All Things New Cleaning Services

Only wonderful things to say about this service provider! I submitted an online request for a quote and was called back within an hour to schedule the service. This was a nice surprise since it was close to the end of the business day. I hired All Things New Cleaning Services to help clean my 2 restrooms during my at-home wedding. I requested that the restrooms be cleaned between each guest, trash removed, water droplets cleaned from the sink and mirror and a spritz of air freshener as needed. Not only did Kathryn arrive on time, she was so very pleasant and professional, she was attentive to assisting guests as well as diligently cleaning as requested. Kathryn also asked to help in other areas outside of the requested services which was much appreciated. My guests complimented me on how fresh Kathryn kept the restrooms and I too was pleased. Kathryn is now going to be my go-to person for helping me keep my home sparkly on a regular basis. Kudos and keep up the wonderful service!!

We've been using All Things New for about a year and half now. Ashley's team is always on time if not early to clean. The house always looks and smells amazing when they are done. Even when I ask to something extra they do it without hesitation. Thanks so much Team Ashley!

Really liked the cleaners and cleaning over all, just that ladies had another job so had to leave. Plan was... If more time needed they'd call, they did YET COULDN'T STAY for the needed more than 2 and ½ planned hours, yet we were charged extra. That was last Fri, I messaged their website, it's Tues evening and no response. Bummer. Plus I expressed this to them, 10% discount first cleaning, I ASKED if that included the first visit walk-around get to know your job- lady said yes BUT that's why we do the 10% off ... So it's NOT REALLY a discount. I messaged them as I said for clarity in case someone was unclear, like I said.. No response.

I have been using this service for a year. I’ve been very happy. The girls change but Vanesha has been a constant from the start. She is wonderful , articulate and a hard worker

I love All Things New Cleaning! The owner, Jill, is a sweetheart and she always picks up the phone any time I call. I also love Sandra who is my lead cleaning lady. She always comes to my house with one to two other women that she oversees. They go above and beyond by changing my sheets and even doing laundry while they are cleaning. I have a small one bedroom condo so they come once a month and I always come home to a clean home, and a happy dog! The ladies love my little dog and they told me I can leave her at home while they clean and they even let her out to the bathroom for me. I’ve been using All Things New on and off for many years and consistently this past year. I receive a basic clean every 4 weeks from Vanesha and Ashley. They are friendly, punctual and professional. My dog also loves them and enjoys when they come to clean! I will continue to use this service as long as I work full time since it’s hard to manage house work and FT work.

We have been with All Things New for housecleaning for several years and are so pleased with the responsiveness of the office, quality of work and cleaning in our home, and the care the team takes to make sure we are satisfied. The entire experience, start to finish, was absolutely perfect. The team was responsive when I called to set up an appointment and they keep you informed via text of when the cleaners are on their way and when they leave. We met two lovely women who made our home sparkle. I will definitely be using them again and again.

The owner of this company is dishonest and a racist. She employs mostly felons recently released from prison. She is abusive to those women. If anyone chooses to advocate for themselves she just fires them. The owner Jill claims that the babies not aborted, born to black and hispanic women are raised by women that prefer to kick out the babies father's as to collect more welfare.

Amazing work place and Experience. I have been working for the company for a while now . Everyone is so polite and respectful . This company is filled with lots of love and caring . Caring not only for the employees which are like family but also a lot of caring for our customers. We strive to do our best and always leave are customers happy and wanting us back . We want you to enjoy your clean home because that always brings a smile to someone’s face and makes their whole day . I have the most amazing bosses and girls working with me and I love them . We received constant training and instruction to keep us all on the cutting edge of excellent.

I used this service for a number months and the cleaning was adequate until I had jewelry stolen. It's not a false accusation, they were the only people who came into my home! Sandra and Cynthia were the regulars and frequently brought a third person with them. When I realized the theft, I immediately called the company and the police. The company told me Cynthia had left the company (coincidence)? Another cleaner who the owner Jill said she dismissed as her work was not up to the company's standards. Sandra told me she was able to move into a new place, pay rent 6 months in advance, along with her phone bill, her car and bring her children from Mexico. The company did provide me phone numbers and addresses of all the cleaners, however per Jill, I am so sorry this happened. Did you look under the bed or behind the nightstand. She also said all our employees are bonded for $15,000.00, but bond only pays if you can prove the guilt. Needless to say, all of Jill's answers gave me no assistance or resolve. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Ceiling fans throughout home were cleaned beautifully and now look brand new. Technicians Kathryn & Sherry were a delight and did an impeccable job. Highly recommend these two ladies and All Things New.

