Best Residential Home in Phoenix AZ

I had several tubes in my garage. Bill's came out to treat my entire property in November . I waited abt 6 months to give a more accurate review as to their effectiveness. So far, no more tubes.The price was right and the service guy was friendly. My one complaint is that I wish I had known that they spray chemicals on the surface of the ground rather than under, as I was initially told. I would've brought my animals in ahead of time. That said, the service guy was nice enough to offer to stop and return later once i wrangled my pets. Otherwise, all else was great. And they even offer an extra year warranty for writing a review. Great deal!

We called for an inspection of bed bugs in our house. We saw the amazing reviews and they did not disappoint!! Luckily there was a cancellation in their schedule so they were able to come out same day. Austin came out to do the inspection and he was quick, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thankfully no pests were found, but we know who to call going forward to help us out. I’m ready to invite Austin over for dinner we loved him so much!! Jerod was very thorough at identifying the source of my rodent issue in my attic and took alot of time identifying all of the spots they could enter my attic. I no longer have any roof rats thank you Jerod. We also started ongoing pest control and after my first service i was shocked at how many dead bugs turned up on my property would highly recommend eco valley pest control

We were not certain if we had roof rats or not and so we had the company come out and do an inspection. Great news, no rodents! Better news, great customer service!!

Roger Pierce is the best! He provides very professional services and good warranty. Today Sean Moede arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was soon joined my Steve Wells and Roger. They did an excellent job on our whole house termite treatment. We are very happy with their service, price and warranty.
