My unit went out on the coldest week of the year. Despite it being a busy time, Eric responded to my calls quickly and was able to get out to inspect my unit much faster than I expected. He gave me his honest feedback and was so helpful in explaining the problem. You can tell Eric enjoys his job and knows what he's doing.

I just had my A/C unit serviced by Robert last week and I have to say it was THE BEST experience I've EVER had dealing with any service repair or maintenance call. Not only did he show up at the very beginning of the time requested...he even made a call to let me know when he was on his way. He took the time to explain to me what was causing the problem and specifically what he was doing the correct all the issues. Given I'm not a professional A/C guy, I really appreciated him explaining all the work that needed to be done to me in plain English too. He didn't make me feel stupid or intimidated to ask questions so I understood exactly what I was paying for and why the work needed to be done in the first place. I'm an AZ native so trust me when I say I've had plenty of dealings with A/C companies and techs in the past and nobody compared to the level of service and the UNBELIEVABLE results that I got from Robert and Marlin Services. I'd recommend him and Marlin to anyone who wants the job done right and at a reasonable price. It's hard to believe, but thanks to Robert, I'm actually cold in Phoenix in the middle of May!!!!

This is THE place to go if you need to replace your AC's capacitors. Most will be around 50 bucks or so vs nearly $200 for the same part from the repair man. Great service and staff!

BEWARE and BE VERY PROTECTIVE of your elderly loved ones!
A rep sold an HVAC to an old 85 year old (my family) who not only didn't understand but also hustled her into financing a system twice as much as it's worth. I can't understand why people take advantage of elderly people with no income, the inability to speak English and and having documents signed that are not in Spanish.
Once my family found out, we tried to resolve it immediately with the financing company who then informed us that not only did this sound like fraud, but that my family member was put on a financing plan (not given an option) that didn't benefit her at all (no deferred interest and a very high interest rate). VERY DISAPPOINTING.
We then called the owner Manny to discuss and come to a resolution that was fair for both parties. The owner was not understanding and insisted that my 85 year old family member consented to all despite the fact of his rep having her sign paperwork on his phone that she could not read. After two hours of negotiation, Many reduced the price by 1k (was 4k oversold) and was unwilling to budge. Even though it wasn't the outcome we wanted, it was agreed upon and many family members decided to pay it in full to prevent the extra interest fees and to be done with the dilemma. Many then stated that he needed to contact the financing company and get the new numbers in order to take a full payment and it should only take up to 24 hours. My family was hesitant due to the lack of a moral compass that both parties (rep and owner) have demonstrated in which we expressed. Manny then stated, you have my word, I will not rescind in the agreement, I am a man of my word. We waited two days with no phone calls. We called several times on day 3 and was told Manny was unavailable. On day 4, Manny contacted a family member to say that he is not honoring the agreement and that everything he said was to appease the family. WOW, the little faith we had in the company to demonstrate some type of integrity was now diminished to nothing.
Conclusion: same day my family paid the financing company in full to protect my elderly family member and now we are seeking legal representation.

Outdoor condenser was tripping circuit breaker. As a maintenance plan customer, called for service and Juan came out on a Saturday. Diagnosed and replaced parts and voila back up and running. He was great, personable, explained what he was checking and doing, made me feel comfortable. Overall pleased with him and the service he provided.

I spent about three weeks researching a/c companies on Google, Yelp and BBB. I ended up getting four comparable quotes. When you consider ACA gets five star revues on all three all the time there has to be a reason and it's not just the great price !The decision really wasn't that hard. I never once felt I was being 'sold' an a/c unit by Troy. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and queries at the time and the many questions I sent in email from after his visit. When I 'pulled the trigger' the installation team came out and were very friendly, polite and professional stopping only for about 30 minutes for lunch. The install was a vast improvement over the previous job of questionable quality and apparent shortcuts and as of now we are looking forward to the summer !At the very least get yourself a quote, you will not regret it or be disappointed.

My gas furnace was not turning on, so I reported it to my home warranty company. Velox Air was sent out 3 times to address the issue. They cleaned a deposit off the fuel line on the first visit, changed the setting on a gauge the second time and cleaned the filter the third time. On the third visit, the technician told me that he thought the thermostat was the issue because he was seeing an issue both with the unit turning on and off. He told me that he would request that the thermostat be replaced with my home warranty company. I waited about a week and did not hear back, so I called my home warranty company. They said that Velox had closed the request instead of requesting the thermostat replacement, the warranty company called and spoke to a representative at Velox, who spoke to the technician, who said that he HAD asked for the thermostat to be replaced. Long story, short, the home warranty company approved the thermostat being replaced, but management at Velox has refused to replace it and insists that the furnace (that they never tested) is working fine. I have been dealing with a broken furnace since mid March and still have a broken furnace. Luckily it has gotten warm, so I do not currently need the furnace, but will request another vendor in the fall when I turn it on again. Velox is the worst vendor I have dealt with and I would recommend using someone else for your heating and cooling needs
