Power installed windows in my home. This company is absolutely great. The team of installers, Steve, Scott and Chris, did a phenomenal job. Now only did the install windows, they were training a new team member and me as they worked. I was shown exactly what they were doing every step of the way. All my questions were answered. Beyond that, Power also has a program with the military for servicemen being discharged to join an internship with Power and are hired upon their military discharge. A couple of those guys along with the local program manager got to watch the install along with me. Thank you for your service fellas. I can’t say enough good things about Power Home Remodeling.

The guys came for installing the front door were too good and kept manners. But Power Home(PH) need to improve a bit. I expected more finishing on the work, but i know we cannot think same. I accept they use good quality stuff, as the customer is paying for it (pay more & get quality products - not of good value) and appreciate that products have life time warranty. Please see that installations are not delayed and need to update the pros on what exactly to be done (even if within a call Power Home found me the solution). Also need to detail the customer about the installation before signing the agreement (Told by the Pros. - PH won't take the responsibility on door bell cables or any security alarm, which was not explained before signing the deal). So I need to spend more money to install it back. Hope PH may take it into concern. Overall PH does good. Thank you PH.

Installed new siding, shutters, fascia, gutters, and a custom door. This company provides a lifetime warranty. I had gutter guards prior to the upgrade, but PHG does not offer gutter guards / covers, because often ice dams would form over them causing them more maintenance. The new gutters are wider allowing leaves to flow through. The new door is much more energy efficient and well installed Adding a storm door would invalidate the warranty and I am okay without one. My installation crews were professional and efficient. The company is very responsive to my questions and concerns. I had doubts about the color combinations, but the house looks spectacular, compared to its original condition. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the exterior of my home.

Everyone that we spoke with was very nice and knowledgeable. Our windows got installed 2 1/2 weeks ahead of schedule. They also got all of our windows done in the same day by 3pm (10 windows) and did a great job.

Power Home Remodeling is definitely one of a kind and I can clearly see why they don't need to spend money on marketing as their work speaks for itself. From the initial estimate all the way to completion, this company was the best. They communicated immediately any delays due to weather or our window shipments themselves. The install crew was earlier than expected which was great and they were very professional, courteous, and cleanly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great quality windows at a fraction of the price backed by a lifetime warranty, not to mention that we didn't have to pay until the work was done!

I am beyond happy with the work that was done. I had total siding redone, a new side door and gutters installed. The team showed up right on time and got to work. It is insane how quickly the work was done. After just a single day, 3 of the 4 sides were completely done; they even showed up the day after a snowstorm to finish the last side. I will definitely be going through Power Home Remodeling again for future work.

Since buying my home several years ago, I've hired POWER Remodeling to do windows, gutters, trim, and now siding. I appreciate the workers most - they are dedicated, friendly, educative, and smart. Worth the investment each and every time.

I am very happy with the outcome of the work that Power did for me. I was a little skeptical at first because they knocked on my door and I usually don’t allow solicitation at my residence. However, they were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They installed gutters on my home as well as energy-efficient Hurricane impact windows for the whole house. I was very happy with the finished results. The installer, who did my windows was named Trevor, and he was very polite, respectful and would take nothing less than perfection with my window installation. Our 2022 purchase of a TX 1978 home found us (among other things) in need of gutters and new high quality windows. Power Home Remodel was very prompt in getting the gutters installed (just in time for a Great BIG Texas down pour). We had to wait a little for the windows to be manufactured since they are custom fit. Though the wait wasn't that long. The windows and gutters have been a fantastic upgrade to our home. They are aesthetically pleasing on all sides. Everyone who came to our home representing Power Home Remodeling has been friendly, professional and respectful. We used Power for our new siding, roof and gutters installation. They are very easy to work with from start to finish of the project. The contractors are on time, professional and did excellent jobs! The siding crew took 2 1/2 days to complete the project (1 day to remove old siding and prep the house, 1 1/2 days to complete new siding installation!). The crew even installed our new kitchen exhaust vent cap for us upon request. The roof crew was quick too! they installed our new roof in less than 5 ours. The gutters crew also did a fine job installing new gutters in less than 2 hours! The whole project was so easy to manage and track with their project pulse app on smart phone. Everything from date of installation, photos taken to signed documentation is there in the app on our smart phone. Overall a very pleased experience with Power and would definitely highly recommend them to anyone needing to remodel their homes.

Sales pitch was a bit long. I wish the salesperson had offered to evaluate the R value of our previous windows so that we had a comparison when making our decision. We knew that our previous widows were original and would eventually need to be replaced. We were given little time to make a decision. So, we went with Power because of price point (way more affordable than Anderson).The slider was damaged during shipping, and we were notified that the slider was re-ordered. We appreciated their diligent inspection process. Overall, the installers did a fabulous job and were very professional. If anyone is considering replacing their widows, I would recommend Power Home Remodeling as a great option.

We had our old windows replaced with windows by power home remodeling. The whole experience from the in home quote to the professional installation was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend Power to change out your windows. The windows are covered with a lifetime warranty which is an amazing feature they offer since this is a major renovation. I used Power Home Remodeling for my first home project: new windows + sliding door installation. From the free estimate appointment, to the pre-installation inspection, all the way through completion of the project, every single person I spoke with + both work crews were PHENOMENAL! They explained everything in depth and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The crews that came to do the installations were prompt, professional & so nice. We ended up having to install the door on a separate day, and they made the additional scheduling so easy by working around my schedule and being flexible. If I find something else to update around my home, I’ll be giving them a call. Definitely plan on referring friends and family!

I had all the windows in my home replaced. Everything was effortless from the presentation to the installation. The employees were all friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The installers were awesome, they were very punctual, were respectful of my property and set up everything in an orderly manner. When they were done they did a very thorough cleanup and took away all the old windows and debris. It was like it never happened everything was so neat! My wife and I are very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend Power to anyone wishing to have their windows done.

We've been trying to get our windows replaced for years as they were probably the original windows from the 70's, but any quote we've gotten has been rather outrageous in our opinion. So when a Power representative came knocking at our door, we figured why not get one more quote since it was a company we hadn't tried yet. We were floored when their quote came in at under half their competition with equal quality. Part of their model is to treat customers like family and we were not disappointed.So thank you Power for our quieter, more insulated, and esthetically pleasing windows.

We have gotten over half our windows and a sliding glass door replaced by Power. Their product is high quality and their service is professional. It is pricey but well worth the double life time warranty. Through the warranty we have replaced a couple window sashes, promptly and no questions asked.

Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. The crew did a great job working on all projects and cleaning up. All projects were completed same day. Power provides very professional, quality service from beginning to end. The initial sales presentation is followed by a variety of follow up resources. An app along with a brochure kit gives you immediate access to their services. The contractors arrive within the specified timeframe and complete the job in a timely manner and leave the workspace clean. At the completion of the job, a project manager comes to inspect the work and answer any questions that you may have. They also follow up to see if you are satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend them.

Everything about the Windows enhancement went swimmingly, beginning with the sales presentation and continuing through the installation. Very professional, the installation was done quickly, and they made sure everything was clean before leaving. The installation worked out to my complete satisfaction. Little 'ify'. Polite young man showed up at the door soliciting for window replacements. We needed some of our 40+ year windows replaced, so we took a chance. Had two measurements to ensure quality. Installers came on the scheduled date. They were very professional and respectful of the interior of the house. Windows were Pella and of good quality. Much better than what we had. Good team finished installing and caulking in quick time. We're very satisfied and would recommend Power for window installation.

We had Power install Solar and Windows in our home. The windows have been installed. They look great. Solar has been installed. Still awaiting on inspections and APS to do their thing to get it up and running. With the window install, we are still awaiting on our patio door to come in. That is already scheduled to be installed. They did a very good job, and they were very responsive to concerns that I had. Very Professional!Thank you again for the installation. We were very satisfied with the professionalism, quality and promptness of the worker's, who cleaned up after the job was completed, doing an excellent job. They took extra care to ensure the large windows we had in the back of our home were not damaged by falling debris, as they removed the old siding and construction materials originally installed, taking the home down to bare stubs, and then rebuilding from there. We look forward to our lifetime warranty on all items installed, especially the feature that the warranty is transferable to a new owner.

I had new windows installed across the whole house and they are amazing. My original windows were 30 yrs old. They removed the old ones, installed the new ones and now I feel like I have a whole new house. They did an excellent job being careful in the house, and outside and left zero mess anywhere. They showed me all the details of the windows to be sure I knew how to operate them fully. Now I feel like I can finally have fresh air, clean windows and no bugs. The rep and the installer were fantastic and very attentive. I never felt like they just made a sale and then I moved to the background - everyone is so attentive. I HIGHLY recommend this company and these windows!

Power replaced our windows, this is the 2nd install. We did the back of the house first, those windows came out beautifully. This time we finished by doing the front of the house, these windows are beautiful!!The 1st photo is before, 2nd photo is after.

I've had my roof, three doors, two sliding glass doors, and gutters all done by Power.They always do a great job, keep things clean, and their products are long lasting. Power Remodeling replaced 3 large aluminum framed windows with heavy duty vinyl framed windows made by Pella. Power Remodeling is a large company that offers several home improvement services, (window replacement being just one part) so we felt confident that they would do a good job. The company is extremely customer service oriented and takes time going over the energy efficiency, structural integrity and lifetime warranty that come with the replacement windows. The new windows look great and we hope to see a big heat reduction this summer!

The team was professional, friendly and respectful of the property, covering all the shrubs and patio with tarps for protection. They did a wonderful job installing whole new roof, with some wood repair, as well as offering to paint the white pvc vents to match the color of our home. The 50 year warranty was exceptional. Meeting the sales team, who were on a walk about in my neighborhood, to the completion of my roof, was super fast, less than 2 weeks. The salesmen were professional, knew their product and were able to answer any questions I had for them. The roofing team arrived early and started work at 7 am. They covered my plantings next to the house for protection. Work was completed by 1 pm. and the roof looks great. They were very fastidious in clean up as well, going so far as to rolling a huge magnet around to ensure they picked up any remaining metal pieces which may have been in the work area around the house.

We needed to replace our old windows and sliders that were as old as our 29 year old house. So when John and Leah came to our door, we listened to their presentation and decided to have their salesperson come to our home to get more info. Nick Flair arrived and gave us a full presentation regarding the windows and sliders including showing us a sample of the windows. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and even demonstrated how these new windows would keep the cold out during winter and keep out the heat in the summer. We were very impressed with him and Power Remodeling Group so after reading reviews, we decided to have Power redo our windows and sliders. From start to finish, Power Remodeling did everything they said they would do and gave us the quality windows and sliders that we requested. They took pictures of all our old windows and sliders and even gave us an app where we could see each piece, its measurements, as well as the progress of manufacturing, and they pulled the required permits. It took approximately a little less than 2 months for the windows/sliders to be ready for install which we found to be completely feasible. And, not a penny was required upfront which Nick Flair from Power made clear to us which was great! We are so thrilled to have excellent quality windows and sliders, which are Pella, have a lifetime warranty, and are so sturdy, heavy, and durable!! And the crew they sent to install them, Medina Hernandez Window LLC, were absolutely excellent, hard-working, and worked very efficiently like clockwork! They cleaned up diligently while working on each window/slider and also afterwards. If you’re in need of quality windows and sliders, look no further than Power Remodeling Group!! You will be ecstatic at a job well done like we are!!

Power Home Remodeling installed windows, sliding doors, gutters, and soffit and patio ceiling vinyl coverings. Overall, the experience was just okay. The vinyl windows are very nice. However, one sliding door screen was not installed in the track, the vinyl covering on the patio ceiling is sagging in one spot, one sliding door has shifted and will not lock. I am waiting to see if the company will honor their warranty. Be sure the installers know what the salesman has promised, this was not my experience. The salesman stated the installers would put in more vents in the soffits, the installers did not do this until I brought it to their attention. Also, the installers disassembled the fan blades on the patio ceiling fan, lost some of the screws, and did not reinstall the blades. They also took down a floodlight that they did not reinstall. I called the company but they did nothing about this.

We met with Michael Berry for the initial consultation. He was very upfront, honest, helpful and gave us all kinds of different options. We were told the install team would be here at a certain date/time, and they were very prompt and professional. They cleaned up their mess and my solar panels look nice.

We used Power for window replacement at our previous home in Maryland and we used them again for our new-to-us home in Tennessee. The windows are beautiful and efficient and a great value, especially with the lifetime transferable warranty (that was a great selling point on our previous home). Both times we used this company, the work was fast and professional, done on time, and cleaned up neatly at the end. Highly, highly recommended!

I experienced a high level of professionalism, competence, and courtesy rarely seen today starting from the initial contact at my door to consider PHR, through consultation with Elaine, detailing project with Forrest, and communicating with Shelly and each crew member. I have no complaints, only commendation. I am over-the-moon because the siding, gutters, windows, and doors are so beautiful!

