I’d recommend using this company for any home fire damage cleanup & repair needs. They are the best when it comes to restorations.

Great Service.

Ended up paying more than was quoted for use of roto vac in “high traffic” areas. Didn’t make a difference. Carpets in closets weren’t cleaned. Ultimately not worth the price. They left the carpets soaked, didn’t even apply fans to help dry faster. Took a whole day and a half to dry. Take your business elsewhere. I did not book the appointment, but as you can see by the invoice, I was definitely a customer.

This company is amazing. I mostly went through Jason. But they worked hard and took care of things. And the people at customer service are great and get things done.

Our office was flooded due to a leak in an adjoining business. The Servpro team of North Tempe came out the same day and immediately took action to protect us from whatever else was going on on the other side of our shared walls. We could tell, or at least felt like, the other business was dragging their feet with their process, but Mike and his team took excellent care of us and got our cleanup underway immediately! They were very thorough and checked in with us daily to give us an update about the ongoing work. Everyone on the team was polite, professional and took great pride and ownership of the jobs they were doing. They made a rough situation as smooth as it could be for us. Please consider using them for any of the services they offer!
