Please don’t sign a service agreement with Summers they will not show up once they get your money! It’s a shame that they call twice to confirm your appointment only to call you on the day of the appointment to reschedule! This happened to me twice in the same calendar year! Their technicians take a lot of time off, and are not able to do your scheduled appointment! Also, if you don’t have a service agreement then they will charge you more, and if they need to come back for more service they will charge you more just to come back! This company only takes from customers! Find another HVAC company. Summers is low grade!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. I’ve have Casey with MFP out to my home several times to help me in the kitchen. He’s installed water access lines and shut off valves. Very fair and professional!

Unfortunately over the Mother's day weekend, my kitchen sink sprung a leak. Since it was a holiday and I wasn't gonna be home much, I decided to have a plumber come over today. Kendall was awesome!!! Very friendly and always smiling! He instantly brightened up my mood about the situation. We discussed some great payment options so I could get both drains of my sink fixed. The payments are affordable. Keep being awesome Kendall!

Maxwell and sons were contracted by home warranty company to fix some plunging problems. The did a terrible job, had to come back a second time after 10 days to fix the problems again. They were rude and shifty. They don't clean up after themselves.

This is the second time I’ve called on John Fowler Plumbing in about 2 months. Separate issues / rooms. They are extremely responsive, fast, efficient, and the nicest guys. I highly recommend them.They replaced a toilet last time, and fixed the work done prior to them. I’ve had no problems since. Today they cleared a kitchen drain and gave me information on a long term fix, but with no pressure to decide today.

First, I’ll give a summary of the experience with Plumb On. Corey showed up when scheduled. He listened to the problems as I described them. He assured me that he could complete the repairs and gave me an estimated time to complete each job. He also quoted me the price to complete the work prior to beginning. He finished the job within his time estimate. Last, I’ll give my personal thoughts on the experience with the plumber. I was incredibly impressed with Corey’s professionalism. His commitment to excellence is something I’ve not seen very frequently when hiring a plumber. I would highly recommend Plumb On to others as I would without question call on the company again for anything plumbing related.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

I was very pleased with their service on my ac unit. I thought I was needing to replace the whole unit before Aaron came in and repaired very quickly with just a part fix. I would highly recommend service from them. They are very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Thanks for making my day that much better...and cooler again ?

Completely disappointed and let down by Gordon Plumbing. After Gordon performed a $7,000 fix exactly 1 year ago on our lift station, the entire system failed. We figured we'd had an alright experience with them and that they would know what might be wrong with the system so we called them.
The plumber sent not only disregarded any direction (rutting up the entire yard when we'd told him not to drive in that area), but also demanded $4000 to even diagnose the problem THAT THEY HAD FIXED A YEAR AGO! We called the office and the lady who answered the phone was even ruder!
I chalked it up to a fluke and got in touch with the manager Paul, who promised to try and figure out the situation, but after multiple phone calls seems to have just dropped the entire thing. We're not rude customers, and I believe in always giving management a chance to fix things, but this has been one of the most disappointing experiences imaginable.
The worst part is, we really had a positive opinion of the company going in, and they had to drop the ball in every way imaginable to ruin that.
The company doesn't stand by their work in any shape or form (won't even check a pump that they put in and purchased less than a year ago).

We had a slab leak, so we had the slab repiped through the walls and ceiling. The team we worked with at Mr. Plumber did an excellent job. They worked hard to understand what we needed and wanted done. They made sure we were aware of the costs and places where we would need drywall and ceiling repaired after they were finished. The crew that did the work called before they came each time, and cleaned up after they were finished. We were pleased with the results and would recommend Mr. Plumber if you find yourself needing similar work done.

After going through a nightmare with my Home Warranty not sending an efficient plumber to actually look into the problem, I reached out to Mr. Quik late last night and they immediately were able to dispatch a technician by the next morning. My technician, Edgar, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand each step of the process and cleared the issue within an hour. He was professional, efficient, and an overall great person. I would highly recommend them in the future.

The initial phone call to Howald was answered promptly and an appointment was made for the next morning. Andrew came promptly, was very polite and knowledgeable and explained the next steps. He did NOT give us a high pressure sales pitch! He answered our questions.He told us that if we chose to buy the water softener and have it installed, it could be done the very next day.After he left he sent two different estimates. We have decided that estimate # 66302919 suits us best. We are very impressed with this company, and will send an additional review after the service has been completed.The work has been completed and Andrew did a great job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants prompt, professional, courteous service, and a good quality product.

This is the second project we have used JW's Plumbing services for, and each time we have been blown away by the smart, efficient service each one of their plumbers have provided. This time, we had Ryan install a kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and water filter, and check some issues we were having with a previous plumbing project from another company. No doubt he will be back to do some more work for us. We offer our highest recommendation!

We are in the process of selling our home and a loose tub spout was flagged. Steve from Stark's Plumbing came out to fix the problem and was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.