We had siding replaced and new gutters installed. Great work and great result. Materials and dumpster arrived on schedule the Friday before the Monday start. The crew arrived early to demolish the decaying siding. Later that day they installed the vapor sheath, working until dark. The next morning they installed the siding and the trim work to the house and garage. On day three they finished the trim and installed exterior lighting. Before leaving for the day they cleaned up the yard and driveway, vacuuming up all the nails and scraps. The following morning the gutter installers came and within an two hours installed the new gutters. Friday the dumpster was removed.Excellent work. We're having Power back to do some other work next month.

I had windows replaced. The Project Estimator and Pre-Install Manager were very thorough with explaining the product and the process. The workers arrived on time, were professional, and did an excellent job with installation and clean up. Managers involved with the task gave courtesy calls. The QA Manager came on site to inspect the job quality, review the warranty and payment options. It was an excellent experience from start to finish! I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling!

We used Power Home Remodeling for a complete reroof with repairs to bad plywood and new gutters and downspouts.. The crews for both were very professional, on site supervisors listened to my concerns and made suggestions to improve the install. Additional items were installed with no hesitation. Sales and follow up team made this a good experience.

I liked that they kept in contact with us about what the process of our windows. We had 9 windows done and the 3 guys that came out were very professional very polite and did a wonderful job. I love the way they turned out.

We had Power replace our gutters, fascia, soffits around the entire house. The crews that came out worked hard and did a wonderful job. It was a windy day and they chased all old materials, made sure it was cleaned up, put away so it would not go into the neighbors yard. Power made sure all of our needs were met. They met with us twice before installation and after installation. Every time I called, I was greeted by someone that was pleasant and took their time to explain any questions. We will definitely use this company again for any big job we have in the future.

Please, avoid this company for windows. On a previous home, we used one of their top competitors, window world. So this review is unbiased and from both sides.Power may have a superior build due to certain features that truly don’t matter, but they’re not far ahead. 1) There is absolutely no tint. Don’t be fooled and lied to. Window World comes with a tint ( called green, doesn’t look it ) that is exceptional. It doesn’t look odd from the outside and from inside you can’t notice. It’s wonderful. I’m a submarine veteran and hate feeling enclosed. I told the salesperson and manager of this and was ensured there was a tint like Window World’s. It’s pure see through window. That’s not horribly wrong; it’s simply not what I wanted or was promised. 2) The sliding windows -that’s are side to side- come with a screen that isn’t able slide; it’s pops out. They won’t tell you this because the model window is a double hung that does slide. It’s really more of an annoyance than anything. The window installer will make it seem like this cool feature but it’s not. 3) One of their selling points is that they use their “own” workers for installations, unlike Window World, so you can ensure a quality installation. That’s false. They hire contractors just like Window World. Some of them work in pairs for each company. 4) The cleanup was horrible and we didn’t realize until the next day. The windows had all types of dirt in them. The inside of the home was dusty on all of our belongings, especially in the kids’ rooms. 5) They are more expensive but the window isn’t of some greater quality that warrants the price difference. After identification, immediately proceeded with removal of old door(s) and installation of new door. Team worked as such and project completed by 11:00A. My House Looks Spiffy. I was in real-estate for about fifteen years and the bulk of my experience was in new construction. So, when I tell you I know about contractors, if you have any sense, you should believe me. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had working with a company. They showed up when they said they would, they did what they said they would do, and they used only the best quality of materials. If you have a remolding job, you should give them a try. Professional and courteous installers. Answered many of my questions during the window install process. Some small hiccups include a missing part on a window, a slight blemish on a sliding glass door screen, debris in yard could have been cleaned up just a little bit better and had to use my bundle of spare roofing shingles since the company did not provide any at the time the bow window was delivered. Also, 2 windows in the garage were incorrectly measured, they were not tall enough.

Power did a great job on our window installation. The installers Trevor, Chris, and Austin were very professional and experienced. We appreciate the efficiency of the entire organization.

Have had windows, gutters, and siding replaced by Power. Professional crews and quality products. Windows -- we replaced all our remaining single pain windows -- improved insulation quite a bit, making parts of our house that were not really usable in extreme temperatures usable again, and siding has noticeably reduced sound from outside (too soon to tell about insulation). Gutter effects I haven't followed too closely.

They also replaced 10 windows in my home. The installers for the roof and those for the windows were skilled, quick, neat and polite. We were thrilled with the new look and the forthcoming energy savings

I contracted Power Home Remodeling to replace the seventeen year-old windows in my home with new, energy efficient, windows from Pella. The entire process, from bid through installation, went very smoothly.

I have a small condo 4 windows I had power replace them all. They're great I paid alot the problem is they call all the time sometimes every day asking if I want my other windows done. I don't have any more windows I've ask them to stop calling and it stops for awhile I've blocked the number but it still shows they call and for that reason I won't ever call them again

I had Power replace all the windows in my house and had a barrier put up in my attic to reflect heat. I was very happy with the work they did so I scheduled them to replace my gutters. They stuck to the timeline and there were no suprises. There was a window that needed to be replaced because the wrong one was ordered and installed. They replaced it in a timely manner with no questions asked. I would recommend them to anyone. And they are local!

Love our new windows installed by PHR so much we decided to install a sliding glass door. Professional & courtesy employees, good quality product and you can't beat the warranty.

Ordered five windows in the middle of January and they have just been installed today, 2/1/2023. They came, were diligent and clean, and the windows look great.Are they a little pricey? Maybe...but I have used these guys in the past and have yet to have a problem or issue. The extra cost is well worth it as it costs even more to do a job over again.

The company installed 8 impact windows and 1 impact sliding door. They were prompt, professional, and completed the job in one day. Due to the unavailability of the County inspector until another day, the plugs over the mounting screws had to be left open until then.My only gripe was that while some of the plugs went in easily; others required cleaning up the drilled edges before the plugs could be inserted. I would recommend that anyone not handy have the contractor return to put in the plugs after the inspector approved the installation.

The Power Team arrived at my home within the scheduled timeframe. They were professional and went straight to work. Upon completing the installation of the bay window, the crew cleaned up the work area. They also made sure that we were happy with the quality of the work done and the finished product. The QA Manager was excellent! He walked us through the installation process and the paperwork and answered all of our questions.

