I post on Facebook for recommendations. Everyone said Hope Plumbing. I made the call and the technician came within an hour his name was Spencer Hall.Kind, courteous & professional.Within 10 minutes he found all the leaks, and there were several. He tackled a couple and came back Saturday to finish the rest and spent the day. He went above and beyond my expectations! He’s all about the customer and making sure their needs are met!Right now with society the way it is, it’s hard to find good customer service. Unfortunately, this is just the beginning of my problems. The leaks are so bad that it ruined my entire floor in the kitchen and bathroom.Midwest restoration will be able to fix that. I would highly recommend Hope Plumbing! They are reasonable timely and will get the job done.If you get a technician, & his name is Spencer, you have been blessed! Derrick and Mike came to my house and quickly swapped out my hose bib. Quality workers, and were so polite! Couldn’t recommend Pristine Plumbing and these technicians enough!

We had a leak from our faucet and they were able to quickly install a new one. They had a day-of cancellation and were able to get us taken care of a week earlier than planned. I will absolutely be recommending them to my friends and family!

Came to House 2 times said Water pressure was too high. Looked at water hammering and had to order part. Came back 2nd time with part to fix Water Hammering put part on. 2 days later water hammering is NOW louder and worse. 2nd plumber came and said water pressure was to high in house. They could of put a Pressure reducing valve on water line coming into house (according to my plumber friend) but they chose to ignore that. Now 300.00 later still same problem. Probably will choose a different plumbing company.

Awesome Customer Service... They replaced a faulty water heater without any hassle free of charge. They also responded the very next morning after calling in the issue late in the afternoon.

We trusted Mr Rooter because of our previous experience with service professional, Randy, so we called Mr Rooter intentionally when we needed something this time, even though we had lots of coupons from other plumbing providers through mailers.
This time we had service professional Cory, and he was also very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Both technicians had such positive attitudes and were very skilled. We were amazed at the quality of people they have in their company. It felt like they were passionate about their profession, did quality work and gave us the best service they could... it did not feel like they were just putting in their time at a job. Both times it was in the evening, when they probably had already put in a long day, but you would never know they were tired and ready to be done!

It was Christmas morning and our drains were completely clogged. I was in a panic but you guys did a wonderful job and had our drains functioning normally so that I could prepare our Christmas feast! In and out in less than an hour. Im so grateful! Thank you for saving Christmas!

I had an issue with my water softener. I gave Bob a call and he helped me troubleshoot and resolve the issue. He's honest and not trying to oversell. I would highly recommend Bob. Great guy!

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

This guy. He’s absolutely amazing. He was an all around pleasure: He came out saw what the old plumber had done and offered to try to fix it or he could redo it for us, we opted for the hole thing to be done but not everyone will even give you the option. He just finished and it is so much better than it was before! He was quick, efficient and very reasonably priced! thanks man we appreciate you!

My bathtub faucet will let water out after it is turned off, steg says it is the design of this product.
1.what company will design this kind of faucet?
2. steg, you are not the designer/manufacturer of the faucet, how you can say that issue is the design of the product.
I would say it is a defective product or your poor installation.
