Tidy Casa

I have used Tidy Casa four times now and every time they have delivered exemplary service going above and beyond what I expected. This time I had a moving out clean and Mary, the beautiful lady who did the clean, was so patient and wonderful! Especially considering the difficulty she had getting into the complex with the gate security and whatnot. Tidy Casa has always been extremely communicative and timely, the cleaners have always been very thorough and professional. I can't recommend this service enough, they make booking a breeze online as well so go ahead and give them your business already!!

Wow! I have never sprung for a “move in” cleaning when moving into a new home before, and am so glad I did this time through Tidy Casa. Alexis and Sage were superb… right on-time, friendly, and cleaned the house thoroughly and with care, as if it was their own. The service was also very easy to set up online and the price was very reasonable: Highly recommend, and so thankful that these ladies’ awesome work allowed me to move onto unpacking and settling in much sooner!

We ordered a deep clean from Tidy Casa. They sent a single person to clean our 4 bed 2 bath 2000 sq ft house. They were very nice and friendly but this job needed more people. The last time we had them do a deep clean they sent 3 people. This time they did not mop our floors. They did not clean our kitchen counters either. They organized our house and tidied up which is nice but we wanted what we ordered which was a deep clean and the job was incomplete.

I am so pleased with Tidy Casa! From booking a cleaning to follow up reminders and texts, everything was great. The woman who cleaned was fast, efficient and thorough. Everything that was promised was done. The whole house was refreshed and I had no idea how sparkling clean the bathrooms could be! Definitely a five star rating.

I contacted Tidy Casa to clean my mom's apartment after I moved her out and they were able to get me on the schedule the next day. I booked online, and received confirmation almost immediately. It was such a relief knowing this last step was taken care of! They showed up when they said they would, and did a fantastic job! Overall, good experience! Some minor nitpicks, but oh my god Adeline and her husband helped clean up this place so much. My parents house had never been deep cleaned and they were not able to do the deep cleaning required themselves. The baseboards, certain areas in the bathroom that were quite honestly gross, dirty areas of the wall, and the floors... they have not felt this clean in years at this house. I feel like its actually livable now. Would definitely recommend for a deep clean if you're feeling hopeless and very stressed on top of all of your other responsibilities to get the house cleaned. That's the way I felt and boy, they delivered.

Very basic cleaning, was hoping for more. Didn’t dust lights, missed wiping down multiple counters and shower tile and windows have a film from the cleaning solution where you can see all the wipes. Left all the lights on and fan going in a vacant house, good thing I came to check. I’ve never used housekeepers but after this experience I think I’ll keep cleaning myself.

This company is so easy to set up and have continued service with. The office staff is lovely and easy to talk to and our cleaner, Mary is a wonderful person. We are grateful we found her.

HOLY AMAZING!!! I'm Yelp elite and I'm not being paid to say this.... TIDY CASA is hands down, definitely the best cleaning service I've ever experienced in my entire life. They are more like a life cleansing experience. Three ladies showed up and proceeded to blow my mind while immediately attacking the most needed areas. I left them and was confident that they needed no direction. I returned and I was flabbergasted how amazing of a job they did... 20/10. I'm so happy. My parents visit tomorrow and now I am so confident in them stay in my guest bedroom and bathroom let alone the rest of my house. I love Tidy Casa. Thank you.

My cleaner, Shadaya, was personable and incredibly efficient. I hope she will be available every time I schedule a cleaning. I will definitely recommend your service and specifically Shadaya!

The staff was nice, but the cleaning was only OK. Areas were clearly missed in the house (i.e. under the couches wasn't swept, the large coffee table was not cleaned, one area rug was not vacuumed, no vacuuming couches). The service is too expensive for this level of cleaning, so I canceled further services.

They did such a great job. Open communication via email & texting. They accommodated my difficult parking situation and took all my issues/preferences into consideration. I will definitely use them again.

Overall was pleased with the cleaning the only thing was the shower glass could have been cleaned better, there was sections on the glass that didn’t look clear and clean had a lot of soap scum smidges and wasn’t clear like the rest of the glass on the sliding door.

