I left a message at 8am, got a callback 1/2 hour later, the tech was across Indy and here 2 hours later. His feet never touched the floor without clean booties. When he found the problem, he called me in to show me. When he had the problem fixed, he noticed an adjacent joint needed a little loving, and he took care of that for me. He worked cleanly, efficiently, and friendly. I've got more work to do, and I'll be using JW's.

They worked with us on an affordable price for our sewer main repair. The technicians were nice and very communicative with us to help us understand every step of the process. Very very helpful and great quality of work. I will definitely be using them for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

Our situation was of a urgent nature and they managed to work us in for same day service. They prompt and diagnosed our problem quickly and resolved the issue.

Austin showed up promptly when scheduled and completed the task of removing and installing two sinks in the bathroom. There was a problem with the new faucet drain pipe and so he was able to utilize the older drains after cleaning them up with the new faucets. Very pleased with his service and attention to detail.

JW Plumbing also sends photos of the old/removed parts and new parts & photo of water heater manufacturer label showing serial number, make/model. Making it easy to confirm the need for repairs and track future maintenance schedule.

Avery was very professional and was able to fix my pool plumbing issue in under and hour. Cost was great and I will be calling JW again if I have another plumbing issue.

John came out last night and worked hard at getting my frozen pipes unthawed. I was so thankful for him after having another company not try anything and just told me I was SOL until the weather warmed up. Not only that, but he was so good about answering my questions and helping me understand what happened and how I could prevent it better in the future. I was also very grateful that when I initially called in for help, his wife answered the phone and was very knowledgeable about the work too. Most companies I called gave me the standard description of what to try to do. She actually listened to what was going on and gave me helpful advice beyond the standard response of what to try if John wasn’t able to make it out to my house.

We had JW's Plumbing out for a free estimate to repair a sewer pipe leak. Ryan came out and spent quite a bit of time with us explaining all the options for repairing it and showing us picture of all the aspects of the job in our crawl space. Since we have an older house, there are lots of issues with how much copper pipe to take out, and how to tie new repairs in to the old plumbing. Ryan was spectacular in giving all the options and explaining potential issues we might run into and how we can handle them if they happen. When we scheduled the estimate, we were told Ryan would have to return to the office to prepare the quote and email it to us. He actually ended up doing it right there on site and we were able to schedule the work to be done on Monday (today is Thursday). So far we're very impressed. We haven't had the work done yet, but expect it will be done well. Grateful to find a smaller, family run, local plumbing company with truly free estimates, and transparent quotes about pricing, how many workers will come to our job, how that will be billed, how long the job should take, etc.

Julie, their receptionist, was pleasant and listened carefully to my issues. She assured me Tyler would be here asap in the morning. Tyler texted as I was advised he would do before he got here. NuvoH2o Whole House Water Treatment system. The service technician was professional, knowledgeable, pleasantly friendly, and helpful. The system itself should be a big help in my house.

They were on time and communicated well. Pictures of the problem, with before and after photos were provided along with adequate explanation. Prior to work began estimates with options for the repair cost were given based on findings when they got into the job. Everything was transparent!

We are having some issues with our main sewer line so we called JW'S Plumbing Services after dealing with a horrible chain store plumber. Tyler was very helpful in identifying the problem while making sure not to price gouge us. He was very friendly and transparent about everything! We are definitely going to be using JW's to fix the overarching problem and I feel very good about the services provided at price charged.