I had new windows installed and these guys did a great job.very efficient in all aspects. The windows I had were old aluminum windows, that were very drafty in the winter and felt like a sauna in the summer. I could totally tell the difference once the new ones were installed. Very grateful for these guys, now my house doesn't feel like an ice box in the winter.

Power replaced all my windows and doors; they also put insulation in my attic. I’m very satisfied with everything. I tell everyone about Power. On a scale from 1 - 10 I give them a 10 BEST!

Hired then to replace our windows. They were unable to replace 2 of them. They said they would follow up with recommendations to get those 2 replaced to match but they never did. They also knowingly installed a window with poorly cut trim right above our front door. When I pointed it out in the final walkthrough I was told they'd have to order a new window and they would follow up with me. They never did. I asked about it again when I called to pay. I was assured I would get a call the next business day. Never received a call. No contact from them about it at all. Disappointed. Especially for the very expensive price.

Work was well done but they are not good at cleaning up after they are done. I submitted same to the company's website and got no response.

Replaced 5 windows. Jorge was the leader of the three man team. They wasted no time in getting the windows replaced. Jorge is from Honduras, as I suppose were the other two gentlemen. Hard workers. Am pleased with the windows so far. Obviously, time over a certain period will be the best indicator of how good these windows are, and how good the installation was.

Power Home Remodeling replaced all the windows in my house with energy efficient Power Symphony windows from Pella. Their office called 6 days before the scheduled installation date to say the new windows were received and ready to be installed. They asked if it would be possible to install the windows ahead of schedule and I agreed. The installation crew arrived on the agreed new date and started staging the new windows at each location. They worked around the house with one person removing the old windows, a 2nd person doing the rough install of the new windows and a 3rd person doing the finish trim. As the 1st two steps were completed, those two guys helped with the insulation surrounding the new windows, finish trim and caulking and then checking them all to make sure they open/close as designed. They cleaned up the yard of all the construction debris and stacked all the old windows in the front yard as I was going to try and donate them. When that didn't work out, the company was kind enough to send a crew back out to pick the old windows a few days later. Since the completion of the project, I have noticed the house is much quieter inside and the HVAC system comes on about a third to half less often as before and the house seems warmer and less drafty than with the old windows (its late February/early March so still cold here). I've gotten comments from the neighbors saying they like the way the new windows look, and I agree. I must say I'm very pleased the the whole process and believe it will enhance the value of my house.

Power did window replacements on 11 windows. Installation was good but team showed up late and worked until dark. There were window areas left with debris on the roof and some of the glass was not cleaned properly due to the late hour when they finished up. Overall, though, they did good work.

We had Power replace some original windows on our very old Alexandria home. They also installed a new front door for us. Expensive work, but so far it seems worth it! They were very professional and used a lot of new tech to organize the process. The products installed are very high quality and the craftsmen who came out to do the work were slow and careful and did what they had to to fit the puzzle of an old, crooked house.

From start to finish, all company reps were very tentative, answered all questions and concerns regarding roofing, soffit-fascia, and gutters. They showed samples, and presentations to clarify my understanding of their products, and offers. They worked with me on pricing of products, labor and financing. The outside contractors Power uses were all very professional and did excellent work. However, the way their salesman described the gutters I would be getting was misleading. He said I would be getting the same kind I already had only in a bigger size. The gutters that were installed were a cheaper type than the ones I already had. That was the only negative experience I had with Power.

My front door is my second project with PHR. Loving my new door and windows both! They are an easy company to work with and it's been relatively hassel free aside from my door being held up a couple month due to part shortages at the manufacturer. They we good about keeping in contact with me with updates though.

i got soffit replaced Monday, April 3rd and gutters installed on Tuesday, April 4th. The soffit looks good; and, they left the area better than they found it. The gutters were installed next day in about an hour or so. They look good.

We had our home of 24 years resided and new gutters installed. The Power crew did a great job and their crews were friendly and professional. Would use them again for other home improvements.

Do not recommend. I have two patios that are in need of roofing repair. The house is originally 1600sq ft, and had an addition that brought it closer to 2000 sq ft. I Initially asked for a quote for just the front and rear patios and they said they would have to replace the whole roof because they are connected. They also included the price for solar, and the total quote came to almost 120k. When backing back out to only doing the roofing work, the total estimate came to 65k. The rep also used what I think is a clearly shady business practice. They gave two estimates one was a guarantee price plan for the year, and the other was for the first time visit, which was 11% less expensive, but still over 100k. At the end of what was originally supposed to be a short estimate process, that actually took about half the day, they wanted to get started on paper work right away. When I said I would need to sleep on it at the least, they pressured me to make the decision right then and there. I had to ask multiple times to clarify if I called back in the morning if the first visit discount of 11% would still be there and they said no. When I made it clear that I needed time to think, they actually took back the poorly broken down quotes that had the first time visit pricing listed.Note: The reps were at my house for about half the day, there were other signs of deception aswell, the ones listed above are just the most extreme to me, but to a lesser note they would also inflate estimates, they were basing the quotes off of 4600 sq ft of roof, which could only be true if I had a steep roof ( I live in a hot climate with little pitch to the roof). They also listed each of the typical cost ranges for clean up, decking, underlayment and the roofing, and each one was priced out by sq ft. The ranges were wide ( probably to accommodate options like flat roofing vs tile) and they used the highest number in each scenario.When googling how much a new roof costs it shows 1.5 to 3$ per sq ft with average costs being from 5-12k in my area for asphalt roofing. Even at double or triple that rate it would still be less than half the quote for just the roofing portion of the quote.This whole situation is absolutely crazy. Every person I talk to about this has been absolutely shocked. Initially I saw good google reviews, but now I think they must be fake. The simple fact that when googling power home remodeling it also brings up 'People also ask: Is Power Home Remodeling an MLM', speaks volumes.

Tons of fake reviews on their profile. Just review how many homes with photos from this Arizon location have snow on them or actually look like they are from Arizona. We had signed with them but ended up backing out due to the countless amount of lies.We have had several door to door salesmen approach with high pressure sales pitches and overall non-professionalism.If their work actually spoke for itself like the 500 reviews would have you believe, they wouldnt have to resort to shady tactics to find customers.

Sidings, doors, and windows. I didn't like that no one came to supervise the contracted workers. I had to make sure they followed specs. Someone from Power should have gone at Day 1 to go over specs with workers, Day 4 or 5 to inspect and talk to homeowners, and then last day to final inspect and address any concerns or issues from owners..

The company had a very professional crew that installed my windows in one day. They were detail-oriented and hard working.