Had Shannun Hurst and team out this week to our new rental house as we prepared for our items to arrive from out-of-state. It was amazing to come home from work and everything be, well - SO TIDY! I will have them back again right before Thanksgiving. In addition customer service from everybody I've emailed or spoken to at the whole company has been expectational. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Tidy Casa for 2.5 years now! The customer service is always top notch! Recently Annie came when I was expecting out of town guests and made everything just right. I appreciated her extra thoughtful touches. Today Aimee came and left everything sparky and it was a treat to come home tonight! Thank you Tidy Casa, I appreciate you all!

I was moving out of my apartment and needed some deep cleaning. Tidy Casa was on time and did an amazing job.

We did walk-thru, but I missed a couple of things. I cleaned them. It was not cleaners fault. I'm satisfied and will use again.

The company was great at communicating and scheduling and the cleaners where nice. The clean wasn't as deep cleaned as I thought. I paid extra for the walls to be cleaned too and I don't see a difference. Deep clean states it includes baseboards and they were not really cleaned, neither we the ac vents, which is what the description stated as well. Overall it was an okay clean, not amazing or worth what I paid if I'm being honestly

Friendly and efficient! My place hasn't looked this good since I moved in 2 years ago! My appliances are sparkling and my entire apartment is dust free, which is a feat in Monsoon Season! Highly recommended!

I am disabled and no longer able to clean my house myself. The ladies came and did a wonderful job cleaning my house. They were friendly and hard-working. They even tolerated my dog barking at them. The service is a little expensive, but so worth it when you can no longer do it yourself. No one answered the phone when I called, but my emailed requests were answered promptly. Scheduling and payment was all done online. I would recommend Tidy Casa.

As always, Tidy Casa did a great job! Yesterday was the 5th time I’ve had Tidy Casa clean my 2 bedroom apartment and they were professional and exceeded my expectations. From booking, confirmation, arrival, and cleaning, all A+. Everything was spotless, blankets were folded up, long lost change found, fridge cleaned, neglected bathroom now looks 100%, etc etc. This sounds like a paid line, but I always think Tidy Casa when I need my place cleaned by professionals for a fair price.

The tidy casa experience was quick easy and the cleaner who came to our house was professional and courteous. She even asked what kind of stuff we were comfortable with her using to clean our sons bedroom. Just in case he had an allergy or something!

These folks did such a great job! I requested a deep clean with a few add-ons, which they completed much to my satisfaction. In addition, they organized a few rooms that really needed help and even added a few cute touches to the toys in my son’s room. Can’t recommend them enough!

Brandy and Stephanie were my techs, and they were the absolute best! My house was gross to be honest. It had years of dirt and grime which stemmed from deep depression and illness for many years.

These young ladies came in and got right to work performing a deep cleaning that had the house looking and smelling great!

They were committed to assisting me and finishing the cleaning, and ended up staying 2 hours past their tour of duty. Never once did they complain, or displayed any type of attitude; and not only do I commend them for their professionalism, I really appreciate not being made to feel like a filthy animal.

I also thank their boss Ryan for stopping by later in the evening with supplies, and even jumping in and lending a hand to help them finish the job more quickly.

This is by far the best home cleaning company that I have worked with in Phoenix. We signed up for weekly service and have been very pleased with the results of each cleaning. Their crews are always on time, polite, and do a great job. I also love the fact that I can book, cancel or reschedule our appointments online without having to call the office. That's convenience!!

The young lady they sent out did it excellent job. However, after she left I discovered she'd missed under the bed and a few places to dust. The company immediately sent her back out to fix the situation. The house cleaner came out and fix the few things with grace and kindness. I am very pleased and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a good house cleaning.

Adilet broke a priceless, handmade welded metal sculpture and never said a thing. She just leaned it up against a piece of furniture to get it to stand up and left without saying anything. It is truly irreplaceable. I am devastated. I can’t believe someone I let into my home did this and didn’t even own up to it.

Update 5/7/22: The owner reached out and was very nice and is working to fix the broken piece. I believe he will do all that he can to get it repaired, and I am hopeful that it is something that can be done, though it is quite an unusual piece. It is clear this one employee does not reflect the values of the whole company. I am hopeful for a positive resolution and will provide further update as the case unfolds.

Adrianna and her assistant did an amazing job cleaning the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house we live in. They deep cleaned the oven for an additional charge. Also they put up the new decor I bought for the guest bathroom, made the beds, and even cleaned the puppies kennel! On top of that they had sprays that made the house smell amazing once they left. Very happy, would recommend to anyone!

