Casey from Moon Plumbing came over to assess the issue with our water pressure within 24 hours of my first call. We had an old water softener that failed and released resin beads into our pipes. He figured out the problem within five minutes of arriving at our home. We scheduled a date/time for the instillation and repair service. He arrived on time, completed the project under schedule and under budget. He was very friendly and did a good job answering questions. I would highly recommend Moon to anyone in need!

Casey O’Brien, owner, is an extraordinary plumber. He was willing to rebuild 60 year old bathroom fixtures that I was told by another plumber had to be replaced. I was endeavoring to keep the original fixtures in this house and he enabled me to accomplish that. Other trades working on this house (electrician, countertop designer and maker, cabinet maker, HVAC have admired his work or watched him at work and have asked for his contact number and intend to use Moon Family Plumbing going forward. Casey handled the common plumbing requests with ease and efficiency. And I had a lot of requests.

Excellent work, incredibly reasonable pricing, and very responsive. Casey rebuilt 3 toilets (one of which included a full pull and reset) and rebuilt 2 aging shower faucet assemblies. I especially appreciated the time he spent sourcing the necessary parts for the old shower fixtures so we didn't have to do a costly replacement. I am relatively new to home ownership, and this was the first major plumbing work I needed to have done. Moon Family Plumbing will definitely be my go-to company for any plumbing needs moving forward.

Called Casey when my water turned brown and stopped flowing, fearing the worst - he came out promptly and was immediately able to diagnose the issue (water softener), quote me a very fair price to replace the unit, and set up a time to replace the softener. I called him after his initial visit with questions I'd forgotten to ask, and he was very responsive and helpful. Installation was smooth, he walked me through all the details - overall a great experience, would highly recommend!

We had Casey install a water softener in our house. He said he would be here between 2 and 4. He got here a little after 2. We explained what we needed, he listened. Casey was efficient, friendly, and flexible. He rebuilt/repaired leaking faucet in a jiffy for a very reasonable price. He also clearly explained my options and didn't try to pressure me into the more expensive longer term solution (of replacing the whole sink/the valves underneath that have issues too) since I couldn't afford at the moment and that was a relief. He even came back out to look at a side effect of the repair for me (a clogged aerator due to debris in my line from turning off and on my water to the house) for free. A gem among plumbers. 10/10 would call again.

Casey responded immediately to my request about a slow leak and was able to schedule me in quickly. He provided proper PPE for the job (face mask and shoe covers) which is a huge plus during the coronavirus pandemic. He explained what was wrong and provided an estimated price, with potential changes depending upon what he found as he began the repair. Very competitive pricing and the job was done within an hour. Cleaned up nicely and everything seems to be working so far. If not, he also offers a one year warranty, so feel safe in using Moon Family Plumbing!

After cleaning up a small flood in the only bathroom, I was eager to find someone who could help with a clogged toilet. I was pleasantly surprised to find Moon Family. They fitted me into their already tight schedule. Casey and his tech (didn't get her name) were professional and courteous. Willing to show up and do a complimentary estimate even if their price wasn't in my budget. Guaranteed work was a nice bonus. Very pleased to support a family-owned business.

Casey was right on time, found the problem with our kitchen sink drain. Replaced parts to stop the leak and cleaned up and reused any parts that were still in good condition. We were surprised that his service costs were less than we had anticipated .

Moon family plumbing is professional and they come when they say they are going to come! All estimates are free and their work comes with a 1 year warranty. We have used them two times and been very pleased both times! We highly recommend them.

At first I called for Moon Family Plumbing to do a project in my kitchen. What some plumbers told me would take 3 days Moon Family Plumbing knocked out in 2. Inspection and demo on the first and before lunch the next day the job was complete.
