Lilia, Indira and Aylen did an incredible job performing a deep clean of my new home. I had just moved in and had several people in and out over the course of two weeks. This crew was extremely efficient and cleaned my entire house ceiling to floor in 2.5 hours. Highly recommend this service!
I engaged Maid Brigade for a full-house cleaning (it's a big house and could easily be intimidating to anyone charged with cleaning it). Two ladies, Marlinda and Areli, turned up on time and immediately began the vacuuming, floor washing, dusting, and bathrooms/kitchen. They worked with GREAT attention to detail as well as great gusto. Both were warm and efficient. I trusted them implicitly. After a couple of hours two additional ladies joined and supplemented their hard work: Dulse and Irma. My house was so clean when they were done. I couldn't be happier with the experience and the fantastic workers. I'd give them 10 stars if I could and HIGHLY recommend them. THANK YOU, ladies!

Jacquelyn and Patricia did an awesome job with our move out clean. It was so dusty and needed some good TLC to get it ready to go on the market and they made it shine!
I have been using Maid Brigade since June 2021 and I am a VERY HAPPY Customer! Susana & Faith did a great job on my home today & last month. They ask to make sure all is cleaned to my expectations.
The staff went above and beyond to secure my appointment for holiday week and I really appreciate it.
I would highly recommend Maid Brigade and suggest to set up a scheduled cleaning service so that they are available when you need it. I have them come monthly.
I have used many cleaning services and none have cleaned my home better. The office staff is friendly when you call and quick to respond to emails.

We scheduled a standard clean for our house a couple weeks in advance and the scheduling team was professional. As they said, they called us the day before our cleaning to give us a time-frame of arrival.
Claudia and Susana showed up the day of our cleaning and did an excellent job! They were extremely detail oriented and autonomous. We were able to just relax while they did a thorough job. The time frame and price matched what we discussed earlier on the phone.
We will absolutely call Maid Brigade again for future services!
Celia, Maria, & Martha were the wonderful ladies who helped clean my new place. Each of them were so professional and very friendly. The receptionist Elizabeth also was so helpful in getting me into their schedule the same day as my movers were coming the next morning by 7am. This company is awesome!!

I've been using Maid Brigade for a couple years now and have been real happy with the service.
I recently moved and had service transferred to my new home. Both the move-out cleaning at my old place and move-in cleaning at my new spot was very well done. Team 2 did a great job, they were very thorough and friendly. The office staff is very responsive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend using them for any home cleaning services!
I am so impressed with the quality of service we received. The house was very much in need of a thorough cleaning after our 11 months of COVID quarantine. Claudia and Susanna arrived perfectly on time after texting their eta as I had requested. They understood immediately what I wanted done and just jumped right in and got going. They did a beautiful job even on our stone flooring and marble. Everything is sparkling fresh and shiny. They also put things back exactly where they were, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend the excellent service from this company and particularly Claudia and Susanna. Excellent all around experience and we will use this company monthly. Also, booking the service on the phone with Melinda was quick and easy with an accurate estimate.

Lupita, Celia & Lisa were AMAZING! We are moving so I was especially critical walking around after they left, but they truly got every nook of our home. I was SO impressed. They were also so kind, on time, and speedy. Highly recommend!
Extremely pleased with the job Cecilia and Aide did on our house. 4 little kids and 2 adults live in our small place so you can imagine how much accumulated mess there was. When they left, our house was totally spotless. Particular shout-out to how hard they worked to get our oven and stovetop clean. It hasn't looked this good since the day we moved in. They also cleaned off my daughter's dresser, which she scribbled on with crayon when she was a toddler. I had never been able to get that crayon off, but now it's like new! Very highly recommended.

On September 28, 2020, two sweet smiles rang my doorbell. Sylvia and Gloria with Maid Brigade had show up for our appointment. They were to help me clean areas that I am unable to clean. They immediately took to task and cleaned and shined my bathrooms, including the most difficult task of removing hard water spots from glass shower doors. They cleaned high ledges and the blades of ceiling fans, they shined light bulbs and cleaned the hanging lights and chandeliers in my home. They were pleasant, sweet, professional, happy and thorough. Before moving to the next room, they would ask me to approve the room they had just cleaned. Very good job...I was so pleased and very impressed.

Elisabeth - who took my initial calls - was extremely thorough in explaining all of the processes and expectations. That very day, within an hour, she arranged for the owner to come to our home to do a walkthrough and estimate. Brian could not have been nicer! He was honest, considerate and took the time to ensure every need and question was addressed. Our Deep Clean went very well and Guille & Alex made sure every single thing was perfect. Gloria and Cynthia are the best cleaning crew! They care about the quality of their work and are very professional. They help us keep our old bathrooms looking refreshed and help us breathe better by controlling all the dust and dog hair (german shepherd). The corporate office of Maid Brigade Phoenix has been great to work with too. They call to confirm the time of arrival and are dependable and consistent with their services.
My apartment is a single guy's place. I like to have guests. They did fantastic, I love a woman's touch.
It will be a bachelor disaster, so I set them up monthly. Get the Brigade, the Maid Brigade.

