Found Maid Right on a Google Search to get my girlfriends house back to having bi-weekly cleaning. I tried their deep cleaning first before scheduling any recurrences.Diana arrived first and asked me to give her a tour of the house. What is to be cleaned, what is off limits, etc.The cleaners arrived a few minutes later, and went to town as soon as they walked in. The house looked better than I expected, and signed the house up for bi-weekly cleanings the next day.

We've been using MaidRight for several years now and must say they do a great job, ultra-reliable, and reasonably priced. It's nice when a service is never a problem and the job just gets done, right. Strongly recommended.

I found Maid Right at the home expo. They were just what I was looking for (chemical free cleaning). The office always communicates when it's time for the monthly clean. I get the same team each time (Elaine and Adrian are just the sweetest!). The team cleans efficiently and makes everything pretty! This is the best day of every month to have my home restored to order and cleanliness. They work around the constantly changing mess of home updating with a smile. I love getting to know the ladies that come each month and finding out how they are. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a more eco-friendly cleaning company!!

Arrived with no shoe covers (how do you mop a floor in dirty tennis shoes?) or masks. I asked special care to be payed attention to the kitchen, you can see the attached photos, my sink was obviously not touched as there is profuse dirt and stains in it still. My stove was barely cleaned, I had to clean it after with soft soap. They did not vacuum my main room, only mopped so I am picking up multiple fur balls still (from my pets). They didn't vacuum my couch, they just took a paper towel and drew vacuum lines in it (see photo). They then used my microwave to heat up THEIR OWN food which exploded in the cleaned microwave and required them to clean it again. I could of done a better job myself and not for 100$ an hour. There were 4 cleaners here but somehow took over 1.5 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment less than 1000 square feet. I had high hopes based on the other positive reviews and am left soo upset.

When I first moved into my house four years ago, I hired Maid Right and haven't looked back since. Graciela comes to my house every other week and is always thorough and considerate. I am happy to recommend her to anyone!

My crew , Elaine and Adrian are the best . They come to our house very other week, do a great job. Both me and my husband work from home , they plan their work around us carefully not to disturb us. I have been using Maid Right for several years now. I am no housekeeper but love a tidy clean home and they are my solution! I have had the same crew for my tenure and I’m comfortable with them and they know what I want done and they do it well. they also work well with schedule changes and holiday weeks. What more could you ask for?

It's hard to express just how poor of a job they did in my home. I was supposed to get a deep clean as a first time customer. Three cleaners came out, they spent no less than three and a half hours in my home, nearly two of which was in my bedroom. They did a good job on the shower doors at least. They failed to vacuum under any furniture in my home, and honestly it looked as they tried to avoid even going near the furniture. They didn't dust any of the ceiling fans, the headboard on my bed, or light fixtures. When they finally finished, there was some sort of film on my floor that left footprints anywhere you walked. It also seemed as though someone had gone into a closet in my bedroom for which there was no reason to go in.

A supervisor actually came out to inspect their work later the same day, which I found to be very refreshing and professional, kudos for that at least. She found many places around my home that had not been cleaned at all, so she had them come back out the following Monday, with a manager at my request. They did somewhat better, but still didn't vacuum under any furniture until I pointed it out. They did dust a little better, but still missed multiple spots. Biggest issue was they mopped my floors again, with just a dust mop and lukewarm water (confirmed by the manager), so whatever they left on my floors the first time was and is still there.

I hate giving bad reviews to small businesses, but I feel this one is well deserved.

I love my team that comes every month. Elaine and Adrienne are quick and efficient. My home is always so pretty when they are done! They are both pleasant to have around and arrive when they are supposed to. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Very responsive. Easy to submit payment. Whenever something is missed it is corrected. We really appreciate our specific housekeeper that was assigned to our account. She does a great job.

We have had our cleaning service for years and LOVE it! The amount of detail and care that goes into each cleaning is so appreciated. I feel like I’m coming into a hotel after it is done.

Wow too bad I cant give zero stars. 4500 sq feet home in 3.5 hrs and rushed through everything. Complained 3 different times, Took them 3 different times to get it almost right and 3 different days to finally get my house somewhat clean. My 1st and last time hiring a cleaning service. I had no idea you have to walk around with them and tell them what to clean and they still dont get it right. So many areas were left untouched its ridiculous. Then they want to charge over $400 for what????? The sad part is my house was empty no furniture at all dosent that make it easier to clean? I wasnt even moved in yet. They used the same rag to clean a few cabinets, the sink then the countertops? I said clean the fridge please then they leave the freezer dirty OMG so incompetent. 2 crackheads and supervisor who smelled like cigarettes. Never again!!!!!

We've been with maid right about 10 months now and we have had 4 different cleaning crews. The last one was so bad, they didn't even dust the fans, baseboards, banisters or scrub the tubs and toilets.

They basically got used to our money and started slacking off.

The girls who clean my house monthly are very professional and friendly. They do a very good job and always make changes when I ask and they don’t hesitate to do extra jobs when requested. I have a big dog who barks at everyone and is very playful when the girls arrive. They treat her so kindly and are always willing to pet her and they are very respectful. I Recommend Maid Right to anyone looking for a reliable, professional cleaning service.

It was triple digit weather and I was sick with kidney stones and a major move to complete with Hubby who was recouping from surgery. I was moving into a newly purchased home, and even though the prior owners had taken really good care and cleaned before they left, I was taking no chances with COVID. Setting the appointment was easy, and the person I spoke with was very friendly and professional. On the day of the cleaning the pair of cleaners came on time, did a quick walk through with me (all properly masked and keeping social distanced), and got right to work. In a few hours, the house was sparkling clean! I would recommend Maid Right for any housecleaning needs you have.

