Finding good service providers is part of a simpler, kinder life, I feel. Mears is one of those for us. For the past few years, Mears has helped us out several times. Every person who has come to our home has been genuinely nice and professional. I have been impressed by their communication skills (both the business and each tech we have met). They have kept us informed with arrival time call/heads-up, clear description of problem and solutions, any delays due to obtaining parts (which they expedite as much as they can), honesty when a problem is confusing and willing to call up the line of expertise to find best options (and explain), costs and time estimates. I ask questions and they give patient, complete answers, never patronizing. Top notch. On one occasion, they did the research for us on a Trane warranty we didn't have paperwork for...and made necessary contacts to save us much expense. Highly recommend!

I called Howard Air after my A/C caused a leak in my ceiling. I had to turn off my A/C to contain the flood of water. Although I had never used Howard Air in the past, the receptionist made a special effort to send a technician to my house after hours. The technician who came was extremely helpful. He couldn’t fix the problem but he made sure to have additional technicians return today. They were able to fix my A/C and install a safety shut off valve to prevent another leak. The technicians were efficient, polite, clean and explained what they did. AND, the charges were very reasonable. I am so grateful that they were recommended to me. I’m just sorry I didn’t call them sooner.

I was concerned by what I read in my water report from the city and he addressed all my questions and designed a great system to keep my family healthy and safe. Then Dylan and Justin came and installed it beautifully. Very happy with the work and will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

5 star air just installed a complete new AC unit with google nest thermostat. They were so helpful and did such an amazing job. I was truly grateful that Tony took the time to ensure the system connected to my phone and worked properly. Ashley went above and beyond with all the details. After my AC motor went bad they were able to do a quick fix when everyone else couldn't get out for a few days. Afterwords unit was struggling to cool back down since it was without ac for more than a day. They went the extra mile to check out that everything was in order and even helped me clean it out. Now I have a nice cool house and wife is happy again.

Millennium Commercial Cooling & Refrigeration were very responsive, patient, and thoughtful in their interactions with me. Mike was the technician on my double AC unit maintenance service and he was very nice and right on time. He explained what he was going to be doing and what he needed from us as the home owners. Using Millennium Commercial Cooling & Refrigeration has put our mind at ease about the health of our AC units during this summer.

They were nice on the phone but don't expect to buy parts from them if your not a contractor. They weren't able to help me but they did refer another company that was able to assist me.