So, we ordered the deep clean which implies it is heavy duty cleaning. We did not order the general housekeeping which is just the surface cleaning. The person was very professional and did a nice job on the floors and countertops. The floors were very shiny and clean. She did most of the baseboards but not all. I had to ask her to go back in and do the baseboards in the spare bathroom. The baseboards were very dirty along the one wall.

I was surprised that for a deep clean it was only one person. Like I said, she did a good job on some things but for a deep clean, it was not amazing. She also did not scrub the showers which one would expect if you are doing a deep clean. I would expect that in a general clean.

I feel like we overpaid. We included the tip when we paid up front and I would not have given as nice of a tip if I had paid after.

Just had my house cleaned using Tidy Casa! Susana Gutierrez and her team did a wonderful job cleaning my house! They were on time, polite, followed directions and worked hard! My glass shower never looked better! Communication with the company is excellent and booking online is easy. They even follow up after the cleaning to make sure everything was perfect! This is the 3rd time I have used Tidy Casa and hesitate to recommend them only because I NEVER want to lose the team I have! Not only are they thogh but the customer service is absolutely spectacular. The women who cleaned my home have a work ethic superior to anyone I have worked with in my own profession. My son had a tiny dragon figurine that had fallen over and the fire piece had come out of its mouth. They picked it up, dusted It off, and actually replaced the fire back in the dragon mouth. That is a level of service rarely seen today!!!

After several cleanings I regret that I have to retract my five star rating. First couple of times my cleaners were awesome but the service has progressively gone down. I was going to cancel the entire service but decided to just try a different team. While the woman who arrived today was absolutely delightful the cleaning job was not great. I don't think any cleaning product was actually used oh, it seemed as though things were just wiped down she did a great job of dusting but there is still crumbs all over my countertops and spots on my floorc

VERY professional!! On time!! Very respectful and AMAZING work!!! 15/10, 5 stars. This was for a deep clean and my husband and i are moving out of the house. We had a 2 story townhouse 1400sqft. The house looked fantastic afterwards! They let us know when they were done and leaving the property. Supplied their own equipment and supplies. Highly recommend them.
We even chatted for a few minutes afterwards. Wished it could’ve been a longer chat but i understand they had to leave. I would hire again!

The employee Tidy Casa sent was punctual and did a really nice job with a move-out, pre-listing condo clean. The place is immaculate. One star off because the scheduler repeatedly talked over me when she called to confirm the appointment (maybe she couldn't hear me?), and they refused to clean a self-cleaning oven, saying it's their policy not to do that. Perhaps they know better as cleaning professionals, but I've never used the self-cleaning function on an oven -- the high heat can be dangerous and destructive to wiring, filaments, etc! Oh well, cleaned it myself...??‍♀️

My cleaner was Joey and she stayed on top of her stuff and went above and beyond to correct any issues. She is friendly and hard working and would gladly use her services with tidy casa again.

BY no means could I give Tidy Casa less than 4 stars. They arrived to my one bedroom apartment within the hour they said they would last Friday and cleaned everything I paid them to but my walls. They hit their usual places, scrubbed my baseboards, they just didnt clean my walls and I was really looking forward to that, esp since I paid for it. We wished they were a little more responsive as I had text a number they reached out to me from and asked them if they could let us know when they were done the job because we wanted to take our dog home after so we could go food shopping. But all in all, they did a pretty good job. Just wish they would have cleaned my walls. Wouldnt mind a refund on that. And it's not that they haven't been responsive about a refund, I have been very busy and haven't found the time to reach out to them.

My husband and I just bought a house in Scottsdale and needed it cleaned before moving in. The staff at Tidy Casa was super courteous over the phone and helped me set up exactly what we needed. They came to the house, cleaned it and, minus a few missed spots, the place looks INCREDIBLE! All the little corners were dusted, the bathrooms were spotless and we walked into a Fresh house that felt new. Thank you very much! I went to schedule an appointment time for right before my mother was coming into town. I knew I was cutting it close for scheduling (as they’re very popular and can fill up during spring time), but to my surprise I snagged the last slot of the day, two days after I booked. Perfect!

