The Cleaning Authority - Phoenix

Really dissatisfied with this company. Paid them close to 400 dollars to do a move-out cleaning for our apartment and I am very displeased with the results. Aside from the carpet being vacuumed and the bathrooms being cleaned it looks largely the same as it did when we left. Ceiling fans were completely untouched by them, and the inside of our microwave looks worse than before we left, like someone sprayed something in it and forgot to clean it up. Dirty baseboards, walls undusted, just no attention to detail at all. Even the kitchen floor is still dirty. I would avoid this place unless you want to spend a couple hours fixing the things they missed like we now have to do.

We had Jocelyn, Abbie, and Monte come out for our last service. I was absolutely amazed not only by how thorough they were but how respectful. We have a newborn and I was torn on whether or not to have them come for a while as we get acclimated. This team not only made me feel comfortable but were so respectful of the baby and myself as they worked through the house. (Which im sure you can guess was much more messy than normal!) These 3 individuals and the work and service they provided are the reason I will feel comfortable having them continue to come. Thank you!

We have been using the services of The Cleaning Authority for over 20 years and they have always provided exceptional cleaning services. I have lots of sensitivities to fragrances and typical cleaning products and they worked with me to ensure that the products they use to clean my home are fragrance free and don't aggravate my allergies. Today the team of Samantha (Sam) and Kamara were very efficient and thorough, and the house was sparkling when they were finished.

We hired these cleaners to do scheduled cleaning twice every month and I was very happy with the initial deep clean. They were professional, nice, and diligent workers :)

**** Update on the communication issues I now use there app which lets me know the morning of my cleaning when the staff will be there which for me is perfect and I highly recommend getting the app. This week I had Sarah and Sam both of whom were friendly and tolerated my new puppy which I really appreciated. They did a fantastic job and my home was, as usual sparkling. This company has some great employees and I appreciate all their hard work******

I am satisfied with this company. They have been cleaning my house for about two months now and my house always feel so much cleaner after they leave. Sarah and Lisa did an amazing job on there last visit and would recommend them to my neighbors.

I use The Cleaning Authority on a seasonal basis and made an appointment 3 weeks prior to leaving for the Holidays. I called to confirm the appointment 2 days prior. The Manager informed me that even though I had made my appointment 3 weeks ago they were cancelling the appointment because their regular customers come first and there schedule is now full. If I wouldn’t have called to confirm I’m guessing they just wouldn’t have showed up.
Don’t think this is a good way to run a business.

Last clean Mar 23,2023 , Mickie is our exclusive cleaner, by herself. Has been only cleaner at our request for 2 1/2 years. She provides excellent service and does the things I look for. She is professional, yet friendly. A work ethic, not displayed by many these days. Takes pride in her work.. Love her cleans!! I Only use her!!

This place has never felt so clean! They arrived with smiles and set to work. I'm really looking forward to them coming every two weeks. All of the personnel are wonderful, they have a sense of humor and work hard.

We have used the Cleaning Authority for four years now. It is always a pleasure to come home to a clean house. Our regular cleaner is Mickie. She takes great pride in her work and always does a thorough and efficient clean for us.

The cleaning NON-authority. They are one of the worst companies we've ever used. They don't show up or show up at unscheduled times, they miss everything ----- appliances- trash cans - mirrored doors- mirrors - floors??? How does a cleaning company miss floors? This one does. I actually have to have the house recleaned after their visit. Disgraceful. Do not use this company if you're looking for a clean house. When you complain they just say do you want another crew to come back... what an absolute waste of time and effort. They are BAD!

They started off good and quickly went downhill. Floors never got clean, there was no “rotation” of areas and those areas were neglected. Won’t use again.

I have been a customer for a couple of years now and was about to call a few other cleaning companies.

But today, Winter and Brooke on Team 4 arrived and within the time frame specified. I have not had the pleasure of meeting Winter and Brooke before. I was so happy with the job they did cleaning our house. They went right to work and are the most thorough and timely team so far.

We rescued a new dog recently who is acclimating to her new home and using pee pads. I let the girls know the tile floors may need extra attention due to the new dog and me mopping the floor with a cleaner that left a residue on the floor. They suggested using plain hot water instead of the usual cleaner in order to remove the residue and they diligently mopped the floor a few times to make it perfect. I really appreciate their effort and helpful advice. The rest of the house sparkled and smelled fresh and clean.

I’m going to request Winter and Brooke in the future. What a great team. Thank you ladies!

Office staff/scheduler Tamisha is the best. She is my only contact that is consistent with this office. Because I'm not a full time resident, I don't often get the same cleaning team at my home for repeated cleans- so I'm only rating the team that cleaned most recently. Celia and Brooke performed an outstanding clean with good attention to detail. I appreciate their work ethic in wanting to do the best for their clients.

