Your installers were as professional as any installers I have used. They were friendly, patient and helpful explaining anything and everything I asked them. I would highly recommend these employees and company to everyone. Thank you for a job well done. We love our new windows.
We are really happy with our purchase. Rudy came to our house several times to talk shop and make sure we picked out the right windows. Dan and Kage installed them, and Joe did the stucco work. Everyone was always on-time and professional. So far everything looks immaculate and quality. For any other buyers out there replacing old metal windows with vinyl, I would HIGHLY recommend you pay extra to get the flush frame with the stucco work. We paid extra for this on 1 of our windows, but not the other. You can clearly see from the pics the difference it made in frame width both inside and out. If we ever have to replace more windows we're def going w/ the flush/stucco method since that mimics our old metal windows almost perfectly.

Dan, Devin, Adam, and Mason came out to do our installation and we couldn't be happier with the results! They arrived on time and got right to work on the windows. We had 11 windows and 1 sliding glass door being replaced and we were prepared to have the install take 2 days. Much to our surprise, they were done in one!
The entire process, from the free consultation, to getting the windows ordered, to scheduling the install, the the installation itself, this company has been top notch! I will not hesitate to refer them to anyone who is looking for new windows!

We love our new windows! Great quality and service. The installation was seamless. Very neat and organized! Dan, Kage, Nate and Rich were very particular and so polite. I found Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors by “researching” (googling) local companies and wanted to check out their product. Looking to get out of our aluminum windows that conducted heat and cold, I thought vinyl windows to be the logical choice for longevity and cost effectiveness. I am very pleased with the decision to use Affordable Windows + for the job!
We installed 12 windows throughout the home my guys Dan, Kage and Brandon knocked it out of the park! They were professional, respectful and efficient and were able to get all windows installed within a few hours with having to go up and down stairs and what not. Kudos to you guys because it looked like some of these were a (bleep) to install. The finish is perfect and the windows look great.
Now having the windows installed for a little over a week, I can confirm that road noise is greatly reduced! This is a giant win for these things. Also, the darker window option (I think it allows like 40% of light in) is super necessary for sun facing windows. The light coming in is a bit bluer in hue than natural sunlight, so plan accordingly!
Overall, Affordable Windows + Exteriors is a great company to work with. The whole process from consultation to shipping communication and finally installation has been fantastic. They were very communicative and quick to answer any questions. Shipping was altered because newsflash we are in a pandemic, but I never wondering what was going to happen. Isn’t it nice when companies follow through and do what they say they can and perform at a high level? Thank you for our windows!

The installers were here on-time and very professional. They replaced 9 windows and my back door and they are beautiful! Dan, Kage, Kevin & Mason were great to work with and even liked our dogs. They were happy to address any concerns we had and cleaned up perfectly. They also went the extra mile and tried to fix our leaking window. The man who gave us the quote was also great, no pressure and very friendly. We would definitely recommend Affordable Windows to anyone who needed installation or repair.
Rudy was our salesman. He did a great job of giving us all the options for our windows. A very good experience with a no pressure sales pitch. I was hesitant about using a vinyl window in the Phoenix heat but after watching how the windows were installed I feel like they should be a good fit for the climate. Brandon, Devon and David were the installion team. They were very professional and personable. They did a great job of installing and cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend the windows and the company if you are interested in getting new windows installed in your home. Windows came out great. Installers Dan, Kage, Nate and Jason were professional and friendly. Overall great experience and happy with the outcome. One window had a small crack but Dan was quick to request a replacement.
We love our new windows! Devin and Jason, our install guys, came and installed 3 windows for us in just under 3 hours, they were super professional, on time, and did a wonderful job with the install! The windows were backordered for about 12-14 weeks due to supply chain issues so I would definitely order sooner than later! Their office team was super nice and sent over all the info we needed to submit to our HOA. Jason, our sales rep, was easy to talk to, not pushy at all with the sale and got straight to the point in his presentation. No fluff!
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Much like the positive reviews, I was fully satisfied when all of the windows in my house were replaced. The salesman was wonderful (of course) and the installation was smooth. Fast forward a year and I began having issues with ALL of the windows. The heat during the summer was unbearable and measured 112 degrees coming through. A couple of my windows are incredibly difficult to slide open. Now that it's winter time I have so much water coming through it's causing mold which was the initial reason I bought new windows to begin with! I tried contacting the company to put a work order in because they are supposed to be covered under warranty. Not only did they refuse to send anyone out to address any of my concerns but the owner Bill called me and was very rude and merely made escuses. Apparently the water is completely normal and the heat coming through isn't possible because they are efficient windows. I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even send someone out to look at the issues. I will undoubtedly be reporting this company. Don't be scammed by all of the positive reviews, if I would have left one initially it would have been 5 stars as well. Give it time and I'm sure all these 5 stars would be 0!

We had all 8 of our 43 year old aluminum windows replaced using Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors. It was a pleasant experience and our windows are beautiful. Their salesman, Rudy, was great to work with. He was the only one that didn't give off the pushy sales person vibe, and he did a great job of showing us the quality of the windows and explaining the excellent warranty. People showed up when they said they would, measurements were taken multiple times and the windows arrived earlier than expected (5 1/2 weeks). Everyone else quoted 2-3 months. The installation was seamless. Dan and Brandon did a great job and answered all my endless questions about the windows and other stuff. :) The workmanship was excellent and the windows look really good. They were meticulous with their work and cleanup afterwords. I really appreciate the great experience with this company.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install windows and get ideas for future projects.
I had a wonderful team from the quotes visit, to the appointment scheduling and the install day.
I never felt pressured into buying anything was given great options such as; window tint colors, trim colors, and other options for security doors.
On the day of install Dan and Adam came out to my home and were very professional, polite, and clean. They covered up everything with plastics and did a wonderful job from start to finish.
They made sure all the debris was picked up. and made sure I understood everything that had to do with the new windows.
I will use only affordable windows for all future projects.

Doors and windows can be a big purchase, so go with someone who will work to earn your trust. We found Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors of Phoenix to be the right company for us. This was the most seamless home improvement project we have ever experienced. From our initial meeting with the sales pro, who we found to be credible and who educated us of the pros and cons of different types of windows while backing his statements with educational facts. We really liked the demonstration with the sample window, heat lamp and the temperature gun. He used these items to show how hot the outside of the window could be but inside of the sample the window was cool to the touch. The sales pro measured our old windows and later a second measurement was done by the owner ensuring the success of the install. The office staff was courteous and kept us informed as to the timing for installation. On the installation day four experienced workers showed up on time. The install team was prompt, polite, clean and went above and beyond. My home was left cleaner than when the installation was started. We highly recommend Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors of Phoenix to anyone looking for a beautiful upgrade to their home.

Affordable Windows came highly recommended by a friend. After receiving multiple quotes, i was very impressed with this company. Not only was the cost more effective with quality product, but everyone was professional, courteous, and timely. They all made this process very smooth. The gals in scheduling are so friendly and professional. Rudy and Bill really took the time to explain and demonstrate the product options without pressure!! They both are very knowledgeable. Our installers Devin and Mason were amazing, very professional and did a great job installing the windows. They had great attention to detail and really take pride in their work. We had our windows replaced with the primary goal of reducing noise from the busy street behind our home and Affordable Windows came through for us. We love the new windows, they look great and there is a significant reduction in noise which means we are enjoying better sleep each night. We had a positive experience working with Rudy in working through the details of our project and the costs associated with it. We also very much appreciated the hard work and quality that the install crews (Devin/Dan/David/Mason) put into our project. This is a great company that does great work. First, our new sliding glass door looks great. Really smooth and a substantial improvement over the one we replaced. Second, I cannot compliment the professional installation enough. Dan and Jayce did a great job and were both professional and personable throughout. Which gets me to my final point - the overall professionalism and integrity of the owner through the individual employees. I felt valued as a client, by being given accurate information up front. I will admit I had a little bit of sticker shock when I first had the estimate. But we got all of our questions answered and were even told that replacement with this Company may not be the least-cost option. Even so, this is about value and I definitely believe I got great value going with AWPE. Put simply, I highly recommend AWPE and would advise anyone to give them serious consideration when considering any work on windows, sliding glass doors and other products and service within their scope of expertise.
Wow. Just Wow. That's all I can say about Affordable windows. They were amazing!! They replaced every window in my house and did a beautiful job. I was concerned about damage to my walls as the old windows were the old metal ones in masonry walls. When they were complete (in one day) there was no damage, and they cleaned up everything. I could not have been happier. The crew of Dan, Devin, Oliver, Adam and Mason were fantastic and super pleasant to work with. If you need new windows don't even hesitate to use Affordable Windows.

