From beginning to end I was extremely impressed with Austin and Mr. Plumber as a company. They arrived on time for both the estimate and the work to be done. They were not pushy with any sales and very knowledgeable. They advised on many aspects I needed to consider with the age of my water heater and certain things that were not up to code. They quoted a fair price in comparison to other estimates I had received. They were quick, kind, and explained to me all they completed when finished.Overall 10/10 would recommend. ?

A 10/10 experience from start to finish! We noticed a leak in one of our bathrooms around the toilet. I called Thursday afternoon and they sent a technician by 10:30 am the next day.Before the technician arrived I received a call with ETA and a text sharing a picture of the technician and a fun and friendly bio about him. It can be stressful to let a stranger into your home. The text was a small but personal touch that really eased my worries.When the technician arrived he wore shoe covers to prevent tracking in any dirt. The technician quickly assessed the issue in our bathroom and explained exactly what would be done and what costs would be involved. All fair prices. Not more than a half an hour later he finished replacing the wax ring for our toilet and cleaned the area thoroughly.As much as it stinks to have a leak, the process was as stress free as could be! My husband and I considered doing this work ourselves but the money spent on hiring a professional was well worth the time saved and piece of mind it was done right! Thank you!!

From the initial call with Tammie the customer service was exceptional. Tammie was able to get my service scheduled on the initial call and fit me into an earlier appointment. I called Summer's first and Mr. Plumber was a quicker response for the service I required. The team that handled my issue was very prompt and explained clearly what fix was required. Hayden was the initial tech to assess and when he ran into an issue and needed a camera to assess further Jenny arrived in about 30 minutes and was great in showing what occurred and check the 100ft plus of the sewer pipe to make sure it was clear. This provided confidence in what had to be repaired. Cole and his team arrived a week later, called ahead they were coming and arrived on time. They completed the job in a day and kept me updated on their status through the day. Lastly, I had some questions and Jenny called me back quickly which I didn't expect. To note, she was on vacation and took the time to discuss and was greatly appreciated. This team did a great job from start to finish and would recommend to any of my friends to use their services. I am very pleased with Mr. Plumber. They came on time, communicated well, told me exactly what to expect and how much it would cost and did exactly that. All the technicians were very personable and professional. I really like that they worked in teams. Also Mr. Plumber has been very reasonable priced so far. Which is important to a single Mom on a tight budget. I will definitely be calling them again for any issues.

Absolutely never going to call Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam again. We called around 10 pm last night for emergency service because both toilets were backing up into the tub. The on call technician told us he didn’t want to come out because he was tired and wanted to go home and sleep. Fast forward to this morning, and the technician shows up, used the largest head for his snake, and breaks our main drain line, calls his supervisor to come out, and their solution…we wait 24 more hours (mind you, we have 2 adults, and children home on Spring Break)for them to come out and pay them $900 for the damage the technician caused, or $2700 to replace all the drain lines in the house. So, we went to get the parts, and I fixed it. Still waiting to hear back from someone about how they intend to make this right. The only reason I rated them 1 star is because I was unable to rate them zero stars.

I used them for my personal residence. Had a leak that flooded my pantry and front livingroom which forced me to shut off my main water line for almost 2 days. Contacted Mr. Plumber they quickly sent someone over to diagnose and repair the issue. Conner Young assisted us he was very professional, kind and thorough in explaining what the issue was and what he was going to do to fix it. I am very happy with the hard work they provide I will recommend them to everyone I know!

The technician called to let me know when he was on his way. I also liked being able to check the app to show the estimated arrival time. The technician was polite and professional. To notes of what the problem was and went right to work. My issue was a clogged bathroom sink drain. He cleared the drain and it works great. Took him about 30 minutes. He explained everything to me and made sure the area was as he found it. Did a wonderful job and I will certainly use him again if I ever have a drain issue. Great job.