We have been loyal customers of Maid Brigade for over 10 years. I am often approached to switch maid services, and each time I decline. We have had the same crew at Maid Brigade for years - Celia and Guilla. They are simply the best! Both are always on-time, professional, thorough, and trustworthy. Even better, they always arrive with a smile and are friendly even when picking up after my 2 young kids and big dogs! The office staff calls me the day prior to our cleaning just to confirm the arrival time and the products they use are eco-friendly. I highly recommend Maid Brigade!
DO NOT USE! We purchase a full move in cleaning and they scheduled 3 cleaners for 3 hours for our 5 bedroom 3000 sqft home. They could not complete on time and I purchased on extra hour of cleaning for them to finish. After they left we noticed that they did not complete several areas like dusting the light fixtures and dusting the fans, none of the walls look like they were wiped down are they were done without attention to detail. After a complaint and the second crew coming out and getting the high dusting and agreeing the the first crew definitely missed quite a bit of cleaning. This was a move in cleaning with no furniture and I should expect a FULL cleaning for a move in cleaning like I Booked. I will not use this serve.

Team #4 is great! The women are friendly, professional, and do excellent at their work. I feel comfortable with them in my home, whether home or not, and around my valuables. I had a diamond pendant that I lost and they found it and left it on my countertop. The office staff is very accommodating when you need to add services or extra cleanings. You will not go wrong with this business for your cleaning needs!

MB has been taking care of my family and I for years. Team lead Stephanie is very professional and Janet does a fantastic job with a smile. These two ladies are our favorite team as they do a great cleaning job, always.
I’ve been using this company for six years and have been very happy with their service up until now. They increased their rates over $50 and did not inform their customers.
They just lost a loyal customer.

We are so happy with MAID BRIGADE. we used them for about two years before covid and I am so glad we can re-start again. They came to start with a much needed deep clean and will continue every week....My husband and I are re-tired and have mobility issues and it has been wonderful for us to have them. I’m not sure what number team I had, but the move-out cleaning was done pretty good. There were a couple hiccups after the maids left, but the owner contacted me the next morning and displayed superior customer service by trying to resolve those issues. Needless to say, they were resolved and I ended up getting my FULL deposit back! I would definitely use this company again seeing as how the owner really cares about his company and clients. Definitely a plus in my book and rare nowadays.
The appointment was easy to make and was confirmed the day before the scheduled time. Lupita and Tolisa came to clean my house on May 12, 2021. They arrived slightly early than the scheduled 12 PM work and that was fine. I like the end result of their work. There's just minor misses here and there but overalll I am 98% satisfied! Thank you ladies!

These ladies left our apartment cleaner than it was when we moved in!
They removed a ring of mineral buildup from our toilets that not even the apartment complex people had been able to remove and neither had we regardless of what we did for the past 5 years!

Team 1 (Janet and Jessica) are very pleasant. My house always smells clean when they leave. They do a good job with what they are told to do. They are great with working around all my animals and always make time for them.

I was completely skeptical of hiring a cleaning service simply because I was nervous about having strangers going through my things, and also anxious about my dirty home. I have 2 husky's and a 2 year old, so upkeep on my home is a daily task that I allowed to slip away, and couldn't keep up. I hired Maid Brigade and the ladies that came to clean our home was absolutely amazing. They cleaned EVERYTHING and my house has never been cleaner. They were so professional and didnt make me feel embarrassed about my dirty house at all. I highly recommend Maid Brigade!

Celia and Guille performed our last cleaning and were great to work with. Each service is always top notch which is why I've set them up for monthly service. Best cleaning service I've worked with in the past 30 yrs.
Made an appointment on 03/12/2018 for cleaning my house, my plans changed and I called back in the few hours to cancel. Savannah told me on the phone that she can not cancel and that she needs to talk to her supervisor. I asked her to call me and confirm the cancellation. It is 3/14/18 no one called me to confirm. I understand that is bad for business when someone cancel an appointment but I think it is worst when the company does not provide a good customer service. Do you think I want your business. I DO NOT
Ceci and Aide did a fantastic job vaccuming and wet mopping the floors in my house. Due to arthritis in my knees, I have been unable to do a thorough cleaning. Next month should be an easier job.

Cynthia and Sarah did such a great deep cleaning on my home! They were friendly, and professional and cleaned thoroughly.
The Maid Brigade means well but falls short. The maids were chronically later than their appointment time. The maids made comments about the temperature we keep our air conditioner at which lead to one of the maids physically turning our air down 7 degrees when there was no one home, violating our trust. The company did nothing but inform us the maids would be spoken to. That same maid was sent back to our home the next cleaning after the company guaranteed that maid would not be sent to our home again. The cleaning was very light and our home never smelled clean after they cleaned it which could be due to the green cleaners yet still a nice fragrance would be appreciated. Lastly there was huge inconsistencies in the cleanings that even our young children recognized and complained about.

I was qouted one thing and charged another thing ... When I called I was told that I would have two ladies working on my house and it would be 390 dollars to do what I was asking for ... The women came nice ladies and cleaned ... At 1:18 pm they dropped thier projects and began to leave. By drop their projects I mean mid cleaning they packed their things and left piles of dirt all over my tile. The company is a house keeping company not a house cleaning company. They clean the surfaces nothing out of the way. I had to reclean areas they had cleaned after they left .
The staff is bright and cheerful! They actually showed up on time, got done early. And did an excellent job.

I paid for a 3 hour move out cleaning. Not sure why it took 3 hours. I wont recomend. I have to go back and touch stuff up. Definitely not move out ready.
Update: Moved my review to 1 star. As im going through and recleaning everything. It looks like a 12 year old tried cleaning the stainless steel. Im getting more agitated as im going along cleaning.
