Nicole, the person cleaning our house the past 2 times has done an excellent job. She goes above and beyond to clean our home. We are happy, happy, happy.

This is specifically for a move-in cleaning. Do not try to book Queen of Maids for a move-in cleaning unless in the midst of trying to move you also have time to take a complete photo inventory of your new house. Make sure they are “actual” photos, whatever that means. Initially I was very happy to find a service with good reviews that I could book online on a Sunday. I didn’t even bother to cost compare - I just wanted it done. I had just purchased a house and wanted it cleaned before my son moved in. We were trying to get everything done while both working full time so I was happy to take care of something over the weekend. I was also happy I could book it for Tuesday, the same day I already needed to be at the house for the installation of a new microwave. I answered their questions honestly and the house fell into the category of needing a “deep clean” because it was a move-in cleaning and regular cleaning had not been done for awhile (the previous owner had passed away and house hadn’t been lived in for awhile). Queen of Maids later requested pictures since my house required a deep clean. I understand that they didn’t want to be surprised with a nightmare of a house. I wasn’t living there and my son and I both had to work on Monday, so I sent photos from the real estate listing, which still accurately reflected the condition of the house. The sellers obviously did some cleaning before taking pictures for the sale and the house didn’t look bad. Queen of Maids contacted me and said they needed “actual” pictures. I explained that I had sent actual pictures and I did not have time that day to go to the house to take new pictures. Since the previous owner had passed away and no one had lived there for awhile, if I had driven over to the house and taken new pictures, they would have looked the same (with some furniture removed - since this is my son’s first home outside of mine, we also purchased some furniture from the sellers, and about half of the furniture from the pictures is still in the house). The house had been closed up so there was not dust buildup. The seller did not leave a pigsty or fill the house with piles of hoarded material between the time the listing went up and I closed the sale (about one month - it was only listed for a few days). Nor were cobwebs hanging from the ceilings like a haunted house. I explained the previous owner had been elderly and unable to keep the house as well as it could have been but the house was not in bad condition. I wanted the inside of cabinets and drawers cleaned, fingerprints (from oil on one’s body) cleaned off of doors and trim, baseboards and floors washed — you know, a move-in cleaning. They refused to come without “actual” pictures. They wanted to see the house empty (it’s not empty and I’m not going to empty it). They said it looked like it would after cleaning. No matter what I said, they would not believe the pictures reflected the condition of the house, so I told them to cancel the appointment. Fortunately I was able to make an appointment with clean. for the same day for $100 less without a hassle - no pictures required, “actual” or otherwise.

The cleaning service was OK, but the cleaning person did miss a few spots on my hardwood floors. They were not swept and mopped. The cleaning person did not replace two trash linings, only dumped the trash out. There were a few chairs which had dust and dirt on it and were not wiped down.

We first used this company for a move out cleaning service. Aside from an arrival time confusion mix up, we were so happy with how it turned out, we booked them for the every two weeks standard cleaning at our new place. It’s immensely helpful to have someone do the cleaning while we maintain the pick up plus everything else we manage as a family household, and everyone we’ve worked with to date has been so professional and pleasant! This has just been a really wonderful group.

They worked fast and got everything done on time. The customer service is amazing, they kept calling to make sure we were happy and expectations were met.

Had an Airbnb guest bring a pet into my listing and wanted to remove any traces of alergens. Queen of maids was able to schedule an appointment on short notice for an extensive deep clean - they were very empathetic and warm on phone which maid my day (apologies for the corny pun.)

The cleaner was punctual, polite, responsive to my requests and instructions. She did an excellent job - thoroughly deep cleaned the place and even did some extras (external windows, sweeping porch) - all under the estimated time so I actually ended up paying less! Very happy with the service and experience overall. Will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

Queen of Maids exceeded my expectations. I just bought a house that was should over 100 years ago, so the windows and insulation aren’t great and dust and grime gets everywhere. I hired Queen of Maids to clean before I moved in, expecting them to just get the dust and basic grime so the house felt livable, but they did far beyond that. I feel like it’s a brand new house and I couldn’t be happier. The ladies were also on time, very responsive, and even texted me before they were done so I could inspect their work before they left. I’ll definitely use them again if I ever have a need.

Today was our first use of their services. Both workers were very polite and did a great job for us. A good job at a reasonable price . We'll certainly use them again.

