Couldn't recommend Julian's more if I tried. Discovered a leaking pipe in my utility closet, called and Jason was here the next day and got me all patched up ahead of this crazy polar vortex 2 days before Christmas. He answered all 900 of my questions and offered advice for the best way to keep my pipes as warm as possible. He had knowledge of my building and offered advice on what to communicate with the HOA that has already helped! Really appreciate his professionalism and kindness in helping me get, and keep, the water where it belongs. Definitely keeping their number handy.

Julian's Plumbing is the BEST. A good friend recommended Julian's when we discovered our front yard was a swamp as there was a water main leak leading to our house. They were so prompt and professional when helping us! They went above and beyond in walking us through potential fixes, and then on the repair work itself. The team immediately located the leak location and were able to repair the whole pipe in under two hours. We couldn't recommend Julian's Plumbing enough!!

Julian's arrived on time and service was quick and friendly. We did have to negotiate the price of bit but the interaction was pleasant. Technician was very nice and explained what the issue was and how I could fix it myself in the future. Service was completed in under 10 minutes.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Jason came to our home today and a plumbing problem that we've been struggling with for MONTHS was fixed! He even let me record him fixing it so that we could adjust some things ourselves in the future. HIGHLY recommend. They were kind, patient, knowledgeable, and completely laid back.

You know those contractors that come to your home, and make you feel uncomfortable? Like they know everything? Are better than you? Are probably bamboozling you? And making you pay too much?

These guys felt like family. He could've been my brother or cousin with how he spoke so kindly. I felt like I could TRUST him. He even gave me some specific plumbing advice regarding our family status! The fact that we had children created its own slew of concerns another contractor wouldn't have considered telling us about! But this guy CARED enough to tell me everything!

My upstairs bathroom had a leak when someone was taking shower. I called for a service. I was told fixed trip charge was $450 for diagnose and non-refundable and didn't include any expense or labor for repair. That was a ridiculous number for me. I didn't use their service.

Writing this for my neighbor that got totally ripped off by this company. Jeff charged $639 to replace a $25 hot water tank supply line. That is over $600 labor for a 30 minute job. Then quoted $3000 to replace it because it was 12 years old. That equals $2500 labor to install a $500 electric hot water heater. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I LOVE working with these guys. They're super-professional, efficient and respectful of my time, and they keep the business in the family, which I love. And LOCAL. Love that, too. They are chock full of knowledge and are very candid in their estimates and work required to get the job done. I couldn't be more pleased with the install they did for my gas stove. Any time I have a plumbing issue, I call ONE number and they're it. And those CROCS, y'all. A+ service, highest possible recommendation.

We had a clogged kitchen drain and was originally told by another company we would need an expensive additional service to clear the drain. We called Julian's Plumbing to see if they provided the service suggested by the first company that came out. Jason asked a few questions to better understand our situation and said they did provide the service I inquired about but he didn't believe we needed it. Jason was able to come to the property that day and was able to clear our drain within 10 minutes. He not only resolved the issue but saved us hundreds of dollars by not overselling services that were not required. We couldn't be more impressed with their service, professionalism, and most of all their integrity. Julian's Plumbing will be our go to plumbing company moving forward.

In a kitchen remodel from hell, Jason has been a shining light. Hyperbole aside, my experience with Jason was easy, quick, and professional. He explained what he was doing and gave me suggestions for the future. He was cordial and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. 10/10 would recommend, I will use them in the future and you should too. My brother in law offered me his unlicensed uninsured services at 50% off Jason’s rate - knowing what I know now, I would go with Jason even if he offered to do it for free.

I looked on Google for a plumber for my kitchen sink that was completely clogged. I had tried multiple methods to no avail. I took a chance on Julian’s plumbing and I am glad that I did. Although the job was pricey, ( to no fault of theirs, my pipes were really clogged which required a heavy duty snake) the customer service was well worth the price. They were fast, efficient, and more importantly honest! As a female I am always leery of people trying to play me and I did not feel that way at all. The gentleman explained the what, where’s and why’s without me even asking. That shows true character. Thank you fellas. I will definitely recommend you all.

