Although they came out late on a Friday night, they did a great job! Our basement drain was horrible due to roots and debris, but the guy did his thing.

Very Nice Gentleman,
He came out in the cold snow to make sure me and my kids didn't have to wake up to this nasty mess in the morning. It took no time and he was showing my boys along the way
Thank you so much Sir!

Blake is Awesome! Super knowledgeable, efficient and honest. Most places would've told me to get a new water heater but he diagnosed and repaired same day and saved me a ton of money! Thanks Blake

In February we had our fireplace on and we smelled gas so we turned off the fireplace and called Mansfield Plumbing (since they were recommended by Godby and that is who installed our fireplace).
On March 3rd, Dalton from Mansfield Plumbing came to the house and tightened 2 nuts inside the fireplace (near where the gas line came into the fireplace). He never checked anything else – not inside or outside, nor did he turn the gas on to check it. He was in our house for a maximum of 5 minutes (no joke). We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $205 from them.
We did not turn on the gas fireplace again for a week or so and still smelled gas, so we called them again. Dalton returned and did some crazy, funky stuff outside. He assumed the gas smell was coming from the key insertion into the house, so he wanted to replace the connector outside. (Keep in mind that was why we originally called them and paid the $200 on March 3rd.) When he replaced the connector he moved it further away from the house (a good 12+ inches). He then came in and told us our key that turns on the fireplace no longer works that WE would have to go find/buy a 12-inch key AND a 12-in extender to be able to reach the new connector to be able to turn on the fireplace?? In the mean time he was going to just turn off the gas, so basically he never tested this new connector to see if it even worked correctly because we had no key to turn it on….. We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $548 from them.
We then went to another plumbing store and bought a key and connector and SURPRISE – it did not work, so we had to call them again….. Another man came to the house (Richard) and now had to redo everything that Dalton did, and move the gas line and connector closer to the house so a normal 12-inch key will reach the turn value without the extender. To fix this problem he also had to replace the pipe coming into our house and made the hole a lot bigger…. Now that it is April, however, we can’t really check the fireplace to see if it works, but at least a key will turn it on…
Now, however, because he had to make the hole where the pipe comes into our house bigger we have to know have (another company) come out and try to fix the gush of air that is now constantly coming into our house from either the pipe or around the pipe and fix the tacky calk that is piled around the pipe on the outside of our house on the brick (tacky)……
We were promised they would “reevaluate” our bills and make it right with us, but that is not true. They made us pay all the originally bills. Bottom line this company got $753 from us and did a TERRIBLE job, and now we have to find someone to come and stop the cold air coming into our house by the pipe and fix the tacky patch job they did around the pipe on the outside of the house on the brick. (Have a picture of this.) So be ware and be prepared to pay a lot of money and probably not have it done correctly.

Eric was a very personable and professional young man, very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything he was doing. He worked diligently and neatly, taking care not to leave a mess. He carefully returned the removed faucets so we can donate them to Habitat for Humanity. He did a nice job at adding an access panel for the hose bib he replaced for us. Overall quite impressed with his work, except that he seemed to forget to turn on the water heater circuit breaker before he left so the next morning we didn't have any hot water ☹️. Easily fixed, but wifey had to take a not-so-hot shower.

I am very happy to report an excellent service epefience/story. I had a water heater serviced becuse it kept shutting off. The electronic control had failed and required replacement. I was charged way less than I planning on paying. In fact, they could have sold me a complete watef heater but did not take advantage. On the initial visit they were friendly, professional and the technician cleaned up after himself. Had to go get part was back and finished same day. The replacement failed a few months later but I was always able to get it relit. Last night I couldn't. I called them this morning and was connected to a very pleasant man who looked up the original service order. After a brief explaination he asked if someone would be around which I told, luckily yes. He said the tech who did the original work was in today and that he would send him over to have a look. Becore lunch i received word from my wife that the tech had been in, detected the faulty part, replaced it, apologized and had gone. Even better, the charge was zero. After 8 months there was no haggling, no automatic visit charge, nothing except pride in their work and fairness to this guaranteed retun customer for all of my future needs.
