Read my review before hiring!!!
merry maids has quite a few good reviews online. so based off that I decided to use there services. Filled out the information they requested online and after a day or so I received a phone call to schedule a walkthrough through my home. which then she gave me accurate quote for first time deep clean and repeated weekly services. 1st one time fee for deep clean was $1,100 And after that once a week $299 per week. They said if you do a agreement that you will keep us on for 6 months. We will discount $400.00 off the 1st deep clean service at that I said sure we were planning to keep them on board for the long run then she said but if you decide to cancel before the 6 months we will charge your card the $400 for not keeping your agreement. after they did 5 repeated cleanings to my home. I received a call notify me that they needed to increase the weekly payment by $144.00 more which would bring my total to $443.00 a week. they mentioned that their employees were taking way too long to clean my home and due to that that they needed to charge me more money and that if I wasn't OK with the new price then I can go ahead and cancel my service and that they would just charge me the additional $400! to my credit card, for not keeping my agreement. I said but I'm not canceling my agreement you’re forcing me to cancel and the Lady said it works both ways if we cancel or you cancel! don't hire these Marry Clowns to clean your home. they don't honor their own agreement and if they can get more money out of you they will.

I tried several cleaners and were greatly disappointed. The last cleaning company (Dazzle) I couldn’t even get a cleaner to come or they would cancel hours before. I’m sooo happy to hire Merry Maids. Misty and Andrea were absolutely amazing. Professional and friendly. I’m happy to continue with Merry Maids for regular cleaning.

Lupe and Rochelle are a great team. Before they started, they walked my house with me and make sure everything I wanted done was addressed. The place looks clean, smelled great, they did a wonderful job.

I had 1000 sq ft f dirty dusty floors with areas that hadn’t been cleaned in a year. It was affecting my allergies. They did a really good job!

Was able to focus work on areas most in need of cleaning, get a fixed hourly quote for that work, and schedule the cleaning timely. Workers arrived as scheduled, were friendly, and performed the specified work efficiently and effectively for the agreed price. I plan to use Merry Maids again.

We've been using Merry Maids for about a year, coming every 2 weeks to clean our house. They have been great; very consistent and take the stress off us for all the cleaning tasks we don't want to devote the time to do! Misty and her team are very patient & good with our number of pets and in general just do a great job. We will definitely continue to use them!

Dawn has been taking care of our house for at least two years. She is very reliable and professional. Dawn will always do the extras that we ask her to do with a smile. We couldn’t do without her!

I’m not sure what to say.
I’m on the fence.
Last month you call me a week early to say your are close on my cleaning bay and ask me to change so I do.
Then on that day 30 minutes after you are to be at my home I call to ask what is going on and you say you will call them to find out where they are and 2 minutes later you tell me i’m Not home but I am and it take them another 20 minutes to get to me. So they turn out to be almost a hour late.
Then this last month you call me to say the gate is locked, but they are trying to come in a side street gate but the main gate is open.
So they drive around to find the main is open.
So i’m Not sure what to say.
I keep hanging in there trying to be understanding.
We will have to see what happens next month.

Well today Dillanna was here! She did a great job. Very friendly and outgoing! Overall I’m happy with the service I receive from Merry Maids!

I had never used them before, but saw them when I was running errands one day. They were able to contact me via text, email and cell call, and whenever I had questions, I asked and they were immediately answered. I got them to do a moving clean for me as I was moving in with my boyfriend, and really needed the help to clean the apt. The team was punctual, professional, and thorough. Thank you Merry Maids for such a great service, I really appreciate it!

The rep Brittany that came to meet with me was so awesome. Very friendly and personable. Process was easy to do and with in a good price range for a 4B 3B. Made me feel very comfortable with using thier service. Guadalupe and the team did an amazing job with the carpets, blinds, fridge, oven and bathroom. All of it! We were especially impressed with the sink cleaning. The seller left it with severe water residue. It looks like new! Will definitely be using their services again! Highly recommend!