Pretty disappointed with everything besides maybe the customer service but even then it was a bit ridiculous... Total cost for a Move in Clean and Interior Windows Clean was $402. The house was already pretty clean itself but for moving into a new home I wanted to make sure it was fully clean for when I moved in. Mainly the carpets vacuumed well, the kitchen/bathrooms disinfected and cleaned, the oven cleaned, all parts of these services are stated on the list... Yet After the initial clean I walked in and the floors hadn't been wiped, probably 0 disinfectant was used besides maybe the toilet, dust everywhere (On fans, on window sills, small shelves) The Walk in closet definitely wasn't vacuumed and with 3 swipes of my hand had a good chunk of the previous owners hairs..

They tried to remedy the situation by sending someone the following day but barely anything was changed besides a quick vacuum in a closet that was still gross, and re-vacuuming the one bedroom. Overall just disappointed as I am now getting to spend my own time cleaning before I move in to make myself happy and disputing with my credit card company with photos of what they offered vs the final condition...

The Queen of Maids team has been cleaning my home for a few months now, and they consistently do an amazing job. I have actually never met or seen any of them - they simply let themselves in using my access code. They always arrive and leave exactly when they say they will - and the team is super responsive when I need to reschedule my recurring service. I would highly recommend Queen of Maids to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and qualified cleaning service.

Using Queen of maids was a lovely experience. They came to my house early in the morning and instantly started knocking things out. Me and my wife are a family of seven and all of our children are very small. This makes it difficult for us to clean every room at one time. Queen of maids Made our lives a whole lot easier. I feel like they go above and beyond when cleaning and we only got the standard clean. I am definitely considering hiring them for a weekly basis

My wife and I scheduled a Move-In cleaning service with the Queen of Maids company, which occurred late in the month of September. We were moving into a new home that had been vacant for a while and did not want to worry about cleaning alongside moving day. The two employees accessed the property and finished a deep move-in cleaning for a 3,300 square foot home, which included several add-ons, before I could even establish how long they were there. This was a concern to us; so, as we investigated their quality of work, many issues were noticed to the point that we were unsure how much cleaning was actually done. Our feet turned black with dirt just from walking around the house, most blinds were still dusty, baseboards were still dirty in many areas, our microwave was not fully cleaned; and this is all that we noticed in just five minutes of inspection! By this time, we were in a situation that we had begun moving in and another deep-cleaning was no longer possible, but is what they offer to dissatisfied customers.

We took a moment to regroup and I then reached out to the company, which requested pictures be texted to a telephone number. My wife sent them about thirty pictures to which they responded that they would credit us for a future discounted cleaning as a resolution. Why would we want a company that already did not meet the agreed upon services to come back again? We were then offered some money back, but it was dismal considering the company had already charged us much more than that for their cleaning services. The manager had then asked for more pictures, indicating that the thirty something pictures my wife had already sent were not enough.

Our time was beginning to feel wasted with this situation only going in circles, so we settled for a partial refund and future discounted cleaning. In order to not have the same cleaning team, the best possible date was late November. The team that arrived was phenomenal! We very much appreciate how great of a cleaning service they provided. However, this actually frustrated us because it made it seem even more apparent that the original cleaning was beyond dissatisfactory. My wife and I even began to think after this second cleaning that nothing was done at all by the first cleaning team. The second team did not provide a deep clean, yet they had the house looking way better than the first team did.

We chose this company because of their reviews; but, upon further research, we found that this company negotiates with customers to remove negative reviews, which they hold accountability for via a contract. It is unreasonable to keep requesting more work from the customer's end to further prove a full refund that is obviously deserved. What was supposed to be a major assistance in our family's move-in has instead become a mediocre, overpriced nuisance. I am genuinely disappointed and 100% regret our decision of choosing Queen of Maids.

Aside from the language barrier making it difficult to communicate I was happy with my cleaning. They finished quickly and it was all well done

Cleaners are always on time and do a fantastic job!

We've been using Queen of Maids for quite a while (over one year now) and though I was impressed from the very first time, I just keep getting more and more impressed the longer we work with them. I love that they make it easy to pay them. I appreciate the quality of the cleaning is always consistent. And they do a great job reminding you when they'll be coming.

But wow - they really went over the top this time! Last month, our regularly scheduled cleaning happened to fall on a day that I was going to be coming home from the hospital after surgery. I didn't know what time I would be home and - to say the least - we were pretty stressed about the whole situation. I forgot to think ahead about our house cleaning to give them any notice to change the date. I called up Queen of Maids and they not only changed the date with basically no notice, they were so incredibly kind about it! They even changed around their schedule so the same people that usually clean our home could take care of it. I didn't have to worry about what time I was coming home. And when I did get home, our house was perfectly clean.