It is great to have new vinyl windows! The Affordable Windows product replaced our 20 year old windows, and the difference is enormous! Our new windows were installed in June, so the improvement in temperature regulation was evident from one day to the next.
The salesperson came to our home and wanted to meet with all decision makers. I
did feel a bit pressured to make a quick decision in order to get the best deal. It took a couple of months for the windows to arrive to their warehouse, but that was an industry norm. The installers were professional and completed the work quickly. The day after our new windows were installed and I looked closely at the glass, and I did notice a couple of imperfections, but I have not contacted the company to request a repair because it kind of seems like a hassle.
John was the best! He was easy to work with, both personable and professional, and helped make our decision to install our new French slider an easy one. We had some minor issues with communication from the office, itself, but they weren't enough to turn us away from this company. And we love our new door!

We had a referral for another company and got a consultation. We were not happy with the limited service the other company offered. We then found this company, Affordable Windows, and were impressed from the start.
The presentation of the product during the consultation was great and answered all our questions. The confidence they delivered in their ability was reassuring. I believe the sales person was Jason… sorry if it’s a different J name but man was he great. We made last minute changes and his communication was quick and he was always available.
The contact at the company was great. Scheduling was always in touch until installation
Installation was impressive. They were early. Quick. And never saw them stop working. The team consisted of some friendly guys that knew what they were doing. Devin. Jason. Blake. And David were awesome. Respectful of our home. Willing to work around our work from home needs. And smiling the entire time.
We have never bought new windows but j can’t imagine that all experiences are this great. Highly recommend.

We were happy to receive an affordable quote from affordable windows, but sometimes with a low price, you get low quality, this is not the case here. the fit is perfect, and the effect is breathtaking, I will recommend this company to anyone who asks.

The windows are beautiful and my neighbors commented on how gorgeous they are. My installers were Dan and Jayce who were absolutely delightful to work with. Dan called to tell me what time they would be there and how long it would take and they were prompt and took less than two days for the project. They both have great attention to detail and went above and beyond to get on the patio roof to clean the clerestory which was nearly impossible since the afternoon sun shines through it! They cleaned as they went, left no mess, and walked me through how the windows worked, locked, tilted out for cleaning and even how to get the screens out. Mike from their office came out to explain their excellent warranty and to make sure I was satisfied with the work they did. I am truly satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Just finished our Arizona room project with all new sliding glass doors (interior & exterior) and also an exterior window in the room. They gave us a great deal and the windows and doors are so nice! They were very professional and even when there were a couple hiccups with the manufacturer, they handled it well and our glass was installed in a timely fashion. Dan & Vincent did a great job installing everything and took care to not disrupt or get our other furniture dirty. We’ve now had them install all of our new windows (within the past several years) and have always had a good experience. Highly recommended!

Affordable Windows was great! I was dreading the whole new window process. So glad I found Affordable Windows. The whole process from beginning to end was so smooth. From my first meeting with the salesman, John, who was very knowledgeable about their product and he didn't feel like the typical salesman just there to sell you something. Jaime at the office was always friendly and responded timely to whatever question I had about the process, financial aspect and delivery. The installation was great!! Dan, Kage, Nate and Jason, were all very professional, friendly, and right on time!! They worked so well together and seemed to really enjoy doing what they do! Affordable Windows came highly recommended by a family member. Their quote was extremely reasonable. Our salesman, Bill, was very thorough when he explained the dual pane window structure (the high-quality materials that reduce noise and are airtight) and the window replacement process. We split our window replacements into two different dates about a month apart. They were very flexible with scheduling the install. They also replaced our front door with a door that has an airtight seal and added a screen door which we love.
The installers, Devin, Mason, and Oliver were punctual, professional, and very courteous. They explained the process prior to beginning work, and went above and beyond what they needed to do. We were impressed with how thorough they were and how they cared about the quality of their work, really going the extra mile! They removed all blinds and reinstalled them when the job was completed. Since the installation, we have noticed a reduction in our electric bill, with electricity use rated a 10 by SRP for the first time in 20 years. When replacing our door, they had to remove some internal trim which needed to be changed slightly before it was reattached. They did an excellent job. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to replace their windows and doors.
Dan and Kage came early to get the job started which I loved! The guys were extra careful with my belongings and took the time to install the windows to a perfect fit. The seal and caulk work are a thing of beauty! Bill stopped by WOW the actual VP and made sure all was as promised. I can say I would definitely recommend them highly! We bought the best quality of window and boy were they fabulous! Totally upgraded the curb appeal of our home.

I think her name was Diane. I could have talked to her for days, lol. Then John callahan, excellent sales man, told him I was tired of being ripped off, explained the window world to me. Affordable Windows came recommended to us from two separate family friends after we previously received quotes from other big-box hardware stores for all new windows and doors throughout our home. Not only was the cost more effective with amazing quality product, but everyone from our sales consultant to the window installers were professional, courteous, and timely. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

We had a great experience using Affordable Windows to replace my sliding glass door. No pressure sales and a quality product. Installation by Dan and Vincent was great. Every member of this team was such a pleasure to work with. From start to finish Diane took my call, Jamie stayed in communication, John spent time with me and made sure I chose well, Bill measured twice, Adam and Dan did an amazing install. They were efficient and just really nice guys. They left my house the way they found it, except with awesome new windows!

We had the team of guys here for 2 days installing 42 windows! Devon, Dan, Vincent, Jayce and Mason were excellent. They paid attention to detail and cleaned up nicely in every room. Such hard workers! Our windows are beautiful and we feel good about a job well done.
This is one of the best companies we have dealt with from the sale person Rudy to the installation staff Devin, Jason, Dan and Cage to the office staff. All very friendly and professional. I compared 4 other window company's and found this one to have the best of everything we were looking for price, quality of product without breaking the bank. I highly recommend you give them a call and get and estimate.

I had a very good experience with Affordable Windows. Devin and Mason did an amazing job replacing my old windows. Devin called me 30 minutes in advance to let me know that they are on their way. Both worked all day to make sure that the job got done in one day. I had 6 windows replaced. Both are friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Affordable Windows.

