Eric is just the best, no one takes care of their customers better, he serviced my units for years, then led me through choosing the right units when replacement was needed, saved my thousands, and the new high efficiency units are still saving me money.

Very disappointed with them. I purchased a brand new AC from Marlin a few years ago. With temps over 107, I am sitting in heat. Every single year, since purchasing the new unit, something has gone wrong. Many times the repair was not covered under warranty. Although I didn't want a citrus tree, something smells like a lemon.

Who wants to bet that management won't respond to this comment?! Only compliments acknowledged, hmmm...

Excellent service! Two other companies had tried to address a problem, and one had improperly installed a motor. Nick worked with the warranty and took pictures to show me the difference of what he had installed versus what he replaced. He was polite and efficient all the way through. My highest recommendation!

My A/C motor gave out, it was a 19year old unit, the same day I called they came out within 3 hours. Manny himself came out to my home to do the estimate and process my application. Ulysses arrived ahead of a scheduled visit for a quote on a new HVAC system. By the time he left 2+ hrs later, he didn't feel we needed a new system yet, and instead replaced a small part he found to not be working as expected.