If you want to use a business that is consistent, easy to work with, of high quality, and appreciates their customers Queen of Maids is for you. I recommended them to my parents and they have been so pleased with them as well!

Pros- Easy to schedule, show up on time, clean your house

Cons- Very expensive ( $140 for 2 baths and 1 bed 1500 sqft ( with a $30 discount) plus tip is almost $200) cleaning is generally mediocre unless you pay a extra $100 for a deep clean.

So yeah if you are in a bind and need cleaners definitely use them. I’m going to find someone direct that’s more cost effective and will do more thorough cleanings.

My parents were very happy with the cleaning.

I booked online two days before my appointment and was BLOWN AWAY by how detailed the website was for booking. I could customize my entire clean there, and because it was so clear and concise, I knew exactly which service to select. I’ve never experienced anything like it!

I selected the Deep Clean, as I’m selling my home and photographs were going to be taken the following day. I could have spent 4x as long cleaning as they did, not done as well, and been mad at myself. Instead, I let them handle it and in 2 hours, they were done and it was perfection. They had me inspect their work, and pointed out a couple areas that were issues (a ring of melted wax and a long-ago stained shower basin).

The photographer even commented the next day on the cleanliness. ??

I will absolutely have them come back for the move-out clean, as well as future cleanings in my new home.

We're impressed by the thoroughness and quality of the deep clean requested. We're tidy, but certain areas like the kitchen and bathroom had a lot of build-up and grease/gunk, so we decided to bring in the pros.

The ladies were very good at cleaning. They listened to my concerns- I have celiacs and you need to clean the kitchen in sections. And they did a great job! My house feels so wonderful now. I’m so glad I called them.

I needed house cleaners for my elderly parents, they are both in their 90s and in wheelchairs. It was incredibly important to have cleaners that could work around this special situation. Along with this is the fact that I live in Santa Fe, New Mexico and had to coordinate everything from 500 miles away. The office staff at Q of M was courteous and listened carefully to my requests. I did not feel rushed speaking to them and I felt like my concerns were given due consideration. The crew showed up on time and worked very efficiently with an attention to detail. My parents were extremely satisfied with their work and were very happy to have the crew come in and do some important deep cleaning. They also said they were impressed by how hard the cleaners worked! We have arranged to have the crew return on a regular basis to keep the house clean. The office staff called me the very next day to go over the cleaning crews work and to make sure everything was done to our expectations. I would definitely recommend Queen of Maids to anyone that needs this service. It is a huge relief knowing that someone is there that can help me take care of my parents. Thank you Queen of Maids!!!

Super easy to book an appointment online. They stayed in contact about the arrival of the cleaners the whole time. House cleaners did a 9/10 job! There were some small things that weren’t dusted properly, nothing to raise a fuss over though. The electric stove and bathrooms are the things I hate cleaning the most and they did an fantastic job! I would definitely refer them to a friend and will most likely use them again.

I've been using their cleaning service since Feb 2019. I am very satisfied with everything. My crews are excellent at what they do. And they always do extra work whenever there is something that doesn't look good in the house! The customer service is also wonderful. I’ve NEVER had my house this clean. I think they have gone over every single article in my home! It’s worth adding on the interior windows and the wet wipe of blinds and door frames. They are a nice couple that I will have back. They can be trusted in your home.

The girl that came (I think her name is Addy or Atty) was very thorough and did a great job! I had fallen behind on cleaning and just wanted someone to come and mainly clean my bathrooms, vacuum, mop. I am so happy with this service.

Alejandro and Sonia did a great job with my move in cleaning. We had movers arriving within a few days and were having trouble finding availability to meet our compressed schedule. Queen of Maids made the scheduling process simple and and had a very straight forward approach to pricing to meet our needs. They also were able to perform the cleaning with no one present at the house and still exceeded our expectations.

We have had different maid services come in over the last year, but haven’t always ended satisfied so we tried queen of maids for the first time for our moving out clean and they were absolutely wonderful. Very polite, respectful, and very hard working. They got all the places no one else had. Our friends and landlord couldn’t believe how great the house looked when we handed it over. We bought a house, and the sellers didn’t clean it to our standards. We decided to go with Queen of Maids cleaning service, and they did an amazing job. They spent the better half of 4 hours cleaning, as we chose the heavy duty clean. Our house smelled like dog before they started, and when they were finished(even two days later now) smells nothing like it did before.

The ladies did an excellent job. I’m appreciative of their prompt professional work. House smelled great and no sticky residue left behind on my floors (this has been an issue with service with other companies). I plan to use them again.