I’ve been using their services for at least a year- I would be doomed without them! Ben and Evy pay such great attention to detail - the house sparkles and smells so great when they’re done (and I have multiple pets)! It’s a relief to have such dependable, trustworthy and competent service - you’ll be happy you called them!

I had a plumber due early in the morning and expected them to be done way before my TCA appointment. They were not. The TCA team took it in stride and did the best they could do.

Sarah and Lisa did an excellent job cleaning our home. They are courteous and friendly and our dog loves them.

Jolene and Kourtanie always do a great job cleaning my house. They show up on time and are very dependable. Most importantly, they are careful not to let my Beagle Sadie escape. She loves to run and it's a chase to get her back. She waits for them at the door and supervises them while they work. Sometimes Kylie the Quality Assurance person comes by. Sadie wags her tail for her too. Sadie thinks they just come here to see her, but they do an excellent job of cleaning my place. Sadie thinks they are worth five stars and I agree.

Loved this place, been trying to find a great cleaning service and I can say they didn’t disappoint! Scheduled an appointment and they sent out two very professional cleaning crew girls, Rachel was excellent she cleaned areas of my house I hadn’t touched in ages. My son even mentioned his toys had been organized and looked amazing. She’s definitely one of the best I have even requested they come back more often and requested Rachel to be my cleaner. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I have been using Cleaning Authority services for my monthly cleaning of my house, for more than a year, maybe two now. They have always done a great job! I have had a few minor issues that have come up, which is too be expected but when they did they took care of them immediately. To me you only know how good a business really is, when you have issues. It's how they handle them and resolve them and they have always done that. We have used the Cleaning Authority - Phoenix for about 4 years now to perform routine cleaning service of our home. Rachel is our team leader and when she is our team leader (which fortunately is most of the time), we are consistently pleased with the quality of their cleaning services. Last week we had Rachel again as our team leader and her other team members were Ruth and Regina. They did an excellent job once again! Our labradoodle loves them, which assures us they are good people too! We appreciate the consistency!!!

Rachael, Ruth and Regina cleaned our home last week . They did a great job. Definitely 5 stars . We are pretty together around here, but getting everything really clean and sparkling is always helpful and welcome. My dogs are always ready to meet and greet and help with everything.

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for almost a year... jeez I don't know how I made it this long without great cleaners. They literally make my life so much easier.. they are priceless. Rhonda and Penny are at my home regularly and take amazing care of my space. I have to be home because of my dogs when they come.. and they are so friendly and comfortable to be around when I have other things to do around the house. I must say something about the management.. great customer service. Management regularly checks up on things, they make phone calls or call backs easy, and they really work with you to do what's best for all. We have used Cleaning Authority for a couple of years and they come weekly. Typically we weren't home when they would come and we'd come home to a sparkling house. Now that we are working from home, the ladies are so friendly and good with our dog. Jolene, Kortanie, Winter and Brooke are some of my favorites. They really go above and beyond to make sure our house is clean top to bottom. It is definitely worth the price to have more family time and not have to worry about cleaning!

Hired them for the first time a few months ago when I noticed my house was very dusty. Didn’t really know what to expect but after Rachel came to our home and was very friendly showed us what she would be cleaning and I was amazed by the end result. I suffer from allergies often and in Arizona dust and pollen is a big factor. I’ve noticed after the cleaning even my allergies seem to subside. Don’t hesitate to book with them you won’t regret it, and ask for Rachel she’s the best!

I made a sweep through my condo after the cleaners left and it appears that they did a good job of all the elements I would expect in a proper overall cleaning. And, of course, that is what I want. They begin cleaning immediately upon entry and take notes for the next cleaners who might be assigned my home so that I don't have to repeat any special instructions. I try to keep my house reasonably clean at all times--at least tidy--and I especially value this overall clean so everything looks great at one time!

Winter and Brooke have been cleaning our home for many months and we're always so grateful for the quality clean they provide, very thorough and productive; thrilled to have them on a regular basis.

The service has been hit and miss lately. Some cleans are great; others not so good. The administrative staff seems to require more of the customer than usual, e.g. the temperature of the house must be set at 72 degrees or below; there is always the need for reviews; requests that customers accommodate the service if late or absent but fines if customers have changes; cancellations required many days in advance.; etc.