This time around I had Elvia Estrada- she cleaned my unit top to bottom in nearly two hours. She asked if there was anything special requested, or any spots that need a little extra love. When I came home, I couldn’t believe how great my unit looked!

This is why we continue returning to use Tidy Casa. Their prices are fair and I’d never use another cleaning service.

Needed a last minute move out clean. Cass did an amazing job. I wasn’t there but they running a few minutes late but still called me to inform me which i appreciated. When I saw my place when it was done I almost cried tears of joy. Cass did an amazing job and surpassed all of my expectations. This is my second time using for move out/deep clean and I would highly recommend to all.

I really loved how sweet and thorough Heather was. I had a lot of cat hair and dust that needed to be cleaned. Heather did an amazing job, she cleaned the cats room and it looks like a completely different area after she was done. She dusted the blinds and the fans in addition to the baseboards. I have tried multiple cleaning services and was disappointed each time. I found that Tidy Casa had great reviews so I gave them a shot. I'm glad I did. Elvia Estrada did a wonderful job and I am hooked. I just signed up for bi-weekly. There is nothing better than coming home on a Friday evening with a sparkling clean house, that not only smells clean but looks clean. What I appreciate the most are the small details I notice. I don't go into my shower thinking, I could have done a better job myself. I think their rates are competitive and the quality is what makes it more than worth it. For a woman who was raised by a white glove mother, I am picky.

The couple arrived 40 minutes early and I wasn't quite ready for them. They were nice enough and I even gave them some of my leftover cleaning supplies and few items from the house that I was giving away before I left them to the job. I returned the next day to find that none of the 4 ceiling fans had been dusted and when I completed the task, I had to re-vaccum every room as the dust had fallen to the carpet below. The master bathroom still had a dirty mirror and faucet and it didn't appear that the toilet had been cleaned. In addition, only half of the baseboards had been done. And finally the kitchen sink looked as if they had emptied dirty mop water and never bothered to clean it afterwards. I am trying to get my full deposit back from this rental so I had to go back and re-do a lot of the work that I paid $260 for, which I find extremely disappointing.

I had Tidy Casa come to my home and do a move out clean. Unfortunately I didn't realize the water was going to be off the day they came. Rescheduling was done quickly and hassle free. I look forward to working with Adilene and the Tidy Casa team again!

I had the team of Heathers come to my house and I'm honestly impressed with how clean they got the place. They asked me what was most important to me, I explained my priorities, and they went above and beyond my expectations. I like how comfortable they made me it's always nerve wracking having strangers in your house, but the 2 Heathers were very friendly.

We called Tidy Casa after my father in law passed away and we needed to put his home up for sale, due to his health the house had not been cleaned for a while, which we found out after we moved furniture. There was a lot that needed to be done. I scheduled Tidy Casa to come out and clean, I booked a regular clean, deep clean and move in move out clean. They were absolutely wonderful the three ladies that came out were very nice and efficient. They did an incredible job and were very thorough. For once instance the pans under the stove burners I just figured I would need to buy new ones, when we came back to the house they looked brand new, there was a stain on the floor under the freezer and it looked perfect when they were done.
Later I called them to do a clean on my home, but found out we are not in their service area the person I talked to on the phone said it was a slow time and he could send them out.
Again, I was very pleased with the result. I also feel they are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them

I just broke my wrist and fractured my elbow and have a move out date of feb 8th , I thought I can do this myself , I wasn't doing bad but , being down 1 arm I wasn't doing that great either , so I called Tidy Casa .
Cass was on time, polite ,professional , and there was no way I could have got this place anywhere near as clean as Cass did , she hit all the nooks and crannies and had this place sparkling clean , Im glad I used this business . I've used Tidy Casa and their amazing team of Marbella and Garier for the past few months and I'm so happy with their service!! What an amazing job they do with my place. We own several rentals. We are turning over one and needed a quick cleaning. It was already in fairly decent condition. We wanted to get a true deep cleaning for that extra professional touch for our new renters and hired Tidy Casa because of their availability and fair price. Unfortunately the services left a little to be desired. Many of the light fixtures were left very dusty. The tile in the shower was not cleaned very well. I came back in with a magic eraser and made it look twice as good in about 15 minutes of scrubbing. A few of the outlet covers were left with dirty finger prints. These all seemed like things that could have been done in short order. They did a great job on the floors on the main part of the house. I rate 2 stars due to having to come back in and clean items that I felt should have been covered in the standard cleaning price. Unfortunately, I couldn't be there when they finished but would recommend you check their work. I am looking for someone I can pay to do the job where I don't have to come in a do additional work afterwards or manage their job as I have my own job. I guess the old adage is right if you want something done right, do it yourself.