She was so polite and friendly. There were a few minor spots that were missed but all in all I was so impressed by the service and will absolutely use them again.

We live in Phoenix seasonally so do not have a regular cleaning person or schedule. We have turned instead to Queen of Maids for cleaning every two weeks while we are living in town. The pricing is reasonable, the staff are cordial and efficient workers, and they do a good job that allows the apartment to feel refreshed and clean. Although we are not here year around, the company attempts to assign the same cleaners when we are here so that we get to know them and they learn about our unit and preferences. During the pandemic they have also been good about COVID precautions while they are in our home.

I liked that I could schedule online. 1st appointment, cleaner cancels 30 mins before. They did try and squeeze me in later that day but I had to pick up my kids from school but I couldn’t get back to my house in time and they left. 3rd time they actually cleaned my house but they broke a picture frame while cleaning. They also won’t wipe down walls, didn’t do window seals, left cob webs and didn’t do around the door.

4th time the cleaners went to the wrong appointment they already started cleaning so they canceled my appointment instead.

Not impressed and would not recommend.

This was my first time using a house cleaning service and I was very impressed. Our family is moving soon to a new house and we needed help deep cleaning our current home to get it ready to go on the market. We booked our house cleaning online the day before. The cleaning team arrived on time and did a great job. I liked the fact that I was able to book a cleaning so easily. They gave me a call the day after the cleaning to follow up on how the appointment went, which I thought was a nice touch of customer service. I was disappointed in the service. Paid for a one time deep cleaning and the housekeepers said they'd be there for 2.5 to 3 hours, but came home at the 2.5 hours and they were already gone. House was found with many lights left on and their used wet rags on my bookshelf. Noticed they didn't even touch a bedroom and my entry way. Paid for a deep cleaning of my baseboards and it was obvious some weren't touched. Bookshelves covered in dust, mirror and picture frames filthy. Called and the company was very nice and sent different housekeepers. They were great but it was super awkward pointing out all the missed areas. Found out the company doesn't include basic cleaning like vacuuming couches and wiping down doors as part of there standard cleaning. The second team did an excellent job but overall won't do this again for that price.

I've had several different cleaning teams come to my family's condo and was absolutely thrilled with queens of maids - especially with the deep cleaning! She was friendly, focused, and made everything sparkle. Plus our home didn't smell like bleach and ammonia when she was done, which made for happy noses and left us feeling good about our little one.

Great company as long as you let them know what you want. They even called the next day to make sure the cleaning was done correctly before charging me for the service which was a nice touch.

Queen of Maids did a great job of getting my house super clean before staging it for showings when I put it on the market. It looks beautiful! The staff is very friendly, too, from the scheduler to the housekeeper. Overall, I enjoyed a positive experience.

Please save yourself the trouble and do not hire this company. The other Real Estate agent for our new house we bought paid for this company to come out. They were supposed to be doing a deep clean/move out and After they tried to wipe drawers out 3 times there was still hair in the drawers. They never really cleaned the toilets they were still filthy and you could see they did not even attempt the bathtubs. They swiped at the blinds did not take the time to individually clean each blind. I don't know how this company pays their employees but I'm assuming not by the hr because they we trying to rush through it all so fast. I was so disappointed and called to ask for them to send someone else back out. They really fought me on it but finally were willing to send someone back out for spots missed... Not even willing to give me a complete reclean for the hassle. I expected a lot more out of a professional cleaning company.

They gave me a quote on phone and I agreed to it- once they arrive for cleaning they say that it needs more work since cabinets are very dirty and which will lead to more charges - this is very unprofessional - it really depends on person to person what level you define dirty. They did vacuum and I could still find dirt on carpet - they did not clean the glass of the patio which was part of the deal - be aware of these cleaners - I feel I wasted my money and I would have got much better professional cleaners in same price- highly NOT recommended!!

I'd give 0 but I cant. Called me 8 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, canceling on me. I had booked the appointment over a month in advance. I even called the day before and went over everything in detail. So unhappy.
Ok..the owner called me directly. I paid nothing and they were there in the morning. The cleaning job was 5 ☆'a! I'm very very happy.

I'll start by saying the two ladies that came to clean my house did a great job for the most part.
It was almost everything else surrounding this appointment that has lead me to a 1 star review. And the decision to not choose Queen of Maids again.
Booked appointment online. Easy. I choose deep cleaning, with paid extras such as inside oven and fridge etc. Chose date and time.

#1 Received a call to confirm appointment and details of what I needed to be cleaned.

#2 Later that day received an email saying people were on vacation and they needed to reschedule.

