Leslie’s cleaners have been keeping our short term rental spotless and ready for every guest who comes through since Sept. 2022! They are very responsive and willing to go above and beyond to be sure our guests have a great experience. We really appreciate having them on our team!

I was so happy to find a great housekeeper I was able to have come monthly, but then I had to have a backup when she suddenly left the company and that person took longer than the 3 hour minimum. I told the company I don't want to pay someone else for more than 3 hours when the other person was always able to clean my condo in under 3 hours and they said it was because there was an issue with original cleaner, which wasn't true. I'm just really disappointed I have to find a new service because the cleaning itself was always thorough.

So kind and accommodating. Cleaners are always on time or offer to come earlier. They do an excellent job every time and are customer oriented. Very grateful for them!

Always late, kept sending one cleaner when I asked for and agreed to two. Unprofessional on the phone. Late 2 out of 3 appointments. I will not call them again and I don’t think anyone should. Also no English speaking cleaners, hard to communicate have to call leslie and she call them. Just not professional not on time not a good business at all

Horrible, we set up an appointment for entire house cleaning. We were wanting to have them come every other week to clean. We were told they would be there between 11am and 3pm. Side note my wife’s phone broke so she is not receiving phone calls. We were home all day mostly in the front yard doing yard work. 3pm comes and goes so we call to ask if anyone is coming. The lady first told us the cleaners tried calling us since we didn’t answer they went to the next house. When we asked why they didn’t show up she then said they did and nobody was home. A lie. We told her we were out front when they supposedly showed up twice. We have to motion activated cameras on the front of our house. Checked the cameras and nobody was there for either times they gave for being there. When we told the lady on the phone she went back to well you didn’t answer your phone so they moved on. Then she tried to reschedule us for another day. Worst service ever. Stay far away from this company. I assume since we didn’t answer the phone when the workers called they assumed they could have a few hours off.

The cleaner was prompt, very thorough, and provided great service. While there was a language barrier between the cleaner and me, she and the company went over and beyond to translate everything for my understanding. The price was very competitive and affordable. I'd highly recommend their services and I'd use them again.

I am super excited & happy to have found this company. Extremely communicative - timely, detailed, friendly, flexible, understanding- everything you could ask for in any company & general humanness. I really appreciate their responsivess & kindness.

I was given a quote via my needs & informed of the cost if more time needed.

Based on my requests, they needed a little more time which the cleaner was able to do & I was only charged for what they needed (they didn't need a full extra hour so charged exactly the time they needed).

I am very pleased with the cleaning & thoroughness.

I needed a Rush deep cleaning for my Vacation Rental during Prime Rental Season.
Leslie was very responsive, got me scheduled on her books immediately and saved the day! She is wonderful to speak to over the phone as well.
There was an issue - (not the crew's fault, just an issue) when cleaning that I was alerted to with photos immediately! I could not be more pleased!! Communication was absolutely wonderful, and the cleaning crew did a fantastic job.

Leslie cleaned my AirBnB for the 1st time. When we talked over the phone, they gave me a window of time. Beacuse I it was the first time and I wanted to explain couple of things I asked for a narrower window, while I am still at the AirBnB and explained that I need to leave at certain time. She said no problem and cleaner will be at the time I requested. They did not show up on time and when I called to check, they said cleaner is delayed but can be on her way soon. We than talked few times and cleaner arriver 90 min late. She also did not complete the job and they needed to send another cleaner. This create an issue and stress and when I gave them feedback that I was disappointed, instead of taking responsibility ownership she said As we had previously mentioned our afternoon appt is within an arrival window. The reason I am giving 3 stars rather than 2 is that they did try to get someone and cleaning was OK (took a bit longer though than what I typically I had before).