MIckie cleaned today for us and did a marvelous job! She was professional, friendly and very contentious about doing a good job! I've been a customer now for several months and highly recommend their services

Shannon, Annette and June are super if for just one reason.They will listen to the rantings of an old man who lives alone. They are kind and courteous,hard workers, and they no how to mix professional with compassion for the client. With that they came ,they cleaned and were out the door and down the road. Annette is a must in making up the team.Shannon is certainly attentive to her responsibilities as a team member. June is the new girl on the team and I believe she has a bright future and contributes to the efficiency of the team. These girls are able to get the job done well with little or no inconvenience for the home owner.

This is my second visit and the same team as before did the same fabulous job. I am so happy to have found this company after searching in vain for a long time. I could not be more pleased and will heartily recommend them to anyone who cares about a clean house.

Met with them for estimate and signed up for weekly service. Had an initial deep clean where they broke a $50 decoration. They left a note saying sorry. My house is for sale so need it looking perfect so i wanted it done every week. They somehow managed to not schedule me. After they failed to show up i called and their only response was sorry. Every business worth a damn would have found a way to get it done as to not lose a client. Not them. They didn't seem to care. Do yourself a favor and find someone reliable. I should have read all the other negative reviews before calling them. Don't make the same mistake

Wednesday 9/23/2020 - Another thorough clean by Mickie, who works by herself but does the job of at least two people. We were especially delighted to see her today because the house was in more than usual disorder after a week of unexpected emergencies. Mickie has put us back together and restored the clean. So grateful!

The Cleaning Authority cleans our house on a regular basis. We have multiple dogs and two teenagers, yet, the Cleaning Authority staff always show up with smiles on their faces. Penny and Cliff do a great job cleaning the house and they have made an effort to get to know our dogs - this makes all the difference for our dogs.

I’ve been a customer for several years now and love this companies cleaning, they are very detailed and their cleaning is always the best. Rachel is my #1 gal she’s been cleaning my house for years now and always goes above and beyond, I could t recommend her enough!

The women worked hard, did a great job, were very respectful and courteous. Company sent a supervisor to check work while they were here. Really glad I hired them and so happy they both spoke english so there were no communication problems.

As this was our first service with The Cleaning Authority, a initial cleaning was done. PENNY and CLIFF were professional, thorough and worked the entire time they were in our home. Previous services seem to take numerous breaks. Our home was sparkling clean when they left. We look forward to monthly service with The Cleaning Authority.

I have never written a review about anything before but I had such a bad experience with his cleaning company that I will take the time to review . They came out to do an estimate. When I called to schedule weekly service they couldn't find any record of me because they had misspelled my name. When they were finally able to pull up my account I was told they couldn't find the estimate paperwork.

After 20 minutes on the phone I was able to schedule my cleaning service. On the day of the cleaning I waited my entire two hour window and no one showed up. I called the office and spoke to the same girl and she admitted that she might've forgotten to actually schedule it.
The owner was super rude and unhelpful.
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

We have been using the Cleaning Authority for several years after going through many other cleaning services in the process and have been delighted with their service, responsiveness and the quality of their personnel. Management always seems willing to make whatever adjustments are needed to ensure customer satisfaction and the personnel are always there on time and ready to work.

Winter came to my home and really was professional and courteous. She had. A great attention to detail and very thorough with cleaning the areas I need. I would definitely hire her again.

I've used TCA for a couple of years now and just love the professionalism of the team that cleans for me. They do a great job and always strive to make sure that I'm satisfied. They go out of their way to do the little things instead of rushing through the house to get to the next job like some other companies do. I highly recommend TCA and have - to my friends and family!

My cleaners (Brooke & Agahi) did an excellent job.

Schedule showed noon and all the sudden I get a txt at 8:30am that they are on their way. I prefer the early morning time slot but didnt appreciate having to scramble when the schedule said they would be hours later.

This company in the Cave Creek area is not professional and really should be investigated for ethics. This company and the owners treatment of African American men is tasteless and intolerable. I do not recommend this company

Ever since my long-time housekeeper moved in the spring of 2015, we have utilized TCA. They are highly recommended. Courteous, professional, flexible scheduling (thank you, Kim), and always a wonderful clean.

This cleaning service was stealing our medication. My wife discovered this and replaced the pills they were stealing with laxatives. In retribution, they reported us to CPS the next day and we had to face ridiculous allegations about the medications they were stealing being left out where our 3 year old could get them. Left out means the top drawer of a chest of drawers in our closet. Our older girls were pulled out of class by CPS and we get strange looks now at the daycare where we bring our 3-year old because CPS stopped by to examine her at the daycare. Also - they are terrible cleaners - I had to have areas redone on a regular basis. Use these people at your own risk and lock up your medication and valuables. And if you get them angry, be prepared for CPS to be at your door.
