Nick from Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing is a rock star! The valves for the hot and cold water on my washer disintegrated when I went to install a new washer. No way to replace on my own, so I asked a plumber I knew (retired) who he recommended. Hays. No question. They arrived on time and with all tools to fix in less than 30 minutes. Amazing. Top notch workmanship, and even tried to save me the emergency fee with a fix over the phone that might have worked, but sadly didn’t in my situation. So glad I called Hays!

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

I can see now why Hobaica has great reviews online. Their service and professionalism is second to none, and they have a wonderful and knowledgeable staff.
First, Amer came to my house when my AC unit stopped working. He was super kind and professional. He kindly informed me that my unit was 49 years old and was a safety hazard due to bad wiring and other severe issues. He highly suggested that I replace the unit because of the age and safety issues and any repair done to it would be temporary and delaying the inevitable. He promptly put a call in to get an expert to come to my house.
Simon showed up the same day to discuss solutions to my problem. He talked about my options for what is best for me after he inspected my ducting in the attic and looked at the unit on the roof. He was a great listener for my needs and he suggested a 3 ton unit for my house and we discussed financing options. I went with a Lennox brand unit, it came with a 10 year warranty.
A few days go by and a week before installation, I received a phone call from Simon. He informed me that the unit that we agreed on was no longer in stock. He said that Hobaica, because of the situation, will upgrade me to a unit that has a better warranty for NO COST! Fantastic! It is a Daikin AC unit with a 12 year warranty, instead of 10 year for the Lennox.
For the day of installation, Giovanni and Troy show up to my house exactly when they were scheduled to. They introduce themselves and told me exactly what was going to happen during the installation. They both were very polite and answered any questions I had. Also, I have dogs that are very vocal about people they don't know. I asked them to text me when they need to enter the house to do anything and they kindly accommodated me so I could put the dogs into the backyard for them. They were very thorough about picking up after themselves and they left no trash behind, which is nice.

I called Desert Diamond to get a quote on a new air conditioner. Cody was the technician that came out. I was very impressed with Cody- he was very professional and very knowledgeable. I know I would be in good hands with this company. He didn’t try to up sell me on products or tell me to buy the most expensive unit. I would definitely recommend this company even though I have not used them as of yet.

Gabe has been servicing my HVAC system since he was a 2 man company. Since that time Gabe and his employees from the office staff to the field techs have always provided outstanding customer service. Gabe is a prime example of someone who is sincere, honest, humble, has a strong work ethic and always available to speak directly with his customers. He cares about his customers. He never tries to sell you a service or product that you don’t need. I wish there were more businesses that had Gabe’s qualities as a business owner. I trust, respect and will continue to refer Expert HVAC to my friends and family.

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

We were referred to Mark, owner of Cactus Mechanical, through a mutual friend when soliciting several bids to replace two 3-ton split-gas A/C systems in our 15-year-old home. Mark is one of the most down-to-earth, honest, and patient A/C contractors you’ll ever have the pleasure of working with. Their “best pricing first” is fair (not so cheap that you’ll think he’s cutting corners, but not sticker-shock high either), the equipment options are a great value (they use the sister brands of major labels that come with the same quality without the brand-name markups), and he’s proud of the fact that he pays his guys well to ensure they stick around.
When bidding on the job, he also identified a common installation problem from the home builder and offered to correct it during the replacement, improving airflow to a couple of hot rooms. Beyond that, he didn’t pad the invoice with unwanted thermostats, maintenance contracts, or high-end systems that offered poor ROI for the time we expect to remain in this home. Because his distributor’s pricing improved during the bid process, he was able to revise the quote and pass some significant savings onto us.

When the time came for install, one of the two outdoor units arrived at his shop slightly damaged by a forklift. He was quick to let us know and gave us the option of splitting the install or doing it all at once. We took the option to replace one of the two systems which were inoperative to ensure we’d be comfortable as the spring temperatures were forecasted to climb, then replace the other system a week later when it arrived at his distributor.

For the actual install, from start to finish, his crew was efficient and performed quality workmanship. Each of the two 3-ton split gas A/C and furnace systems we replaced in our home were removed and replaced in an average of 4 hours each, including puling new thermostat wire to my two ecobee 4 thermostats to properly support two-stage operation (not the easiest job since the wire wasn’t readily accessible). From initial contact to job completion, Mark personally kept us in the loop with scheduling, equipment delivery status, and work completion times, and I never once felt uncomfortable or “in the dark” with the work or what was going on. Every install requires photos to add to the customer file to ensure the job was done right the first time. He was onsite at the start of the first job, and the completion of the second.

I would highly recommend considering Cactus Mechanical for any residential and commercial HVAC job in the valley (they do a lot of radio and cellular tower cooling systems too). You won’t be disappointed!

Day & Night AC installed AC & heating units for my sister’s new home. Company was very professional and all employees we encountered had excellent customer service skills. Installation crew worked efficiently as a team, answered questions willingly and politely, were very careful, covered floors with tarps, and were simply outstanding in all aspects. Company provided photo and text in advance about tech who would be calling to complete final inspection. Unbelievably good service. This was truly an impressive experience. They get our highest recommendation!

We used king mechanical about 3 years ago when we replaced 3 ac units in our house. At first everything seemed great, install was much quicker than we expected, but everything seemed to have gone smooth.

The issues started about 2 months after install. The condensation pan to one of units started leaking, we called them out and they said there was a clog and that’s why it caused a leak in my ceiling. There should have been no clog, that should have been cleaned before it was installed. Then A few weeks later one of the brand new thermostats they installed stopped working, they pretty much told me I was on my own with that and I had to call the thermostat company and I ended up installing a new one myself. Now lets forward to November, so about 6 months after install, we try to turn the heat on down stairs and it doesn’t work, we call them back out. They came out and said they got the heat working, GREAT! fast forward a few months later we go to use the air where they fixed the heat… guess what the a/c doesn’t work ?? we have had to call them out literally every 6 months because we can either get heat or a/c, but we can’t have both. Now it’s just about 3 years later, I have had 2 condensation pans leaks, and 2 out of the 3 brand new units do not work. They will not answer phone calls or texts. after this review I will also be reporting to the bbb and the ROC.

We employed TemperaturePro to troubleshoot an issue of vibrating when our AC ran. The crew got up in the attic and found that the fan had some insulation from the air exchange stuck to the it, causing it to run off balance. What a relief that it only cost the basic fee.
