I hired this company to clean before I moved into my home. I was disappointed to find hair and dust in plain sight. (windows seals, banquet, inside vanity drawers in the master bathroom.) The cleaners also left a different clinet's personal information on an invoice in a folder. It was sloppy work all the way around. It may have been a one off kinda day for them, but for the cost I expected better.

We've been using MaidPro monthly for almost a year and we love them! They are always quick to respond to inquiries or rescheduling requests. Naya and Latoya (our most recent Pros) did an excellent job on our home. They arrived on time, were super friendly, and worked efficiently. We can't wait to have them back. Anytime my house is due for a good deep clean, I contact MaidPro, and I have never been less than satisfied! The office staff are very friendly and accommodating in scheduling cleaning services for me. The cleaning professionals are very thorough and my house is always spotless after a visit from them! We enlisted MaidPro's help with a family member who needed some assistance due to health issues. Cindy has been assigned to this duty and she has been absolutely fantastic. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the job is done to specifications and better. She is pleasant and professional and very accommodating. She has been a treasure and we hope that she gets to be the usual due to her work ethics and love of her job. We would request her for sure if she were to be relocated as we appreciate what a great job she does. Mari, the office manager that I have had to contact on several occasions for one thing or another has also been stellar and so accommodating. On my first phone call I stated that I would be paying by Check but they Had to have my credit card on file anyway. I gave them my credit card number. They came and cleaned and I wrote them a check and they left.
The next day someone called me and stated that they had already ran my credit card and what do I want with the check. I Stated to them to Put My Check in an Envelope and Mail It BACK to me and they said O.K. They Did NOT mail my check. So, now they have $660.00 of MY MONEY and Won't return any of it Back to me. I guess I will have to take them to court!

Maid Pro is a great service.

Using it again after a break, and I didn't realize how much I missed it.

I used to use maid pro a few years ago, I moved and my new roommate had a private maid she used - so I canceled my service and switched. When the private maid moved, we looked for a new service, and tried quite a few.

Groupons, googling services, etc. Each time we used a new service, there was that something missing. The floors weren't mopped, the fans not wiped, the microwave ignored, poor professionalism, etc. It was frustrating.

I remembered liking my experience with Maid Pro and we decided to give it a second try. It's a bit more expensive than other services (2 bed 2 bath bi-weekly service @ $100 each time vs $60-$80) but it's worth the money. The quality, professionalism, and service is phenomenal. And with it being a large company - we're guaranteed service around our schedule. Everything on their checklist gets done, etc.

Out maid is Tracy, and I'm very happy with my service. :)

Ana, the lovely woman who cleans my home for us with MaidPro, always exceeds the our expectations! We are so thrilled we found this company and her.

Ana arrives as scheduled and has a thorough checklist. The cleaning products they use never leave a fake odor but a fresh clean scent.

I have several types of floor surfaces, counter tops and furniture and all are beautifully cleaned and cared for. MaidPro trains their staff to know how to manage all this and complete the cleaning efficiently.

So happy I found them.

We were very fortunate to have Cindy and Eva at our home yesterday. They had quite the tough task ahead of them and executed beyond expectations. MaidPro has been cleaning our house for 3 or 4 years. They always show up and are great with accommodating changes in my schedule when needed. Ofelia came yesterday for my initial clean, and did a really fantastic job! My son spilled something on my dining table and I have been unable to fully remove the spots, so I was elated when I got home and found that Ofelia was able to remove them. I've been using Maid Pro for almost a year. It is very affordable compared to other companies. I've had great communication via e-mail with the Sales Manager, which makes things really easy. They even send reminders in advance, and leave a thorough note about which services were performed. In addition to all the regular items, I can ask for some special attention in different areas if needed. We've had the same person cleaning for a few months now, and she is doing a great job.

I love having Maria clean our house. She has become like family. She cleans my house the way that I would if I had time. I never have to ask her to do something again or better. She does it the best way from the beginning. I travel often and I am comforted by the fact that Maria is so honest and can be trusted. She is hardworking and I have never even seen her pause for a break.