I have been using Merry Maids for over 10 years now after trying non licensed cheaper options that constantly quit or disappeared. Now I tell people right away that Merry Maids is worth every penny. They are flexible and able to adjust to our changing lives. I feel comfortable leaving them in our house alone and coming in without anyone being home. I can also say over ten years we have had items they forgot or something broke which they told me right away (it was also something that was previously broke and glued) but they have always worked with me to resolve any issues because they are so easy to work with. They also let us know of any issues. For example, they were first to let us know we might have termites after cleaning the baseboards in one of our bedroom closets.

The staff of Merry Maids always does an excellent job. I love the fact that they use their own cleaning products and if there is ever a problem, a team is sent out to correct the issue ( all problems have been very minor.) My last team was Nicole and Jillian and they went beyond the call of duty to clean my house perfectly! Merry Maids is the best cleaning service I have ever used.

All the employees are always very good at there job. They always ask it there is anything special that I need done. For the most part I can rely that they will show up and take care of everything.

Unfortunately I had to tell Merry Maids that we could no longer use the company. We have used them for the past year. As of late I noticed that the cleaning person or persons, (they had difficulty sending two people) we’re almost cleaning at a frantic pace. Today right after they left the manager called to tell me they were raising the price from 145.00 per week to 240.00 per week. She was very rude and said the cleaning was taking too long and they were calling other customers also to tell them the same thing. She also mentioned that due to COVID their prices were going up! The management expects the gal to clean a 1700 square foot home thoroughly (3bedroom two bath) in 1 hr. and 15 minutes. The management is being very unfair to their employees. So BEWARE after your contract is up, they raise the price!! I sure did not feel like a valued customer!

I am so disappointed and upset. I was so excited for Merry Maids to come out and clean. I had used them years ago, and they were just amazing.
I spent months organizing my house in preparation for a deep clean from Merry Maids. I saved and scheduled my appointment. We scheduled 2 people for 6 hours, for a deep clean.
The day arrived and 2 ladies came to my home, Sonja and Nicole. Casey came over to the home to let me know that it would actually need to be 2 days with 6 hours each day...a total of 24 hrs man power (2 people for 12 hours total). I agreed and Casey left.
At one point Nicole needed to use the restroom. She was in the bathroom for about 40 minutes and my entire downstairs smelled horrible. I had poopourri in the bathroom, a febrezze spay and a fan. She didn't use any of them and she didn't clean the bathroom after she used it. Shortly after this Nicole had to leave. It was only part way into the 6 hours. I noticed a lot of things were done poorly, like wiping fans and baseboards, dusting etc. It turns out those were the things Nicole had done.
Sonja stayed and redid these things. Sonja was just awesome, BTW.
So, the second day arrives and Nicole and Sonja come over again, but this time Nicole came took payment (cash) and immediately left. She did no cleaning.
Here's the worst part. After she left I realized that $300 was missing out of my wallet. The only person that was near it was Nicole. It was by my front door and when Mona came over to pick Nicole up, she had access to my purse and saw me put money into my wallet when, I paid her. I also have a recording on my ring doorbell of her putting something in her apron pocket after she passed my purse and went outside.
I sent this footage to Casey (assistant manager) upon her request. Later she let me know that she asked Nicole if she took and Nicole said no. I can't believe she would just expect her to admit to that. I never expected someone to steal from me, but that was my own naivity, I suppose. I should have been more careful. I am still shocked and upset, none the less.
The third day (it turned into 3 days), Sonja came alone and finished cleaning. As stated she was amazing and did a great job. However, this was a two person job (6 hours each day) and it's awful that she had to do it alone. She did her best, but a lot of attention to detail was missed due lack to time and man power.
I paid for a lot of extras, in addition to the deep cleaning and a lot of them didn't happen.
I even cleaned with Sonja on the second and third day. The whole point was for me not to clean.
So, I didn't get what I asked for. I didn't get what I paid for. Money was stolen from me, which makes me feel sick. My entire downstairs smelled horrible while getting it my home cleaned. Nicole did close to nothing and stole from me and I still have a lot to clean, myself, even though I paid close to $1000.00.
I gave Casey the chance to make this right before I wrote a review, but she simply didn't make it right.
I was so excited for Merry Maids to come and it ended up being an expensive nightmare.
I just wanted a clean house. :(