Have never hired a company that doesn’t listen to the customer till now. Bought 10 windows, on three of them i wanted no trim just flange against siding. I told the guy that sold me the windows, the guy that measures for them and two installer’s how i wanted them. They did the complete opposite and then didn’t run it by me at all, until the surprise i got when i came outside to see their work. Nobody would give me an explanation of why this happened, just blank stares. Now i have three windows that i have to hire someone to make it right, affordable said they would do it for a charge, wow. I’ll let you all know if owner comments on my 2 star review like he does the 5 star ones.
Update: The owner is a liar, i told their crew that i wanted 3 windows my way, but when i came out to inspect job, the were wrong. Crew never brought up any options. I also had a scratched glass panel on one window. Was told at install it would’ve about 2 weeks, called after three weeks and they told me at least another week. Now they won’t give me any date at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Affordable Windows just completed my new windows and sliding door install (yesterday). We are very pleased with the results.
After meeting with 4 different window companies, we decided on Affordable not only because they offered the best price, but mainly because I really like John's sales approach. Nothing sales pitchy and no BS. He also was very willing to offer me the best price. Thank you John for being honest and working with me on my many questions.
After signing the contract, Jeff was out within days to do the final measure. Again, no fluff and straight to the point with any additional questions.
After that, there was a little hiccup with getting Jaime to return my calls but once I reached out to John to voice my displeasure, he was quick to have her call me.
Install day was flawless. Devon and his crew of 3 arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. They were all very polite, professional and a joy to have working in my home. Devon and Dan were a great team and they really impressed. All of them did, but those 2 especially. Devon was the lead and was very patient with me trying to video their work and take photos. Quick to answer any questions I had as well. Got the entire job done in less than 8 hours (16 windows plus sliding door), cleaned up, did the walk through, etc. Thank you guys for all the hard work and doing a terrific job. They all deserve a raise! :-)

Love my new doors installed today by Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors!! We were really precise on the look we wanted and because of the door opening size, they had to be custom made. Their prices were great compared to competitors. The installers even had one of their employees grab hardware from Home Depot once we realized the ones we had provided wouldn’t work. I would recommend Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors!

Affordable Windows is definitely affordable in comparison to other companies that are around my area. I have had two windows installed by them. My only complaint is the lack of communication when it comes to scheduling the install. I told the ladies on the phone that I would not be home from work until 445 and yet the guys showed up at 4pm the first time, when I was not home. The second time, nobody was home when they arrived, so they had to wait, which really, I just felt bad for them, otherwise, the fellas did an awesome job on the install and the windows look pretty amazing and definitely seem to help with keeping the cool air in and the hot air out! Thank you Affordable Windows! I look forward to utilizing your services again in the future!
My experience with Affordable Windows was absolutely phenomenal --from the initial sales visit with John Callahan, to the final measure procedure with Jeff and to the office assistance with Jamie, Diane, and Angie and to the stellar installation! I find it always easy to write up a complaint but seemingly less interested in following up when things are done right. This was an easy decision though and an easy recommendation to follow through with.
Affordable Windows was Excellent. I make this recommendation due to their customer service and follow up especially with them having to deal with Covid-19 and supply line time delays. When things are working smooth, almost any group can do the work. “Affordable Windows” consistently went beyond what I expected. This company did a great job on replacing over 20 old windows at our home with the new energy efficient windows. They set up the appointment, communicated well, came on time and completed the entire replacement the same day. All of the gentlemen working were very professional, courteous and very particular about making sure everything was done correctly. Affordable Windows was great at getting a deal for three windows which largely needed to be replaced from original 1974 installation. The salesman was great, informational, and helped us determine what we should go with based upon our needs. The lead-time for installation was around 2 1/2 months, but totally understandable.
The true heroes of this company are **Nathan** and **Jason** of the installation team. I don't think I've dealt with a more respectable, friendly, and just downright hardworking team than these two. I made sure to specifically call them out in their workmanship and customer service nature. They KNOCKED it out of the park!
It has only been a week or so, but I will update my review pending any discrepancies or issues however.

I called several companies requesting estimates to replace my old inefficient windows. I chose Affordable Windows because of their exceptional customer service. Their prices were competitive with other area companies, but they responded to my request for an estimate very quickly, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. On the day of installation, Devin and Ollie showed up on time and worked tirelessly all day (and it was about 110 today). When they left, they had completely cleaned up the work areas. They were a pleasure to have in my home and I highly recommend Affordable Windows. Thank you!
Affordable Windows is one of the best contractors I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Even with all the materials shortages going on they have made a concentrated and very successful effort to complete our replacement window job on time and at budget. Communication has been great! We are only part timers in AZ so it has been critical that installation work be sync'ed with us being here. They have succeeded! Prices are fair and the work is top quality. From order to installation everything was fantastic! The 2 doors came in early and thanks to a cancellation we were able to get them installed only 2 days after that call. Roughly over a month earlier than expected :) Dan and Vincent completed the fabulous installation, we’re professional and made sure that everything was spotless after the job was done. Windows are a big investment. Affordable Windows made the process as easy as possible. As a authorized Simonton dealer and installer, you’re getting a great product and warranty. Plus, Affordable Windows was several thousand less expensive than other quotes for less quality windows. But, the service is really where they shine. Every member of the installation crews was clean, professional, respectful, and on time. They worked non-stop to get the job done right. No concerns over who was in my house or if they work was good. Highly recommend using them to reduce the anxiety of such a big investment.
We had 12 replacement windows installed two days ago. The temperature inside is more consistent and it is quieter too. We are pleased that they could complete the installation in one day because there was two crews working. We were most impressed with Dan and Kage. They worked tirelessly until their share of the installation was completed to perfection. Dan and Kage cleaned up and made sure everything was in its place before leaving. We had 25 windows replaced. The installation took one day. A crew of 6 arrived at 8:00 AM and completed the job by 4:00PM including clean up. The workers were pleasant, polite and efficient. We felt comfortable having them in our home. We highly recommended Affordable Windows.
Excellent service from start to finish. Dan and Kage did the installation of our new windows and did an excellent job! The windows look great and they even moved larger items as needed for the installation. They left the areas very clean when they were done installing the windows. On February 22 we had Affordable Window of Gilbert install fifteen Simonton double pane insulated windows to our home. We couldn't be more pleased. They look great and will value and comfort to our home. Four installers worked efficiently and professionally. They made the work look easy but I'm sure it wasn't. With every construction job there is a mess to clean up and they left without a trace. My wife and I highly recommend this company.
We have used this company twice now and have been very satisfied with the service each time. They make choosing your window very easy as well as providing the price up front. The installation process always goes smoothly and the installers are very nice. The window quality is great and they definitely take their time making sure they are installed correctly and to our liking. 10/10 thanks!!!

This company is amazing. As a new homeowner I find it hard to know who to trust with home repairs, etc. John was so honest and friendly when he sold us the windows, Jaime was on top of the ordering and scheduling and Dan and Kage did amazing work on removing the old and installing the new windows. I appreciated the little bit of extra time Dan and Kage took on the install to make sure the job was done well. They even vacuumed and swept so much I think my house looked cleaner after they left! Seriously, it was a pleasure to do business with this group. Will definitely return when I need to replace my back patio door.

I am super happy with affordable windows plus exteriors. It was a fantastic experience from start till end. The estimator was very friendly and the owner came out to verify all the measurements and discuss in detail everything about the installation. Once my windows were built, I was contacted to set an appointment and was very happy to learn that all 20 of my windows were going to be replaced in one day. Uninstall day, Devin, Jason, Kage, Blake, and David all arrived on time. Every last one of these guys were courteous, professional, detail oriented, and just all round great people. They did a fantastic job and went over every window in detail once completed to make sure that everything looked good. I'm very happy with my windows and installation. From the start, the very professional and friendly sales associate Jason V. came to my house and gave me a fantastic presentation of the windows which included samples he brought and information about the science behind the up to date technology the windows..The install team was great as well. They finished 17 windows at my two houses (next door to each other) in a single day! the installation of the windows was excellent.The team, Devin, Dan, Jason and Kage worked diligently all day and were polite, courteous and knowledgable of their product and their craft which was top tier.Unfortunately there was no way around damaging a small tile in the bathroom upon removing an original window (from 1964) but the team had their superior Nick send Kevin (tile guy) to fix right away and I couldn't be happier! The customer service is unmatched through the whole process. The workmanship is 5 stars! The warranty is great and the price is affordable indeed. It is a family run business and they don't use third parties to manage complaints, they do EVERYTHING themselves which I love.Their friendliness is real, I still use them as a resource for handy work or any information and tips on my many house projects. I am glad to have them all on my team. Affordable Windows has great customer service. Everyone we worked with was exceptionally professional and friendly; the customer service reps on the phone, the salesmen who inspected the home and gave us a quote, and the installers. Affordable windows has been an overall great experience! We first contacted them back in October 2021 and they were super responsive of getting out to give us a quote and measure our windows. We didn’t get our windows installed until February 2022 but that was not the companies fault. Due to covid everything is backed up. The two guys (Dan & Kage) who installed my windows were absolutely amazing! They were very professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend affordable windows to anyone. Affordable windows were professional, and extra thorough starting at step 1. From the minute salesman Jason began explaining the different products it was obvious that these were the superior windows and patio doors. With a double lifetime warranty I feel 100% safe with my choice. Once William showed up on installation day with my installers I knew I had chosen wisely. Installers Justin and Devon worked diligently to ensure the installation was perfect 10+. Not a mark, or scratch on the glass, frame , wall, or anywhere on the job, and the framing, water proofing, caulking, etc..... all A++++++++++work was done by the real hardest working working workers Devon and Justin.