The company responded to my review by implying that it's my fault. Hmmm. Should they break something cleaning your house, do you think they'll take responsibility? Of course not, it'll somehow be YOUR fault. I don't know about you, but I will NEVER do business with a company that can't take responsibility for their mistakes because I won't work with narcissists. Their handyman didn't call me, and I never let a call go to voice mail. I reply to all my messages, and call every caller-I.D.ed number that didn't leave a message so I can block them if it's spam.
When a company's actions are inconsistent with their words, believe the actions. Every company will say they're excellent. Not all can be. Actions tell you who's lying.

Having had to develop marketing mailers, I never included anything I wasn't prepared to stand behind. I didn't need a cleaning service, but their mailer indicated that they had a handyman available. I called and left a message inquiring about the handyman, and that I did not need a cleaning service. I got a call back from the owner who seemed to be very interested in being hired to clean the house. It was difficult for me to get a word in without interrupting her house cleaning sales call, but I was finally able to. I told her I was only interested in talking about handyman work. She said she would have her subcontracted handyman call me. I've never heard back from them.

Don't be fooled! They advertise 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' Really?? I have marble floors one of their cleaners ran an electric vacuum over it leaving many scratches. I emailed pictures and my daughter even saw the woman do it. When I called the Owner Jill she put me on hold called the cleaner who last cleaned my home and then proceeded to say No she says she didn't do that and we aren't liars Why would I make this up we only wear slippers in my home. How unprofessional and as a business owner advertising Satisfaction Guarantee honor that, and wouldn't you at least drive to my home to see the damage. But no she proceeded to say I was a liar. Wow! Good luck cuz if you use them you'll need it!

I have been using this service for more than two years and they are excellent. The cleaners are like part of the family, they are so sweet. The service is extremely professional and they leave your house looking like a 5 star hotel. They bring all their own products and equipment but will use your cleaning solutions and approach if that is what you want. They have a centralized coordinator who is incredibly responsive. I especially like the text messages that let you know when the cleaning crew is en route.
The service positions itself as a higher end cleaning service and they cost a bit more but in my opinion they are worth it. I also used them for final cleaning when selling my mother's house and they did such an amazing job. The house sold the first day on the market and everyone commented on how spotless it was. I have also used their handyman and he is excellent and very reasonable.

She hemmed my dress within two hours and did it beautifully!

I have had the pleasure of using this service for cleaning my home for over two years now.
Throughout our relationship I have experienced true professionalism, timeliness and complete attention to detail. We have a large home and my wife has collected many items from around the World that often require special attention. We have never had an issue with any of the cleaning crews and have found them all to be engaged and very friendly.

I just started using this company and have been impressed. My initial clean was done very well and they paid attention to detail.Janet and Kristine were friendly and timely. I will be having my home cleaned every 2 weeks and I like I will have the same person leading that clean. I did find that this service was a bit more expensive than others I interviews, but I like that it is a business that takes care of its employees, is insured and, based on other reviews, has trustworthy people coming to my home. I also like that no cash is exchanged, so the process is easy for times I am not home.

All Things New has been cleaning my home for years and I highly recommend them. I have a recurring appointment and appreciate they have never missed a date, ever! I also appreciate their communication and get an emailed reminder a few days prior and a text when they’re on their way, never any surprises. The teams are hard-working, well trained, focused and very personable. They bring their own tools and supplies and do a great job for me. Don’t hesitate to schedule them; I’m certain you’ll be pleased with the sparkling results!

Shannon and Dez do an amazing job each and every time they clean! These ladies are hard workers, friendly, fun, and trustworthy! I have had many different companies send people out to clean and this is the first time I have been completely happy (and I don't think I am a very picky person!). Wonderful experience with every team I’ve used. I started using ATNC in early 2020 when my neighbor referred them and have used them a number of times since. The last two times I used Leahs team. She’s wonderful. Everyone is always super friendly, on time, efficient, and take care of the details (we have furniture that’s dry dust only and they always follow the special instructions). Will continue to use them in the future!

We have worked with several cleaning and organizing services through the years and now our search is over! We are absolutely thrilled with All Things New. The team that cleans our home is very friendly and thorough and our home looks and smells fantastic. Our organizer/personal assistant is a rock star! She has put easy to maintain systems in place and works incredibly fast. I have two homes that are becoming rentals and needed them cleaned. Two neat, clean and very professional gals showed up (on time), Jennifer and Lola, and they went to work immediately. They did a great job, pleasant but not chatty, they worked hard and the homes looked perfect when they left. Jennifer was even able to get out a terrible stain that had been in the bathtub 5 years ago when one of the homes was purchased--I was amazed. I highly recommend this company. Jill was incredibly pleasant and helpful when I called to schedule. My experience was perfect. They are reasonably priced as well.

