We had an emergency.

We'd lost power to part of our house from a short somewhere along a complex line. When I called in, I was told that because we had an emergency, they'd send someone that day. Scott and his assistant showed up on time, were clear in their deliverables and costs, and worked for three hours until they were satisfied that the problem was corrected. Additionally, because of the global pandemic, they each wore masks, gloves, and of course shoe covers. Very professional. Will use again and highly recommend.

I had my first appointment with Honesty Electric on a snowy morning. Luis (Owner) along with his Assistant, not only kept the appointment,but were punctual.They wore hats and shirts identifying they were with the Company.They introduced themselves,and were extremely professional,courteous,and very knowledgeable.Luis explained everything first,and offered options.Their prices are very reasonable.I shopped around for Electricians,and discovered Honesty Electric as being the BEST !!! They did 2 jobs for me that day.Iam so pleased,and satisfied I'm going to have them come and put wire lighting in my large,dark storage shed next.I will be using Honesty Electric from now on.I highly recommend them!!!

Met with bobby to have a car charger installed and fix a light switch. He was very professional and personable, I did not want him to leave! Very knowledgeable he knew exactly what I needed for the car charger and fixed the light switch in minutes. Highly recommend Lindsay Electric, I'll be calling them again next time I need an electrician.

Jesse and Joe were great to work with. They explained things in a way that was easy to understand, had excellent communication tools to remind and alert of appointments and most importantly they delivered on what they said they would. I would use them again for my electrical needs.

Mr Crawford is a true professional. He called to give us an estimated arrival time and was perfectly on time. He then listened to our issues, assessed the problem, told us how he would fix it, and fixed it in very little time. After we paid (i.e. not on the clock) he stayed to listen to any questions / concerns we had. Without question we will work with Bates Electric and ask for Mr. Crawford again.