Merry Maids is expensive, but quality is worth the price if you want the best. The Merry Maids consultant was professional, polite, and extremely thorough in ascertaining our move-out cleaning needs. The Maids were quiet, hardworking, and exceptionally task-orientated as they scoured the baseboards and scrubbed walls. The team of two did such a great job that I will ask for them by name for my Spring Cleaning coming up!

I like to thank Becky & Alisa for taking pride and owner ship of my home by giving it their personnel touch of cleaning time and time again. Both lady's are true professional in every sense of the word and they represent Merry Maids very well. Again thanks so much.

I had a team of 2 people clean my house after we moved out. They did an amazing job and were very professional. Their price was way more reasonable than some other quotes I had gotten.

I love Lupe! She is a familiar face and does a fantastic job. I have considered changing the day of our cleaning, but am afraid that we won't be able to keep Lupe. Everyone is very friendly and understanding when they have to clean around the kids.

Amazing results! There is nothing like coming home to a clean home and not having to worry about it! The entire process was so easy and the staff has exceptional customer service! I will be coming back to use Merry Maids! Hands down they are the BEST in the business!

We bought a house in Avondale Az. and the people had lived there for almost 15 years. As you can imagine the house was very dirty. Mary maids sent out two girls to clean and it took them 4 hours to get it done, i and my wife were very pleased with there work. But as you can guess something always gos wrong, but this is exactly why I am writing this review. One of the girls broke a little piece off on the micro wave. It looked like a $10.00 item so I told her not to worry. Two weeks later I finally received the part, looked on YouTube how to install it. First remove the micro from the wall and disassemble complete front of micro. Approximately 3 hour to fix well I freaked. Thats when I called Jennifer at Marry maids. Jennifer could not have bent over backwards more to help me. She called Kitchen Aid to find a repairman and he was out that week end. To me this is what makes a company great is how they handle lifes little mistakes. So for the cleaning crew I give them a 10, and for Jennifer in customer service i give her a 15.

Carmen and Gloria are obviously your super stars? I love having them clean my house. Keep them together they are a great team. I think Carmen has been with me for about ten years and never any thing but an outstanding job???.

I had the gals clean all 18 of my windows inside and outside. It took them no time at all, and they made sure I was ? satisfied with their work, which I was. I used them before and I will use them again (tomorrow, for my blinds).

Lupe and Carlos arrived on time and ready to work. They took time to ask me what I wanted from the service so it was personalized for our home. They cleaned my home like it was their own.

Excellent office response, Merry Maids is very accommodating in establishing client contact and setting up their services. The two ladies (Rita and Gloria) arrived on time and their performance in doing their jobs was exceptional. I was very pleased with their work and the manor that I have been treated by everyone at Merry Maids

Bella and her crew have been cleaning my house for a few years They are always on time, and always ask if there are any special things that need more attention Most importantly, they do a great job I couldn't be happier with my experience

I have been using this service for 20+ years. Obviously they do it right. They are on time, always courteous, efficient and extremely trustworthy. My house is about 2,700 sq ft with stairs and in less than 2 hours it sparkles. I might add that the office personnel is also a pleasure to work with. There is No such thing as perfect so here goes. In all that time I have had a couple of small items broken but in both cases I was told immediately and it was taken care of. Occasionally something will be missed in cleaning but again taken care of. I highly recommend MM.

My favorite team is Carmen and Gloria! They go the extra mile and notice everything that needs done. My husband is paralyzed in a hospital bed in our living room and they even dust all the rails on the bed. These 2 women don't miss a thing, and my floors (all tile) are absolutely sparkling when they leave.
Kudos to Merry Maids and I would recommend them to anyone!
