Molly Maid of East Phoenix and Paradise Valley

Molly maid is just OK. The first time they were at our house, one of the maids knocked one of my wife’s earrings off the wall and broke it. She said she would tell her boss and they would reimburse us and that never happened. It was a cheap earring so it wasn’t a big deal, just a lack of follow through. They also came to my house a few times and did a fantastic job. Then one time the quality went WAY down and they missed a lot of a basic things. They offered to come back and reclean those areas but we had company so we couldn’t accommodate them to come back. They ended up giving us $20 off our next cleaning.

Additionally, there’s not a lot of flexibility around scheduling. We worked with other cleaners where you could cancel a month if you needed to or reschedule, but they will not allow you to cancel without paying quite a bit extra on your next cleaning. Lastly they charge you an exorbitant amount for your first cleaning which is not something any other cleaning company has done to us.

Very thorough. Neatly stacked papers and cleaned under and around them. Vacuumed thoroughly. Dusted. Did nice job cleaning bathrooms. Did not speak English but seemed to understand what I was saying. Cleaned sliding glass door that digs use to get into back yard

I have used Molly Maid for the last year. For the first 4-5 months, they did an amazing job and I felt very comfortable with their work. Then another team of theirs came to clean, and the workmanship and cleaning level slid dramatically (and supposedly this was a very experienced team). The first teams' did a thorough 1-1/2 hour cleanings but this new team's cleanings took less than 50 minutes, and they missed obvious things. They also were careless with my belongings, chipping and cracking some unique art-glass objects that in the past had been treated with care. Then, last month, a member of that 'experienced team stole an expensive gold and opal necklace from my jewelry box. They were here less than 40 minutes that day and bolted from my house before I had a chance to check their work. I reported the theft to Molly Maids, who said we take these kind of allegations seriously, however, when I requested that the cleaner return my necklace, they did not respond nor acknowledge the theft. Do NOT trust Molly Maid.

The office personnel were responsive, helpful & customer oriented, and the two cleaners were professional, focused on my priorities and efficient. Great experience, so now I'm signed up biweekly!

Gabriella and Diana are amazing! Love these 2 ladies. Professional, on time, thorough and responsible. I trust my home, my belongings and my kids and fur babies around them. They were very flexible in what areas to start with given I work remote, have zoom calls and also have renovation occurring. Highly recommend!

THE WORST CLEANING EXPERIENCE EVER

I have been using services from other providers(Amazon or Handy) and also from Individuals time and again for my current apartment.
Apart from the fact that this is the highest ever I paid for the similar/better cleaning of this Apartment, Molly Maid is the Slowest and Incomplete/Crappy Job I have ever experienced.

I couldn't find a better word to convey my experience and agony. Especially after the amount of Work I had to do to make my place easier for cleaning by getting moving most of the things to create better access for the job.

I will Never Ever choose their services again. I just want to make sure that I do my part of Responsibility by leaving a Review/Complaint to have the world apprised of my experience.

Mary and Maribel are awesome! Been seeing them every month for years. Quality work, trust worthy and always happy or friendly. Forgot helpful. I highly recommend.

I use Molly Maid of East Phoenix and Paradise Valley for monthly cleaning of my residence. They have always done a good job and always kept on schedule even during the worst of the Pandemic. The price is reasonable. I don’t think I could ask for more from a cleaning service.
I am updating this review to give a 5 star rating to Kayla & Stephanie who cleaned my house today. I continue to be very satisfied with everything about this company.

The crew did an excellent job with the bathrooms, everything is sparkling white and they truly did work very hard to accomplish this. My only disappointment was they left 15 minutes short of the 2 hours. They did not need to do all the bedrooms, so in lieu of that, I asked if they could do some of the windows and they replied that they only dusted the shades and time was up. What they cleaned was 5-star, but just felt a tad bit short changed on areas they didn't.

Molly Maid not only provides thorough cleaning but they also walk through with you to evaluate your needs and are excellent communicators before, during, and after their services. They show up promptly with great attitudes and fully equipped to get started on making your home fresh and clean!

From light fixtures to baseboards, from routine maintenance to deep cleaning, they will make your home sparkle!

