Had new quartz countertops put in kitchen and Jeff hooked up my water, dishwasher, garbage disposal and gas stove! Very happy with the visit! He also will be returning to put in two bathroom drains that need replaced .

A week ago on one of my few days off I had Peterman Brothers come out to my Home and of course they were 3and half hours late on their flex schedule.
When the tech gets here he gives me an outrageous Quote and then didn't want to do the work because he was running late.
I was blessed to be able to talk to the Owner of Grey Plumbing and he was able to give me an honest fair Quote over the phone of course pending the circumstances.
It was 2/3rds the Ouote of Peterman Brothers. Give or take a hundred dollars.
This Tech John from Grey Plumbing was unbelievable. He went straight to the issues & fixes them.
He was Professional, courteous and efficient in his work. While my Dog was barking in the background. If the Techs are that good you can only imagine how great the owner is.
From now on all my Plumbing needs and references will be for Grey Plumbing!!!!

Scheduling staff is AMAZING. Jeff is AMAZING at returning calls/messages. Kyle and Jeremiah W are AMAZING at the work they do. We were scheduled for 1-2 and they were able to come early and get the work done in less than an hour!! We have used them multiple times and their service is outstanding!!!

Grey Plumbing was very responsive to our call for assistance. The came out the next day. Called to say they were running ahead of schedule and asked if we were available. Arrived, promptly diagnosed the problem, completed the repair and were on their way. Great service!

Jeff enjoys a great reputation and he lived up to it yesterday with installing my bath fixture upgrades yesterday! Privately one of his guys told me Best boss I've ever had! and that says something!

Grey's Plumbing is excellent. Work that took me a whole day trying to do they had done in a little less than an hour. They were 15 minutes early (appreciated that), and they were professional. And their prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely call this business again when I need plumbing work done.

We have used this company for a small fix before, but they were so responsive when we called with a broken water heater. We called around 8 am and had the whole unit replaced before noon. The price was well within the range we were quoted by other companies and they recommended a better (more cost-effective) option than upgrading to the 80-gallon tank (which I had brought up).

We had just come back from a trip and noticed the sump pump was constantly running. They were able to find some time to get it stable. Jeff was very professional and communicative. He got the issue fixed after a short time. We’re using them again for some other outstanding plumbing issues. I’d recommend them!

They did a great job replacing a pressure valve for me. They were very thorough, described the issue to me and were our within 45 minutes. Great service.

Kyle and his colleague did a fantastic job of moving shower water lines and setting/installing new tub! They will return for additional items. Definitely my plumbing service of choice!

Grey Plumbing came out early the day after our water heater stopped working. We were thinking that we would have to replace the whole water heater, but their technician determined that it was just the element saving us hundreds of dollars. They were very professional and would eagerly recommend them to anyone.

Sump pump that was installed 2 1/2 months ago was going on every 5 min, staying on for 5 min. The side of the pump was actually dry. Turns out the float had a piece of debris stuck in it causing the problem. Avery was awesome & Jeff backed up his word when I had originally asked for the pit to be cleaned out. It was not when installed, but Avery completed that part. Thanks so much!!

I contacted Grey Plumbing to reinstall a new toilet after having new flooring installed that caused the toilet flange to be much lower than before. Jeff was prompt, courteous, and keep us in communication on the day of service. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use Grey Plumbing in the future.

Kyle replaced two toilets for us. He was on-time and very efficient competing the work in 2 1/2 hours. Took the old toilets away and cleaned up both bathrooms. we highly recommend Kyle!

AVERY was GREAT!!!.... He got right to work and got the old connectors off and the new ones on to replace one that had busted... He had to work hard in getting the heater restarted since the water had caused a vapor sensor to trip locking the unit down... He stuck with it and got it up and running again... Will definitely use the guys from Grey again

We had an outdoor flooding issue and they put in a wonderful looking drainage system for us. They had to work around invisible fence, lines, and electrical lines and soaker hoses… And they were very very careful. We are very happy. We chose Grey plumbing for our project.

The copper pipe coming out from our water heater sprung a leak late Monday night. I called Grey Plumbing early Tuesday morning and Jeff was here within 3 hours to perform the repair. Courteous, quickly identified and explained the issue, performed the repair, had me test the faucets to make sure all was good, and didn't charge a small fortune. Appointment was confirmed for Monday 4/12, no specific time, just Monday - which I was fine with. No one showed up or requested to reschedule. On Tuesday evening I reached out and was informed that emergency work prevented them from showing up Monday. Still doesn't explain why I wasn't contacted, at any point, on Monday or Tuesday.

Jeff was recommended by a neighbor in Nextdoor. He installed a shutoff valve for me. Would highly recommend his services.