Our house is over 34 years old with the original windows. Summer cooling bills were horrendous, and dust and outside noise horrible. Got estimates from a few companies, and chose this one. What a brilliant decision! Price was VERY reasonable for replacing 13 old windows with new, double-hung with that gas stuff in the middle. Yesterday was installation day - Mr. Vincent and Mr. Brandon showed up ON TIME and got to work right away. Original estimate was 2 days of work, but the crew - which included Mr. Devon plus other gentlemen whose names I didn't get - completed this all in ONE DAY! They were very careful, very tidy and very polite. We are delighted in the results and will highly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their windows. I just moved to the state and found this company on google. We needed all the windows in our 1983 home replaced. Each person I spoke with was so kind and helpful throughout the process. I’m also pretty sure my windows came in early! The guys who installed my windows were great too (Devin and Brandon) Both seemed very happy with their job and were having a good time. I think this is a good reflection of the company. Even though we spent more money than anticipated, the quality of the windows is great. They meet all of our requirements and more. Our house looks wonderful and doesn’t need those horrible screens anymore.

We really enjoyed our experience with this company, from our initial consultation to the installation process, and we love our beautiful new windows so far! Dan, Kage, Devin, and Jason did a fantastic job with the installation, finishing the whole house in a single day, and they were nothing but courteous, considerate, and professional throughout.
The only detail that prevented us from giving all five stars is that we were told at the very end of our installation that we need to paint the exterior caulking on all the windows to properly weatherproof it and extend the life of the sealant. That is a big project for 14 windows on a multi-level house, and if we had known ahead of time we might have been more prepared to get it done. Other than that surprise, our experience was entirely positive, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone we know!

I was initially nervous taking on such a huge endeavor, but the experience I had with Affordable was nothing but amazing! They alleviated all of my concerns, were super easy to work with, and most importantly got the job done right! Rudy Pacheco the sales/design associate was knowledgeable,low pressure and efficient in assisting us with placing our order to replace the entryway and patio d oors.
He helped us obtain hard to find configuration options on the patio door and select an attractive security screen door for entry.
The owner personally visited within a week of the order to confirm all details of the installation before material was ordered.
Delivery was as about standard for this type of work slightly delayed by supply chain difficulties and manufacturing errors out of ADW control.
I spent 50 years in the construction industry from residential to power plants and recognize good quality work and crews when I see them. Darin and Oliver the installation techs were first rate.
The workmanship I the areas you never will see was first tier the finish work seamless.
Both were courteous and respectful of our property including our need to keep our two dogs Secure.
Bill Meyer the operations VP checked in on the installation and introduced himself as polnt for concerns regarding my project.
Finally the ThermaTru patio door and the amerimax entry door and Titan security doors were all excellent quality.

I contacted Affordable over a year ago and they had a reasonable price for purchase and installation. When we were finally ready a year later, John came out and verified the details of the order and then honored the year old estimate. As a sales person John was professional, friendly and very fact forward. No high pressure sales and it was a pleasure doing business! It took about 5 weeks for the windows to come in. Bill Mayer, a very nice guy in his own right, arrived on time on the install date to make sure we were still good to go! Nick and Brandon the actual installers were with Bill and they got right to work. Nick and Brandon were very professional. They did a great job installing the new windows, getting rid of the old windows and doing clean up! I had Affordable previously do a job for us and the quality was the same! Very very good! Overall we are very pleased with the result! I recommend Affordable and their team!
Affordable Windows just replaced all the windows in my house and the entire process was outstanding. First, the salesman Jim arrived when he said he would and he explained the windows in detail so well that they sold themselves. He is a no pressure salesman and that was appreciated.
Jeff then arrived when he said he would to measure the windows and explained more about the windows and took the measurements which were thorough.
On the day of installation the installers arrived exactly when they said they would. I was me and greeted professionally by Bill, Devin, and Brandon.
As Devin and Brandon began to work Bill explained to me about the windows, their quality, the installation, and the great warranty.
I watched the installations off and on throughout the day and was impressed by Devin and Brandon's attention to detail. They took pride in their work and left the area spotless. Neither of them had the that's good enough attitude, they wanted it perfect and it shows.
The windows fit like a glove and the house looks so much better from the outside and the view from the inside is outstanding.

We had all the windows replaced in our home today. It was honestly a great experience and Devin and Jason did an amazing job! We have mostly large custom windows and a large Arcadia door that were replaced. They called when on their way and got everything done in one day. We did have an issue with the incorrect glass on one window however the issue was a manufacturer error when the window was built. They IMMEDIATELY contacted the owner and got the resolution going. A new custom window has been ordered and will be here soon :) even with an issue, they are in process of correcting which I believe speaks volumes for a company. We saw 4 different window presentations and their warranties and customer service won us over other lesser priced windows. We can already tell the difference in the sound outside and the thermal heat reduction. Very pleased!
I had all the windows in my house replaced about 4 years ago by Affordable Windows. It was a stellar experience. They were professional, prompt and did a fantastic job. A couple weeks later my puppy ripped the screen in my brand new patio door, and they came right out and fixed it, and installed the pet guard I purchased, at no charge. Now, I just ran into a small issue with my front window, (was not their issue at all) and they were out the next day and had it settled quickly, efficiently, and with as little hassle as possible. I can rarely say this, but every aspect of working with this company has been a pleasure. Would totally recommend them.

I love my new windows. Affordable windows has been a pleasant experience start to finish, from the salesman making me feel comfortable and working within my budget, to the owner of the company coming out and personally measuring each window. The office staff was very responsive and helpful. The installers Nick and Daniel arrived on time and were very clean and respectful. Its easy to see they take pride in their work. After 30 years decided to replace many of the single pane windows and patio door. We did 3 quotes. Rudy did a great job of explaining about Simonton windows and what sold us was the lifetime warranty.
Both Diane and Jaimie were courteous on the phone for the appointments and quite a few additional questions I had before ordering.
Yesterday Dan and Brandon the leads of the crew showed up along with Kage and David.
What a professional and great group. They were all great. It was an all day project but they worked all day in the 110 degree heat and when they left you never knew they were here!
David walked me around afterwards to show the windows and the door extra features.
The door is exceptionally great! I added the Queen Anne design and just love it. Feels like a new house.
13 New windows were installed on my house with the agreement the stucco would be repaired by their guys. The window install was a bit chaotic, but the job was finished in one day. The stucco guys came and did the repair work, however they did not put down plastic or tarps and left things a mess. Extra stucco material was poured into my yard and dirt driveway. Several items were spilled on; hose bibs, rock, fence, hoses and yard ornaments. When the painters came a few weeks later, they discovered the stucco material used did not match the original stucco on the house and the paint was not going to cover, after they had already sealed and primed all the windows. I reached out to Affordable and found out they used a 3rd party, Noble Contracting for the stucco repair. Noble made good and sent a new team out to repair the damage, however 3/4 of my house had to be covered in new stucco to get it to blend. I asked Affordable to cover the additional primer/sealer and paint, since they hired the Noble team. They refused to cover any of the additional materials. We were not told upfront the stucco would be repaired by another company and I had to pay to have the stucco work done. My painters finished painting, at their own risk, however it all has to be redone; but they are making good on the labor for their mistake at not stopping when the issue was found, however we have to pay for the additional materials to cover the new stucco. I am supposed to have warranty on my windows, but after this debacle, who knows if they will make good on this either.
This company was great from start to finish. The office staff and our salesperson were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Our lead installer Dan and his co-worker Kage were the best! Our doors look absolutely fabulous and they also made sure our house was in perfect condition when they left. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for true professionals at a great price.
Our salesman Mr. Callahan was easy to work with and showed us great products to choose from. Devin amd Daniel, our main installers were phenomenal. In today's market its hard to find such young men who care about what they do. These two kids busted their butts for two days and worked well into.the early evening to ensure we were satisfied. They finished the entire house including our giant patio doors in less time than i thought. The owners should be very proud of these two young men. Id like to give a shout out to Bill as well, very down to earth and knew his job! We will recommend Affordable to all of our friends.

