This is a top notch business! We were referred to Copper Springs by the builder of our home after we had some not-so-great experiences with several different plumbing businesses. Heath fixed a complicated shower repair/faucet install, he installed a sink, sink faucet, garbage disposal and fixed a few leaks. I'm always amazed at how fair and professional he is, considering the high quality of his work. We will be using Copper Springs plumbing for all our needs from here on out!

Aaron really is the best there is! I had an unusable sink and a leaking bathtub. Aaron saved me the headache of braving the plumbing store and knew exactly what was needed to fix the leaks. When the first plan didn't work, he had a backup plan already in place and I can finally use my sink and tub! Easy to schedule an appointment and availability next day! Wouldn't go anywhere else when the next need pops up!

Valleywide needed to enter my property to repair a drain line in a condo on another floor of a high-rise. It was a complicated issue, and in the end Valleywide did a fantastic job, I even had the owner come out and speak with me and apologize. Very professional.

The guy replaced me two valve for my toilets. I checked on line, the total cost was 40 dollars. The guy worked 30 minutes, I paid 270 dollars. 230 dollars labor for 30 minutes, a true robbery.

Carl and Logan were great. got along with our loud and obnoxious dogs, and had all the parts on hand to work our combi unit on the roof. They were knowledgeable and were able to get technical with me when I had specific engineering questions about the fix and upgrade of my compressor motor, including monitoring the current draw before and after repair procedures and showing me the replaced parts. I always appreciate an honest and respectful technician, and these guys were that.

The service from Bumble Bee Plumbing was incredible. The dispatchers (Deedee) and another young lady I can't remember her name were extremely nice and friendly. Deedee set up my appointment and even called afterwards to ensure everything was good and that I was happy with my service. The service was done by Ken Brown and he was the utmost professional. He was extremely thorough and took time to answer any and all questions that I had. He even made sure I understood what he was checking and looking for. I will continue to use and tell everyone about bumble bee plumbing because of their professionalism and just how nice they were.
