Worst company ever. Abandoned job of home with severe water damage. Didn't complete demo or dry out house. Disconnected all bathroom sinks, toilets, etc & left water valves open with main turned off. Owner, Jason, would not return calls. Sent $20+k bill.

BTW, the Slate representative was named Alex Madrigal who abandoned the job. Jason Jarvis is the owner, He called and left a voicemail saying This is Jason Jarvis. I hope you didn't pass out shocked that I actually called you. I'm a terrible person and I've been avoiding you because sometimes I avoid hard things and just calling and being a grown up... I think that you have been requesting a call from me for like a month now so that excuse doesn't hold up...

They were quick to respond and did an excellent job during the cleanup phase and were prompt and professional through all phases of construction. Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.

Matthew and Cody are very thorough and professionally commutative. I honestly wouldn't trust most people to do extensive jobs in my home like this but there's something about them that made me very comfortable with the situation. There are way too many carpet cleaning companies in Phoenix to waste your time paying hard earned money for poor service. Not a good experience working with this company. I wouldn't recommend them.

BEWARE. Absolute rip-off. Was quoted $79 as that was their minimum. In actuality that is JUST their drive fee. Then they charge another 45 and 40 on top of it. Asked for pet stain to be removed - pet stains are still there and smell remains. I ended up having to use my Bissell and I had better luck...AVOID. Not professionals!!