Would highly recommend Mr. Plumber. Very professional and no pressure sales. The installation of the water heater looks great and no leftover debris. Great company and employees that really care about the job they do! Warren was great with the estimate. Jimmy & Rob did a superb job of the installation of the water heater.

My repair guy was efficient and knowledgeable. Did a fantastic job. He was funny and personable. Exactly the kind of person you want coming to fix stuff when it's painful to pay out money. He gave me good information to keep up monthly maintenance. I give him a 10.

Mr Rooter wanted to charge me 450-750$ to unclog my clean out drain and when I said that was ridiculous, they wanted to charge me 60 dollars to try to rob me, so they left my house without getting a penny! And Mr Plumber came out and worked with me on pricing and the maintenance guy Chuck did an amazing job; stayed till the problem got solved, kept me informed on what was going on and I'm just overly impressed and so very appreciative! They did the job that Mr Rooter wanted 450-750 to do, for 93$! I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family! They were good honest people that didn't try to rip me off and actually worked with me!

I'm very pleased with Mr Plumber. My technician came out on Friday and made an assessment and gave me a quote. Because of an emergency he came back on Saturday and did the work which I thought would raise the price being it was Saturday but he kept it at the original quote and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Mr Plumber.

Frank was courteous, professional, knowledges and efficient. He was right on time and had our leak detected and fixed very quickly. He answered all my questions in an understandable manner, explained everything he did and gave other advice for which I asked. Definitely a five star rating and would definitely use his services again.

Connor communicated very well about his arrival time, what was happening with my current disposal and my options. He completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. It was also quick and easy to make the appointment. I will definitely use Williams next time I need a plumber.

Max and his team were amazing. They took the time to really analyze the best way to fix my pipe issue. They kept assuring me they would fix it and make it happen. They were very friendly and even cracked a few jokes. The repairs look great! They cleaned up their mess and even cleaned up some of the mess I made. I highly recommend Mr Plumber.

Very efficient. Very informative. Great transparency. Able to resolve clogged sink, and slow shower drain in no time. Also unseated toilet and gave clear and concise explanation of problem, repair quote, and scheduling of repair in just a few days. Brennan and his partner were both just awesome!!!

We have been very well taken care of by Mr. Plumber and their technicians. We've had 5 total technicians because what we thought was just a clogged sink, turned out to be a lot more. Warren (camera) and Jonathan (hydrojet) have gone above and beyond for us to make sure that our problem is getting fixed. They have been honest and given us worst case scenario options and also worked to get things flowing at the lowest cost possible to us. Everyone has also been willing to explain what's going on and answered all of our questions to the best of their ability. Would highly recommend Mr. Plumber to friends/family and will be using again in the future.

Repair techs showed up on time and were very friendly and personable. They worked quickly and were very helpful with answering our questions and giving advice on how to take care of our water heater. I would def recommend Willam's to others.

We had a slab leak, so we had the slab repiped through the walls and ceiling. The team we worked with at Mr. Plumber did an excellent job. They worked hard to understand what we needed and wanted done. They made sure we were aware of the costs and places where we would need drywall and ceiling repaired after they were finished. The crew that did the work called before they came each time, and cleaned up after they were finished. We were pleased with the results and would recommend Mr. Plumber if you find yourself needing similar work done.

My technician was great. Extremely thorough and explained everything in detail. He was thorough and went over the costs for the repairs. He took the time necessary to get to the issues causing the problems. I would absolutely recommend his services without question.

We had a great experience and are so happy with our new softener and reverse osmosis system! Kevin did a great job understanding exactly what we wanted and needed and a few days later, Brian and Chuck installed it all in just a few short hours. Everyone was so personable and answered all of our questions and we couldn’t be happier!We’ve trusted the HVAC side of the company for years and are happy to have received the same excellent service on the plumbing side now too!

Hayden was very professional and helpful. I had a different company out the day before they advised the drain was full of grease and would need to be jetted. Mr. Plumber came out and was able to get my sink drain cleared in a matter of minutes. He cleaned everything up and arrived early durning a blizzard ! Definitely recommend using this business.