Kim and Monica are the rock stars who take excellent care of my home and we will have a standing appointment going forward. I was present for the initial cleaning and they made sure I was satisfied with their work (which was excellent!) before they packed up to leave. I cannot recommend them highly enough, ESPECIALLY KIM AND MONICA!

The first clean was pretty good. They missed some spots, but I figured it was just because it was the first time. The crew that came today did not dust my dresser and nightstand as those who came the first time. My glass shower door is full of streaks, and my floor has dirt spots near the garbage to name a few things. The operator says she doesn’t know when someone can come to redo it. So I’m injured and I’m going to have to re clean most of my house by myself after paying them to do it. Not a fan.

My daughter hired them to do the stuff I have little time to do (my 3 and 5 yr old granddaughters live with me and workingfull time) in hopes of hiring on weekly basis. Two women showed up that seemed very nice. (I live in a 2 bdrm 2 bathroom apt). Was required to leave $275 cash before they started for a 2 hour time slot, which was the 1st thing they asked about. Told them I just wanted bathrooms cleaned, Apt mopped, vacuumed and dusted. It was beyond horrible. I only have 5 or 6 small shelves and not one was dusted. Only one bathroom was cleaned and it wasn't the one me and the girls use. I cleaned the tub and dusted myse later that same day. They did mop and vacuum lol. This company is not organized nor prepared to establish regular services! Do NOT use. Scheduled to be monthly in October and they couldn't clean until after Thanksgiving. Day of the clean I am given a window and they call and tell me staffing issues occurred and they can't make my time. They said they would send a 3 person crew so that it was a shorter cleaning time. Two people show up. They did a nice job so I was willing to look past the issues and scheduled for monthly service. RED FLAG ignored! Today I was scheduled for my next cleaning and given a window of 8-4:30pm (who does a window that is the entire day). I moved my schedule around to be available and I get a call that staffing issues occurred and they can't clean my house today. As if this isn't bad enough, they can't even tell me that they can clean anytime this week. Terrible customer service, business practices, scheduling and commitment to their regular clients. DO NOT HIRE THEM for regular cleaning. They will not honor their commitments and scheduling.

To be clear I was not given the option to choose Saturday for cleaning. The agent on the phone said they “might” be able to clean Saturday but she wouldn’t know until they had volunteers and a schedule. I had company coming and asked if there was anything that we could schedule where I would know that they were going to be able to clean. She gave me no options and just said they couldn’t get to me that week.

I've been using Molly Maid of East Phoenix on and off for years. I've found them to be responsive and provide quality service. Kayla and Syephanie did a great job on my most recent clean.

I use Molly Maid once a month and they do a lovely job. The crew is always professional and friendly. They also put up with my noisy and playful dogs. I love the extra touch of making tissues into flowers and carefully folded towels. Very nice.

I started using Molly Maid East Phoenix in November 2018. I signed up for monthly cleanings because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I have trouble deep cleaning things like the tub & floors. The team that cleans my home are awesome! Jolita & Candy do a very thorough job and my place looks great when they’re done. I had the chance to meet them after the first cleaning & both are super friendly.

While doing the first cleaning some of the plastic fell off from front of the microwave. They called the office right away, who in turn called me right away. It was a known issue to me so it wasn’t a big deal but I liked that they contacted me right away & I have complete confidence if something else were to occur, it would be handled immediately.

Everyone I have talked to at Molly Maid has been friendly & quick to respond. Scheduling the 1st cleaning was easy & there was no pressure to sign up for regular services when they provided the estimate. However, they did such a wonderful job I called the same afternoon to sign up for monthly cleanings which was also simple to do. ?

I reserved Molly Maid service and they quoted me an estimate of $162-$216 to have my moms house cleaned. They had my card information and charged me $273.50. They apparently had my moms phone number and called her to consent for the extra charge. She said “NO I AM NOT THE CARDHOLDER THEREFORE I CANNOT CONSENT” rather than calling me for consent they went ahead and just charged my card the extra amount of money. Fraudulent and unethical company. Don’t give them your card info!!

