Best Replace in Phoenix AZ

Great service from David and Donovan. They went above and beyond and saved the old door frame to reuse on my shed. I would ask for David and Donovan for any of your installations.

Humberto and Misa were right on time and did an excellent job. They noticed defective screens that were promptly replaced the next day. The windows look great! I couldn't be happier.

Not a great experience. They sent a salesperson out for an estimate he took over an hour and a half and quoted me over $45k for 6 windows and 2 slider doors. I highly recommend shopping around and doing your research when looking for windows.

This company is very responsive, my problem is they replaced some broken windowsills and didn't replace the rubber weather stripping. The tech just left it hanging loose so that the window looked like it was falling apart. I called the company to complain and they said that they didn't have replacement weather stripping because the window was to old and usually they apply a silicone beading to the old weather strips but the tech didn't have any silicone so he just left it hanging very loose like that. My problem is that this tech obviously doesn't take pride in his work and now has to make a second trip out to my property to finish the job properly because leaving it the way he did was not proper. PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW

UPDATE: The very day I posted my review I was contacted by True View Windows and they were concerned enough to fix the issue. I have now changed my review to 5 stars because being in the customer service industry myself I understand how important it is to correct my opinions especially when it involves companies that care. I am now a very satisfied customer. Is this not the kind of companies you want to do business with????

Dwayne and his business are awesome! Very responsive. First to provide a bid and very competitive. Great professionalism and feel comfortable to work with. Glass came and was installed when he said it would. Will use them again for other windows and recommend to you all!

Every part of the process was excellent. From the estimate to the finished work. Window World came in a little less expensive but Craig's presentation and answering all our questions helped make the decision to hire Vision to do our work an easy one. The installation was done in a day and was exactly what was promised at the exact price promised. Would recommend highly.

Great company. easy to work with and they did exactly what they promised. Jose and his crew were terrific. They left everything cleaner than it was when they came in. They even helped me retrieve my puppy a couple of times,. It wasn't their fault that he was loose. I definitely recommend them.

100% recommend this company. Greg is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything from top to bottom and answered all our questions (and we had many). He came out TWO more times to answer our additional questions. We originally only needed an estimate for one window but ended up replacing all of the windows in our home. We interviewed four other companies and we were not impressed with the professionalism we received as they really didn’t want to fuss with one window. We even talked with the other company that sells and installs Infinity from Marvin. I had to ask the sales guy to leave as he wasn’t transparent with his pricing. If you are looking for a professional, honest company this is it!

It was extremely easy. The salesperson came, showed us the samples, and gave us a quote all in the same visit. Installers came and wasted no time and we're done with all 6 windows in a day and a half, leaving only painting the trim for us.

Top class experience from first contact to delivery of rebuilt window motor. Lotus no longer carried the motor for my Elan M100 and I feared it was going to be extraordinarily expensive to have it repaired, but Power Window was great value.

Dealing with Josh on an arcadia door replacement with a quality French door....very professional and friendly to work with.

Jason did a great job through the whole process of replacing our window screens. He was recommended through our neighbors, and we were not disappointed. Econ Windows are dependable, friendly and trustworthy. We highly recommend.

The sales person did not communicate properly with us prior to the install . We were told there would be no problem installing new wimdows in our house. After the sub contractors were finished with the install we were left with 2 differnt types of windows not matching . The front windows in our houae look unfinished and differnt than the rest. When called to ask them.about whats the difference . The sales person told us to go to home depot and put up our own wood trim or have a stucco guy put another trim up for us. That if they were to put a trim up it would cost extra..never was this extra price ,difference in the windows discussed with us prior them selling us the windows Very unhappy with the end results for what would have been a pretty good set of windows other that that. I would never recommend them to anyone else or use their services again.
