of 01/07/14As you can tell from my post below, a couple of months ago I had a great experience with Justin and QCP. However I have an update.I called last month to get a quote for Justin to do some more work, I left a message with his scheduler and he called me a couple of days later, we spoke and he said just let me know when you are ready.I called to schedule this service on New Year's Eve at about 2:30pm. The lady asked if I wanted him to come out that day, I said no it wasn't an emergency. She scheduled me for Thursday (day after New Year's) for 10:30am. Thursday at 1:00pm Justin had not arrived so I called and the lady said she would get a message to him straight away. I did not hear anything Thurs or Friday. Late Friday I sent a message on his Contact page of his website and still have heard nothing (although someone at his company has time to wish folks a Happy New Year and offer new year discounts on Facebook).The reason I have tried so hard to reach Justin was his great service. What bothers me is what if I had an issue with the work that was preformed and was guaranteed? There is a long backstory here. But to keep it brief, these guys put my main water shut off valve ON THE WRONG PIPE. As such, when I turned their valve off, my cold water shut off, but they forgot about the pipe to the water heater. I've called them 3 times in the past 2 days, in an effort to resolve this, and every time Parker says he will call me back but never does. I have had to get a different company to fix their work and pay for this work twice.

I had bathtub and kitchen sink leaking in my rent apartment. Queen City Plumbing came to replace “Shower Valve” and “Angel Stop” and fix the leaking on such short notice. The guys were friendly and professional. I would recommend this company and would use them again.