Jayson and Devlin did an excellent job taking the sliding glass door out of our bedroom and upgrading it with French doors. They were on time, super clean with the work site, very focused and really professional! They finished as expected time wise, but there was not a scape of debris for me to clean up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company, and suggest you ask for these installers by name!
Our son and family referred us to Affordable so we had a good idea what to expect - but we were wrong. From our first phone call with Diane through our appointment with Bill our sales rep, to the owner Jeff stopping by to take final measurements himself, to scheduling the installation with Jamie, and last but not least the installation by Devon and Brandon (with Bill stopping by), everybody exceeded our expectations! we were treated with courtesy and respect throughout the entire process. Bill, Jeff, Devon and Brandon were early for their appointments and were professional, friendly, and hard-working. If you're thinking of doing anything that Affordable handles, you owe it to yourself to give them a call!
My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Affordable Windows - from their sales team to their installation team, from their prices to their windows. We are very pleased. The installers were courteous, competent, cleaned up afterwards and finished early! If you are in the market for new windows, seriously consider this company.
This is the third time I have worked with this company to install windows and doors. Dan and Devin did a veryprofessional job with Kage and Jason. Me and my wife are very pleased with the way everything looks. Once again I'm glad I chose Affordable Windows and plan on contacting them again for the next phase of my project. Can't go wrong with them.
We just got all our windows installed today and the whole process was smooth and carefree! I had done a lot of research on different companies and we were just impressed by Jason, Bill, Daniel, Devin, and Brandon. I was excited that they could do all my windows in 1 day, and they did! I'll update this as to the quality of the windows, but for the company and Bill and his team, it was amazing. The windows even came in earlier than estimated and we have beautiful new windows now.
When our windows were delivered they were not what we had originally ordered with our salesman. Because of COVID we had to do a lot by scanning and emails. In that process, the obscure windows we had originally requested were not delivered since the back and forth with emails I did not catch the change to all clear. However, for a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction, they don’t even come close. I even had to go to our city hall and obtain the building permit—which was not credited to our account until I contacted the Affordable Windows office. I had paid half upfront to order the windows and the rest was due on the install date. However, since we did not receive what our original order had been with our sales rep (Rudy) I did not want to pay for something I had not ordered. Our original windows were obscure in the bath area so replacing them with the same would only make sense. The installers called the owner who in turn called me.
Jeff, the owner, was such a bully over the phone I finally had to hang up. He called me a cheat, liar, an old man who didn’t have a memory any more, cursed multiple times (will not repeat what he said on internet), called me a loser, and many other derogatory names. He also denigrated our salesman saying Rudy was old and would not remember what he sold.
Jeff (he owner) has no customer service qualities, and our salesman (Rudy) never called us back to apologize for the problem. You are probably better off with another company who sells the same brand.
A few positive statements: the installers were courteous, clean, on time and fast. The windows are what we were told in terms of size and quality.
We have finished two phases of replacing all the windows in our home. We had single pane metal frame windows original to the house in 1990. We started with the rooms that were the hottest. The entry and living room were almost unbearable in the summer. The difference after the install was night and day. It is now comfortable in the hottest days of summer, cooler than the former cool rooms. We are very happy with the product and love the ability to keep the original contract price and pay/install over time. With 34+ windows and a patio door it is a great benefit as we do not purchase anything on credit. We are out of pocket only. There is also noticable noise reduction. The installers work for the company and have been the same people over multiple installs and quality checks. There was an issue with the trim on one window and they were persistent in working until it was fixed. After multiple quotes and window presentations, this was the correct choice for quality and customer service. Highly recommended.
First off, out salesman, Jason V. was a super nice guy. Gave us an estimate on all the windows and patio door for the house but was not pushy in any way for us to make a decision right a way. We decided to go for it and had him place the order. They are installing the windows and patio door today, approximately three weeks after the date when we ordered them. They were promptly here this morning at the set time. They sent two crews out and will have everything installed today. Super nice guys and all very professional. You can't even tell they were here.
They cleaned up everything which was awesome. Couldn't ask for a better experience with this company. I'd definitely recommend them. Thanks to Jason and all the crew for a fantastic job.!!!!!!!!!!!
Very friendly and professional staff. The contractors that installed the windows Brandon and Blake were super nice and professional. They kept things as clean as possible and did a great job with the installation. We will definitely be using them to put in the rest of our windows.

We had Affordable install several windows on our home on April, 10 2021. The entire process from calling the office to schedule a quote, to the finished installation was excellent. The install team of Dan and Kage were professional, efficient, and very personable. Greatly appreciated.
All in all, I was very, very, pleased with the entire project.
Had several quotes for new windows. Affordable Windows is just that .. affordable. What I wasn’t expecting was not only the quality of the windows but the amazing professionalism by the installers. Install was quick and easy. During installation one of my current wood blinds were accidentally broken. Without hesitation the installers made 1 phone call and stated they would be contacting me to replace blinds at no charge to me. In less than an hour a gentleman from Affordable Windows was knocking at my door to ensure my satisfaction with my windows and looked to see the blinds. We discussed what blinds and style I wanted to replace and he left and came back with not 1 but 2 blinds so that they would match. Put up new blinds. I highly recommend if you are looking to upgrade and get new windows this is the company to go with. They will NOT do you wrong. It was so nice to see a company who truly puts the customer first and takes care of you.

We just had a window replaced and decided to go with Affordable Windows after getting several quotes. I have to say that I have been thoroughly impressed.The service has been outstanding. The sales rep was very nice and there was no pressure. The installers were very polite and professional. All in all, it has been a great experience and I will definitely be using Affordable Windows again.

We had Affordable windows installed in our home, and the installing crew (Devon and Nick) were respectful, and professional. We love the windows as they reduce sound from outside and cut down the dust level in our home. Devon and Nick who installed the windows are great to talk to and listened to our concerns. Our daughter even thought they sang very well. (Thank you for the additional entertainment (there was no extra charge for that.) We will continue to use Affordable Windows on our next house. A few years ago I had a door installed with a different company and that was a very challenging experience, so when I had to replace another door I shopped around and selected Affordable. They had great pricing, and the install team was so respectful of my house and how I wanted the door to look. I would recommend them to whomever is looking for replacing windows or doors!
Had a broken window that was under a lifetime warranty and even though Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors were not the original installers of the broken window, they quickly contacted the warranty and got me a replacement window and got it installed super fast. Really happy with their level of service and highly recommend them.
So we needed some windows replaced and I called LOTS of places. Jason was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and honest. When they came out to install them I was worried about the quality of the installers. I'm sooooo picky about anyone doing anything to my house. I usually do everything myself. Well the 2 installers did a Fantastic job and when we do the rest of my windows I will use the same people.
The quality of the windows are day and night difference from my old ones. Much quieter and way less heat coming into the house.

