Maid Easy Service of Phoenix

I have used this company in the past to do standard cleaning and was happy with the service except for one time. THIS time I am VERY UNHAPPY! I scheduled a deep clean for $340 the staff showed up a little after 8am and were done a little after 10am. The kitchen was just a surface clean. The baseboards were not cleaned, the fans were not cleaned, under the raised entertainment center, raised couches and around the bar stools were left with food crumbs and a layer of dust. I specifically asked for that to be addressed. I feel like I should be refunded the whole amount they just down graded it to a standard clean that is NOT what I asked for! I will not be using them again!

I’ve been with Maid Easy for several years. Unfortunately, it isn’t what it was when I started. Over the last several months we’ve come home to find they didn’t clean at all, only cleaned the downstairs, skipped bathrooms or failed to vacuum select bedrooms. It’s to the point we come home on our service day every month and inspect every room of the house. On top of that, they increased the price, albeit very nominally, without any notification. They do fix the issues when the house isn’t cleaned properly, but it shouldn’t come to that.

It was Thanksgiving weekend and there was limited staff. I was concerned when I saw only one person was going to clean but WOW! Sandra was a powerhouse! She did such a wonderful job and was so kind and respectful. I can't say enough good things about her. I will definitely request her again - thanks Sandra and Maid Easy!!

Frankie was spectacular - on-time, very thorough, detail-oriented and takes pride in her work. Would definitely use and refer her again!

Customer service is excellent. Price is a decent value. We've only had 2 visits so far, the floors were messed up the first time but they came back to redo them. Second visit had great results.

It wasn't what I had hoped for given what I paid for the service. They only deep cleaned my bathrooms when I had requested more. It was not the 2 ladies fault, it was the company's fault. They could only be here for 1 1/2 hours . Very disappointed. Also they didn't put my correct address down , only the unit # to my house which made them late.

Paid for a move in cleaning, they had a team get sick and were unable to make it on the day scheduled, but the company was great about reaching out to my quickly to get it rescheduled for the next day.

Sent out one cleaner, and she did a killer job. Was very thorough and made sure to I could check every bit including the top of the kitchen cabinets. All in all well worth the money I paid and even with the reschedule very hassle free.

Communication with Maid Easy of AZ is always prompt. I’ve had great luck with their cleaners! I would definitely recommend this company.!!

First visit was a success so we plan to use bi-weekly service. Been using for 6 months and they consistently inform me when they are on the way to clean my son’s apartment. If they cannot clean, I receive a call to reschedule. Would recommend to friends and family.

This was my first time and last time using this company. I was excited to use their services due to them having great reviews but was extremely disappointed with my move out clean. I had to request a revisit and they still did not do an adequate job. The walls were dirty, floors were sticky and looked dirty. Interior and exterior fridge looked poorly cleaned. Only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because of the kind and responsive customer service rep Shelia. Please do better Maid Easy.

Maid Easy was very easy to schedule with and they have very reasonable prices. They did an excellent job cleaning and we are very happy with their service.

Maid Easy is great, their cleaners are amazing, and I have booked 2 deep cleans and have been happy with both services. They are very detail oriented, easy to book with, reasonably priced, and do a fantastic job. My dogs love them too! Highly recommend Maid Easy as they are better than other cleaning companies I have used in the Phoenix area.

They were great! I was honestly shocked at the things they were able to get clean (stuff I had tried myself to get clean for ages and deemed impossible). Moving is a nightmare and I had gotten like 2 hours of sleep, but the maids and the phone dispatch were all very patient and kind even though I was a stressed hot mess. My apartment was in BAD shape after 7 years (my spouse and I aren't great at cleaning in the best of times, and it had been an especially tough year). Things were definitely neglected, the worst culprit being greasy buildup on the stove, walls, and shelves. There were also hard water stains on the kitchen sink, and mildew and soap scum in the shower that I could never seem to vanquish. Maid Easy contacted me mid-way through the cleaning to ask permission to make this a heavy clean which doubles the cleaning time (and quite increases the price). I was a little hesitant, worried about a bait-and-switch, but I agreed to the bigger clean and I'm so glad that I did! Gaudelia and Michelle were excellent at their jobs. They showed me problem areas that couldn't be cleaned any further due to wear, offered recommendations on what needed painting over, and were very nice when I very nosily asked omg, how did you clean that? I tried everything! The end result seemed like a miracle, and I am so pleased with this service. I have already recommended them to a friend, and am looking forward to using them again for regular, non-apocalyptic service in my new apartment.

I am really pleased with the services of Maid Easy. Every cleaner who has been in my house seems to take pride in their work and does an excellent job. During the week I often find things cleaned that I didn't expect to be included. Also by using a service I am always able to change the date if I need to and have never had a problem with them finding a substitute.

He did such a great job on time, very professional and took his time doing the work. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend to others. I’m very satisfied with my service.

I have been using Maid Easy for a few years now on a monthly basis and they are fantastic. I have the same ladies each month( Danielle and Cylene) and their attention to detail is wonderful. They even visit with my dog and give her wonderful belly rubs in between cleaning. I highly recommend Maid Easy.

We booked Maid Easy for a Move-Out cleaning about a week ago. Their pricing was very reasonable for this type of heavy duty cleaning. We had Katrina take care of our apartment move-out clean and she was professional, friendly and very thorough. Thank you for making our move slightly less stressful by taking care of this difficult task.

Hiring Maid Easy was one of the best decisions I've ever made! The staff are trustworthy and professional. The women that cleaned my home went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless. With having two dogs in the house, the floors are quite a chore to keep clean and they were immaculate! They really take pride in their work and treat your home as if it were their own.

I just want you to know how happy I was with the job that Celyn and Danielle did at our house yesterday. I’ve used other cleaning services in the past and always thought that the job was adequate but not great. Celyn and Danielle did a great job, paid attention to the details and it seemed like they cared about what they were doing.

I had the Move-Out Cleaning completed by Maid Easy. Simply put, not the greatest service for the heavy price. Only half the fridge was dusted on top. Tops of some plugins had heavy dust. Inside oven barely or not at all touched. I had to touch up some spots on baseboards where maybe a dry cloth was just run over. All corners of baseboards needed a touch up. It wasn't a terrible service because it did save me alot of time, however, after I had time to actually look, I still needed to do a good bit of work before returning the rental house. For the price, I expected alot more. Staff was friendly but seemed very rushed. Don't let them have you sign the inspection sheet until AFTER you check everything. And check things thoroughly on your terms during inspection because that was also very rushed. Leave early Friday for employees I guess. Lesson learned. Neighbor asked me to get their business card as she is moving in a couple of months, I did not, because I cannot recommend to a friend.

Love that this is a cleaning company that is in the 21st century. No estimates or none of that stuff, the prices are right there online and I can book what I need. When I'm sitting in front of my pc I don't have time to be on the phone so the online booking is awesome. All of that AND they do a fantastic job cleaning. Would recommend this company for my friends for sure!

Maid Easy was an amazing choice for a deep clean. Our two cleaners,Rossi and Cayleigh, did a great job on our house. They showed up on time, took their time in each room and delivered an amazing clean. Beyond that, the booking process was easy, the company is priced competitively and they were able to fit us in within 48 hours. Would give 6 stars if I could!
