Although the housekeeper was an hour late she was very quick and thorough and the house smell amazing when she was finished. I didn't worry at all about leaving her here alone to clean the house. I would definitely recommend wave house cleaning and I will be using them again in the future.

I tried to book a cleaning and they asked me to update my credit card information so I did. They then promptly CHARGED my card for the entire service then proceeded to tell me that my cc needed to be updated?? They couldn’t get it figured out before the date of the service and kept telling me that my card wasn’t charged. I could see the charge and my bank verified that it was an actual charge so I canceled. Company was disorganized and difficult to deal with - don’t waste your time.

We have been using wave cleaning now for two months for our Airbnb rental. I love that I get the same person each time. She is very detail conscious and checks with me each time to make sure she’s cleaned to my satisfaction. We have been very pleased and will continue to use wave cleaning. They are also very responsive.

Hello if I could rate lower I would.. I’ve never been more disappointed. What a waste of money that I could have done a better job myself. I had called them after the cleaning and mentioned All of what they missed.. they did t dust any of the fans and the floors were still dirty. Oven wasn’t clean. Wow and even missed all the windows.. they came back and did a clean again. They again missed the very top of the fans. Dust all over the windows and oven still dirty.. I seriously need a refund that’s rediculas. Donor use their company. You will be very disappointed. Thanks Jeremy.

Cleaner showed up last week and did a very poor job. I called to inform the coordinator who set up appointment and she was very nice and set up a redo for the next day for free. I moved out of a duplex and only had one more day there. The next day I got a call that the cleaner for the redo who indicated she couldn't find the key which I left in the mailbox outside the duplex door. She left and that was that. No cleaning redo. She could wait a moment to hear from me to see if she was at the right location and to thoughouly check the mailbox for the key. My friend went over to do last minute touch ups and sure enough he said the key was in the mailbox. I will not used this company again. The lady who set up the original appointment and redo follow up was awesome and kind throughout this ordeal and refunded my payment. She is an asset to the company unlike the cleaners they have working there.

Sara is amazing! She is beyond willing to check with us to make sure everything is perfect as she goes along. Her frequent communication ensures our house is sparkling clean! Her attention to detail is incredible and she noticed that our previous cleans were missing some critical spots (under the bed and dresser) and made sure we didnt have any dust bunnies by the time she left. My mother needed some assistance in cleaning her home. I went to Yelp to look for a reasonably priced cleaning crew with great reviews, and I'm so glad I found Wave! Today, Maria and her crew arrived at her condo, and two hours later, I had an extremely happy Mom on the phone! Everything was sparkling, the team was fantastic, and from an administrative standpoint, Wave was wonderful to deal with. Very responsive to all our needs, and I never waited more than a few hours for an email response. We've already scheduled her next cleaning, and she can't wait!

There was a hiccup initially and we had to reschedule last minute, but they were very communicative and professional. The person who did the cleaning did a fantastic job! Will definitely use again when the need arises!

We’ve used Wave many times. Our most recent cleaning by Sara was extra amazing. Her attention to detail was phenomenal. She was on time. We’ve requested her for future cleanings. She asked when she had questions about how or what we were antes worked on. She didn’t like how our tile cleaned the first time so she mopped it a second.

I just started using this service and I am very pleased. They stay for a few hours, but only charge you the one fee up front, which I love. Both girls that have come have been very pleasant and hard working. They also have an easy to use app to book the service and can often do same day or next day cleaning, which is so nice for busy people! I am getting my third cleaning in two weeks. Very satisfied.

I've only used Wave House twice but so far I really like them and will likely switch to them permanently. I have had Caesar clean my house both times and he is very thorough and also very helpful. I am pregnant and if he sees me moving something or doing anything he offers to help. Pleasant man who takes pride in his work. Super prompt arrival time and I feel relieved and refreshed after the great job. They don't make beds (wish I wish they did!) however he made them the first visit and still offered to do so this time. Really just great service. I should also add that today Caesar has cleaned my house by himself about as fast as other teams of 2 have done in the past. Great service. Will likely call them again before my baby is due in a month. They are priced lower than other cleaning places and although they don't do a few minor things the house looks just a great at about $50 less than other places I've used.

This was my second time using Wave. The first time (Jan '18), I was decently satisfied with the cleaning...it was good but not great. However, this most recent cleaning was done by John and his brother and they did an incredible job, I've never seen my house look better. Will definitely be using them again and hopefully will get John every time!

Maria did a fantastic job of getting a replacement crew to clean my home when an emergency caused the scheduled crew to not be able to come. She was polite, courteous and took care of the problem in a very professional and satisfying way. The two women who came to clean my house were thorough and very efficient. Wave House Cleaning had amazing reviews and was by far the most reasonably priced. I have high standards when it comes to cleaning and quite honestly did not expect the service to live up to these standards as I have always been disappointed in the past with other providers. However, the cleaning job I received was GREAT! Antonieta showed up on time and got right to work. She did such a great job and was extremely thorough! We have 2 kids and 5 animals and while we do keep our house reasonably clean, it definitely can get messy fast. Antonieta was very nice, professional, and passed every test! She even cleaned things I didn't ever expect she would, like the base my electric toothbrush sits on. All of my dealings with customer service have been great, as I had to reschedule my first appointment. It was easy, fast, and convenient. I have already recommended the service to co-workers. They did a fantastic job! My house hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned for a long time. I actually felt sorry for Cesar when he showed up. We walked through he house, I told him my expectations up front and he met or exceeded them. Pricing is fair and scheduling is easy. Being a first time customer, I had some questions. The only small issue I had was the response time from the office when I left a voicemail and sent an email. I will definitely be using them again!