Jason from Julian’s is a great guy. I’ve had them come out a couple times to replace a fill valve, and had them out again to replace polyurethane line running to another toilet. Had an issue with the fill valve just outside of the typical warranty, and they worked with me to make sure we rectified the problem.

The main reason I leave this review is the customer service experience and follow up. Jason genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. You just don’t find customer service like Julian’s Plumbing does.

WOW, what GREAT service at a GREAT price. I needed a hot water heater. I had initially called another local plumbing company to do the repairs. They told me my water heater was not a typical water heater and it would have to be special ordered and cost a lot. I asked them if they could provide me with options. I waited 3 days and they never got back to me. I called Jason at Julian's Plumbing and he was at my house within 2 hours. By 10 o'clock the next morning he had replaced my water heater at half the cost I was previously quoted. It was the absolute best service I have had in the last 25 years. It was wonderful working with an honest, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, local family owned business. I highly recommend Julian's Plumbing!

Jason at Julian's Plumbing is a life saver! I could not turn off my bathtub faucet and Jason calmly walking through how to cut off the water in the condo I was renting. He let me send photos to him and he was so great at walking me through what to do. I hadn't even made an appointment yet! He came by the next day and was very quick and knowledgeable. He walked through what he was doing the whole time to teach me to know for the future. Him and his coworker wore masks the whole time and they were very safe the whole time.

Julian’s plumbing came out to help me with my disposal less than 24 hours after I initially reached out. They were in & out in 5 minutes and completely fixed my issue. Pleasant service, and do a great job. Would 100% recommend.

Jason and team are the best! They replied to my initial web inquiry within hours, and scheduled a consultation visit yet that week. They show up on time, work efficiently, and are the nicest, most knowledgeable men of their craft. 2/23/22 - Sooooo, I held on to my fridge magnet for Julian's Plumbing from 2017 when they came out for repair. Glad I did! Had leaky shower valve this morning & Julian's was out within 3 hrs. from when I called.

Julian's plumbing is amazing. My husband called on Monday and they were at our house on Tuesday morning. After looking at our issue, Jason told us it would be better to invest in a new vanity, instead of fixing a broken one. He could have easily charged me to fix the faulty sink, but instead recommended something that was better for our home long-term. Really appreciate the honesty and the timeliness. We'll be future customers for sure!

I called Julian's Plumbing to repair a leaky shower and also assess a water pressure issue and water hammer noise. Jason was at my house in less than one hour and remedied two of the three problems. He provided DYI recommendations for the remaining issue and said he was available to advise further on it if I needed help.

First called when my water heater broke. Only had to go without hot water for about 48 hours as they were able to order a me a tankless heater and install it very quickly and on the first try. Answered all questions and concerns without any problems. Jason also gave me his personal cellphone number and any time I text with concerns he replies immediately. Glad I called Julian's plumbing and will not use any other plumbers in Charlotte!

I have had ongoing plumbing problems in my bathroom for years, finally i called Julian plumbing, they sent a technician named Jason to my home. He was prompt and very courteous, and fixed the problem that kept coming back that others could not fix. I have been problem free for months, and he explained all the problems and corrections to me as he worked. I am very satisfied with the professional service I received from Julians Plumbing and would recommend they to everyone.

I texted Jason Julian on a Sunday morning at 6:35am. He was responsive and sensitive to my plumbing needs. I was up 2 hours prior looking for the best plumber and this company is it for me! He and his son, Chason arrived promptly just before 10:00am and were done before 10:30am! I will continue to work with Julian’s plumbing.

FANTASTIC work, very professional! Our kitchen sink leaked for the umpteenth time and we were tired of thinking that we'd fixed it, but had not. So we called in the professionals! Before they even came to the house, they asked us to text photos. They came within hours of our call - wow! When they arrived (masked and then I told them they could unmask once I left the room) they went RIGHT to work! They cleaned up the pipes under the sink and it all works magnificently now! The charge was for an amount that I earn in a week - happy to pay it, but dang, I'm in the wrong profession (teacher for 25 yrs)! We will absolutely call them again when we need a plumber.