Our dogs somehow know when it is Monday and often sit at the front door waiting for her. She is sweet to them and takes care to pet them and talk to them and makes sure that they always have water before she leaves. She is so loving to my elderly parents and helps them carry their luggage into the house when they come to visit. She is such a joy to have around with her always cheerful smile and disposition. You get such a bonus when Maria is here: A sparkling clean house and she always says God Bless You when she leaves. It doesn't get any better than that.

I have used MaidPro about a year now. I needed help with cleaning, but didn't want someone every week, or even every other week. MaidPro is flexible in that I can have someone once a month. They are also flexible if you have to skip a month.

Eva always does such a beautiful job cleaning my home. I love all the professional touches she does -- like folding the towels in a decorative way! It feels like I have come home to a model home when she is done! Last week, I had a few dishes I hadn't washed up, and I left a note to tell her to please leave those and just do the floors. I HIGHLY recommend MaidPro in Phoenix.They have been servicing my home on a bi-monthly basis to help us keep up since we both work full time. MaidPro is truly going downhill. I've been a client of theirs for nearly 4 years, but recently cancelled my service. My longtime maid was recently replaced with Betty, a maid who pretty much didn't do any cleaning. Each week she came to “clean” but left the microwave, countertops, and even floors untouched. All while consistently taking a tip with no guilt whatsoever.

Once I discussed this with management, I was met with hostility. Their new manager (Maricela Espinoza) is horrible! She failed to return multiple phone calls and emails addressing this matter. I asked her for a time in which to pick up the key to my house due to my cancelled service with MaidPro. Instead of giving me a time to pick up my house key, she offered to mail it to me! That may be the dumbest recommendation ever!

Needless to say I had my locks changed ASAP. Which will now be my second time changing my locks due to MaidPro (oh, Betty “lost” a previous key). They never even offered to reimburse me for costs related to Betty losing the key. They're so dishonest! Learn from my example and look elsewhere for a more reputable, organized cleaning service!

Oh my gosh . . . Caitlin did an exceptional job and I was so happy with the cleaning that she did. She is a gem and I need to have her every month. If I have to change the date to have her I will do so. She is the only cleaner who ever asked me how to turn off several ceiling fans in order to clean them. Both of these fans are not easy to see how to shut them off. She also stayed the appropriate amount of time. So kudos to Caitlin. I hope she stays with you for a very long time.

In all honesty I was a bit worried about hiring a maid service. My wife was really in favor of it, so of course I gave in. When I contacted MaidPro they were incredibly courteous and friendly over the phone. I felt safe allowing someone to come to my home from. I was even more impressed by the job they did. And so was my wife. That made things even better. I truly could not be happier with the overall service MaidPro provided. We are considering having them come in every other week, something I would not have envisioned a month ago with any service. Overall it has worked out great!

MaidPro is the ABSOLUTE BEST housekeeping service! I was quite skeptical of hiring a service to clean my home, worried about damage/theft. I've had one item accidentally broken in the past 10 years. My housekeeper left a note of apology with the broken bits on top of the note. I've left money and other valuables out and nothing has ever gone missing. My housekeeper does stellar work in spite of some clutter. My house is small but she even goes out of her way to organize the little things. I LOVE Mari, my loyal housekeeper and I love MaidPro Central Phoenix!!

Any MaidPro review that specifically mentions the name of a Maid is the result of prompting by the company that the Maid will be given a bonus if a positive review is left by the customer. Maids leave flyers with this information asking for these reviews after every visit.

MaidPro is very interested in maintaining a positive public image while not caring too much about whether or not their customers are being taken care of.

While we were happy weekly customers for several years, when our first maid left service immediately went downhill. Management pays lip service to fixing issues (if you can get ahold of them - they never answer calls) but be forewarned, if you post a negative (but honest) review of them, that will be the end of any efforts on their part to fix the issues they created.

There are plenty of other cleaning services in Phoenix. Take your business elsewhere.

Terrible! They were late and promised 3 people to help me clean my sick mothers home. Only two cleaners showed up! They charged me over $300 and they never dusted any of the pics on the walls, or cleaned the walls, they didn't do the dishes, the master bedroom carpets were poorly vacuumed (if at all), ceiling fan wasn't dusted, they didn't organize as promised, the vent still covered in thick dust, the refrigerator wasn't fully cleaned as asked... the pics will say it all. Don't waste your time or money with this company. They wont honor their work either. I should have looked them up on Yelp too which tells a different story than Google.