For me , having a cleaning service is a big deal on my limited budget! Because of Molly Maids ....their. completed work. , their promptness, , honesty , attention to detail.. And the enjoyment of spotless house, I will Continue this service! I recommend you... Treat Yourself and Call them! ?✨OH... & if there is ever any issue... just let them know and they’ll. Fix it!!j

Elia Versa and Perla (Team #1) cleaned my house yesterday. I am very pleased with their excellent work. I was so pleased when I got home from work and saw my sparkling clean home. I will be requesting this team for every cleaning.

They are prompt and efficient. They keep us updated if there are any changes (time change, date change). We love Kayla, she is so friendly and knows exactly what needs to be done.

I specifically called because my shoulder is injured and I wanted my shower cleaned. They had missed the bottom of the doors among other places. I noticed and called immediately after to have them come back and finish cleaning it like they claimed to offer. I didn’t receive a call back for 2 days and they could only offer a $20 discount on a future cleaning that I couldn’t get for over a week out because they were booked up. I was able to wipe off the bottom of the shower with one wipe so it was obvious neglect. I will not be receiving that discount because I will not book with them again. So In the end I am forced to pay full price for sub par service. Awesome. They even had the audacity to ask me to give them a review on google when they were done… so here it is.

Have had this crew coming monthly for a long time now. Great staff, office staff is amazing if anything ever comes up (like we need to reschedule.. never anything bad!)... always a different set of cleaners which is ok...

Had Team #3 today, and Margarita and Miriam showed promptly and ready to work. As always, the team did an excellent job. I particularly liked Miriam's diligence in putting things back where they belonged when cleaning the flat surfaces. Margarita did a fabulous job in the kitchen. I have had both these ladies before and they always excel. It's always a pleasure to have them tend to my home. They do excellent work.

Molly Maid is great! They provided a quote over the phone and were very clear on expectations and completed the work as I requested. They were on time and completed work in a timely way. I was glad that they told me that if I wasn’t satisfied that I could call them in 24 hours to re-clean. However we didn’t need to since they did a great job. I am grateful and thought their prices seemed fair. I did get other quotes which seemed very high in comparison. Highly recommend!

My fiance and I have been using Molly Maid for about a year now and we are consistently impressed with the service. We always receive a reminder email one business day before the service and then a follow up call one day after the service - both of which are very much appreciated. On our first couple of visits, we left very minor comments for things we would prefer they spend more time on, and they have always kept those things in mind on later visits. Above all else, we are greatly appreciative to how they respond to feedback because it provides for excellent customer service. I definitely recommend their services to anyone who is interested. We have a rental in Scottsdale and live in a different state. We contacted Molly Maids and they were fantastic, were able to clean our house the same day we contacted them. They were flexible, communication was timely and consistent. They were very professional, but friendly. Their price was very reasonable. We will continue to use them, thank you for the great service!!

Miriam and Betty did a very good job on our first time thorough cleaning on
March 7. They were personable and did what I asked them to do. My only concern is that you mentioned that the cleaning would take approx. 4 hours. They were actually only here for a little over 2-1/2 hours. I would like to continue your service with this team but don't want to get into a situation where they are hurrying to see how fast they can get in and out of here. Again very happy with the job they did and looking forward to seeing them again at 11 am on April 4.

I am so glad we called Molly Maid! We wanted to put our house on the market in a hurry and the baseboards needed a good cleaning and our master bathroom shower looked really gross. We have a new baby and were busy with so much more to do to get the house ready, so we needed help, especially with the shower. We tried to remove the mildew stains several times, but they wouldn't budge.

The ladies showed up on time and were very polite and professional. They were sure to confirm what we wanted done and would ask questions as things came up, which I appreciated. They worked quickly and their results were amazing. Our shower looks brand new! And they did a great job on the baseboards. The house looks really clean! Fingers crossed the house sells quickly!

The new women did a nice job. I can't lift the mattresses and they made the bed nicely. They were new to using Bono cleaning and waxing but will probably get a better as they use those products. They did a good job of cleaning the wood doors in the kitchen. We were just glad to have them. Hope our regular ladies are back a week from Friday. Janice

I have experienced exceptional cleaning service and only have good things to say about this company! The cleaning teams have cleaned everything to my liking...leaving no stone unturned. The ladies are punctual, bring their own supplies, listen to my requests, treat my furnishings an decorations with respect, and are so kind. I would recommend this company to everyone!! They do a fabulous job for a reasonable price!!! So glad I found them!

