I called this morning 10/30/17 for service and within 15 minutes one of their plumbers Quintin Bedwell was on his way to my house. He assessed the issue, explained to me what needed to be done and resolved the issue in a timely manner. The service cost was great. I will use this company again and recommend their services.

I had pristine plumbing install a new water line from the meter pit to the house. They did what would seem to be a goog job. I had some issues, it took a little while but they came back and got it rught. I would use them again.

Michael was wonderful to work with. I had three pipes burst in a cold snap and he fixed them all. The company answered my phone call, scheduled an appointment right away and he was EARLY for the scheduled time!!! Then why water heater went out. The other plumber said I needed a new unit but didn't have time to put it in. I scheduled an install with Michael - had the new unit BUT he fixed the old one!!! Saved me thousands of dollars with the new piping that would have been needed. Again, honest, straight forward and KIND!!!

I recently encountered plumbing problems in my home. I contacted Attaboy plumbing and spoke with Chris, a very friendly and courteous service advisor. Chris perform an assessment of the damages and explained in great detail exactly what needed to be repaired. Chris constantly updated me on the progress of the repairs until the job was completed. Chris and Attaboy plumbing staff treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect throughout this stressful event. I strongly recommend Attaboy plumbing to anyone who require any plumbing repairs. Jeff was very courteous. He worked on our washer pipe that was vibrating from the washer being run--water hammer noise --and looked at our garbage disposal and found it working OK. He checked our water heater and found it OK.

I had a clogged sewer line that I was hoping to get cleared. I was told it would be $400 just to remove the toilet and look in the pipe. I was also told in order to clear the blockage once they locate it they would have to install a new clean out for $3,000-$5,000, though they couldn't tell me a specific price. I had my toilet off before they even left my driveway and did it myself for for about 100$ with a Home Depot rental auger. I paid them 49$ for coming to talk to me. I found it hard to believe that a professional with high quality tools couldn't have cleared my line for less than $3,400-$5,400 when I did it myself my first try with a basic piece of rental equipment. I was very disappointed.

An experience with a previous plumber at another company, while they were kind, did not measure up. I felt like these guys cared about helping and making sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on and what my options were. They also made sure I knew what each thing they did would cost, which I was told by the other company wouldn’t be able to happen until they did the work, which can obviously be very scary. I never once felt pressured to do anything, I was given knowledge and estimates in order to make my decisions.

I really appreciated their professionalism, help, kindness, and their excellent manners. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been using Weilhammer Plumbing for many years and have been very satisfied. I am always dealing with a family member, and their prices are very competitive. I recently had two toilets replaced and always appreciate their attention to detail. This is a smaller company that spans at least two generations. You call the main number and they answering service will send them your message, and they will respond quite promptly. It took me a little while to get used to this, however their prices mandate keeping costs down, and this is fine with me.

Fast service, great professionalism and at a very affordable cost for the value I received.

When our basement toilet backed up, we called Roto-Rooter. They were at our home about 2 hours after the initial call on a Saturday night and quickly realized that the issue was a failed ejector pump. We had a sewage water leak in our basement as a result and it was just a mess. First, they located what appeared to be the problem and then got a restoration crew over immediately that evening. Manuel then calmly assessed the situation and took action to have the restoration work completed the following morning. Keelan (sp?) did all the demo and made sure the clean up and sanitation was all taken care of. Overall, the team did a really good job even after facing some challenges along the way.In terms of feedback, the only thing I can think about is that they could be more proactive with picking up their equipment after the restoration is completed. It wasn't a big deal but I had to call and they came to pick up their equipment that same day. Will definitely reach out to Roto-Rooter if we ever have another issue arise.

I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.