All Things New has exceeded my expectations! I have been through various home cleaning companies and I have not had one as good as this one. I'm OCD so I focus on small details to give you a background. the ladies were able to fit me in within a week of me calling, they did a very thorough clean - including spots that MANY other cleaning companies have missed without me saying a word. The house looked and smelled amazing after they left!

This company also has personal assistant services and handyman services. I scheduled a personal assistant to come out a few days after the first house clean and again I was blow away! I have had PA's in the past and Lola (the PA) definitely met my expectations. I have continued to use her since then. She has good insight, good at managing time: does not spend time down waiting for the laundry to finish and instead asks for other things she can do in the meantime even if she has finished all the tasks I set for the day. She is very detail oriented, very organized, is good at keeping ME organized, and always has a smile on her face.

Overall, this local couple-owned company is very well run, has very polite happy and capable employees that know what they are doing and how to do it well! I recommend their services.

My advice: take your business elsewhere and save some money while you’re at it!

I had been using this company for over a year and was always happy with their service, even though it was more expensive than most other companies. Scheduling was easy and whichever crew came they were always very thorough and professional. Because of that, I didn’t mind paying their higher rates.

I was very surprised and unhappy to have experienced what I did with the most recent cleaning. I have a 3 bed 2.5 bath, 2000 sq foot home and it usually takes between 2.5-3.5 hours to clean the entire house. I was having a party so I scheduled a 4 hour cleaning and requested a deep cleaning. The two women showed up an hour late and I let them know I would be on work conference calls upstairs so they could start downstairs. 3 hours later I came out of my master bedroom and went downstairs looking for them because I was wondering why I hadn’t heard them cleaning upstairs yet. Nobody was there and my front door was unlocked. The only things that had been cleaned were the kitchen, the tile floors, and the half bath on the first floor. In 3 hours, that is all they had cleaned. The living room rug was not vacuumed, the couch was not vacuumed, the back door sliders were not windexed, the living room was not dusted, the coffee table wasn’t even wiped down. So in 3 hours these cleaners had only cleaned 1/4 of my house. And they definitely weren’t doing a deep cleaning, I.e. windows, blinds, fans, baseboards, etc. if they couldn’t even vacuum the living room rug.

15 minutes later they arrived back and stated they had taken a half hour lunch. I’ve been using cleaning services for 8 years and I have never had a crew take a lunch break. They were at my home for 2.5 hours, cleaning only my kitchen and half bath, and then decided they needed a break? And then left my front door unlocked unbeknownst to me while I am 8 months pregnant upstairs alone in my master bedroom where I would not have been able to hear if somebody came into my house! Anybody could have walked into my house and robbed us or worse!

I called the company and explained my dissatisfaction and asked that their crew leave and that I not be charged, but that we could reschedule and they send a new crew as soon as they had an opening. They informed me that I would still be charged $225 for the 2.5 hours the cleaners were there and that they would give me a 10% discount. What a joke! This is how you treat loyal customers who have been with you for over a year and never had any issues before? They even said they called the owners and they wouldn’t budge on their position. So I canceled my card they had on file and let them know I would never use them again and that I would post this review. They obviously do not care because they then tried to email me an invoice. It’s more of annoyance because my lawyer will handle any attempts by them to collect from me for a service I did not receive, and for endangering me and my unborn child, but at the end of the day, what an extremely poor business practice and etiquette!

I called around and got another company to send a crew out right away and they did an awesome job and it only cost me $120 for 3 hours! They have all 5 star reviews on Yelp too. Wish I had been using them all along.

Moral of the story: if you hire this company and get a bad crew, or are not satisfied with the service, or are concerned for your safety, you will have no recourse and they will treat you very rudely. They do not value their customers or your business.

My advice: take your business elsewhere and save some money while you’re at it!

We just had our first cleaning with All Things New and the girls were very professional. Having them for the first time I was a little apprehensive about getting things cleaned the way I expected.

Shannon and Mellissa worked very well together as a team and my home looks beautiful. They went out of their way to do what I needed the way I wanted it done. The products they used were amazing. When they left I immediately called Jill and scheduled my next two cleanings. I would recommend All Things New to everyone.

I am giving this company 2 stars mainly for being punctual and bringing all their own supplies. However, while the two women that cleaned were very nice, they did not do a thorough job. I had to clean most of my office. I have a small glass shelf (3 shelves) with pictures on it, along with a book case. They dusted the pictures but did not dust the shelves, therefore, there was a line of dust under the pictures and my knick knacks on both. They also only dusted a few pictures in plastic frames on my wall in another room and I had to ask them to clean them all and not just a few.