New Update 8/30 - You have to give a company credit when they admit to a mistake and work hard to correct it. Myranda followed up with me, explained issue, apologized and created a plan to fix.Adrienne came out today and completed the plan. Great job to keep a customer big kudos to Myranda and Adrienne!!

UPDATE - 8/26 Started my account with them once again and it has been nothing but a headache. Both cleanings they left without finishing the job - did not do master-bed/bath. They assured me this would not happen again and yep today it happened again. no one will respond to any calls or text to address the issue.

We used Maid Right for a post remodel clean, and they were very thorough, arrived in the time window they gave us, and stayed on task. They needed a little extra time, and reached out to make sure it would be okay. Scheduling their crew was very easy and they were really courteous and accommodating. We look forward to using them again for future projects.

To their credit they at least showed up on time, although they stayed for an hour less than the promised 6hrs because they were done. The service delivered was substantially different than the marketing online and front end sales pitch. The maids consistently used dirty water that led to every mirror, glass door and inside window they bothered to clean looking like the attached picture. The floors are no better. They skipped numerous areas altogether and in the areas they did not skip I can see a line of dust where they quickly wiped and didn't bother to lift small items. They cleaned showers and toilets with same quality as everything else. It also didn't help that the two ladies they sent didn't speak a word of English. Considering I paid over $300 one would expect at least some kind of quality control. Buyer beware!

Jennifer & Adrian did a very good job and I'm very picky, especially when it comes to germs. Also, the suggestions by Jennifer, on which glass cleaner to buy blew me away. Thanks, Jennifer, for listening to what was important to me & then following through with what you promised.

I was looking for a cleaning service that came randomly and cleaned only what I wanted them to clean. Maid Right was perfect for my preferences. This time, I only needed my floors mopped and carpets vacuumed as well as thorough bathroom cleaning. They charged $80 an hour, which was an excellent price and did a professional job. They did not Hassel me about coming monthly. I will call them when I need their service again. I recommend Maid Right N Phoenix to everyone.

It depends on the team that you get. I’ve had some teams that have been just barely adequate & others like Veronica that are great & many times go the extra mile.

I've recently opened a vacation rental was having an issue finding a cleaning service. Since short-term rentals are so infrequent and can be difficult, most companies want to charge per hour or charge me $100s of dollars to make it work. I engaged this service for a condo in Sun City that had been rented and we were now selling. They did an excellent job of cleaning and showed up on time. Unfortunately, when they left they created a situation where we were not able to get back in the condo. It cost us almost $300 to get it back open. Brenda was wonderful and spoke to the owners who agreed to cover half of that cost. Only an honest, professional organization would do that. I strongly recommend them, they will perform as agreed and can be trusted to do the right thing.

Did a good job at cleaning. However did not like one their cleaners.. There were two and the one older think her name was elaina or ilene comes in reeking like cigarettes so I said something. Later when she did not know I was in the room next door heard her talking about me to the other cleaner right in my own home. Apparently she didn’t like tht I stayed home during the clean n wish tht I had left

1- One of the owners took the time to come to my house, meet me and give me an estimate. Others I talked to wanted to guesstimate over the phone.

2- I wanted the same people every time. I got that. Others would not commit to that.

3- Priscilla and Carissa do a great job and they are not afraid of my dog. In fact he is very comfortable with them. Most importantly, Priscilla owns her own franchise. She has a vested interest in doing a good job.

I was not looking for the cheapest cleaning service. I wanted quality and consistency at a fair price. I've got that.

Very disappointed with this cleaning service. We had cleaning at our old house across town and it was much more in depth for a quarter of the price. It was the first time and they didn't do the baseboards, didn't dust the fan in our room because there wasn't protection on our bed. (I'm sorry, shouldn't you have something for that?)

But the worst of it is that the kitchen hardwood floors were covered in car hair and debris. I swept the whole floor and found a bunch left behind. The floor was mopped with some kind of solution that left the whole floor splotchy. And nothing was moved on the kitchen counters to wipe underneath. One wipe of
my hand came back with crumbs and dust.
I'm a very easy going person, but the fact that I have to clean after a cleaning service spent three hours here and I spent over $250 is just unacceptable.

I will say after calling and relaying our disappointment, they are giving us a refund and were extremely apologetic.

Update: Their idea of a refund is taking off the tip and giving us back $38 of the $225 charge. I have to clean after having a cleaning service and apparently pay almost $200 for it.

The cleaning gals were great! Showed up on time, worked fast and efficiently and did a wonderful job; and I am super picky and a clean freak! I would absolutely use Maid Right again and highly recommend them!

We are having Maid Right of North Phoenix help out with the cleaning of our house for several months now. They do an excellent job making sure all the little details are covered. My wife and I would recommend there service to anyone.

I wouldn’t use this company. I paid $600 for a move in move out cleaning and they did a terrible job. The cleaners didn’t even speak good enough English for me to express my concerns. I had to wait an hour for a translator to call back from the main office. I spent over an hour finding things they didn’t clean and making them re-do things that they didn’t clean properly. I’m super upset that I am having to clean out cabinets and shelves as I am moving in.

Did a great job getting my house ready for Thanksgiving! It's never looked better. Don't know how they work their magic... But mirrors and shower doors have never sparkled this since the house was new. Thank you for making my life easier.