#3 Took 17 emails back and forth to pick another day and time that worked for me ( not them)

#4 4 days before appointment, received email appointment reminder

#5 Day before appointment received email cleaning service was tomorrow.

#6 Received phone call that appointment was tomorrow

DAY OF APPOINTMENT:

Ladies arrived 15 mins early. Asked me to show them around. Started their clean upstairs. I stayed downstairs outta their way. 20 mins later I receive a call from Queen of maids from a man ( Not in the house) stating that I should expect the dust to settle, they will dust but it will settle back on surfaces. Also they will not be able to get to all surfaces because we have items (frames, jewelry boxes etc) sitting on them. If we want those cleaned we have to move everything. Also there is a ring around the toilet and they can get that 80-90% clean.
I said ok. But told him it was strange that he was calling and that the ladies weren't telling me this. He told me that is their policy. I told him it felt awkward.
The ladies finished upstairs and started downstairs. I went upstairs. Everything looked great. No ring in toilet ( I didn't notice one to begin with, but maybe it was my boys bathroom) And they dusted everything. No complaints.

10 Minutes later......

The phone rings. The man from Queen of Maids is calling again to tell me that there is to much food in the fridge. Can I go empty it so they can clean inside it? I thought this was nuts. Let me just empty it and get them outta my house. I go empty the fridge. I'm also asked to take the pans outta the oven so that they can clean the oven.
They finish cleaning. I think about not tipping but I end up tipping $30. and they leave.

I paid on top of the deep cleaning service $25 for the inside of the fridge to be cleaned, why the heck am I doing half the work by emptying it? How can it be to much? We have a family of 5. Nothing drops out when you open it but yes the fridge is full. No out dated food, no spills. BUT WHY am I doing part of the work isn't that what I'm paying $277 for? So I don't have to?

And the weirdo calls ...it's just to much. I called Queen of Maids the next day. They had emailed me AND called me to to tell me my next appointment is AUG 10th. No thanks. I explained all of this to them.

They said ok. Sorry if you need us again please call. No thanks.

We have found that QOM has always been flexible, responsive, friendly, and very good at what they do. We've used them for over two years and they are part of the family. There isn't any reason why we wouldn't keep from now until the foreseeable future.

I hired Queen of Maids after my previous house cleaners were no longer able to service my area. (Lesley House Cleaning was my previous cleaning go-to, and they are AWESOME. Highly recommended.) Queen of Maids was significantly more expensive, but I thought, well, maybe they will do a super awesome job. Sadly, they actually did a poor job. Twice.

I paid for the Deep Clean service on their website... and they failed to vacuum the living room or living room couch, didn't clean up the end tables in my living room (they had crumbs and finger prints on them, clearly visible from across the room), and they didn't wash my bathroom floor. They also didn't do a good job of cleaning my dining room floor. Forget about doing a deep clean, they didn't accomplish a basic cleaning. I'm sure they missed other areas as well, but these are the things that stood out. I was used to getting wonderful service from Lesley's House Cleaning, so I was really surprised. I am generally easy to please, and I had never felt so disappointed in a service like this before.

I reached out to the company, with photos, and they said they could offer me a partial refund or send someone to re-clean. I said I wanted the re-clean, because after all, that was my entire goal in the first place... just to have a freshly cleaned house. The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind, and the texts and phone calls with customer service were polite and professional. They put together a list of specific areas I wanted re-cleaned. I thought, maybe they will make this right.

My adult son was home when the person came for the re-clean, and I was going to go home quickly to be there for them so I could confirm they cleaned things well this time, but they were gone in exactly 20 minutes, before I could get home. This isn't an issue in itself, but I thought... how could they have rectified all the issues so fast? It was too fast. When I did get home, I discovered they in fact did not fully address the list. They wiped my end table of crumbs, but there were still visible fingerprints on the glass. They vacuumed areas they missed before, but my master bathroom floor was still not mopped properly... and it was super obvious as a small piece of tissue paper had been on the floor, and it was still there after they left. The dining room area was not mopped to the expectations of a deep clean. That was clearly not done as things were exactly as they were.

At this point, I just feel frustrated and perplexed at how they could do a poor job twice. I will have to clean all these areas myself now, which wouldn't be an issue if I hadn't paid someone over $300 to do it for me. When I hire a cleaning company, I do it because they typically can clean way better than I can... in this case, that was far far from reality.

I have been using their service for the past few months and I recommend them highly.Natasha and Tanya have been the primary helpers, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their diligence and attention to detail. They are absolutely wonderful.