I called the owner to pay, and her attitude was full of excuses about why they didn't thoroughly clean. No apologies or understanding, just excuses. It's so disheartening when a company is so independent that it doesn't care about each individual customer. If it were my company, I would have offered a free cleaning just to keep a new customer and good word of mouth. Shame on them!

And the icing on the cake...they charged me twice as much as the quote as they had to stay longer to complete the job. I would have been happy to pay the extra if they did a thorough job!

We have used the services of this company for the past several months and have not been disappointed even once. We believe this company gives excellent services at more than fair prices. This past week the company dispatched Lea to our home who spotlessly cleaned our home according to the cleaning list my wife provided. She got the job done in record time. Her diligence and professionalism are first rate. We have asked that Lea return in two weeks and hope that she is able to come back every two weeks for the foreseeable future

Dezirae did an absolutely amazing job cleaning our home! She loves what she does and it really shows through in her work! She cleaned every nook and cranny. I have never had my house so clean before! The house smells lovely with a citrusy, clean, crisp smell too! I appreciate the high quality and good for you cleaning products they use. Their services are not cheap but worth every penny.

We have not had our house cleaned since before Covid so we needed a deep cleaning done. This company did an awesome job. They were on time and very kind and professional and efficient. I have contracted to have them come back every month. I highly recommend them.

I have to preface, I'm self-proclaimed OCD when cleaning my house, and when I'm paying for it as a service, have super high expectations. I've gone through a few companies, just not meeting my expectations, prior to getting the referral for All Things New from a neighbor.

They called ahead and let me know they were on their way, and I immediately got a text when they completed the job. When I walked in the door after the house was done, my jaw dropped. It was spic and span, no detail left undone. The bathrooms and kitchen (my OCD trigger rooms ) were sparkling! And, Amber & Kristin couldn't have been friendlier (and were great with my dog... my former cleaning company wouldn't allow her in the house when they cleaned.)

The owner is very responsive & great to work with in scheduling. I'd highly recommend!

This is a great cleaning company. 2 of their employee did a deep clean on my house on June 21st. They did far more than I ask them to do, including wiping down doors, door frames, and vacuuming dining room chairs, and a host of other cleaning and dusting throughout my house. When they said deep clean, they did just that. items I hadn't thought about were cleaned and polished. I was impressed. The next time I need cleaning I will call them.

I was so appreciative of the cleaning All Things New did in my home. There was an attention to detail, my stone floors looked better than they had since they were new, the staff was on time, and I felt an immediate calmness on returning home to an immaculate house. Update for debunking there are 6 dogs and all our potty trained ..owner never had set foot in here nor was open to photos and as I said before NO OTHERS PEOPLE HAD THESE ISSUES AT THIS HOUSE AND HAVE PROFF SO ITS ONLY THEM

Everything seemed good at 1st but in the end with 3 hours of work I end up having to dispute my charge at my bank because the owner Jill did not want to hear anything I had to say would not offer any solutions to my concerns and pretty much told me that I was lying to her because she has never seen my home firsthand

I offered to provide moments amounts of proof to what I was saying and she said it doesn't matter what you provide me my mind will not change

In the end with 3 hours of work completed
I clocked less than 2 and a 1/2 hours and with about 8:00 ft²No vacuuming was done at all 3 fourths of the house was and even touchedAnd one of the bathrooms was also not touched so out of 2 bedrooms 1 hallway and One bathroom that I had them working on with For people with a total of paid hours up front of 3 3 hours paid for up front with a one o'clock booking no 1 showed up to my home till 307

I have requested a 2:00 p.m. appointment and I was told that it would throw their whole day off but they didn't get there till after that anyway

And that would have been fine except for the fact that by the time everything was sudden done they dusted a little vacuumed nothing cleaned one bathroom that was already 3/4 clean to start did 1 kitchen floor and nothing else

Even if this is the very best their company could do or they were having a bag day or whatever the case may be that is still obnoxiously slow moving for 4 people

A minimalist it house as well with almost no shelving nothing on the walls

Even more so the fact that I did mention that we had dogs but there was no problem with a basic dirt devil vacuum that we have and they claimed that they couldn't vacuum because our carpets would have broken their industrial vacuums

Didn't have a problem with an appraisal, cuite cleaners, home depot, our own company run from home, animal shelter staff ,church band members, friends and family members...only this company so it's sad but in the end it's not my job to make a difference in there morals but I wont pay for this company

it may sound silly, but one of my favorite things about ashley and her team is they are comfortable walking into our house when no one is home while our dogs are barking like crazy! it’s great i don’t have to be home to let them in cuz they know my dogs are all talk ? ashley’s energy is always positive and she’s great with knowing what’s important to us!