The women who cleaned my son's home at my request did a very good job considering it was their first time at the home and not that familiar with the home cleaning condition and layout of the rooms. I have returned to Hawaii and not sure whether my son will continue with the services. He was happy with the carpets and floors being cleaned and especially the bathrooms. If not, I will definitely consider calling Molly Maid in again when we are visiting him and his home needs some deep cleaning.

The ladies do an incredible job of cleaning my 86 year old Moms house. She loves their visits and they are very cautious around her. I would highly recommend the Molly Maids to anyone. I really appreciate their thoroughness, kindness and being on time

Kurt, the owner/manager, came to the house and went over the services and cost with me. Was able to customize the service to meet my needs. The house was and smelled really clean after their visit. I was inadvertently overcharged for the first visit and they called back the next day and corrected their mistake. I was impressed by their honestly. Martha and Nancy were courteous and professional and I am pleased that I will get the same workers each visit.

We feel secure about having Molly Maid at our home when we are not there. They always do a great job of cleaning. I like that they call before coming to clean. Very good service! We just had service from MollyMaid East Phoenix, route # 4 from Jiana and Teresa. These ladies were fantastic! Their attention to detail and making sure we were happy with the service before they left added a personal touch. All of our baseboards are gleaming and floors clean enough to eat off of. I have been using Molly Maid for many years. They always do excellent work, and I have never, ever had any problems with them. I have tried other cleaning services, and none of them were very good for one reason or another. I highly recommend them. And, by the way, I rarely, if ever, provide reviews for any product or organization. The fact that I am posting this I think says a lot.

Jamie, Elvia, and Haile were friendly and in and out efficiently. They did a good job. The only thing I noted later was that their vacuum did not pick up some visible paper bits in low pile carpet. I would use this team again but would suggest they get a better vacuum cleaner.

I was moving and knew I would need help cleaning my old apartment because I am just one person and time was an issue. I called Molly Maid to help me with cleaning my apartment so that it was move-in ready, as my lease stated. They were on time and friendly. Whatever products they used left my apartment looking shiny and new! I was very impressed with their cleaning. They were able to do so in a timely manner as well. I will definitely call Molly Maid again.

Excellent! Had our first 'Deep Clean' yesterday and in just two hours the house was immaculate. We would have spent an entire day cleaning and got nowhere close. Korrine & Corrine are outstanding! 50% of hiring a vendor for our house is not only the service but also the personalities involved... overwhelming YES here! Now on Monthly schedule until our Holiday visitors create a bi-weekly, weekly demand!

I needed a deep clean of my house for an appraisal. I had never used Molly Maids before. I requested an estimate online and was contacted very quickly via phone. I scheduled my cleaning for a Monday morning and was told that they would come between 8:30-11:30am. It would take anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours for two cleaners to clean my house (only 1350 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath). I had my appraisal at 2:30pm so I thought that would work out perfectly, time-wise! I was so excited. I specifically asked that they clean my baseboards, fans and spot clean walls and doors, stuff I normally don't have time to do. My house was otherwise very clean. I was told that they charge $86/hr for a one-time clean, which I thought was crazy expensive but since they are professional house cleaners I trusted that it would be worth every dollar. Well, it wasn't. They didn't show up until 2pm so my house was a mess when the appraiser got there (stuff on counters because they were cleaning). It probably would have looked better if they hadn't come at all. And $215 later, I came home to dirty baseboards and doors. The few things I asked for!! Then I call to complain and they say that they never guarantee a time; only a day. And that they had staffing issues that morning. They did give me a $20 discount on the cleaning. Well, here I am, unhappy -$195 with dirty baseboards. Unfortinately, I will never use them again. Let's hope my home appraisal goes well!

Misty and Marilynn made our home feel like home again. Walking in, it felt as if we just moved in. Fresh, spotless. These two women were kind and worked diligently and professionally. I will be hiring them again! And I suggest you do as well.