I found maidpro on Google. I received a call from the call center and scheduled a first time cleaning. It is $146 for the first cleaning. If one employee shows they clean for 4 hours and if two employee show up it is 2 hours of cleaning I was told. I received a call on Monday May 9 from a Ms. Patterson stating they needed to re schedule due to employees calling out. I told her they were not off to a a good start calling me and giving me excuses. I received a all later confirming they would be their. I pulled my security cameras and they arrived at my home at 11:24 AM and maybe started cleaning around 11:30 Am and the security camera shows them leaning at 1:06PM. That is not 2 hours of cleaning but yet I was still charged the full amount. I immediately called the office and spoke with Ms. Patterson and she requested I send her the video footage to confirm. I followed up with her the next day for a resolution. She offered me $72 credit towards my next cleaning. I declined and advised her your cleaning crew is dishonest and trying to pull a quick on me thinking because no one is home. I told her I didn't want someone that is not trustworthy in my home and I requested a refund and I would not like them in my home. She declined so I told her I would stop payment on the check since the services were not rendered. They also missed cleaning multiple areas such as window seals and sinks to name a few. The quality of the cleaning looked rushed. She made a snippy comment then hung up on me. I called the following day 05/11/16 and spoke with a Matt the owner who right off the bat had just as much attitude. I again asked for a refund and was declined. He then told me my CC was charged $188, I told him I did not give him permission to do so. I told him I would charge back and he replied Please do, and show them the security footage He then disconnected the call.

I called several weeks ago inquiring about a quote for services. I talked to a very nice representative and he quoted me a good price for the initial service and then future services. He did not mention that I would have to be on a monthly basis to secure this price. They also called quite incessantly over the next 2 weeks to try and secure my business.

I called the number yesterday and mentioned the quote I had been provided. The rep said they can't honor that quote without me going on a monthly basis, not what I wanted, and couldn't provide a solid price point without the manager present. I said that I had another maid service ready to go at the price point I asked and they would not do anything to help me. The rep was also rather rude on the phone. I will not be calling them in the future nor do I recommend them. I use Tidy Casa instead.

This was actually my first time using a cleaning service and I couldn’t have been more pleased. They were extremely thorough. They cleaned things that (I won’t lie) may have never been touched before– i.e. floor boards, windowsills, the top of fan blades. I thought the price was very reasonable, and they arrived when they said they would. If you’re needing to clean up after a big crazy party, or just get a real good deep clean, definitely try MaidPro.

MY TEAM from Maid Pro does a Fabiolous and Glorious job. These two women do a remarkable cleaning job and my house loves it. And I love coming home to a sparkling house. Not only do they clean, but they add all the extra touches: twirling a kleenex in the box to make it look like a flower; folding bath and hand towels on the towel rack to look elegant; making my beds and arranging all the dozen tossed pillows (for each bed) look like I have just stepped into a hotel. What I like best is their wonderful personalities...... you can tell they love their work and are very proud of the work they do. Thanks TEAM!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I called for a quote because of their cute email add and their 49 point inspection. For a 1900 sq ft house first time clean I was quoted 4 hours for a Saturday $213.50 and that's with a commitment for a bi-weekly service. Even though I personally can clean it in 2 hours top to bottom I agreed to it because I have a herniated disk and company coming in the following Monday. They said the window for arrival on Saturday morning would be sometime between 8:30-12:30. Well, long story short I waited half the day for no one to show up. I called HQ and talked to someone in Boston who said a local manager would call me and that they sent an urgent text to the cleaning crew. No call. No cleaners. Finally, I gave up after 5 hours and called HQ and cancelled. If you like your time wasted give these people a try...they might show up and do a great job, who knows....I certainly don't.

Very high turnover in this company. I have asked for the sane crew and they keep sending new people because the old ones are no longer with the company. They charge a lot for the service and the cleaning is below average. Today I am being told things that were included in my quote are now special requests. They also used the wrong product on my stone shower which could have caused a lot of damage if I did not catch them and make them rinse it very well.

Their cleaning service was terrible. They left puddles of water on the granite counter top. The sliding doors have shutters which they never opened so the tile floor was not vacuum nor wash. Would never recommend them nor use them again.