Its been almost 3 months since our windows were installed and we still admire them everyday! We love them and could have not asked for better windows. Jason was awesome. He told us all about the windows and showed us what their window could do for us. Matt and Durant came and installed our windows. Lets just say we were so sad to see them leave. They pretty much became family the day they came and installed our windows. We loved our experience with this company! We can't wait to get our other windows done!
Affordable windows is one of the best companies i have ever worked with. This is my second home i remodeled and they exceeded beyond my expections compared to other people I've worked with. They are family based and they really care about customer satisfaction. I had a great experience using Affordable Windows and Doors. I research 4 other window companies before choosing them. The sales guy was not pushy and gave us some great suggestions on our project. The installation crew was on time and did an amazing job on the installation.
Fake and solicited reviews. Contract requires you to agree to post positive reviews on BBB/Yelp/Google in order to receive discount.
Had problem with the windows and the service guy who came over refused to repair (lifetime warranty) unless I post another positive review while he was at my house. Told him I'd be happy to leave a good review if all looks good but he said no, had to be done while he's still here.
I felt pressured and threatened and posted a 5 star review against my conscience. Now I don't know if this was an isolated event, seeing that they have tons of 5 star reviews. But if anyone else experienced the same thing I did, the right thing to do is to remove your solicited reviews and replace with honest ones. I used this company based on the good reviews but I seriously question the validity of them.
Needless to say, the pushy repairman's repair work has fallen apart as well. Called nearly 10 times, unable to schedule another appt. Disappointed. Unethical practice.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. After a very bad experience with another company I called Affordable and the process was great from the estimate through the installation that was just completed. The installers, Matt and Dave did fantastic work! I had additional issues with some stained woodwork around the windows and they made an extra effort to cut matching pieces to continue the window sill. I would recommend this company to anyone. Jeff, the owner comes out to verify the measurements and shows a real caring attitude about the job. I will recommend this company to all of my clients and fellow Realtors who are looking for a great company to get the job done!!!
We had all 18 windows in our home replaced 4 years ago and couldn't be happier! They are high quality windows that look fantastic from the inside and very classy from the street. When the job is finished, your interior drywall and exterior stucco show no signs of a total window replacement. It's like a great magic trick! The windows operate seamlessly, keep the heat out and even lower the noise level from normal street traffic. The dog's bark from inside our house, and he's a big dog with a big bark, could hardly be heard outside from the front window where he likes to watch the outdoor activities. From John our sales rep, to the installers, and to Jeff who came out to insure we were happy with everything, everyone associated with the project are top notch individuals! I would recommend Affordable Windows to anyone looking for high quality window replacements, and with a lifetime warranty, don't just think about doing it, get it done!

We had a bay window replaced in our Arizona condo. Affordable Windows were excellent to work with! Their time estimate for completion was bang on, the quality of the work was very professional, staff were friendly, and the price was great. Unfortunately, one of the windows arrived from the manufacturer (Simonton) with a couple of small scratches on the glass. Affordable Windows was quick to order a replacement unit which will be installed when we are back at our condo in the fall. I do not hesitate to recommend Affordable Windows for window replacement.

Bill Meyer, Installers, office staff, Sales staff did a wonderful job providing responding to our every request. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. Bill resolved a problem with one of the windows to our satisfaction and came to our house personally to resolve minor problems after installation and to provide training on the removable windows. We changed out four windows and a sliding glass door. The installation went seamlessly. The guys here were extremely professional and kind. From the low pressure sales appointment, final measure by owner, financing offer, install, and stucco work repair we were impressed all the way through. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to family, friends and complete strangers! ;)
I contract with Affordable Windows In 2007, 2011 and 2013 to upgrade all the windows in my and my daughter’s houses. Recently I needed to replace a side window guide for one of the 2007 windows. Bill was very responsive to contact the manufacturer who sent me the part in a few days. It’s a simple replacement which I did myself. Like the installations they performed well. Thank you for the great service.
Met these guys at the Home and Landscape Show and used them for 11 windows. They did a great job and were professional and couteous through the entire process. They seem to be a local company and not one of the other contractors who somehow got my info from the show and called me at all hours of the day.The windows look great and are makng a huge difference in keeping the noise out of our central Phoenix home. The install team was very good and the gal in the office who helped with scheduling was extremely friendly and helpful. Very happy with their work.

We recently moved to Tucson, Arizona and purchased a home that was built in 1974. It still had all of the original windows. We called Affordable Windows about having the windows replaced and we are so glad that we did. What a difference the new windows made. Cool to the touch inside and hot to the touch on the outside. Really made a difference in keeping the house cooler. They got the work done in just one day and they did a great job. Even cleaned up after they were done and washed the windows.

The office staff were very knowledgeable and installers cleaned up throughly when finished. It was like they were never there but I now had a beautiful new window. Just had our patio door replaced in our new home that had the original sliding door and a disgusting barred security gate. The new door is amazing and makes our kitchen feel open now with a huge view of the back yard. I got 3 windows and one of the windows they brought was the wrong window so I had to buy an extra window. They said for the mistake they would work with me for a 5th window so I said ok. They came with the 5th window and it wasn’t the right measurements and didn’t fit. They never called or brought a replacement so I’m out a 5th window.
Their prices are awesome and the windows are amazing but the service is horrible.
Sun city West, AZ. We had 14 Simonton DaylightMax low-E Argon gas double pane windows installed through Affordable windows of Az on May 14,2019. We could not be more happy and satisfied with the windows and the company and their installers. Devon and Nick, two young men who were very experienced, polite and very knowledgeable about their jobs. Excellent workers, and a proud addition to the company. They worked quickly with no nonsense about them. Very efficient and thorough and clean cut young men. They went about their job efficiently and cleaned the windows and job site when through. They explained the workings of the windows and how to maintain them and how the lifetime warranty worked. They pointed out a flaw in one of the double panes and a gouge on an exterior window trim. The next day a company representative came to inspect them and has ordered replacements for the 2 windows. Can’t beat that for service and customer care. I researched the company and Consumer Reports magazine had a high rating for Simonton Vinyl windows in 2014. We will be installing 8 more in 2020 at the agreed upon current contract. Nice to be able to split the installation to fit our budget and time frame. I highly recommend the windows and Affordable Windows and Devon and Nick to install them.
First of all, we are not picky customers. We tend to look at the good side of things and think positively. That said, we are not at all pleased with the services we got from Affordable Windows.
When the salesman, John came to our house and gave the first estimate, everything seemed fine. He was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The quote was competitive. So one week later, we called and asked for a contract. When he came back again, he said there was an error and there would be a ~20% increase from the initial bid. We don't know how unprofessional this is, but since he was at our house already, we didn't want to turn him away and signed the contract anyway.
The day on the installation, we noticed that there is this picture window, which we specifically picked an obscure pattern for, that has been made as clear glass. We called the office and asked for refund. But we were told that we need to pay for it. Excuse me? We were told these were custom made windows and they could not resale it. But ask for a customer to be responsible for a mistake made by the contractor? Although we finally got a refund for the window (but not the labor, which they said it's all included), we are very disappointed with the services we got from Affordable Windows. I don't think they will get the business again from us, which we are planning for some of our rental properties.
I did give it two stars, due to the professional installation services from their crews.