They sent a superstar jetter/drain(Adam,Andrew? Sorry but I appreciate you) guy to my disabled mom’s house and the drain was kinda plugged but they efficiently and effectively got it open and didn’t even have to go inside. I had a clogged drain and my whole house was backed up. I filled out my info online and was called right away. They were able to work me in same day. The technicians that came to my house were AMAZING!!!! They explained what was going on every step of the way. Very professional and cleaned up the area entirely. 12/10 recommend!!!

I woke up this morning to a flooded bathroom. I called Mr. Plumber’s emergency line and they were able to have an emergency technician to my home within a very reasonable timeframe for a Sunday. Zoe was our technician. She gave me a call twice - once to get an overview of the issue and then a second time to let me know she was on her way. Zoe was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely professional, pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, and was very quick to diagnose the issue. Zoe also went out of her way to clean up what ended up being quite a mess after she completed her work. Thank you so much Zoe!

Called to see about replacing my water heater. Salesperson was friendly, swift and to the point. Explained things so I could understand. Great experience. Hope the install is as good an experience.

I had a guy named william from this company come out. He did awesome! He was only there for about 5 minutes. I couldn’t seem to get my water to turn on. He came in and worked his magic and boom water! Lol He was great at explaining everything to me if i have any other issues i will definitely be using this company again! Thank you!

Frank Chaney replaced my gas thermostat on my waterheater. Did a great job. Very nice , pleasant and polite. Also was very reasonabily price on the labor side. I received the replacement part from the manufacturer Rheem, so it was free. Will Definitely be using these guys again. I recommend this company.

We got a call back within the hour and were able to schedule a tech out for later the next morning. Drew was our tech and he was very thorough, professional, and personable. We had a new water heater installed the same day and that went smooth as well. 100% would recommend Mr. Plumber!

My plumbing failed. The staff was extremely friendly and skilled that punched through my problem and got me temporarily up and running but unfortunately we had to dig up but some of my front yard and fix the problem down by the street got to love them true roots. Chuck came out to my residence today and was on-time and kept it real with me as far as my issues and cleared my sewage drain! Called them out on an after hours clog in my main drain. Seth reached out to me right away to let me know that he was finishing a call and would be headed this way. When he got here he was extremely clear about what he could do. He cleared the line very quickly and set up a follow-up to get to the root of the problem. Seth Kelso was very professional. Every step of the way he educated on what he was doing he worked on the tree roots that were stubborn until he was able to get my drains open! We had a toilet drain issue for about 3 days. Hunter, Warren, and the rest of the team tried many options and finally solved our drainage issue. They were very patient with all our questions/concerns us since we did not have a toilet for basically 48 hours straight. I appreciate all their hard work in getting the job done.

I called this morning and they got someone out here this afternoon. He was very professional and pleasant to talk to. He explained all my options as far as the repair. I would highly recommend them.

The plumper was prompt and friendly. My water heater needs a new part, but since the brand is no longer made he said he did not have parts. Due to my water heater being over 8 years old, I was quoted $2,308 for a new unit installed or $1,200 for them to install one I bought. Paid $98 for visit.Called Whirlpool they referred me to a parts company and quoted $75.00 for part before shipping.Ended up overnighting a $32.00 part off Amazon, which my family member is installing for free.There are many “universal” parts that were not given as options. The only option was a new unit and them bringing the area up to code. One code was for a drip pan under the unit and my utility closet had a built in drain in the floor, right in front of the unit.

Bryce was so friendly and professional. Normally service guys get to the work but have very little customer service. He was very friendly, Knowledgeable and helpful.

Technician provided an estimate for installing a new water bypass line and hard connecting the water softener. He provided me with several options and was very patient with my questions and concerns and answered everything to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him.

The technician (Juwan Oliver) phoned and said he was running early, which was a plus. Juwan arrived and went straight to work and completed the shut-off valve installation quickly and cleaned up the area before leaving. He also took time to advise us on a couple of future needs. Very pleasant and professional.