Our hot water stopped working, so we needed a plumber to come out at the last minute. I found Julian's Plumbing based on their Yelp reviews and I definitely understand why they have a 5 star rating.

They were able to come out the day after I called. He got my hot water back up without having to replace the water heater which was nice. It didn't take him very long to get it fixed. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable.

They communicate via text which makes it way easier for those of us that hate email and aren't always able to talk on the phone during the day.

They were very flexible and waived the credit card free for me too. They will also give you $50 off if you check in on Yelp.

They were incredibly patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Called them at 10:30 AM, Jason showed up at 11:00 AM, took a look, quoted $250, got his machine, open the drain in 15 minutes, cleaned up, gave me a bottle of drain cleaner to use once a month and was out of here by 11:30AM. Great job, quick service. Could not be more pleased after having tried to snake it myself for over 2 hours. Well worth the $250.

Professional, courteous, and SUPER FAST :-). Between my quote and them arriving at my door- was 25 mins flat! I had a bathroom sink that has been clogged for FAR too long and they fixed in about 5 -10 minutes - and it is finally clog free. If you need a plumber they will not disappoint.

Our office has a water pump on our break room sink. After the property management company of the building sent another company out and we were told that we were going to have to purchase a new pump for $420+labor, we decided to contact Julian's Plumbing, Inc. The two service techs that came out were wonderful, polite and professional. Not only did we not need a new pump, but we were taught a very simple trick to prevent the pump from getting stopped up again. Would highly recommend these guys!!!

After literally having a water line leak in my yard that created a toad pond in my front yard I called Julian's plumbing along with a few other places to get quotes. I spoke with Jason from Julian's plumbing and he was by far the most helpful person when it comes to customer service and knowledge about plumbing issues. He took the time to go above and beyond to answer any question that I had. It is evident that he loves what he does and he does it well! Had my line replaced in a matter of days from my initial call and all at a very good price. I will definitely use Julian's plumbing again!

A fantastic experience! Jason reached out to me early in the morning and arrived by noon. I actually called him for a second opinion on a very expensive hydrojetting that someone else said that I needed. He said the pipe jetting was unnecessary and he could clear the kitchen sink clog with an electric snake. Sure enough, he fixed in 10 minutes what morris jenkins couldnt do in 2 hours and he saved me hundreds of dollars. What i liked about them is they are about getting the job done right vs their image, marketing, over the top customer service, etc. Do yourselves a favor and get 2nd and 3rd opinions on work that needs to be done. I wouldnt say they would be the lowest bidder,, but ill definitely use again in the future.

I've been hearing from a neighbor about their big-chain plumber and the incredibly expensive charge they paid for a basic job. That's compelled me to review Julian's.

Julian's Plumbing has done four or five jobs at my house. Twice, they found the problem was much easier and cheaper than originally thought. Once, I thought it was going to be a major repair and it wound up being $65. Another time, they cleared a clog and gave me tips on how to prevent it in the future and I haven't had a repeat.

They arrive at the scheduled time. They've never been late. They communicate well through the process. They're clean. They ask good questions that help find the real problem. They've been honest and saved me money. Who can ask for more than that?

Both sides of my kitchen sink were stopped up on the Saturday morning before the weather was supposed to turn very nasty. I called Julian's Plumbing and Jason worked me in to an already full morning. The service was terrific - I not only got my drain fixed but have found a plumber for any future plumbing needs.

I had a great response from Julian's plumbing. After discovering a wet spot in my front yard, they were the first available to come and investigate the problem. I did some investigative digging and was able to find the leak. They showed up and rather than charge me for a little repair, they gave me advice on how to fix the issue and even gave me a cap, glue, and cleaner for the broken pipe. Very helpful and honest people.