We're getting all of our windows and slider replaced by Affordable Windows. John came out for a consultation to go over all of our options with us, and Jeff, the owner, came out to do final measurements. Both men were very professional, thorough, and made sure all of our (many) questions were answered. We're so excited for our new windows to arrive!
The windows that were installed are very nice, we could instantly feel a difference in the house because of the heat not transferring through.
The customer service delivered by the installers was incredible! They took care of my house like it was there own, fixing small things that popped up and even took some time to talk to my grandkids that were amazed at what they were doing. I highly recommend them because of the customer service they provided.
Jason came to give us a quote hes amazing very patient kind and answered all of our questions. I love our sliding glass door and side windows to open for fresh air. He now just sold my mom the same set up at her house. I am very pleased and plan on moving forward with other window replacements in the future. Thank you Jason
We had the doors replaced on an unfinished guest house that we are converting into an office. The office now has gorgeous natural light that shines thru the windowed doors and views of the mountains. It’s going to make working on that space comfortable and pleasure.
The technicians we very friendly, professional and efficient in their work. I will be getting some windows replaced soon and I look forward to Affordable Windows Plus to doing their job!

So let me say up-front we've only had these windows and sliding door for about a week, so I can't speak to lasting quality just yet. We started with single-pane aluminum frame windows.
We got:
-10 or so windows
-including 4 that are pretty much floor to ceiling and required a lot of work that they did not charge extra for.
-1 French-style Sliding door (sliding door with extra trim to look like a french one)
Cost: about 10K total after rebates and deals and such
Sales rep: Rudy
Quick summary: Everything's great so far
Long summary: So up front Rudy was a pretty cool guy. Didn't push me to upgrade anything. Was polite, and was willing to come by twice to work on our quote.
Measurements went crazy quick, and no one had to enter our house (COVID time, so that was good)
After about 6 weeks our windows were ready to install, and they got it done in one day, taking about 10 hours. This includes the door, and the aforementioned 4 huge windows that required more effort.
Staff was professional, didn't leave a mess, and even helped us move stuff away from the windows. They look great.
Effects:
-SO much quieter in the house now
-Slightly easier to cool the house off, but we're on a historic streak of 110+ degree days
-Again, they look great

It's when issues emerge that a company's true integrity and customer service (or lack thereof) become apparent. Fast forward 5 MONTHS and this job is still not complete. We wanted our windows replaced before summer hit so we had an in-home estimate on March 8th, 2021. The written estimate of completion of installation of all windows was 6-8 weeks, perfect timing. June 7th they come to install but only half the windows are ready, not the front of the house windows that were a priority for the heat.
Nearing double our time estimate we call to inquire about the delay. Diane on the phone continued to point out that 6-8 weeks was just an estimate. Eventually she said she would relay our concerns to the owner (clearly to get us off her back to end the call). We never heard back.
July 9th we get a call that our windows are ready for install so we schedule ASAP for July 21. However we get canceled on the night before with no word from affordable- it was a man who works for the window manufacturer.
July 29th the installers come to complete the job but before leaving notify us that two of the windows will need to be replaced because the film was installed incorrectly when the window was made. Furthermore, WE realize another of the windows they installed in the front is missing the grid. While the installers were at our house one of them said You know the stucco guys are coming tomorrow at 8am, right? Sure didn't!
Here's where things REALLY turn south. We tried to voice our disappointment to the vice president Bill and only got that's a shame so next we speak to the owner. He says there was a perfect storm with this job. He insists that Jamie apologized to us and that he hears her apologize all the time (so they regularly make this many mistakes?) and mentions recordings as if to prove this. If he means voicemails we have none with apologies but it sounds as though they record phone conversations without the customer consent. He also attempted to deflect our issue with the poor communication with the installation being rescheduled last minute and not being told of the stucco install, demonstrating a complete lack of respect for his customers and their time. He insisted that he communicated the stucco install: in reality he mentioned that they would need to do stucco work when he was at our home measuring for a second time on APRIL 6th. No, I don't consider that scheduling with the homeowner when it ended up being JULY 30th. In regards to the mistakes of sashes and the window not having the grid he again deflected saying you expect perfection. No, we expect accuracy when you've been sitting on this job for 5 months and this costs us a small fortune. We had their checklist in hand with window measurements and which windows had a grid from the contract. He said he doesn't check the checklist, no one does. and that you just want to yell.
This company refused to take any responsibility for delays, lack of communication, poor customer service, and mistakes on the product itself. Integrity and quality customer service mean acknowledging issues, taking responsibility for mistakes, showing respect to your customer's time, and ensuring your customer receives a quality product with a quality experience. The company instead deflected issues and readily admitted to mediocrity in its product. I understand a pandemic presents challenges in supplies but we scheduled a YEAR into the pandemic: if 6-8 weeks was impossible they should have been up front with that back in March. Blaming the supplier isn't going to cut it. Take responsibility and make things right. Credit us for our increased SRP bills, discount windows that were incorrect, SOMETHING. Later that evening we received an email from Jeff apologizing for the phone call and the issues we experienced. Unfortunately the damage was done and it was likely only to save face. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere!
Affordable Windows did an EXCELLENT window replacement job. Nick and Devon were at our house for 2 full days in July. They were super professional and worked diligently to get our windows installed properly (even in the HEAT). Affordable replaced windows for us in 2013 and we had the same great experience then.
I would highly recommend Affordable Windows for your window replacement needs.

Great Company to work with, I pretty much never write reviews however in this case I wanted to share my experience with Affordable Windows. Let's start with the basics, staff was very easy to work with, everyone showed up when they were supposed, everyone was very knowledgeable about the product and process. The windows are great and more importantly made for the Arizona weather and dust. However a true testament of a company is when the customer has an issue. I misunderstood part of the contract, it was there black and white however when I called with my concern I received an immediate response from the manager Jessica. She explained everything and even though I had signed the contract and they owed me nothing it was more important to Affordable Windows that I was satisfied. They ended up paying for an additional window at no charge to me. I was shocked and of course extremely happy and grateful that I had found a company with this kind of integrity. I still have more windows to go and I will definitely be purchasing them and having them installed through Affordable Windows.
The sales rep Jayson, Jamie at office and installers Devin and Jayson were all positive performers of their different skill sets. We finished our bathroom and front entry side window. Very satisfied.

Sales person was fun, we had a lot in common and talked a bunch about cycling and hiking. The people who came by to take the measurements were wonderful and quick. Installers followed suit - super polite, dealt with my super yappy dogs really well, were effecient and did an amazing job. I can already feel the difference in the temperature of my house. This is the best money I've spent in years. I had a few windows that were purchased at home depot years ago, may go in and have them replace those as well. So happy.

we put 5 big windows in our loft that caught the afternoon sun in Phoenix. it the Windows were a competitive price but the difference it made in our room was the biggest impact. it made the room usable during the summer and saved us on our electric bill. Installers were professional and very courteous too.

Original review: Quality of the product seems decent. The best part about the process was the install and install crew (professional and did a quality finish). Communication, however is very poor.
Upon the salesman giving the contract I was told I'd hear from scheduling in 2-3 weeks for a 3-4 week install. I was told the same thing by the owner that came for final measurements a few days later. Just shy of 4 weeks I called because I heard nothing. I was put on hold then asked if they could call me back. 2 days later I called back again (never received a followup) and talked to someone who scheduled me out for a week later because that's the 'soonest they could fit me in' as if I hadn't known for weeks that I needed to be scheduled. I voiced my frustration and received zero apologies just a matter of fact 'on the contract we have up to 5 weeks'. I called the sales rep and left a voicemail asking for a call back, which I never received.
Install finally came and the crew was great however a window was damaged. I was told they would come back out to fix it. 2 weeks later and I never heard another word. I called their office and was told they would take care of it, which I have no doubt they will but the amount of poor communication is disappointing.
This was a 2 window and 1 sliding door install. A 'test' as the salesman called it to win over our business on all the other 20 windows in our home. Unfortunately I will likely be shopping around again, contrary to what I anticipated on the initial sale.
10 MONTH FOLLOWUP: no one has ever shown up or contacted me to fix the problems that I was so sure they would resolve. Window still does not operate properly. I actually got a call 2 weeks ago (after 10 months of no response) because they have an “amazing deal”, I explained that I would never use them again and after an apology was told someone would contact me right away to solve the problem. Haven’t to this day EVER received a call back from my messages.
This high quality company installed nine Amerimax Elite windows in my single story home three years ago. They employed the new-construction method to install them....not just removing the old windows and shoving in the new ones. The reason I'm reviewing now is because our SRP budget bill before the new windows was $118 and now it's $92 a month! Thanks Jeff Caruso and Affordable Windows of Arizona, we love your windows and the workmanship. A special thanks to Diane for calling to check on our satisfaction with the windows.
I cannot praise their customer service highly enough. We asked them to come out thinking that we needed to replace our Windows. John, their representatives promptly told us that they our windows were good quality and that it was likely the installation that was faulty that should solve our problems. They didn't try to sell us windows that we didn't need. The instead visit was immediately followed by a call from Tony, the head of customer service, giving us the name of two glass repair companies that could help us solve our problem. Unbelievable service. When we actually need new windows, they will be the company that we call, for sure.