I made a list more than once and it still wasn't completed. The lady started cleaning at 9:25am and only hit two places out of the list I made. I gave her cold water here and there just to check up on her because I wouldn't hear her moving or doing anything. I told her to wash my walls and they were not washed. Neither was my kitchen table and chairs when she was in kitchen area mostly. I had already cleaned my son's room(mind you I'm 8 months pregnant) and told her all that was left was the top of the closet and after she was done with that to do the deep cleanse; walls like I asked were left the same. If you grew up in the 90's you know even if the walls looked clean you still take that bleach and water and wash the walls. She did none of this and still left trash on my kitchen floor dining room. She cleaned like she was in a rush even though she did not complete the job I gave her $200 (to be kind and in hope they send someone else the next time I needed them after getting my house sprayed)since she wasn't doing anything I had told her boss for her to do. I texted all this to her boss and rescheduled for another try to finish what the other lady had not. She scheduled me for a Tuesday and the lady came just as the last one did but instead of doing her job, she brought everything she was going to clean with inside- I went into my room with my man who was smoking at the time and closed my door just as I did with the last cleaning lady after telling her boss what I needed for her to do and get an understanding. I wasn't hearing anything so I came out to check and she was gone leaving my door open (unlocked! Which I have kids) and not saying a word. So I called her boss which I didn't get a text till after me calling them! She said oh yeah I guess you didn't get my text yet but she did not feel comfortable that my man was smoking in the other room while she cleaned(even though the first lady they sent had no problem dashing away with my $200). I said no problem. Just get me someone as soon as you can because that was last minute for her to do that and everyone else is booked. (I'm tryna get everything done before I give birth basically and tried to give them 3 chances and still haven't heard anything from them. I was trying to give them another chance before I wrote the review but they rather this I guess.

Amazing service! Great communication for booking. The pricing was magnificent for the job done. Elia was the gal who came and worked very hard and got a lot done in the time she spend at the house. I was in a bit of a hurry to get our home deep cleaned. I hate to admit, we had severely neglected to maintain a clean and healthy home in all areas...still, we really needed this done. Our technician who serviced us arrived 30 min early which was a huge plus! We decided to leave for the day and when we came back, oh. my. god. Our house had a complete facelift and we coouldnr be more excited. Leslie was prompt with answering my calls and in every way was polite and professional. 10000% an excellent company with quality and outstanding customer service.

It was very good, I spoke with jasmine, she was very professional, as well as Leslie. Payment was easy, I chose Zelle just because it easier that way.

Would highly recommend Leslie’s. I’ve had them clean my home multiple times and they are detailed and thorough. Everything is spotless when they leave. Scheduling is easy and dependable.

My experience was nice. They did an overall good job cleaning considering the amount of time they had. In the future I would use them again but use their deep cleaning service as their move in service seemed to only cover superficial surfaces.

I scheduled an appointment via text with Leslie for 3/24/22 at 9a. 24 hrs prior to my appointment, I sent a follow-up message to confirm my appointment and never received a response. I sent an additional follow-up 12 hours prior, after never getting a response.

When no one came at 9a, I called the number and the person I spoke was unsure why the appointment was not upheld. I asked to speak to Leslie before going forward with additional scheduling.

I received a message from Leslie claiming they didn’t finalize the appointment because I did not send my “detailed information for the appointment”. I was never asked to provide further information, which I would have been more than happy to do when scheduling.

Leslie then called me and claimed that she didn’t see my message because she “gets 100s of calls a day”. I was then told “we can go back and forth on why this happened, or you can get rescheduled”. Personally, a company without efficient communication is not someone I am interested in doing business with.

My house has never been cleaner! We had some hard water spots and hard stains that are now all gone!! My house looks brand new. Prices are more than reasonable for the work they do and Leslie made scheduling so easy and was able to fit us in super quick! We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone we know!

What can I say? the two bedrooms were a disaster, the floors were dirty and the kitchen was a disaster. I wont mention the bathrooms because well. I just hadn't been living right. It took four hours but Lupe did an amazing job cleaning up the entire house. She straightened up the vanities and thoroughly mopped the floors. Vacuumed the stairs and even moved some light furniture to make sure it was clean underneath. We use this company for deep cleaning every 6 months and they are worth every penny. Please tip your cleaner. They will work hard for you. 5 stars