I had Windows, gutters, and soffits installed in my house. The quality of work was great and for sure 5 stars on the quality of work. However, There was some miscommunication during the projects between the soffits and gutters being installed. We had some weather and in my opinion the projected should have been pushed back. Since it didn't they installed the soffits and removed my gutters and there was snow melting down my house that messed a little with my foundation. It was like that for 3 day until they can get someone to get the gutters installed.Overall 4 out of 5 and took away that last start due to project manager didn't have any solution between the gutter and soffits installation. They should have left my old gutters before the installed the new ones.

The appointment was for a solar quote. The salesman asked too many personal questions. He insisted on coming in to my home a sitting down with me. Then he was insistent that my wife be in the discussion, and would not let go of that. I had had enough, and I asked him to leave. I though pushy salesmen were a thing of the past.

An overall positive experience. The sales reps were friendly, thorough, and polite. All projected timelines were met. We were sold on the quality brand of windows, the warranty, and the fact that we did not have to put any money down. We only had to pay when the job was finished. The installers were on time, prompt, and courteous. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that we have not yet had to pursue any service or warranty related issues so far, so that experience remains to be seen. A few minor finishing details on the part of the manufacturer do look a little rough as far as polish is concerned. But they are minor and the integrity of the windows looks solid.

We decided to use Power Home Remodeling to purchase a new solar system and new doors and windows. After meeting with the sales rep we were confident in the company as they have a great sales pitch. They sold us a promise on the solar system, which was one of the reasons we decided to go with them. Unfortunately we found out after the installation was completed that what we were promised could not be provided. What was actually provided was exactly the opposite of what was promised. Upon further inspection of the installation it was apparent that the installation team took as many shortcuts as possible to get the job done as fast as possible while also leaving a buffet of nuts, bolts and fastening hardware on my dog run for my dog to munch on. While they did complete the job it was apparent that craftsmanship is not one of their priorities. I will give them credit, once I called to complain they did come to back fix their work the next day after I explained what I wanted to make it more aesthetic .However, I feel that when paying as much as we did for this project the craftsmanship should be top notch to maintain an aesthetic appearance. On to the windows: installation was completed in one day which was impressive. One of the windows was damaged upon arrival which I understand is out of their control. However, all we got was don’t worry we’ll replace it. Which I know that will happen but we have not heard from them since for an update. One of the windows is left unfinished as it is still missing the trim on the inside which apparently was not delivered with the windows from the factory. Sliding screens for sliding glass doors also delayed from factory which was actually a good thing because that gave us some time to use doors to find a couple things wrong with the doors. When screens were installed we let them know about them and they said they would take care of it. Unfortunately we both had to leave for work so they could not fix the door. One of the screen doors won’t close without much manipulation to use the lock and it has now come off the track on the bottom! I understand these are minor issues and some things are out of their control but again when we’re paying a lot of money for a project I expect top notch customer service and craftsmanship. Overall the quality of the product is great and looks great. My issue was the lack of communication and lack of craftsmanship. I will admit that I do not answer my phone when I don’t know the number due to the ridiculous amount of spam calls we receive. So they may have called. However, if they have been calling, they have never left a voicemail to let us know they were trying to get a hold of us. In conclusion we do love the product as it is beautiful and of great quality; however, we do have buyers remorse as the experience did not meet our expectations.

4 starWindows are great! For the most part the service was great too. Installation was quick and efficient. Everyone we have dealt with were extremely polite and respectful.Three issues:1. Sales call took forever. The salesman was here for nearly 7 hours! We didn't think he would ever leave.2. High pressure sales to close the deal. We were offered a deal but had to buy today or pay full price. No opportunity to research this company (previously unknown to us) before committing to a huge expense and no opportunity to look into alternative financing.3. Salesman promised no money collected until the job is complete and perfectly cleaned windows at completion. One window was reordered because they sent the wrong size (it will be installed in a couple of weeks) but they asked for a check anyway. The windows are filthy. Covered with hand prints from the installation process.They have been excellent with follow up, someone came to review the job and they are sending someone to clean windows in and out. I'd say very responsive to our concerns. Basically, only issue is sales technique, finding that true with all sales.

It was a great experience working with Power. They installed all window. Contractors were very knowledgable, fast and clean. Done in 5 hours and was able to go on about my day. I was expecting an all day install. Finance was easy not to mention you get good quality windows at a decent price. I would definately recommend this company!!

The materials showed up a day late, which put them a day behind. The work was done completely and satisfactorily. However, I had to call and have the dumpster removed after sitting in my drive for week. The dumpster place did not have an order to remove it. I needed it out because needed the drive free. Siding trim done.

I am very happy with my new windows! They did a wonderful job installing the new windows and it looks so neat and clean. They cleaned behind there work and made sure everything was done properly. They were honest about will be done and to let us know that they had to cut some of the drywall because it was covering the window. It feels good not to here the traffic passing by or the air draft through the windows. I would recommend this company for sure! Very Professional!

The only thing that could be done better is the cleanup after the project, and we lost a few plants that were blooming (but I'm not sure how that could have been avoided considering the work being done). Had windows installed in my home and was very impressed by the crew who came out. They sent a a text a few days before, and said they would be here between 8-10 am. Pella Windows Installation1-Project took twice as long as promised. Their excuse was that someone drop the ball when ordering our windows. We had already scheduled days off from work and started moving furniture and blinds for first install date. With only two days before install date I called to verify they were coming out and then was told they hadn’t even ordered the windows and had to re-order. We were also promised that there would be some type of compensation for their error, but they would not be able let us know how much until the project was complete. Once the project was complete we were told that there would be no compensation because we should’ve took care of that before the project was completed. After some back-and-forth they offered a $200 visa card as compensation for a $34,000 project. I replied that they were going to get a negative review, and was told by their accounting/finance person go ahead we don’t care.2- After the project was complete we had a visit from what they called a Quality Assurance person. But all it was, was a attempt to upsell their other products and services that we didn’t need. He claimed we needed our attic to be completely redone with their special attic makeover and if we signed ‘today’ it would only be $25,000. They use high pressure tactics which I did not fall for (this time).Do not allow them to enter your attic, I had someone else out for an attic inspection and was told everything is fine up there.3- Manufactures quality was also substandard, grid patterns for windows on top and bottom did not match and some were completely different from others. I was told that the warranty would take care of the replacement of all the windows that have misaligned grids, but we would be responsible for removing blinds, curtains, and moving furniture again. My wife works from home and would have to take more time off from work for the project to be redone and there would be no compensation for this either.Pella windows I believe is a good product, the install contractor Power Home Remodeling was the one that dropped the ball and I would not recommend using them.If you do decide to use Power as your installer for Pella Windows be prepared for inflated prices and high pressure tactics.