thorough. professional. respectful. clean and cleaned up after the installation of each window.. Not much dust came into the house either, which is amazing. and (only left 2 used napkins outside after lunch - that's pretty good! ) The windows are very nice.. and the warranty is able to be passed onto (future) new owners (one time).
Bill the QA/QC and salesman checks on the progress and status of install and at the end.
I have a crazy busy schedule, sometimes extremely stressful.. The mgt worked well with me, when i wasn't so calm and clear headed because of work schedule. By the time of my install date, my schedule had mellowed out to normal, but i was still grateful that for the number of windows and work that i needed done, they did it all within one day.
I don't think you can go wrong with this company. I highly recommend.

P.S. Oct. 8, 2019..... 4 months after installation, I had hard water stains on the glass... I used Windex, vinegar & water, and a lot of elbow power - the hard water stains do not come off.. NEW WINDOWS AND THEY CAN'T BE CLEANED. great. I called Affordable Windows for 2 weeks to get assistance on this..
My original glass windows were very old - double pane, but i never had a problem with removing hard water spots from the glass... finally Bill came out to pick up an old window that was left behind and i showed him the new windows. He said you have hard water.. I said yes i know that, AZ has hard water.. i don't understand why its hard to impossible. to remove the hard water spots from these new windows, I never had that problem with my old glass windows. I'm only into this for 4 months, they're practically new. There was no solution given except to try paint thinner.. (I'm not putting paint thinner on these new windows for hard water spots for warranty (if warranty covers it-not good idea)).. Bill left, then found a review online where the husband used SCRUBBING BUBBLES for bathroom, and that's what worked for them.....
I called the manufacturer and left a message.. no reply.. so that was poor customer service on the manufacturer's part.
Just giving you all a heads up, in Summer- if you don't wipe off the water from sprinkler or rain immediately, its going to be near impossible to get it clean, unless you invest in SCRUBBING BUBBLES for bathrooms evidently. I'm not sure that will work on mine I haven't done that yet.. but given what i have shared you can cut to the chase, and buy that product first.

Long-story-short, the customer service after the installation has been the worst. When you can't trust the VP of Operations to do what he promised, who can you trust? Now I know why all of their business cards have the office phone number-they were probably tired of getting complaints. Yes, we read all of the reviews and looked them up on the BBB before going with them, but it didn't matter. We had a sub-par installer, terrible customer service from Affordable Windows and the manufacturer, Simington Windows. Maybe they just had a bad day...or a bad couple of months. Oh, wait, it's probably because of Covid.

Purchased windows for 2 homes. Nice windows, but when one of the casement windows needed adjustment to close. They never came out to fix. Its been a year of phone calls, they just blame manufacturers. So also needed a new crank and screen which at one point i offered to pay even though they said they were guaranteed for life. Their guarantee is worthless.There costumer service is non existant.Jeff the owner still doesn't have the balls to call me back to even try to make things right. I wish i never purchased from them.

I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate during the Home and Garden Show for a Thursday at 6 pm. The day before the appointment, I received a confirmation vmail indicating the person may be a little late but most definitely confirmed between 6 - 6:30 pm. I went to work three hours early to allow myself plenty of time to get home to handle the appointment personally. Midday on appointment date, a vmail was left indicating the appointment would have be rescheduled since the scheduled employee had an anniversary. I called back and explained the appointment had been confirmed the day before (Deborah was unaware), I had specifically changed my schedule for this appointment, and if they wanted my business someone needed to honor their commitment. Debra indicated she was unable to answer for her boss. I never heard back from this company.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I called 7 times over a 10 day period. Every time I had to explain what I was needing, the person took the info and I was told someone in charge of orders would call back. NEVER ONE RETURNED CALL. On call 7 I finally insisted on speaking with someone that could give me an answer right away. I was transferred, I again explained what I needed and I was asked if it would be just the window or window with having them do the install. I asked for pricing on both so I could decide. I was told they couldn't price both. I had to decide what I wanted first and then they'd price it. Unbelievable. Such a waste of time.
I had dual pane windows installed to replace my 40 year old builder windows. What a difference! The outside stays outside now. No more barking dogs to wake me up every morning!! Thank you for a quality job!
I can’t say enough about this AMAZING company! Our experience from the first phone call, to the consultation, to the installation and the clean up, was nothing short of perfect! Our neighbor used these guys for her windows a couple months back, then another neighbor used them... by then I had total window envy!!! Our windows were over 30 years old and in desperate need of replacement, however I didn’t want to spend the money and I was worried it would be a huge mess and a lot of dry wall/stucco repair, since our old windows leaked and caused what I thought was major water damage. Well, the price was WAY better than I had anticipated, and there was no repair needed and absolutely no mess! When they were done, other than the windows you would have never known someone had been at my house. The installers were very professional, and so flexible to work around my dogs. Because of the dogs I elected to be home for the install but I would have no issue having been gone for the day. If you’re on the fence about windows, PLEASE give these guys a shot! You won’t be disappointed!

Bill assisted me beyond what I had expected. I had my windows and doors installed and needed some minor work. Bill was quick to take care of issue. I will use them again
They came and replaced all of my windows and sliders on the first floor. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. The windows turned out great and I could already feel the difference in my house.

We love our windows. The customer service was A+ and fit our wants and needs. And the install went well. No flaws very professional.
I had a single, large (56x56) window replaced.
The team showed up on time, they were very professional, explained every step of the process, and did a fantastic job cleaning up when finished.
Another gentleman came out to repair the stucco as scheduled the next morning. The work is overall good, but there are a few small issues that I've resolved (cracks where the molds join the house, etc.)
Overall, I'm very pleased with the outcome, the personnel, and the price for the job.
Installers were very professional and courteous. Cleaned up very nicely , windows are beautiful.
There was a bird that slammed into my living room window today. It startled me, but knocked the hell out of the bird. It's been an ongoing issue, I don't know how to stop it. Y'all need to find a way to stop it from happening. I don't want a broken window, or a dead bird in my yard.
1/3 the price of Andersen for the same glass. Dan and Kage were on time and professional. Very happy with the final product.

I had all of my windows replaced a few years ago and recently had a few small issues. They set an appointment, came right on time and fixed everything under their warranty.
Affordable windows are professional and friendly. This is a great company and I know many others in Phoenix who say the same. We appreciate you guys!

Waste of time, bad communications and extremely rude. Didn't even get to the point of discussing prices had to kick the sales man ( which was like a car salesman from 20 years ago) out of my house due to lack of respect. Will not recommend to an enemy.
They were very friendly and respectful, they got everything done in a timely matter and they did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in AZ.

Just moved to Arizona and one of the first big projects we wanted to do on the house was update and replace the windows.
