Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam

I was dealing with a clogged washer drain and Mr. Plumber was able to get here faster than anyone else. They arrived on time and were able to resolve the issue quicker than expected. Seth K was who came out to the house and he was very helpful. Seth explained everything he was doing and provided tips and recommendations for the future. I have experience dealing with homeowners property claims so I knew he wasn't trying to sell me on services I don't need. Overall I am extremely satisfied with his performance and as a new homeowner will likely be going with their maintenance plan. Thank you, Seth.

Company was very responsive to my inquiries and questions. They were able to install a new water heater quickly. I was frustrated that they would only quote a flat price. They refused to give me a line-item estimate with the equipment and labor separately, or hourly labor. This allows them to offer the same installation price for any job. Essentially, the easier, simple jobs subsidize the cost of harder jobs that take longer. They also wanted me to pay for an annual maintenance plan in order to receive their “member discount”. After I negotiated to get the member discount without having to sign up for annual maintenance, their price was comparable to other quotes.

Update to my original review above: I just received a promotion in the mail from Mr. Plumber where they advertise: Water Heater + Installation for $1699..... Really? My cost was almost double that! So, I wonder what the difference is? Although they claim that the way they price provides a better experience, I stand by my contention that their pricing is not transparent. You know what your price is up-front but you don't know if it is a fair price for the product or a fair charge for the labor.

Craig was wonder!! He is the most thorough and knowledgeable plumber I have ever worked with! He is very kind and patient and explaining the process and sharing the knowledge he has obtained over many years of experience. I would highly recommend Craig for any plumbing services. We were exceptionally happy, and will continue to request him with any future plumbing needs.

Brian and Chuck were amazing!! They installed a water softener and an under the sink reverse osmosis system in our home. They were on time and very respectful. They did a very professional job and the system looks great. They took the time to make sure the job was done correctly the first time. I would highly recommend them and Williams Comfort Air/Mr. Plumber to everyone!!

I recently had a gas dryer installed at my mom’s house. Unfortunately, we smelled gas after the installation while we were moving my mom’s things into her new house. I chose to call Mr. Plumber because I noticed a lot of positive reviews from my neighbors online. I’m glad that I did. Everything met and exceeded my expectations from the ease of setting up my appointment to having Austin, quickly assessing my problem, giving me options and executing the repair that we definitely needed. I preferred to have a reliable professional fix the issue rather than bring the previous installers back out to play guessing games. Austin was awesome! I will be using Mr. Plumber again.

5 stars to Cameron and Jason for the plumbing repair work. Previous owners had covered up the crawl space access and we were left in the dark how to get underneath the house. After some troubleshooting, these guys found the access panel, located the leak, replaced the water lines, and installed new ball valves. Courteous and extremely helpful with my questions and concerns and they were very conscious and considerate cleaning up after the repair. I would most definitely recommend these guys for any future repair work. Thank you Cameron and Jason.

Josh was super nice, professional and fast! Also came right on time. Great communication and showing me all of my options but not trying to strong arm me into spending more. Will definitely use again!

I’m a big fan of Mr. Plumber. They do my yearly maintenance check but more importantly, when I have an issue they fix the issue promptly, with friendly service and at a good value. My technician Ryan M. Inspected my systems a few weeks ago and I’m doing so we found a cracked drain pipe at my water softener. They scheduled a quick turnaround on the repair. I also called to see if they could install a faucet while here for the pipe repair - of course they complied. The repair and the installation were perfect, the service friendly and again, their pricing fair and competitive. Ryan M was great, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Mr. Plumber has earned my business and loyalty!

Both of the installation technicians were professional and educated me with my new water heater. I called the company back saying I wanted to move forward with the estimate they gave me a week prior and they were able to install my new water heater that same day. Great service.

They were very professional. Gave me all the information I needed to make a good decision for my home. Prompt service and timing and great communication as well. Job well done and this is the 2nd time I have used them.

Start to finish Mr Plumber was courteous, professional and made me feel valued as a customer. I feel I can't Thank them enough for job they did. When buying my home I didn't realize just how bad the bathroom plumbing was and Mr Plumber took the time to get the full picture, quoted me a fair price and did the work in 2 days with minimal interruption to my day-to-day. I recommend them to anyone in need of their services because they show up and and genuinely care about their work/job and thus passing that on to their customers like me and you. Mr. Plumber will now always be who I call!

First time we had to call on Mr Plumber ' was for plumbing repair outside (2015). No problems at all. They were very professional and friendly. They got the job done with no problems. The next time was for plumbing repair on the inside, under the slabs(2021). Again very professional and friendly and got the the job done. Then we had a leakage in our hot water line (2023). Mr Plumber to the rescue! They came in, very professional and friendly, got the work done. Fast! Every time they came, the staff was always friendly. I can always count on them! I would recommend them to everyone!

Floyd Crenshaw was our tech. He was professional, explained in detail what the problem was and fixed it quickly,we bought a service contract as he also showed us how to save on future purchases. We are very satisfied with. His promptness and fresh friendly service. When we upgrade further in the near future we would like him as our tech. He was excellent.

Every step of the process was made very easy and I was informed from the minute I got put on the schedule, to when my technician would arrive, and how much it would be upfront before any work began. Very clean and professional work. Would definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Jeff Ham, plumber, was efficient and professional throughout the service call. Even the situation was not an emergency for me, he treated it as of it was. He even cleaned the mess that the original water heater left after it failed. I would highly recommend him and this business.

I accidentally dropped an earring down my bathroom sink. Gage came to my rescue and was able to retrieve it, unscathed.
He alerted me that the pipe drain had gunk & hair that was causing the same pipe to empty slowly. He offered to clean the gunk out and I accepted.
Now my sink drains quickly!

Said there was mold and we needed restoration place. Didn’t need it. Had our faucet replaced by someone else. They charged us an 89 dollar fee.

Water heater check. Was advised it is time to replace it. I knew it by the rust but wanted a pro to tell me. He was a polite and very knowledgeable young man.

Dj arrived at the beginning of the timeframe window, sweated some new pipe on intake valves under a sink and replaced the valves. He cleaned up well behind himself. 4 star only because there was a secondary leak from his fix … but he came back right away the same day and made it right.

Met with Zoey at the house to clear a drain blockage. She was very nice, professional, and kept me in the loop the entire time. Even helped me with next steps.
