Chris at Alien Air was fair and honest. My roof A/C was replaced without any problems, the crew got to my place at 6 am and was done in 3 hours. The employees were extremely professional and answered all my questions. I was very surprised to have such honesty from a company. Chris decided I didn't need any ductwork and saved me $1100. I must say: Baikal Mechanical is the real deal. They made it so easy to get exhaust fan motor replacement for an affordable price. They were much more affordable than other local businesses who could’ve done this for me. Plus, I got a good vibe when I reached out and spoke to their customer care rep. Love when trusting my gut leads to companies like Baikal Mechanical. Very good chance I’ll be a repeat customer of theirs eventually.

My a/c wasn’t working and I came home from a 2- week vacation and it was 86 in my condo at 9pm. I called and reported the problem and the tech came out and fixed my a/c by 11pm. I was so grateful!!

Tech were there at the time they said and were finished by the time they projected. They did a great job and are very friendly.

Was assigned APEX through my home warranty on June 15th, 2021. Technician was on site withing two days and had to order parts. Today is August 4th, 2021 and A/C is NOT fixed. Called home warranty and APEX and they kept throwing the ball at each other. Finally called my home warranty to cancel my policy and they tried contacting APEX, APEX told them that I canceled the service (which is a lie, I have phone records) Been without A/C for almost two months in AZ at temps over 110 degrees.