We have used Tidy Casa for about two months now and Glorianna and her team are always wonderful. Our house always looks great and they are nice to our 3 very silly and big dogs. If I am getting ready for work or have other things going on they will simply start at another end of the house. I requested a move out cleaning and they did an AMAZING job. I don't think my home was even this clean when I moved in. There was a bit of a misunderstanding the day of the cleaning and the cleaner accidently threw away some of my personal items left in the home but after contacting Ryan with Tidy Casa, he went out to purchase and replaced everything and dropped it off at my door step! Absolutely amazing team!

The housekeeper did a decent job. Two complaints I had were leaving my Fed Ex package I had on the floor on my table cloth and my Swifter brush scrubber used to scrub floors on my dining table and broom on my carpet. Those are all no-nos for me and reason for three stars.

I think finding a good and dependable cleaning service has to be one of the most difficult things. I have had many a bad experience when it comes to this area, but Tidy Casa completely surpassed my expectations. Our regular service provider is Priziella Felix and she is AMAZING! Not only is she thorough but she's also very careful with our stuff and constantly wows me with her attention to detail. She even got all the hard water stains off our Brita water filter without me even asking. As an owner of 2 pets our house is always covered in hair and dirt, but Priziella gets it spotless every time. Can't recommend her enough! I hope Tidy Casa knows what a gem they have!

I had Heather Cook team this week and thank heavens she took time out of her regular schedule to help me out. Although Tidy Casa has probably the best customer service out of any cleaning service I’ve used before, that’s about it where it ends as the actual cleaning service just isn’t there. We used Tidy Casa twice and live in a two story two bedroom condo. The first time, our master bedroom and living room (this equates to the entire downstairs) wasn’t vacuumed - there were literally dust bunnies on the floor. The bathroom sinks still had gunk on the handles. I thought it was a fluke. The rest looked moderately clean (okay) honestly looked like someone tidied up and maybe did a light clean to prepare for having guests over. Although not nearly as good as the cleaning service we’d been using in the past which cost the exact same price, but I really liked being able to book online with Tiday and how responsive they were so I gave them a second chance thinking it was just a snafu. I worked with the customer service rep and blatantly told them that if it wasn’t better next time, I wasn’t going to rebook again. You would think that if you wanted to keep customers, you’d tack on a special note to the cleaner like “hey really go above and beyond this time” or even “hey just do a GOOD job”. But the second time I got home and it literally looked as if someone cleaned my house so quickly that they didn’t even have time to move anything back. The 8’ 11” rug in our living room was completely bunched up. The pot on a shelf was like awkwardly on the far edge edge, when it had been in the center (it’s the only thing on the shelf...) and several other things were just kind of thrown together. Again it just looked “okay” almost as if it would get dirty again within 2 days. Not worth $135 when it felt like the cleaners really only “tidied” my home in a rushed 45 minutes, instead of taking the time to truly clean a home with attention to detail. Until they change their business model and hire better cleaners who have more time to give a home the attention it deserves, I don’t foresee them keeping clients. A friend of mine had a similar experience in an even smaller space. Unfortunately it doesn’t matter how great your customer service is, if you can’t deliver on the services you’re selling you’re not going to keep clients.