Power Home Remodeling just completed replacing the roof on our home. The end result looks fantastic. From the initial contact, everyone has been very professional. The initial inspection included looking at the under side of the sheathing in the attic which pointed out some problems with air circulation. The initial price seemed high, but Power installs a complete roofing system from one manufacture. That way there is no pointing of fingers if something fails. So for the entire roofing system, the value was quite good. Remember< Power more than likely is not going to be the cheapest, but you pay more for a quality system.Power Home Remodeling did keep us up to date as far as planning and scheduling. The materials and dumpster arrived the day before work commenced. The installers arrived on time the day scheduled and worked until dark. They had to return today to finish. They protected everything with tarps and cleaned up at the end of each day.The end result looks great. I would not hesitate in recommending Power Home Remodeling to others for home improvement projects.

We had them install new windows in our house.We love them already! They help keep the cool/heat in and you can not feel any heat from the sun when you are right next to the windows.The noise canceling is amazing! We used to be able to hear every car that drove by and every dog that was barking but you can't hear hardly and car except the really loud ones and even then it's not that loud.The lifetime warranty is golden!!Love that we can get a window replaced for free if they break!Y'all are awesome!!

We had 5 windows replaced. The men that installed them were polite, professional, and friendly. They did beautiful work and made sure to clean up all areas they worked in after the installation was complete. since having Power Home Remodeling Windows put it my Kitchen, Bathroom, and back bedroom look brighter and feel warmer. I am looking forward to getting the rest of the windows in my house replaced in the future.

I had been approached on my door step a few times by Power and finally made an appointment with them. That appointment was a long one but the person was very nice and patient with us as we sorted through things. Its so hard with these things because you always feel like its pressure even if the person isn't pressuring you. You hear from everyone there is cheaper or better. Well with a lifetime warranty, I can't imagine a better deal than what POWER offered. We did sign up for the project and recently had our install completed a week ago. Great service. The crew was very friendly and worked together well installing 9 windows, 2 doors and 2 patio doors in just a days work. Here at 8:30 a.m. and gone by 4 p.m.. Cleaned up and hauled the mess with them. Just like they promised. Really enjoying the windows and can already hear a decrease in noise from the outside. Only one snafu with the opening direction of one patio door but that was more from how it was written up for the installer. I saw the error on their paperwork. Regardless it was resolved immediately via the phone and will be corrected ASAP. There was a team member on the crew that seemed a bit new but will say the lead person stayed on him to ensure no hiccups. I will say my blinds could no longer be used as the window and casing is very thick. Not the builders grade we had that looked like cardboard when the installers popped them out. Its okay. Gives me an excuse to upgrade my window treatments. Definitely loving the windows and doors and can't wait to see some energy savings in my near future. Only wish POWER installed garage doors as that definitely would have been part of the project. Thanks POWER!

In November/December 2020 Power replaced our roof and installed solar panels. The finished product looks great! Time will tell if the installation was done properly and the roof and solar panels last as long as advertised. We experienced significant delays, especially with turning on our solar panels (2 months) due to the pandemic. However, if you choose to use this company, be prepared to possibly deal with inaccurate paperwork and poor communication. We experienced unnecessary delays with the installation due to errors in the paperwork - simple things like the wrong customer name or not putting the right information on the Certificate of Liability Insurance. We also dealt with poor communication between Power and its vendors. Supplies were delivered too early and had to be returned and redelivered. We had to tell Power the supplies were returned because they were not notified. The trash container sat in our driveway for 8 days because there was no follow up by Power after Thanksgiving. And I had to chase my representative after the solar installation to get updates. (It took my electric company over two months to allow my solar panels to be turned on). While I think the pandemic aggravated the situation, I don't think it needed to be as bad as it was. If you don't mind staying on top of them, Power does great work. I would use them again, but it would be when I feel up to reviewing paperwork and making follow-up phone calls.

I was impressed with the professionalism & quality of the product which was replacing windows throughout my home. They cleaned up washed all the windows inside & out & vacumed each room. Who was my remodeling consultant he was very honest and a nice guy, to the guy that came out to do the measurements to Sandro the renovator and his crew, all around the best! The best from the beginning to the end. We were guided and informed the whole way through, Sandro and his crew were very neat and I seen the passion Sandro had for his work, he took pride and joy working on our siding he gave advice, he asked questions to be sure of anything he was unsure of because he did not want to disappoint us not that I seen that possible because he was absolutely amazing, his work was very clean and neat and him and his crew were very careful with everything. I spoke to a very poor phone sales representative when I called to inquire the reason of the failure to show-up for appointment. GO ELSEWHERE.

(The ONLY reason for a 4-star rating rather than 5 is because we've not been able to assess the roof long-term - VERY recently installed.)It was an easy choice to go with Power Home Remodeling for our roof replacement - we had already had our gutters and all of our windows replaced by Power as well. We continue to choose them for our home remodeling needs because they have quality products, knowledgeable & personable staff, and timely installation appointments. On installation day, the crews have always been extremely efficient, which certainly is a product of their expertise. Admittedly, we have a small home, but each project has been completed in even less time than I would have expected (all same-day). We hired Power Home Remodeling to replace our Roof; we liked the materials they use (especially the replacement for soffit venting and tar paper) and the standard high quality proven process. They were done in a day. We hired them to come back to replace our gutters and the boards the gutters were mounted on (rotted). The boards took a day, the gutters took a couple hours. It looks great, they had people checking on the quality of the job and our satisfaction. They came when they said they would, were considerate, and clearly knew what they were doing. And I trust them to honor their guarantee on their work.

I recently was looking for window replacement for my home. However, when a Power team representative named Adam came to view the windows. He noticed the roof was wore out and wanted to inspect it. He discover that water had seeped into to sides of the roof causing it to slowly rot the plywood. He changed the window project, and told us the roof is top priority instead. He then took a step-by-step explaining the materials that they will used for the roofing. He also explain that he is not forcing us to chose them and compare themselves with other companies. He also stated that they had financing options and no down payment is necessary until the project is done. When the project date was set the Power company set time and date on when a second person would arrived to review measurement that were taken. A person who will drop the material off and the day the project will begin. Each time they would come on the day and early as well. So do expect them a bit early if you use them. In the end, we ask for the whole roof to be replace and they did it with ease.I truly recommend them if you have a project that needs to be done. They are not looking to make a quick buck off of you. The Power company actually cares about your home. They were punctual, organize, and may I say NO DOWN PAYMENT. Also, they have a life time warranty for any remolding on the home.Again, I truly recommend them if you really want to remodel (mostly exterior parts of the home such as door, windows, roof, and sidings).