I have been using Wave House Cleaning for years. Unlike many cleaning services, they clean the entire house everytime to come out. They are thorough in the cleaning, and stand behind their service. I was ready to schedule cleaning this past week so I emailed them asking how they're reducing risks of COVID-19 infection and they sent me their policy assuring me they wear masks and gloves when cleaning so we scheduled them to come Thursday 5/21--they never showed up (no call /no email until after the scheduled show time). Their management rescheduled for the next day Friday 5/22. The cleaning lady shows up without a mask. We have a newborn at home and we want to be extra careful right now so my wife asks the cleaning lady, very nicely, if she's going to wear the mask. The cleaning lady obviously bothered by the request very rudely responds I can leave if you want, I have another job. She abruptly packed up her stuff and left. Her behavior was abhorrent and unacceptable. I emailed the manager Carla Sanchez explaining that I felt this was unacceptable and I requested she provide a response to how they will resolve this issue. She offered a discount to the cleaning and to come back at 3pm or 4pm. BACKGROUND: we've used Wave for over 5 years to clean our house. I've never been 100% satisfied with the fact that they seem to overwork their staff. They will send one cleaner for a 2500 square foot 3bd/2bath home and it is clear they are under duress to get the job done AS FAST as possible. This results in spotty consistency, and a lot of cut corners. We've had several issues over the years where they miss areas that we requested (and paid to be cleaned), the cleaners don't show up on time, and due to the rotating nature of cleaners you don't always get the same results. Normally they're good about sending another cleaning crew back through to get the missed areas or offering a small discount-- but this is often super inconvenient for the customer and it's awkward as hell because you have to call out the low wage laborer who clearly has been given more work than they can adequately accomplish in a small time window (I view this as a failure on management not the staff). We had one incident where a piece of my wife's jewelry went missing but we couldn't really prove what happened so we didn't want to level accusations. We had requested multiple times to have the same cleaning crew because we weren't thrilled about having multiple strangers coming through our house and some of their staff clearly cleaned better than others (Cesar is awesome!). Unfortunately due to their cleaner's recent failure to adhere to their own Safety/Health policy, we will be parting ways with their services.

I have been using Wave House Cleaning since the week before I had cervical spine surgery 3 years ago. I was trying to get my house in order before my expected down time of several months (which turned into years). But Caesar came to the door, a bit surprised to see me in a hard neckbrace, but was ever so compassionate about my circumstances. And he always comes on time.

Over the following years I have used this agency many times and they hire good people, I trust and they have always done a great job. They have always come within the 1 hour window.

This week Caesar was back for a deep clean, and I still haven’t found ONE area that he neglected to clean. And when he left, the house smelled good from something he uses.

Everything is done online. And there is plenty of follow up and reminder about your appointment.

I have had Wave Housecleaning clean my house twice now and they are fast, efficient, and do a good job. I have specified simple requests to the staff for things such as English speaker and repeat the same cleaners and they are always able to satisfy my requests.

Used their service for the first time last month. They performed a deep clean as I was a new customer, with a few extras I requested (patio, fridge, window cleaning). They sent two cleaning personnel, as its a fairly large house. One was able to start an hour early (with a call to ensure it was ok), which was nice. They two did a terrific job. My shower doors never looked so clean! They are coming for a 2nd time soon. Will update review if needed.

I’ve been using them for a few months. My last appointment they missed their window. No one bothered to call me until 30 minutes after that window. I rescheduled for today at 8am. At 9:30, I had not heard back and sent them an email. They didn’t respond until 11.

I took time out from work for this and it’s time I can’t get back. I’ll now look for a company that is more respectful of a customer’s time.

Super inconsistent quality. Used three times. First time was meh. Second was very good. Third was poor. Customer service response was disappointing after I sent pictures showing what a poor job last cleaner did - their so-called guaranty is meaningless. Also, two of three times, cleaner was over an hour late. Not recommended at all.

This company is apparently a complete scam. They continue to claim that I owe them money for services that I have already paid for. At the same time, they refuse to provide any sort of statement or ledger detailing services rendered and payments recieved. They ignore requests for information and refuse to review my own account statements showing the payments in full. Now, they've decided to just add charges to any card I've used with them, without my consent. In short, if I could give them 0 stars, that would still be too many. Buyer beware.

Nothing but a waste of time. I used this company about 4 years ago and they were great.

I signed back up and have had 3 scheduled cleanings within the last 6 weeks. The first one was scheduled for 11 am and they did not show up until 1 pm. There was absolutely no communication from the company. I had to call them and leave a voicemail (at 12:30, half an hour after their 1 hour window) and then wait for a call back.

The second appointment was scheduled for 1 pm. At 12:46, I get a text telling me that they won't arrive until 3:45 and they apologize for the inconvenience.

Today, I have my next appointment scheduled for 1 pm. At 2:15, they send a text to let me know that they won't make it until 4:15. This is already 15 minutes after their 1 hour arrival window.

HORRIBLE communication. Even worse customer service skills. They have no consideration for anyone's time. And in addition to all of this, the quality of the cleaning is nowhere near what it was 4 years ago. I have canceled all services with this company and will not be returning. Save yourself the aggravation and take your business elsewhere.

The process setting everything up was pretty simple. The two cleaners were really great. Quality work and finished in the estimated time. Would recommend and definitely use again.
