THE PLUMBER IS AMAZING. He phoned me before my allocated time slot to let me know he was available, and he arrived promptly. And he worked tirelessly for almost an hour to unclog my clogged drain. Unfortunately, the task was more complicated, so he graciously departed from the field at no cost to me. (Unfortunately, I had to assign the work to my landlord at the time, despite my willingness to pay within reason.)

They take care of everything. You just need to pick your location and tell them what you need. They come out, do the work, and send you a bill. It is so easy to use and the pricing is fair. I love the customer service and the ability to schedule a time for the work to be done. The scheduling is easy to use and the work is done on time. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

If I could give these people no stars I would. Completely rude right from the beginning. This company called me at 7 am to confirm an appointment and didnt even bother to leave a voicemail. The man that answered my call seemed bothered by my call and questions when I returned the call. He was rude, condescending and interrupted me several times to correct me. Unacceptable.

Donley had installed a solar hot water system on my roof just over 3 years ago. The literature provided with the system suggested that there was a 6 year warranty. Thus, when the monitor showed no signal from the thermocouple on the roof resulting in the pump not operating and no hot water being produced, I expected that this item would be covered by warranty and called Donley for the repair. They sent a congenial repair man who, after some phone consultations with Mike, was able to identify and reconnect the wiring to the thermocouple at the solar panel on the roof. He described the problem as not a bad thermocouple but a loose electrical connection. He said that, when he removed the pipe insulation, the thermocouple wiring was loose. He reconnected it and everything worked as it did originally. He restored the insulation on the piping which he had removed to access the thermocouple leads, but did not paint it white as was done with the original installation to protect the insulation from the sun's harsh effects. Then he presented me with the bill. I said that I had presumed that this was a warranty repair, but was told that their work has only a 1 year parts and labor warranty. He said my bill was $125/hour for the 1 hour's work. At that rate, I was not going to send him back up on the roof to paint the insulation!
Bottom line - I expected that Donley would have done a better job with the initial installation such that there would not have been a loose wire connection in such a short time. My previous solar hot water system endured more than 25 years in the AZ sun without a wiring failure such as this. I also expected that restoring the system would have included painting the new installation at no extra charge.
As to ratings - I would give Ricardo 5 for congeniality and 3 for system knowledge. I believe Donley did not provide a suitably robust installation initially and am disappointed in having to pay to have it corrected. That rates no more than 1 star.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Abraham from Greenstar Plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the steps he was taking to fix the problem. He was very patient and answered all my questions in detail. He was also very affordable and I would recommend him and the company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

We purchased a new boiler from this Plumbing Services several years ago. The exhaust fan went out while on I was on vacation. I called yesterday and the crew was out today earlier than estimated.

His prices were lower than I expected them to have to pay for the work he did. He made no attempt to sell me anything I didn’t need. I felt that he was honest and dependable.