As a new home owner this group showed up as a cold door knocking (no issue). I agreed to have a specialist come see my roof however was very explicit that we would not listen to any in home pitches and would not be making a purchase in the next 6 months. They could get access to our roof and electrical panels.The specialist who showed up did not receive this information and I gently said, thank you but we are not listening to any pitches. He said it was the only way to give an estimate. I asked if they had done any in the neighborhood (mind you our subdivision has over 1000 homes with the exact same layout). He said yes dozens. I kindly asked based on that and our roof and electrical system to present a general quote. He said that’s impossible. I said once it becomes possible please email it to me.Since then (within 6 months) I’ve received over 10 calls from different individuals asking to schedule an in home appointment. I’ve said the same thing every time and continually ask to be removed from the system.I have no knowledge of their products but based on their untrained sales team I cannot imagine it to be quality. Frankly the sales team manager is likely training these individuals in 1990 sales tactics which the new generation of homebuyers loathe.

Normally we dont like to talk to solicitors but we opened the door and talked to the Power Sales Rep for new Windows. Everything that they were offering was way better than we wouldve gotten anywhere else as far as customer service, product, installation, and a lifetime warranty that transfers to the new owner if we sell our house (can beat that). We had a great experience all around and their windows are amazing and top of the line. We are really glad that we answered the door.

I had windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Crew came out and were professional and courteous. Mike replaced my slider, he did a great job. The product is awesome I can already feel a difference and the look of my home has improved tremendously.

The first job the crew performed I had to call and complain. Window glass was in my yard and windows were not installed correctly.It took three tries to correct installation and the windows still do not work well and sealing not done correctly on the outside.Like fools we decided to give the company another try so all window would be the same.New installer came 15 minutes before the 8-10 window was closing and no phone call or text. The installer did a better job but was alone and it took apart 6 hrs of our day, on a Sunday. The windows first installed were suppose to be repaired but never got around to it. I did leave a message about the installer not arriving sooner.I believe at this point is just pay off the windows and learn our lesson.

From the sales process and all the way through to the completion of the project, everyone I worked with was professional and courteous. Someone was always checking in to make sure I was satisfied with the quality and progress of the project. I was always kept informed along the way. I would and will highly recommend this company and its products and services to anyone looking to update their home. My home has been admired by my neighbors and passersby and it is a direct reflection of the quality of service and materials that Power provides.

Our first interaction was with a Representative that came by our home. While I cannot remember his name he was very polite and offered to get us an apt for a free quote for our windows. The only suggestion I would make at this point is for them to inform homeowners how long the apt is going to take. Next came our apt for the quote. Zach was very personable and excited to be working for Power. While I understand the sales team has a whole presentation they need to get through I would recommend asking the customer if they want the whole presentation or just want to get down to logistics and pricing. Our apt started at 7 am and Zach didn't leave our house until a litter after 11 pm. However this could be due to us agreeing to move forward with their services for our window project. I just wasn't expecting such a long production. Everyone at the main office especially Charlie has been tentative and responsive to our questions and concerns. Finally the day of the project came the installation crew was on time, efficient, professional and polite. they cleaned up after themselves answered my questions and did a great job installing our windows. While I understand it would be very difficult for anyone to pick up every bit of debris from a job like this (13 windows and a sliding door) there was some broken glass left in the driveway and in one of the rooms. My concern for this is purely safety hazard. Everything happened as explained and on time. Another important thing to call attention to is the integrity of all the employees we had interaction with at Power. Never once did any Power employee bash any other window installation company. Zach even made a recommendation to another window company if we did not want to move forward with Power's quote. I feel this speaks very highly of their professionalism and integrity. We got a quote from one other company who did nothing but bash Power. This turned me and my husband off to this particular company and why we feel we chose Power wisely.

Power Home Remodeling made things so easy for my husband and I. We had new windows installed on the entire main floor, as well as two doors replaced. They arrived on time, completed the work in one day, and cleaned up after themselves. It was SEAMLESS. I was worried we would need to paint after they left and we don't need to do a thing! We will be using them in the future for other home projects.

Really good overall window replacement experience, especially with installation. Jose and his team were very courteous and respectful of the property. Jose even talked me through some options for sealing the window frame and let me decide which option would look best for the house and would work best for me.

Recently had three large windows installed. Had to go through a 3 hour sales pitch which almost put me off, should have taken 20mins. Windows are okay, the same as all the other windows with some give and take. Not best value but also not the worst. I do have some marks inside the window panel between the glass, I have now been on hold for over an hour, I spoke to someone in first 30 seconds then put on hold.This company does not care about your time. Probably not going to use again. Very disappointing customer service.Edit: the local manager called me and we got everything sorted very quickly. Explained they had been suffering with phone issues as it’s a new setup

I had windows installed and attic insulation updated. The work was, quite frankly, pristine. It really looks as if the installers treated the home like their own. Installation of each window is clean and everything fits snugly, moves easily and slides along tracks perfectly. The caulking work around the frames is absolutely perfect as if done by a machine. In the attic, the insulation was way overdue to be refilled, and the workmanship and quality is really top-notch. The installer took care to do it absolutely correctly.My only real warning about Power and many home remodelers is they bring the car dealer high pressure sales experience with them, and worse, they bring it to your home. They will all claim the don't, but they really don't want to leave without a sale. This is really disheartening as I always like to think about a big project a day or two. I call people back and give them my business. I don't waste their time. The nice woman who worked on our window install seemed to be balancing the demands of her training and instruction not to leave without a sale, but she really was sympathetic, and I was happy with dealing with her. The gentleman who came during the window install (watch out for their asking to send out a Quality Control Inspector. It is a salesman to drum up new business), really didn't want to leave the home without a sale.What I really dislike is the used car salesman tactic of starting out with a really high number, only to lower it to their final sales price after telling you about program after program they are putting in for you to lower the price. This is a crude bush-league tactic. Just tell me what you want to charge. Let me decide whether I can afford it. This is pure market segmenting to try and get more money out of people who stop earlier versus those who have the stomach to wait an hour for the real number. Then, you will always wonder if you really got the lowest price. That's just not a good feeling.Keep the high quality installation process, workmanship, and materials. Lose the high pressure sales pitch that takes the dreaded car-buying experience and invades your home with it. Don't let the follow up response deny that isn't what happening. I've not only seen it all before, I've been trained on it myself and I just watched High Pressure Sales 101 in my home and it really felt like a violation.

