The guys that came out (Carlos and one other) did an amazing job. Removed all galvanized original plumbing from a 1930s home and replaced with PEX tubing. Completed the job in a timely manner and removed all old pipes fantastically. Couldn’t ask for a better job done. After finished he walked me through the work and where shut offs are located. Very happy with the work!

Derrick arrived on time to replace our drain pipe in the basement of our house that a sewer gas smell was leaking out of. He wore a face covering during th job, explained certain details of what he was doing and why, and did the job in a timely manner. I'd definitely hire Pristine Plumbing again in the future.

We had a tankless water heater and water filter system installed. They gave us a great price and a senior discount. Whenever they talked with us they always wore a mask, which I appreciated. The installation quick and was very professionally done. I will definitely use them again.

My wife and I were thrilled to find Jim -- Attaboy's extremely competent and quite personable lift-pump specialist -- who was able to rapidly diagnose and fix the electronics and mechanical problems associated with our pump. I can't begin to detail our past misery associated with other company repair persons who stood around scratching their heads in bewilderment at our pump's dysfunctions. From now on we will call Attaboy for all our plumbing concerns. Thanks again to Jim and to his company for their professionalism.

Grateful Plumber was referred by a friend to hook up a water softner. Softner was hooked up in no time, but was then informed there was a leak in an o-ring and needed replaced. Very disappointed they didn't offer to assit with leak and I will now have to contact another plumber and pay for another service call to make the water softner operable. Feel like it was a waste of money since the full job wasn't completed.

They arrived in the morning like told on the phone. He was able to look at our water heater and fix our connectors and replace what was needed. Very professional and did his job!

I needed my main drain unclogged. When scheduling I informed them that we have already had someone out that used a 100ft auger and that did not work nor fixed the issue. What do they do. They come out use a 100ft auger (which isn’t going to work) and guess what! It didn’t work. Charged almost $450 and told us we need to call another company. Waste of time and money. When I scheduled, I feel they should’ve told me they were going to do the same thing and I wouldn’t of even went with them. One star because they at least came out quick to do nothing different.

If you need a plumber call this guy. Mark really helped me out in a pinch and fixed my problem within a couple hours of my call. His pricing was fantastic, clean cut nice guy, very knowledgeable. He was very helpful over the phone, way more than the other 5 plumbers I talked to. He went above and beyond with the little things in addition to the actual repair we requested, can't say enough positive things about this company I will definitely use the next time we have a problem.

With my experience with Roto Rooter, the technicians have always been great. My problem is with the office. My basement has flooded twice with sewage water and Roto Rooter techs have determined that the blockage is in the street which means that it is up to Citizens to fix. It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get Roto Rooter to upload the video to Citizens. They first informed me that it would get uploaded in 2-3 days. it has now been almost a MONTH. And i'm basically just playing phone tag with the office. It's so disrespectful and dangerous as that is what is slowing the process down for the city to come and look at it while putting our health and the health of our pets in jeopardy. Will most likely never use Roto Rooter again for that reason.

Tim and Todd were great. They were polite, got right to work on the problem and had it fixed in no time. Fantastic service. Our primary sump pump went out very early in the morning. Fortunately the secondary pump was working but wasn't sure with all the rain we were getting that it would hold. I called the emergency line and they had someone contact me within minutes. Dave helpful and gave me great advice and guidance. I would highly recommend ACME to everyone.

I called Bob by phone to see how to best address a frozen pipe issue. He was very generous with his time and explained my options although he would not perform any work and get paid for services. If I need a plumber Bob will definitely be my first call.

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

Pinocchio was fast, efficient, explained everything that needed to be fixed and walked me through the work he had done (initially a clogged toilet and a replacement garbage disposal and about a month later fixed my running toilet). Would definitely recommend!