Literally you won't find a better service than Julian's! Very professional, quick, efficient, and friendly! Even my dog loved him! They have done work for me at my home and business! Each time, I felt like part of the family! I highly recommend them, you wont be disappointed!

I'm typically skeptical of places flooded with great reviews, but these guys deserve it! We needed an electric water heater installed, quickly, and they did it, quickly. No muss, no fuss -- just speed and professionalism.

I'm not talkin' a standard water heater replacement, either. It was in a very, very tight space with very little access -- but they made it work and stuck with their estimate, despite some hiccups. Honestly not used to that! Will definitely be using the guys again if we need some work done.

Our daughter put seashells in our main toilet and our toilet was extremely clogged. I called three plumbing companies and Julian's Plumbing came out that afternoon. Mr. Julian spent the extra time to continue to try and get the seashells unclogged. After working on it continuously, Mr. Julian unclogged the toilet! These guys are awesome! We called the night before when our sinks and disposals were clogged desperate for them to come either that night or in the morning! They showed up and took are of everything and even talked to us about what we should and shouldn't put down the disposal. Couldn't be more happier with service!! Recommend them to everyone!

OMG, where do I start? In a world of businesses etc. where you don’t know, Julians is a breath of fresh air. After two decades with a prior plumber and cutting ties like a bad marriage, Julians came to the rescue and fixed our water heater and was on time, courteous, fast, professional. He won my business going forward and I would and will recommend Julians to anybody and everybody..

Jason promptly responded to my inquiries, offered good advice, and did a great job.

Very rude. I only called for an estimate and the man on the phone was rude and belitto. Treated me as if I had no idea what was going on. I was able to manage most of the problem and then he was very indirect and snippy. I would never use a company that spoke thay way to a customer Over the phone reguardless of the good reviews.

I had roots in my main sewer line that caused the problem. The company charged me $287.00 for just putting the snake in the sewer line and pulling some of the roots; no warranty given whatsoever as they stated by their employee and their receipt!! I had the same issue in another house that I own (four months ago) and I called another company, which I don't recall their name, their job was excellent; located and cleaned the whole sewer line, cut all the roots by a special tools, gave three months warranty for their work, and they told me to put some chemical products to prevent roots from growing into the line again, and they charged me $300.00, so comparing the work of these two companies, I would never call this company again and I don't recommend it.

Well its a sunday morning of course...... having a water backing up issue , so i googled local plumbers and i found Julians Plumbing. I spoke with a great guy named Jason explained my problem he said he would come out asap or come out on monday morning whatever i wanted . i know bringing him out on a sunday would be more and he expalined this also. However after talking with my wife we agreed to fix it on a sunday...he called me back promptly and said he would be there within the Hour which he Was. He not only fixed the problem he took the time to explain what he was doing and what not for m,e to do in the future.., Jason did a Fantastic job and i would not only Use Him Again i would REFER HIM ALSO!!!!

Nobody does it like Julian's! This family owned business is knowledgeable and innovative like a large company but small enough to make you feel like you're more than just a number. Their experienced techs are always availalbe to rescue you from your plumbing and heating service woes--i'm convinced the owner sleeps with his phone under his pillow WITH his eyes open!

They came out to my house after hours to look at my septic tank. After looking they had things dug up and cleaned out. Did a neat and beautiful job of cleaning up the yard. I honestly would recommend them. I learned quality dosen't it pays !!!

The way a person treats other people says a lot about them and the company they are employed with. While I see there are many people very pleased with the services of this company, I witnessed an employee from Julian's cuss an employee out at lowes this morning. When I say cuss her out, I do not mean the five year old version of swearing. I mean, he said just about every swear word known to man. And why he did this? Because he was trying to return a USED sump pump...now, I don't know Julian's return policy (joke) but lowes has a return policy clearly stated on the back of the receipt stating that used items will not be refunded. So the actions of this man over something so ignorant and petty was beyond me. The way you represent yourself represents your company and I surely will never call Julian's for any work.