Window installation took longer than expected and the install team arrived 2 hours late.

I had twenty windows installed on March 17, 2021. The installers arrived on time and re-assessed the initial two (2) assessments performed in October 2020. The team leader (Nestor) and workers were professional and courteous as evidenced by the manner in which they began to work and move throughout the house. He agreed to install the last window in a room where my wife and mother-in-law rested. Any questions I had were answered clearly. Upon completion, Nestor demonstrated the operation of the windows and walked me throughout the house to observe the finished product. No debris was left on the premises, inside or outside and the only way one would now know they were here was by looking at the beautiful windows! I was pleased, but my wife was pleased even more and that speaks volumes!

Three doors and six windows were installed on time and after issues resolved immediately

The team arrived on time, got to work immediately, and were very polite. They replaced a sliding patio door, two double hungs, and removed a small bay window and replaced it with a slider. I am very pleased with the result. The only minor complaint I have is that the caulking on the inside where the windows meet the trim is a bit messy in some spots. I didn't notice it until the next day. It's the white paintable stuff so I'm sure my painter can sort it out. The final check focuses on how wonderful the windows are etc, so it's easy to forget the small things---make sure you check the caulk! Otherwise, no issues with this company. It's a high-pressure sales company, but we knew that going in. Their price was quite a lot less then other companies (don't be afraid to bargain) and these are very good quality windows.

Horrible experience. Sham company. Fake Reviews.They were doing door to door solicitations. The solicitors were nice but they new nothing of their products and said i had to have an in person evaluation done. (I just asked their average cost per window. He said he didn't know, he was just a scheduler)They then had me call into their call center to make the appointment (unprofessional) and i had to repeat ALL the details i gave the first guy (# of windows, etc).I was told 15 min before they arrive they would call me on the day and that would be the end of it. I also opted out of all automated dialings.At 5 hours before my appointment, i get a call from a number I don't recognize. It's an automated dialer. I from the company. Since I was about to go into a work meeting, I immediately called them back to make sure they weren't planning on coming 15 min later. they said that was incorrect and they'd be there at the original time. I reiterated that I wanted no automated dialers or ads. they said okay. But then 5 min later, another automated dialer called me. Of course, i didn't pick up.4 hours later (1 hour before my appointment), i get another call. I pick up and after saying hello, I am promptly hung up on.I then wait and wait.30 min after my appointment time, I call them and say 'what gives?'. They then say because I did not complete an official appointment confirmation call with one of their specialists to confirm all my details again (for a 3rd time), that i was taken off the schedule with no notice.Talk about a bad experience with a company that doesn't even know how to set/keep an appointment.Also, beware of all the spam reviews making this place look better than they are. Notice how all the reviews are from the same 2 months of time and are all pretty much 5 stars? They don't even have a yelp...wonder why.

Power HRG did a great job installing our new windows and attic insulation. The whole team was very professional and was very respectful of our work/school from home situation during covid. For the warranty alone these products are worth it. I would recommend them to any one looking to remodel their home.

The house turned out great! We got new siding and gutters done with Power Home Remodeling, now our house looks brand new. There were a few hiccups along the way ,such as the company not getting a permit with the town before they started doing work. Power Home's did get the issue resolved but the project took a few weeks longer due to this issue. All that said we are very happy with how our home looks now! Goodbye 70's siding, hello vinyl!

Replaced front door & framing including insulation. Excellent quality door, installation took longer than expected, however, the work done was excellent. The time frame for installation was later than expected due to another job the installer had prior to our job.

We are happy with the quality of work, however we were promised during the initial consultation that we would get clear consistent communication which we did not get. We had our roof redone one day and the gutters replaced a couple of day later. The Schedule was for one to be done after the other in a two day period. This did not happen as there was screwup with gutter colors. Luckily I had called to dispatch when the crew was late and found out why. The dispatcher got us setup for two days later. The gutters went up while I was at work and had to get the crew back out to fix a few problems. The work crews and dispatchers seem to not communicate well which leaves the customer in the dark.Again I am happy with the quality so far. However, clearer communication would go a long way to make the process easier and less stressful.

Needed 6 windows. Rep came to the house with detailed presentation of the window and the details of installation. Sent reminder with time frame for install. Arrived on time. Removed and disposed of old windows and installed new ones in less than 4 hours. (probably less if I'd have shut up) Could not tell that they'd been here when they left. A company that delivers!

I am a practicing architect for 35 years who attempted to use Power Remodeling to assist in the remodel of my home.They would not come out because the house was presently being remodeled. I can not wrap my head around this approach. They prefer for the house to be finished before they can come out and present there products & service. I can assume they want to up sell or...I have no idea????i work on many residential products in the Valley and will be sure not to recommend this company.it makes absolutely no sense to reject a job because the house is being remodeled. AWFUL!

Had all windows replaced. The guys came at the time they said they would. They were very professional, cleaned up everything.My only complaint is because of delays in manufacturing they had to push back our installation day multiple times. I don't blame them at all for the delays itself. I had to take vacation days that I don't get paid for each time so I lost hundreds of dollars because of this. When I asked for a discount to offset the money I was out, they wouldn't even speak to me. For the amount of money I spent I think they would have been fine giving me a Small Discount.

I would have liked to have given 4 1/2 stars, but that's not an option. Really a beautiful job, very well executed. A little marked down due to a nail in my tire, a bit of a pressure sale, and the dumpster placed at an angle so my car couldn't be parked at the top of the driveway during the project (not to mention the difficulty in baking out of the garage).. Still, friendly, efficient team and lovely siding job. Time will tell if it was worth the investment.

I was skeptical when first meeting Power Home Remodeling as I am anyone walking around the neighborhood these days to sell something. Not sure why I decided to give them a try other than their salesman asking for the opportunity and me being in a good mood. Lol. Well I am happy to say I am glad I trusted them and allowed them into my home to replace my windows. Dealing with this Company was a pleasure and they kept their commitments to time, product, and price. The installer was very focused on the task at hand and seemed very motivated to finish in one day as promised. I was concerned what the walls around the new windows would look like and if I would need someone to come patch, sand, paint, etc and I didn’t! They cleaned up and were nothing short of professional. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again!