I began using Molly Maids about a year ago. I like the flexibility that Molly Maids offers. I have a set team of girls that come every other week. However, if I need to add an extra clean or change my day for that week, they can usually send a team out when I need them. They call the day before the clean to let me know what time to expect them. They always call if they are running a little late. They stand by their cleans making sure that you are a satisfied customer. I would recommend (and have) them to friends and family.

I am always happy to come home to my sparkling clean home . The ladies that come are delightful and professional.

We’ve been using Molly Maid for years to clean our busy household of 5. They do a great job making our house clean. Floors, dusting, bathrooms and kitchen, they even change the bedsheets!

The teams have come to my house twice, and have done a great job both times. Every inch of the home is clean, and I love the way it smells after they're gone.
My only concern is that BOTH times (100% of the time so far...), the teams have arrived over an hour later than the time they were scheduled, and both times I had to call the office to find out where they were already. I would just appreciate a phone call if the team will be late so that I can plan my day accordingly!

We have used them to help with my infirmed mother-in-law. They are always courteous and happy. Helpful and work with us on what to be done. Generally go above & beyond- even cleaning the stove & making the beds! Thank you Molly Maids!

I paid for a move out cleaning. When I called and spoke to their rep I asked if they clean both the inside and the outside of the windows and they said no, only the inside as far up as they can reach with a 2 step ladder. They said they would dust everything. They either didn't clean my inside windows or did a terrible job. There were many areas where dusting was missed. When I spoke again to the reps to let them know the issues they told me they would talk to a manager before billing me. Instead a manager never called and they just pushed their billing through. I would not recommend this place.

We received twice monthly service from their #1 team of Elia, Maria and Elsa and these ladies do a first class job of our entire home.
My wife and I both work from home yet we barely notice they are hear.

Lived in my house for 13 years maybe deep cleaned it twice even though it wasn't dirty to the eye baseboards Etc really needed to be cleaned, blinds, window frames and deep cleaned bathrooms. they sent 2 girls they were ( who are absolutely professional and pleasant) there for 3 hours did an absolute amazing job cleaning my house making it look move-in ready would use them recommend them refer them anytime

We are having a house full of guests this weekend, so we decided to recruit the assistance of professional cleaners. I'm from NY and really wary about security-related things -- especially when it comes to giving someone access to my home. I was able to be home for the first initial cleaning and was not impressed with the cleaners. The older woman was sweet and professional, but there is a significant lack of customer service. They didn't introduce themselves and stood silently when I opened the door and welcomed them in, there wasn't any explanation of what their process would be, didn't ask any questions about the home, and I felt like I was intruding by pointing out a few things before they started (i.e.: how they wanted me to handle the dog and the area near his cage, pointing out an area of the floor covered with party supplies for the weekend). I'm not expecting exemplary customer service, but basics would have been appreciated. I kept moving rooms to work so I would stay out of their way, and repeatedly heard things clanking, dropping, slamming and falling. Nothing appears to have been broken, but many things had clearly been knocked over and returned to their spot. If that is how careful they are when a new customer is sitting in the very next room, what would this look like if I weren't home?? I don't have confidence in continuing this service long-term or granting them full access to my home if I couldn't be here.

Absolutely terrible, go elsewhere at all costs! They took my money, did nothing, and won't respond. This is a scam.

We recently bought a new home and wanted it cleaned prior to move-in. We weren't completely satisfied with our current cleaning service so we decided to try a new one. We scheduled an appointment and made very clear exactly what we were looking for: Window sills cleaned, walls wiped down, baseboards cleaned, kitchen thoroughly cleaned. They assured us they would get all of this done.

They showed up late, stayed for only two hours, left their invoice, and literally didn't clean a single thing. Like really, nothing was touched. I emailed and called and finally got through to Melinda Bryant. I asked for a refund as we had now moved in and the entire purpose of this cleaning was lost. I told her I had already scheduled our old cleaning service to clean the house. I told her I had to pay someone else already to get the kitchen fully cleaned. I told her we had to clean the walls and baseboards ourselves because we needed to paint. She refused, telling me that they have a guarantee that we agreed to when scheduling the appointment that says they'll send out another crew to finish the job. After much back and forth, I finally caved and agreed to have another crew sent.