I believe the man who done the work did it well and knew what he was doing! He was friendly! My only concern was the cost it was more then I expected!
And because the didn't may it yesterday I had some damage!

When I booked the appointment they told me it would be $93 or free for the first 100 feet to open the sewer line. He gets there and determines it probably doesn’t need run but he can for an additional $325 plus a $97 trip charge. I asked him about the price advertised online he told me that was not correct. Them charged me $97 to show up and do nothing.

All of the guys that I talked to and that worked at my house was extremely great guys!!! I would like to thank all of them for their great work! I will definitely be recommending them.

On time, very professional. Dayton was the lead on this project, and fixed rattling pipes with straps in the crawl space. Much cheaper than replacing all water pipes, which was quoted by another service.

Our sewer drain was clogged, and they took care of it same day for under $100. Hayden was very nice and knowledgeable, letting me know what he was doing every step of the way without being condescending. He fixed the immediate issue and set us up to find a solution for the long-term problem.

First time we had to call on Mr Plumber ' was for plumbing repair outside (2015). No problems at all. They were very professional and friendly. They got the job done with no problems. The next time was for plumbing repair on the inside, under the slabs(2021). Again very professional and friendly and got the the job done. Then we had a leakage in our hot water line (2023). Mr Plumber to the rescue! They came in, very professional and friendly, got the work done. Fast! Every time they came, the staff was always friendly. I can always count on them! I would recommend them to everyone!

FOLLOW-UP: So this morning I do a load of laundry and again, both toilets gurgle and both tubs fill up with a foul smelling water. I call to report it appears the drain issue was not fixed on Thursday, then I get told to have someone out today it would cost me $47 for an emergency trip. Why should I have to pay more for something that I already paid to be fixed? I already paid $93 to clear my drain AND an additional $235 because they had to access the drain from my toilet so i had to pay to have it removed and then reset. So now, i have to wait and take off work...again. Oh and I was told I could be charged more when the tech gets out here even though I paid for a drain to be cleared that actually wasn't cleared. Wow...Will update...

We had them come out and quote wet jetting our sewers. We've had to replace our floors twice because of overflowing sewers. Scott was terrific when he used the camera to look in the sewers and explain what we were looking at. Scott is having the other team come back to wet jet towards the street and revise what they wet jetted towards the house. I am not sure why both sides weren't done to begin with. We are still in the middle of this process. It is a little inconvenient to have to have them come out twice for they could have done once.

I thoughts Mr. Plumber would right a wrong, but I was mistaken.We've used Mr. Plumber for years for general maintenance, and usually the techs are high quality, but recently had an old leaking 2nd story shower we asked them to take a look at. I told the plumber I suspected it was faulty grout issue but just wanted to make sure. Seemingly in a hurry, he was insistent it had to be the shower hardware behind the wall, which he could fix for $1200. I deferred to his expertise and all that money later, we had the same exact leak that same day. I was able to stop the leak days later simply with more caulk. He also quoted me on another repair and when his manager came out he said that repair couldn't even be done. I was told this was one of their more experienced plumbers. After sharing our dissatisfaction, they only quoted us more work at a discount or offered a $200 refund. We took the refund, but they could never provide any proof that the $1200 fix was necessary, no proof that there was any reason to believe that was the source of the leak. I had another plumber from another company out for a second opinion and he said 8/10 times the type of leak I had is a grout issue. So, my wife who was present for all of this, and I feel cheated out of $1000 and now there's holes in the ceiling and wall we're left to deal with as well.

Well at least they showed up. Cause last night they didn’t. Needed two issues fixed and they left without even looking at my leaking drain from my tub into my basement and they did unclogged the kitchen drain at least, I guess I a got one done but still have my leak on that , Ohh boy. Make your own opinion from what I experienced. Nice guys friend and respectful. Just not happy about still having a leaking issue.
