Corey from Plumb On was fantastic. He was on time and a true professional. We called Plumb On to do a few repairs necessary because of other plumbers we had used in the past. He took the time to thoroughly explain my options. The work was quality and done at a good value. I will definitely use Plumb On in the future.

Replacement of outdoor faucet was done carefully with all details properly attended to. The work has a neat appearance. Time was taken to explain what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. I will use Plumb On again when I need plumbing services.

I highly recommend Corey and Plumb on. He was very knowledgeable and most importantly honest about whether I should have the maintenance done on my water heater. He wasn't trying to sell me anything either. I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs. I don't often write reviews but I want people to know that this is a locally family owned business that you can trust!

My shop sink was clogged with lots of debris, both old and new from my floral design messes and Corey fixed it in no time! He even had the handy part to put a filter int he drain to catch the junk that I inevitably put in it. Great family, great employees, and great service!

First, I’ll give a summary of the experience with Plumb On. Corey showed up when scheduled. He listened to the problems as I described them. He assured me that he could complete the repairs and gave me an estimated time to complete each job. He also quoted me the price to complete the work prior to beginning. He finished the job within his time estimate. Last, I’ll give my personal thoughts on the experience with the plumber. I was incredibly impressed with Corey’s professionalism. His commitment to excellence is something I’ve not seen very frequently when hiring a plumber. I would highly recommend Plumb On to others as I would without question call on the company again for anything plumbing related.

Plumb On has been the plumber for our pet grooming business for the last three years and have never once disappointed us. Always timely, priced fairly and excellent quality of work. Dillon was a very nice guy and got the drain cleaned and working in no time. He also cleaned up after himself and he was very friendly. I really liked him and will call Plumb On again when I need a plumber and I will request Dillon to come out.

Job 1 - Creative problem solvers, knowledgeable and friendly. There was a couple little issue after a big job and they fixed quickly.

Job 2 - We had a leak develop by right next to they replaced our water heater. No one else was near there. A crack in a plastic drain pipe occurred that got worse over a few months. It has never leaked prior in the 15 yrs we have
lived here. I tried calling but they were busy. After a few hours I called another as I wasn't comfortable with Job 3 - changing our disposal which wasn't done properly.

Another plumber was able find and fix Job 2 and 3.

The leak ruined our office floor and they were unwilling to reimburse us for the other plumber repairs or floor.

Cody, the owner, is very knowledgeable but spread too thin.

I interviewed a slew of plumbers before I found this company and I am so pleased! We had a huge job, removing the stack from the second floor to the basement, running new water lines, and roughing in new lines for an expanded bathroom. Plumb On was EXCELLENT on every level!

I recently moved into a house that had multiple long standing plumbing issues. I contacted Plumb On and Corey arrived on time. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional! Found this plumber on the Nextdoor app and definitely happy with my experience so far. After 2 scheduled visits it was determined that our fairly new hot water heater had a manufacturer defect. The very professional and friendly plumbers guided me through the process of getting a return authorization and we are getting a replacement hot water heater Tuesday morning. I never knew a plumbing experience could be this great and would definitely recommend Plumb On.

Dillion was excellent. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I always like to observe the work and not all services are ok with that, but Dillion had no problem with that and we had a nice conversation too. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had such a wonderful experience the first time I had Plumb On come out that I called him out to another house. Again, he surpassed my expectation. I expected this job to be very very expensive, it was not. I expected it to take a very long time. It did not. I've already recommended him to my family and wish I could give more than 5 stars! If you need a plumber dont think twice about calling here! *** let me mention he helped at my house that had well water!! Hard to find!

My water heater stopped heating and I called a couple of Indy-based companies to try and figure out what was wrong. First company made a quick assessment and said we should replace at least the heating elements and maybe the thermostat too, just to be safe; this would have been $500-800. I reached out to Plumb On to get me a second quote since that first one felt high.

Corey came out and spent 45 minutes or so thoroughly diagnosing the problem. It turns out that none of the hardware components were broken, and Corey identified the true problem: a loose wire and a bad connection, which he fixed within a few minutes. He didn't even charge me for the dispatch out of consideration for my having paid $90 to the first company. Impeccable. This is the kind of person/company you want to give your business to.

They came out and gave an estimate. We accepted and even though it was a week out because their really busy they showed up on time and did a great job. Cory was very nice and spent time walking us through the process through out the day. It was a big job. Very professional and wore masks and I'd recommend plumb on to everyone. All of my experiences with Plumb on have been very positive. This visit Tyler replaced one of my outside spigots that was leaking inside my basement. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and got to work. He was able to correct the angle of the piping that lead to the demise of the old spicot and installed a new shut off valve and spicot.

Corey from Plumb On installed a water pressure regulator for us today, because our water pressure was that of a fire hose. He and his coworker were on time, very kind, and spoke to me like a person. That last one may not sound like a big deal but it made all the difference. I am very confident with the work they completed, and will be calling them every time.

We had a backup in our basement bathroom with a hunch that the wye was installed going the wrong direction before we purchased the house. Corey came out and found the problem with his camera within a few minutes. And as suspected the wye was going the wrong direction. I was not impressed with service and was late. Also over heard who I believe to be the owner say the n word multiple times when he thought I wasn't listening. Its just not the time and place for that kind of language especially considering the person is white. Would not recommend services again.

Good company that knows what they are doing but very expensive. When I asked why it cost over $500 to replace 2 Delta shower cartridges, they responded saying the parts cost $300. Really? Felt like I was taken advantage of.