They were once again late, staying for about two and a half hours this time. Window sills, floors, fireplace mantle, windows, fans, you name it and it was still dirty. I've had cleaning services for several years now, I know what it's like to come home to a professionally cleaned house and this was absolutely not it. I'm not talking about a little dust or a missed spot on the floor. I'm talking about nothing looks like it was even glanced at by them. You literally cannot tell whether anything was done. They claim they cleaned, I have pictures showing otherwise.

I called and emailed again, sending pics to show. They told me they've been out twice and will not be coming again. I said that's fine, I don't want you anywhere near my house again so I'll just take my refund. They refused. They charged my card (more than the invoice they had left) and have since refused my emails and phone calls. This is not me being anal retentive about a clean house, this is a service I paid for that was never performed and a company that is keeping my money despite having done no work for it.

This is a scam, plain and simple. It would cost me far more to take them to small claims court and they know it. They know there's no recourse for me so they know they can ignore me and keep my money. All I can do is write this in hopes that some other person will see it before contracting these thieves.

I have been using Molly Maids for about 4 months, last team being TEAM 7! wonderful experience!

You know in Disney movies how when Cinderella cleans the house makes that ping sound? Your house will ping after Molly Maid comes. I have a toddler and was anticipating that they would do the best they could with the mess I had left but not expecting much. I came home from work to WOW!
I had the best weekend ever; able to enjoy my baby and have fun because Molly Maid took care of the cleaning. They are awesome!!!!

What a pleasure to re-hire Molly-Maid on my move from Chandler to Scottsdale! The team of two (Elia & Viana) came in time. I showed them the home & they easily understood the directions. They were busy all the time; cleaning, mopping and changing sheets etc. At the end the house was sparkling clean, looking like a model. I would highly recommend them for house cleaning without reservations.

This is my second negative review in my life, but I just have to share this this time. We are putting our 4000 sq ft home on the market today and wanted to give my house a good cleaning. I felt the price was high with Molly Maids, but decided to go for it to make sure it's cleaned well. Well, now I'm left with streaks on my oven door, hairs on my toilet seat, dirt ALL over carpet, and streaks on tile. Turns out their vacumm was broken. They told me and knew it, but didnt go back and redo when i offered mine (which is strong) and told them I could see dirt everywhere.

The baseboards in bathroom were not done either... still full of hair and grime.lo

At one point, when they said they had finished upstaira, I told them the wall ligjts were still all dusty and asked if I could borrow their duster (which was terrible). They smiled and said sure. I thought they would offer to help me clean them:(

I could go on.

To top it all off, one lady was a newbie and in training, so half the time the other lady was teaching her. She told me her normal partner wasnt able to make it and that it would have gotten done twice as fast without her. They took 2 hours extra (5 hrs), which I paid for of course (paying for her training and got a dirty house in return).

I have pictures and am trying to contact company, but they are closed. I now have to redo my whole house on my own cause realtor is taking pictures today. I feel a little devastated. Not going to use Molly Maid again. Will leave a couple of pics as examples of dirt u found when they left.

General housecleaning was very well-done. I am extremely pleased.

I had team #3 Molly maids. They were amazing. Very pleasant, detail cleaning, and very professional. I would refer Molly maid to others, and tell them to ask for team#3.

The last 3 times they were out it was awful. I can wipe down my counters and tubs with a dry towel myself. quality has gotten worse and worse.

The lady who greeted me at the door was not pleasant at all. I asked for information about what MOLLY MAID is about and how the job works, she proceeded to just handing me an application and asking me to fill it out. I did so, and after the half hour of writing another lady informed me that it is a monday-friday job full time.. Very misleading from the job posts online saying that there is part-time work.. All the lady had to say was I forgot to say that. They were so unprofessional and I would never work for them after my encounter and if that is how the people that hire the workers act then I will for sure warn my family and friends to watch out for what the workers are like.. Horrible.

A little late but called and revised arrival time. Very professional and efficient. Arrived with appropriate PPE. Did a great job. Would recommend MM services to anyone.

Most of the visits a thorough cleaning is done. Have been a few instances of poor job in bathroom but overall satisfied.