I have mixed feelings about Tidy Casa, I hired them to come in and clean a 5 bedroom 3 bath house in preparation for the holidays in 2016. I purchased upgrades including deep cleaning, pet hair etc because I knew the house needed it. I even paid for the eco friendly cleaning products since I have pets. I warned them in the request that the house is 2/3rds tile/hardwood and to be prepared. The total was around $400. They showed up on time, they were friendly....but they only sent 2 people instead of 3-4 that they should have sent. They explained they were short handed. Anyway...the ladies started in the master bathroom and did a great job. It took them way too long, apparently using hairspray makes it difficult to get the mirrors clean? Apparently Windex isn't eco friendly? Their idea of cleaning hard wood and tile is a swifter mop and wet towels pushed around the floor. As a professional cleaning company I expected something like a hoover cleaning system for hardwood and tile? Its what I use if I clean it myself, it does a better job than a swifter mop and its much quicker. They chugged along for several hours (more than quoted) and proclaimed they were done and exited the house without allowing me to followup on the work done. They ended up running low on cleaning towels and cat hair was over most everything towards the end of the cleaning. I sent Ryan a text with pictures showing the work they missed. Remember, I paid extra for deep clean which includes cleaning light switches, baseboards, air intake for AC etc...all of which were missed. They also failed to clean the inside of the Microwave....in their defense my microwave is above the oven and it looks to the unknowing as a double oven instead of a microwave so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I give credit to Ryan for sending them back out to make it right but honestly I shouldn't have to be around longer on the initial cleaning because they didn't send sufficient staff to clean the house in the time quoted resulting in the staff that was there getting too tired to complete the job on the first try. Disclaimer, this is the only cleaning company I have ever tried so I have nothing else to compare them to. Based on how I clean my own house I haven't used them again, I simply clean it myself.

The team is down to one person. The gal is hardworking and efficient (key since her partner quit). She is flexible to my ideas.

No, your not really happy to help. You asked for a review of said service and I gave said review, then you have Megan cancel all future service. From the start, having reps who can't find a huge downtown Phoenix building was your team's first challenge. Cityscape, look it up... it took 3 days for your staff to find it. Shall we talk about the missing pain meds after a cleaning, that's right missing meds and yet I still worked with your company and booked you again only to be further disappointed for lack of service. I rather have a small Mom & Pop service my residence than give your company another shot to drop the ball again. Oh and I've never asked for a refund nore want one. I asked what is Tidy Casa is going to do to make it right... you did nothing.

They don't even deserve one star in my opinion. I let them know before they came that i had hardwood floors. They showed up with an old Eureka upright. They did not use my vacuum as i requested. They swept the floors with a broom and proceeded to wash the floor with a mop and bucket full of water and god knows what else. I gave them the Bona Hardwood floor cleaner that i wanted them to use. I wish there was a zero star option. See photos - first clean was horrible. I reached out and they offered a second clean and a 15% refund, the way they have such a high rating is because they make you sign what is essentially an NDA so you can’t speak on your terrible experience if you want even a partial refund. Don’t sign it, the paltry amount is not worth other people missing the review and getting scammed by this company too.

-my screen door wasn’t even closed all the way when they left my home unattended the rest of the day
-boot prints in dust left all across the home
-dirt left under the oven in the first clean was just flung across the rest of the kitchen in the second round
-the thermostat was adjusted four degrees lower and left blasting all day the first clean, when I returned it to its original level, they adjusted it down five degrees and left it blasting again for the second clean

I don’t want to hear a response, because even your responses are halfassed and the same “I’d be disappointed too if this were my experience/home” copy/paste every time. I don’t care if you’d be disappointed too. You clearly have no genuine empathy for your customers and you are running the lowest form of business here. I am horrified.

The Tidiest Casa you could possibly imagine. After six months of remodeling my condo and not cleaning it once, it is fair to say that I needed a house cleaning if I wanted my girlfriend to stay. So this last Saturday, I finally gave in. The cleaners came in at 11 AM and left at 1 PM. The team lead was named Veronica and she was understanding, very detailed-oriented, and helpful. After the two hours that the cleaners had been there, this is what I noticed: the floors felt brand new in bare feet; the kitchen was spotless (they even washed our dishes and cleaned an uncleanable range!!); every surface in the house was dusted; the bathroom smelled like flowers (the whole house actually smelled like flowers); and they left a little delicious bar of soap showing their appreciation. I also suspect they went to Hogwarts because there is no way they should've been able to do what they did in the time they did it in.

The team was great and extremely thorough! They were on time and communicated well! I highly recommend Érica, her team, and tidy casa!

Had Tidy Casa come out again to clean my apartment, Susana Gutierrez and her team mate called and informed me they were on the way in fact they arrived a few early which was awesome, they came in and really did an awesome job, this company not just a one of a kind, these ladies go above and beyond, wiped down all cabinets, clean inside the microwave oven, the company and Susana Gutierrez in my eyes are 10 plus stars.
